I go from time to time and Drake is hands down awesome. She answered all of my questions. 1-2weeks passed I went back to get more supplies and she remembered what I last purchased, and asked me how I liked it! She’s very friendly knowledgeable sweet! I’m glad I finallly got around to leaving her a review she’s a ray of sunshine! ☀️ This is my favorite hemp Rx location

Really horrible customer service. Guy with long hair in ponytail was super rude, acted like I was an inconvience for walking in (was only one in there) Not engaging at all, I was looking for a new place as I spend hundreds on products but if they treat people like this as a first impression, yikes i will go somewhere else. Glass City and Apotheca are wayyyyy nicer and attentive. Learn basic customer service skills weirdo

Was told by attendant that a particular product was very good in lieu of my usual purchase which they no longer carry. The gummies (Strange Cloud) were twice as expensive and had very little affect. Terrible product terrible recommendation and terrible concern to offer me some sort of future discount.

Bottom line: Good Store!Few More Relevant Notes: Great and I mean FANTASTIC selection of hemp and delta products. Those arent my thing. They could most certainly invest in a better selection of Kratom extracts though. The choices are all good but limited. I cannot for the life of me understand why they don not carrry OPMS Kratom. I am in no way affiliated with OPMS, but they are the gold standard and almost anyone who takes extracts will buy these like hot cakes over pretty much anything else. Furthermore, I personally dislike Earth Kratom and wish they carried Remarkable Herbs or a different brand when it comes to bulk powders. All my opinion.Overall: Very clean. Staff is a bit stand offish (which is totally fine by me - they arent pushy in the slightest) but they have good knowledge if needed. Ill be back again, and once again I recommend it.

Rude guy behind counter discriminated against a mentally challenged individual. $25 a gram for fake bud. I rather take my chances oding on fetanyl than to waste my money here

The new girl with pink hair is incredibly rude. Im not going to say anything about her personal life, which I could, but she really had the audacity to argue with me about mask politics when I was just trying to check out and leave. She wasnt even ringing me up, and I stopped talking to her, but she just kept ranting about masks and covid. The other cashier apologized to me, but it was super awkward and uncomfortable. I will never be coming back here.

My new go-to place for everything CBD. Excellent prices! Huge selection! My favorite are the 1000mg CBD sour gummy bears - they are amazing and work well!

Definitely recommend this place I run dog rescue and I give are high anxiety and former fights dogs that we saved CBD and nothing but goodness to say about it.
