The Green Room - Jersey City

Came here on the way back to Philly, stopped in and was very impressed selections were plentiful and product was fresh and GOOD. Biggest thing was the service the bud tender gave some great suggestions and was extremely pleasant (much appreciated). And to top it off my order was unknowingly placed for the Hoboken location but I was in Jersey City! No problems at all the bud tender called the other location and solved the issue IMMEDIATELY! I will be driving back up patronize this place because they know how to treat customers and the product is TOP NOTCH. Thanks Green Room for a pleasurable experience 💯! Cheers!

Super cute, charming little spot, clean, and nicely decorated. It was my first time making an edibles purchase. The service is great. Sphen (hope I spelled right) is awesome, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the different products and their effects. I am looking forward to going back.

Traveled an hour from home before I noticed I didn’t have my tools to cope with my anxiety.Googled dispensary and this popped up. What caught my eye was the name.That’s my favorite color.Long story short, I absolutely love it here.Seriously. I knew nothing about Hemp until today and honestly, it’s a hard battle for me now between that and flower.Big thank you to the sales associate who helped me today. Saved my mental.

I stopped in here with a friend after already making a $200 purchase down the street at a different business. I ABSOLUTELY WISH I WOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST. I wasnt aware that this place existed but I will definitely be shopping here from now on. Sven was AMAZING. Hes extremely knowledgeable about all of the products offered and so friendly. There were no pushy sales tactics or uncomfortable rush to get us out even though it was clear that we werent making a purchase. I will be back for sure. No experience with their products yet but the vibe alone deserves 5 stars!

What an amazing experience! I came to The Green Room looking for some help with products to help ease some anxiety at night before bed and they did not disappoint. Reese was amazing and attentive, despite the store being full, she made each person feel as though they had her full attention. GREAT experience and will definitely be back!

I visited on the weekend and Kenya, who was dressed in festive colors to match the stores name, was extremely helpful in assisting with a Mothers Day gift-a cream that helped with arthritis pain and discomfort. I recommend this place for friendly and knowledgeable service for those unfamiliar with this type of product and product line-especially those trying to find natural cures and remedies for loved ones.

I want to share my experience with Green Room, I received the products unsealed! I know this affects the efficacy of the products and cast doubts on whether the product is untried or untouched previously!

WASTE OF TIME, DO NOT GO. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to called itself l a dispensary, no real THC products. The staff is rude and slow and they are charging you an arm and a leg to basically hand you oregano. Save your wallet friends.

The female employee here was upselling me a product with CBD when I specifically asked for something without CBD. I realized after inspecting the product after my purchase that it was pure CBD, not at all what I asked for. She refused to refund me. She then gaslit me and said that I said “without THC.” I know what I said. She then said it’s my responsibility to know what I’m buying. She literally lied to me to make a sale! The product was unopened and what she gave was a CBD cartridge costing almost $60. Never make the mistake of shopping here. They’ll be super friendly at first and change their tune when you return dissatisfied. Absolutely terrible people. Don’t make the mistake of coming here.NOTE TO OWNER: You are lying on behalf of your staff who gave me a very disgusting attitude? I am disputing this transaction with the bank. YOU dont get to tell me whats an upsell or not. I attempted to return within minutes of purchasing, unopened. Dont you dare accuse your customers of being dishonest when YOUR STAFF LIED! I visited and specifically asked for a product WITHOUT CBD. Get that straight.

Some friends of mine and I stopped by before they closed just to check out what they had in selection. We were greeted by a nice and kind man, I actually forgot to ask for his name sadly . We bought a couple CBD drinks and called it a day. We will definitely be stopping by again.

The sugar kiss is great I just stopped smoking Thc and this gives me a bunch of energy and taste like the real stuff. Staff is friendly and always inviting especially Kenya and Jess

Customer Service is off the charts. A whole range of products, very professional. Love the orerolls expecially the Honolulu Haze and D8 Kush. Cosmic Crispiest is great for groups and its the only place I can find Redwood Reserve flower ciggs.

I always come in to buy the paradise OG CBG role from Kenya on the weekends and Sven on the weekdays. They are so amazing explaining all the different properties of the plants. Trying out the Qiwi CBG pack this time. Best CBD shop in Jersey City!!
