Puff Pros Smoke & Vape Shop

Ive been going in here to browse pieces, and consistently to stock up on coils. The staff here has always been helpful. Answering any questions Ive got about their products or giving me recommendations for new things to try out. On top of that the store only seems to be getting better! The space is clean and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Good customer service but half of the Delta 8 devices I’ve purchased don’t work properly. (not charging, leaking, etc.)

The service has been wonderful every-time I’ve come in, the workers always have the answers to all my questions. The selection is very good and always improving with Competitive prices.

Absolutely terrible business. First experience I had was buying a dab rig, that the guy was very hesitant to pull out of the glass case for me to look at. When I got it home, it had a fine crack in it. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt that maybe they weren’t aware, and came back to this shop in an attempt to buy delta 8 carts. It took three separate visits before I could finally catch them open, because every time I’d go they’d have a sign on the door saying they’ll be “back in 15 minutes”. Finally I bought a cart even though the guy working was NOT helpful or informative, and never gave me my receipt after screwing up my transaction. Reluctantly, I returned the next day to try more. Again, locked with a sign. Returned the next day. Guy is just closing up and putting the 15 minute sign up. Either I have impeccable timing, or these guys spend more time on breaks than they do actually wanting to sell something! I was trying them out because they were right around the corner from me. Nowadter today , I’ve taken my business across town to someone that’s actually open.

I didn’t have a clue as to what I wanted to purchase upon walking in, the young guy behind the counter was very helpful with my purchase and I’m very pleased!

Always has a good selection. But hit or miss on if the store will actually be open on time. More than once I have showed up between the listed hours to a locked door.

Really helpful, great selection, staff is super nice, and on top of all that really fantastic prices been going here for about 5 months and havent tried to go anywhere else! Must shop!
