Every appointment she asks what I want and listens and asks clarifying questions to make sure I leave happy. I have naturally curly hair so I’m always nervous with the cut but not anymore, she’s extremely knowledgeable with all types of curls. I had a wedding in Kansas City and booked an hairstyle appointment for my mom and I last minute. The quality of the salon is phenomenal, I was booked with Abagail who was the sweetest girl. I have extremely long hair and stylists usually become frustrated with my hair because it’s hard to hold with pins. Abagail was confident and was able to do the most beautiful updo. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful! They could’ve charged me hundreds of dollars for this but it was less than $100!! Highly recommend!

Justin is literally my favorite person in the world. I love his associates and they always kill it. I’ve been seeing Justin at the Glam Room since I moved to Kansas City 5 years ago and I’m so lucky that he has been able to meet all my hair looks and hair needs. Would never go to anyone else!! Scheduled haircut appointment for a Sat and the hair stylist didn’t look like she want to be there that day. The water to rinse off my hair was way too hot. Most hair stylist would check with customer if temperature is good but she didn’t. I requested a hair treatment but had no idea what she used at all. She put few products on my hair and wrapped for probably 2-3 min before she rinsed them off. That’s the quickest hair treatment in my life😂. I also asked about the makeup they have and was told that someone would reach out to me for discussion. My email and phone number were provided to them and one week has gone by and I haven’t heard anything. The owner called and apologized what happened and he definitely take this serious and wanted to make it right and ensure his customers are happy with the service. I appreciate the phone call and the store credit offered.
I have been going to the glam room for several years now and love it. Jacob sis hands down one of the best stylists. Everyone is really friendly and makes the experience great from start go finish.
It’s been years since I’ve lived in KC and Glam Room was where I went before. It looked much bigger, but kept the same value of employees. This is a compliment. I’ve always felt like I was visiting friends when I’m there. Life had me down, and I immediately felt welcome by the woman at the front door and my hair stylist, Laurel. We worked together on a new hair style & she let me get relax (which I hadn’t been capable of lately, before walking in those doors). Very grateful. My hair is cute too!
I came to the Glam Room after a failed home haircut, and have been coming ever since. Chandra has been my stylist and always listens to what I want in my haircut and the while salon staff is always very welcoming and pleasant. Highly reccomend for those looking for an inclusive place to get a haircut that can provide high quality services for an affordable price.
After moving, and many attempts at finding a new stylist, I have finally found my person! Justin is wonderful. He went above and beyond for me after showing him some reference pictures. He listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and made my first experience there perfect! I already have my next two appointments scheduled! I highly recommend Justin at the Glam Room!
The service there was excellent!! I was seen by Alica and I have no regrets. Walking in, you could tell this was a five star place! I was greeted and offered something to drink as well as made very comfortable by the front staff. The service was perfect and Alica walked me through every step which I appreciated very much. Additionally, my hairdresser was very nice and only talkative when I talked which is nice because if you like to talk a lot (like I do) they actually respond and don’t ignore you like most stylists do. Anyways, I loved the clean and welcoming environment as well as the kind and nice staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend 💗💗💗
The best experience at the Glam Room! The front desk staff welcomed me in, offered drinks and suggested additional services. Jess was my stylist, and she nailed it! I hadnt been to a salon in a while so I wasnt sure if my hair was too damaged for what I needed done. Jess listened, asked intentional questions, understood the assignment. All I wanted was a cut and color, and I left with a vibe, my hair has bounce. I look forward to returning to Glam and being serviced by Jess!
Cassandra always does a great job on my haircuts! I went in yesterday, needing some help with color from a previous salon and she did an incredible job and I’m so happy with it. The Glam Room never disappoints!
I super love coming to the glam room-1000% recommend Jacob. He always does a great job with what Im asking, and figures out what Im talking about even when I do a terrible job telling him what Id like. While everyone I have encountered at Glam Room is wonderful, Jacob is the greatest. We always talk about the most random things, and he always has great book recs.

I tried here for the first time for hair color update before my daughters wedding. I just moved back to KC and my daughter recommended we go here. My stylist was awesome and I absolutely love my color! The staff was very welcoming and put us at ease, not the typical snobbish attitude you can receive at some salons. I have already scheduled a visit for any touch ups I may need the week before the wedding. They were also very up front with pricing when scheduling and any recommendations they suggested at my appointment. My hair was very dry and a bit damaged. My stylist recommended a moisturizing treatment and told me right away what the additional cost would be, but didnt pressure me to do it. Loved the whole experience. I suggest that you give them a try if you have not been here!
This is long overdue but think that this validates the experience. I have been going to the Glam Room for just about a year now.I have my hair colored and cut (Rebecca) and pedicures (Gabi) at The Glam Room. I am a regular and I am in every four weeks. The stylists and technicians are knowledgeable and approachable. I never feel rushed. This is truly an upscale salon experience.Every visit (for my hair) we start with a consultation. My stylist wants to be sure that I like the look we are achieving. I love that they (Rebecca) take the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns. My favorite part of the visit is the shampoo room. I feel so pampered while having my hair washed, if you go here you know how relaxing this is. One year and going strong. Cheers to year two!
Allison and her assistant, Thomas, worked on my hair and provided me just the style that I was looking for! She cut off about 5 inches and layered my hair to give me the desired look.Allison took the time to ask me questions about my lifestyle and whatI would need to do to maintain the new haircut/style.While I was only scheduled for 45 minutes, I was there over an hour...not once did I ever feel rushed.I understand they will be moving to another location in the next month or so, which will have ample parking, as that was the only downfall.Ill definitely return for upcoming maintenance trims/cuts.

Riley is amazing! So kind and knowledgeable. My daughter and I came in today to cut off our very long hair to donate. We wanted matching short hair and she DELIVERED! We both instantly felt so excited and confident with our new hair. My daughter called our entire family on the way home to show them our hair. Thank you Riley! So, I got a hair cut and style by Sydney. I can’t be more satisfied. I’ve never had a luxury hair cut before. I’m a recent mom so it’s been hard to feel confident and Sydney boosted my self esteem ten fold.I was very vague. I said I wanted face framing and my hair thinned. I told her if she thought something would be cute then do it. She gave me long layers and a keratin treatment.I wasn’t the best client because of my tardiness and I was scared they wouldn’t take and very embarrassed but she was so gentle, kind and gracious.I came home and my husband was 😍😍😛Thank you Sydney for taking care of me. I will be coming back (on time).
I got in with Rebecca last minute when another stylist was injured & called her for me (great help!). I wanted to try her, too, so that was great. I had the best experience with communication, THEN after getting color & highlights, the power went out on the entire block while my toner was being rinsed out. Rebecca cut my wet hair in the sunlight at another station in back of the building & then called a nearby barber who let us use some space so Rebecca could blow dry my newly colored hair. What an adventure!She did _exactly_ what I asked her to to do. Went a little cooler to rid me of brassiness, colored my grey roots, and did highlights all over, nothing too chunky. She did it fast too! And neatly! No dye on my forehead and temples. Holy cow, that was amazing. I watched her cut another womans hair before my turn & her hair laid so gorgeously. Shes super pleasant, mature & trustworthy, really great listener, very skilled.This salon... oh my gosh, they are so good here!! Havent had a single bad experience in past years or now that I moved back.
Great salon experience! Abigail did an amazing job on my cut and nailed the color I showed her. Thomas cut my daughters hair which is super thick; he did a great job thinning and shaping it. Ive had a hard time finding a good stylist and we will be back!
Have been here before. Great salon! HOWEVER, they compmetely botched my appointment time today. I arrived only to be told I did not have an appointment!?! Then, the best they could do required an hour and a half wait. No attempt to make amends, acknowledge problem. Whatever seemed to be the attitude. Will post again after appointment.

I’ve been to this salon a total of 4 times, the first two times with were with Christian. The first time i just got a haircut and I told her of my concerns with my very thin, easy breakage hair that I also have a lot of so it makes it knotted very easy and hard to brush! She was very careful not to be to rough and cut was also very good! I loved the long layers she added.She was so good I decided to go back a second time but it was very different this time.. I had originally made an appointment for highlights and a cut then had last minute changed my mind to just a cut. Everyone changes their mind so I didn’t think it was a huge deal but I could tell immediately after I told Christian the mood had changed, she was silent and didn’t talk to me the whole appointment… she was being extremely rough with my hair even though I told her again of my sensitivity and how easy my hair falls out. I tipped her very generous because I felt bad knowing she would be making less money that day because of me (something I didn’t think much about before and that is my fault). Regardless, I still don’t think she should have been so aggressive with my hair while knowing of my salon anxieties.Now on a positive note.. the last two times I went to the glam room I booked with Justin! The first time for highlights and a cut, him and his assistant did an amazing job on the cut and highlights and they were super careful with my hair! The second time also amazing, I couldn’t recommend him enough.. good conversation and excellent service.

This was my first time going to a salon for a haircut and my experience at the Glam Room exceeded my expectations. My friend recommended the Glam Room after getting a haircut from Jordon a couple months ago.I signed up for a cut & style with Chelsea and she went above and beyond for me. I came early for my appointment and got to start early, didnt have to wait at all. Chelsea did an amazing job shampooing and conditioning my hair. I asked for feathered layers and curtain bangs and she took time through each step of the haircut to make sure it was shaping up to be exactly how I wanted. Chelsea also took her time and had exceptional attention to detail while styling my hair. She did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back here for my next haircut.

Regan colored, conditioned, cut and styled my hair and did an exceptional job! She listened to what I was looking for and she discussed her plan with me before starting. I felt confident that we were on the same page and this made it easy to enjoy the process. I will be returning!
I love getting my hair done with Justin and his team at the Glam Room. Justin is very helpful when coming up with ideas for cuts and color when I came in not knowing what I wanted. I didn’t color my hair for my entire life and did it for the first time with him and have loved it since! He’s easy to talk to and fun to be around! The shampoo is such a relaxing and comfy experience! I highly recommend!
I finally found my spa of choice! I moved to KC in February of 2023 and spent six months being disappointed mail appointment after nail appointment. I was driving 3 hours home on my day off to get my nails done. Now I have my one stop shop for spa, nails, and soon going to try hair and botox services. Every nail artist is fabulous, but I’ve personally had appointments with gabi, mao, and stephanie 💜

Angelica was so amazing and patient with all the questions I had. I loved that she customized the service for what I needed and considered my budget. The salon is full of friendly hairstylists and staff but I would not recommend.I have been seen by two different hairstylists and it has been disappointing. After my balayage, my hair looked not blended and different shades throughout.. had to return the next day to get it toned again. This service was over $350 with haircut included. About a few months later, I decided to get an all over color to not deal with the chunky balayage... it hasnt even been a month and my all over (semi- permanent) hair color is already gone and some of the balayage pieces were not even dyed... I paid almost $300 for this service. I cant believe I have spent around $600 within a 3-4 month period for me to hate my hair. I wouldnt recommend. Spend your time and money elsewhere. So disappointed.
I love The Glam Room! Every staff member I interact with there is fantastic. They have great hours, products, and their space is beautiful. They offer so many different services too. I have to shout out my girl Angelica S.- best waxer I’ve ever had! She’s so fast and helps me to feel very at ease during waxing appointments. She’s fantastic and I highly recommend booking time with her for any of your waxing needs.
I have so much to say about my visit today with Michelle Green. As a local beauty service provider, I was referred to her by another local, highly respected beauty artist. I had my 1st appointment with her after spending the last few years looking for a new, competent stylist and... I have finally found her! I am a curly girl, a blonde, and also a local spray tan artist who gets really brassy easily. I came in for a curl cut only and left with a cut, and a glaze that exceeded my expectations... all in just ONE HOUR! What?! Now, let me just explain, I have been to some of the best, highly recommended salons in the metro, all of which hijacked my entire day, told me my blonde hair was a journey that would require several visits to achieve and maintain wayyyy overcharged me, and left me highly disappointed by time all was said and done. NOT today. In fact, it was the first time a stylist did not insult my hair, tell me how damaged and dry it was, or make me feel bad. She listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were, and she did not act as though she knew more about my hair than I do when I explained my past experience. My hair looks fabulous and healthy, it shines, my color look better than it has in over a year. I am also pleasantly surprised in how reasonable their pricing is as when I was checking out I braced myself for a shock that did not happen! Thank you for a top notch experience today! I will be a repeat client for sure!

I had an appointment a couple weeks ago and am still thinking about it- I HIGHLY recommend Kalin Coffey for your hair needs. She was the most sweet, professional, & understanding stylist who genuinely wanted me to love my hair. I could tell that she goes above and beyond for her clients and she is very knowledgeable about hair care. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my hair and usually avoid getting it done but she made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I’m so impressed by the perfect color and blend- not to mention my hair looks healthier than ever. She did AMAZING and I will never go to anyone else. I left the salon in love with my hair- I can’t recommend her enough!
Alison is great! I recently started going to her for a cut, color and style. I chose her after reading her bio and seeing that her specialties are blonde & gray coverage. Althought Im not ready to go gray, yet!Since Ive started seeing her, Ive received more compliments on my hair and on the color. I love the gloss that is used, it makes my hair so soft and shiny! Alison takes the time to talk to you and discuss what youre wanting and offers suggestions on what would look good on you, as well. The Glam Room is a little pricey compared to where I was previously going but I do feel more pampered and Im much happier with my cut and color.The only negative is parking. Ill be looking forward to when they move, so I wont have to pay for parking and not get a ticket! LOL!
I think everyone should treat themselves to a facial at Glam Room! My skin never feels better than after a facial with Jack McClung. Jack works with all skin types and listens to your concerns, he’s great a recommending what’s best for you. Individualized treatments are the best way to go.
Definitely recommend the glam room! I went in for a spa treatment with Jack, he was very kind and walked me through all the processes and options that I was available to do! Felt super refreshed and awakened after my treatment. Will definitely be returning again and again :)
The place was clean, staff as friendly as can be. That said, if you are a person with a certain grade (wink, wink) of hair, I this is not the place for you. If you have any kind of allergy to hair dye, this is not the place for you. I made this expensive and very painful mistake.Parking in this area is terrible... not their fault, but my car got towed, another costly mistake.The ladies next to me with fair hair looked amazing when the stylists were done, so Im not totally knocking the place. But sistas beware.
First time at The Glam Room and I was very impressed. Everyone was so friendly from check in through check out. Alicia was my stylist and she did a fabulous job! Loved that she sat down to discuss things with me before getting started. From the head massage during my wash until the end of the cut, the service was wonderful. This is Susan. I am going to do my facial since 2020 that’s how I met Angelica she is a good soul. I live in overland park I only go over there to do my facial when I get time but yesterday I was feeling like I should never come back again. I booked for eyebrow waxing and hydra facial. Kaitlyn did my service. She wasn’t professional. Number 1 reason is that, She did my eyebrow waxing for 1 hr with the tweezers. When I asked for waxing she said she did not want to mess up with my hydra facial. Usually when I book for both they do waxing 1st and then facial. Number 2 when I was done for the service I was coming out of the room I saw her with another employee gossiping about me that why I told her to do threading ( I know you don’t do threading but she was taking 1 hr to do my eyebrows with tweezers). She didn’t do any good work on eyebrows waxing or hydra facial. I ask for SPF after I was done with my facial I don’t know which one she used. I am using Skin ceuticles SPF for years I know how it’s feel like. When I do my facial other employees always use that one. I think I deserve a refund for the service that I did yesterday
Angelica has been my esthetician now for almost 3 years. She has understood my skin goals and has recommended products/treatments that I have seen amazing results with! I always look forward to my appointments because I learn so much and genuinely enjoy our conversations. I highly recommend going to see Angelica!
I highly recommend Jessica Guillermo for your hair needs. She was by-far the most professional and accommodating stylist Ive ever had. She was patient during my consultation as we figured out how to take me from a dark brunette to an icy blonde balayage. She made sure I was comfortable with a glass of wine and water during my appointment.Her coloring technique impressed me, as is far from streaky or chunky. She also gave me a refreshing cut, which came out even and framed my face nicely. I left the salon truly in-love with my new hair and thrilled with my experience at The Glam Room!

Today was my first time coming to The Glam Room off Riverside and I am IN LOVE! Everyone is extremely welcoming and polite. It is amazing to know that this Salon has practically everything you may need from a haircut, dye, wax, nails, fillers etc it’s definitely a one stop shop and I am here for it. Sydney did my hair and will definitely be coming back again. I don’t really trust many people around my hair thanks to it being super thick and corse but Sydney 100% nailed it!
Update: The owner reached out and is actively making the situation right. He was kind, assertive, and apologetic. He works really hard to make things right!I have visited the Glam Room on a few occasions, and while the staff and atmosphere are both pleasant, I have sometimes felt slightly unsatisfied with the hair services I received. During my most recent visit, I expressed my desire to lighten my hair and reduce brassiness, as I had dyed it brunette about two months ago. Unfortunately, my stylist and I had a difference of opinion on how to achieve this. They did not seem to fully consider my preference to return closer to my natural color, even though my hair is relatively healthy and I was willing to undergo some bleaching. The stylist applied a toner and mask before curling my hair. However, I was surprised to be billed the same amount as originally quoted for the color service I had requested. In my opinion, the fee charged did not align with the service I received. I would suggest potential customers exercise caution when selecting the Glam Room and thoroughly research the background and expertise of the stylist they plan to book an appointment with.
My daughter got a facial last night with Angelica. My daughter is 16 and came out beaming! What a great experience for both of us!I am taking her back with me for another facial with Angelica when I get may hair done with the wonderful Kelsi! The Glam room is so fabulous and you feel fabulous when you get there and when you leave! We love it!
I was out of town for a few months and I received a recommendation to try this salon out from a co worker. I had great experiences here. The only disappointment was that every time I had an appointment they were out of treatments for my hair. I got hooked one time and after that the last 5 months I have not been able to get them. Very unfortunate but shows the popularity.

Hi! I never ever write reviews. I also never trust the reviews that are 1 star. But trust me when I say I got a highlight that took 3 hours, and my hair lady did not talk to me the entire time. She also washed my hair with little effort and kept squirting COLD water in my face. There goes my favorite part of my hair appointment. I ended up spending $200 for the worst couple hours I’ve had in a while and my hair color is yellow and not blonde. It has also been one month and it has already grown out and looks like a straight line.

The Glam Room is a whole vibe! From their welcoming front end staff to all the great friendly stylists. My daughter and I saw Maddie for our first time here. We have long thick hair and literally don’t trust anyone with it simply because no matter where we’ve gone stylist would choose their length for us. Which is so frustrating since they ask how much we want cut… not to mention paying good money for horrible uneven cuts or them being bothered when asking to correct it. We experienced the complete opposite here! My daughter was so relieved that Maddie cut the perfect amount off and was all smiles. I decided to go shorter with face framing bangs (which is bold for me) and I was so happy with the outcome. Maddie earned our trust and truly listened to what we asked. She also recommended great products which we are super pleased with. Besides paying for parking the Glam Room is amazing. This is our new spot for our hair care.

I’ve been coming to The Glam Room for several years now. Ellie has been my stylist for the better part of a year and I absolutely love her! She has flawlessly transitioned me through a few different looks and keeps my hair looking healthy and amazing!
I’ve never left a review in my entire life and I wouldn’t even leave a review if I just had an unpleasant experience. My stylist was polite and the staff was friendly. I booked for a fantasy color which is set on their website for the price range from 150-170 or somewhere around there. Knowing what I was asking I was very willing to pay 200+ with a tip included because a stylist was going to work for probably five or so hours on my hair. I have short hair - above my shoulders. It was dark blue and they brought me to a copper/auburn color. Not exactly the color I wanted but I was just happy to see the dark blue gone. I paid for a conditioning treatment and my hair still feels like straw. I understand with lightening damage is to take place but I had incredibly healthy hair as my stylist even pointed out. For it to go to this level of hay-like feeling while paying for treatment is actually insane. I feel dramatic even typing that. Back to the pricing ? I was charged $439 and I gave $500. After reading reviews, they do not disclose that they charge depending on the level of stylist. It is NOT advertised :/ So disappointing, I wanted to love this place so badly. If you visit be sure to consistently ask throughout your visit about pricing and add-ons
I’ve been to the glam room 4 times. My first visit was with Cassandra (Level 2), which I really liked. We cut about 5 inches off and she had good conversation. I was happy! Then things went downhill.My second appointment was supposed to be with Cassandra again for a trim. I checked in at the front desk and ended up waiting for an hour. Nobody checked in with me, Cassandra fully did someone else’s hair while I sat in the chair waiting, not knowing how long I would be waiting for. No offer for a drink, no apologies for the wait, nothing. I kindly let the receptionist know that I didn’t want to wait any longer and I would reschedule for another time. I thought, it’s okay things happen, I’ll book again.I booked my next appointment with Michelle (Level 5). This appointment went fantastic and they actually did not charge me for this trim, but I tipped well.I decided I wanted some layers and highlights a few months later. I booked an appt with Mimi (Level 1) because I did not see any availability that fit with my schedule with Cassandra not Michelle. My hair is dark brown and virgin hair and I wanted just very subtle lighter highlights. Mimi applied my highlights with a brush (without sectioning) and Saran Wrap rather than foil because she said she prefers it. She then sat me across the room and I waited for exactly 1.5 hours without a word from her while she completely did someone else’s hair start to finish. I was wondering for a while if she had forgotten about me. She finally shampooed me and proceeded to do an olaplex treatment on my hair that she later charged me for without even asking if I wanted it done. It was not necessary to the color and she did not let me know she was going to do it or I would have declined. Then came the cut. She cut layers and curled my hair, I did not see my layers until she had already curled my hair because she had turned my chair away from the mirror. I loved the way she styled it and was happy leaving the salon, feeling confident, even though I only straighten my hair, never curl it at home. In the next few days I started to realize my layers were an inch longer on the right side of my head than the left. Even my dad noticed, so that says something. My highlights were so splotchy, it looked like she didn’t separate them, because she didn’t, but it was so noticeable. For a $300 experience, I was devastated. I called the salon and explained nicely that I was not happy and they wanted to make it right, so I went back in and Mimi “fixed” the layers, but they still weren’t even. I gave up, and being a shy person, said okay and left, accepting my hair.Two months later I’m ready to get rid of the layers, I’m over them, they are growing out so strangely and even more uneven. I book an appointment with Kylie (Level 1). At 4:30pm they call me and ask if I can come in earlier, at 7pm instead of 8pm. I say sure I can make it, and rush to the salon after my workout class. When I arrived the receptionist was so nice and offered me wine. Kylie, who I never met before, came over to me and said “Are you Taylor”, to which I replied “Yes hi!”, to which she responded “I’m doing my friends hair right now and we just chopped it a lot and I’m running a little behind but it’ll be only like 20 minutes is that okay? We tried calling you I think” I had no missed calls or voicemails and my phone had been on all evening. They didn’t call me. I was okay with it and felt optimistic that this experience would be better. I said “of course! I’ve got my wine I’m good!”, thinking that it would only be 20 minutes. 45 minutes passed and Kylie was still cutting and the girls hair was wet. I knew it was going to be at least an hour before she got to me, which put me back at my original time of 8pm. I kindly let the receptionist know that this is not the first bad experience I’ve had here and I was sorry but I was going to leave. She felt so bad and I assured her it was okay I wasn’t mad just wanted to have a better experience, and I left. I’m disappointed because I’ve heard good things but I do not recommend this place.
Loved my Experience here!! Kalin did an AMAZING job on my hair. This was my first time getting it done in 6 years after my last horror hair appointment and she was very confident and knew her stuff! I appreciate her taking the time to really know my hair history and what all it’s been through. As an African American letting anyone touch my hair is always a scary feeling, but she did a GREAT job. Also when she finished she set me up with all the right products to ensure my hair would be blonde and healthy for as long as it could be. I am a long standing client of Christian Boss and she is amazing! Super friendly and always perfects my blonde. I also see Jack for my facials and brows+lashes, he is super gentle and has my lashes looking like falsies. Highly recommend them both!

Let me just say this... Before finding the Glam Room, I never returned to the same salon. I just couldnt find someone that knew how to handle my hair. However, Ashlee has gone above and beyond making me feel at ease with her skills and customer service. Not only does her conversation make me feel at home and not like Im sitting forever, but the confidence she has does not make me hesitant for any request that I give. She has done braids for me, Chunky heavy highlights and cut and layered my hair. I have never been so please with the service.
I’ve been coming to the glam room to see Angelica for several months and I wish I would’ve been coming to her for every month before that! I know my brows, lashes, and skin are best taken care of in her hands. Not only is she an incredibly talented aesthetician but also she provides a very warm and welcoming space. I look forward to every appointment because I know I’ll leave looking better and feeling better. Could not recommend her services enough!!
I like The Glam Room so much and visit it so frequently that the staff should just keep an aerobed handy for me. Seriously, The Glam Room is THE best salon I have ever used, and I have lived in both Los Angeles and New York. I have never had a service at The Glam by a stylist, an aesthetician or a nail technician who was not an absolute master of his/her craft. Additionally, each person in the salon who has provided me with a service has shown me great warmth and kindness and respected my humanity. Their level of professionalism cannot be matched. It is evident that proper hygiene and cleanliness are values important to both the management and the staff of The Glam Room. One will find the bathrooms, shampoo areas and individual stations very clean and uncluttered. The people who work at the reception area are extremely friendly and welcome each client with a beverage of his/her choosing. The Glam Room sells hair and skin product lines that one does not commonly see. I completely recommend The Glam room to anyone looking for a new stylist, aesthetician and/or nail technician.

Rose concocted the most luscious cherry cola color for my hair that perfectly matches my eye color and my freckles, all while cutting my friend’s hair at the same time. She’s the perfect cosmetologist to have at the helm, especially if you want an intensive coloring service. Couldn’t recommend her or The Glam Room more highly!

My only hesitation in writing a review of Justin P. is the fact that you might go, you might love his work so much, and then hell have one less open reservation spot open the next time I might need a service!I have dark hair and a thinning hairline. My hair was long and mostly one length, with some curtain bangs that wouldnt cooperate. Justin (1) helped me learn tricks to hide my showing scalp, (2) took into consideration my face shape and appearance before talking me through cut/style options, (3) added layers in just the right places, with the right amount of weight and shape, (4) actually TAUGHT me how to curl myself -- as in, put the iron in my hand and coached me through it so I would be able to do it at home myself, and (5) didnt oversell me anything when I asked for the right products -- he literally gave me exactly what I needed, nothing more or nothing less.His assistant is wonderful. She is very kind and was throughout and detail-oriented during my wash and all other elements of my service.The salon itself is beautiful. The people who own this business have considered every detail, and its a well-run machine. From the website, to the breadth of services offered, to the culture and feel and smell of the salon -- this is the place.Thank you Justin! And also, Alison is just as amazing. Very talented. Youll be in great hands with either of them. Thank you both!!
Love this place,the environment is upbeat and uplifting, the employees treat you like family, very pristine and clean. Went into get a deep conditioning and a haircut basically just cleaning things up loved everything about the environment and the people they were all very kind and upbeat which is always a good thing at any time!
I scheduled an appointment with Zoe to get a blue balayage and she was so sweet and left my hair exactly how I wanted! I also got a lash lift and tint with brow tint with Alyssa and she did a great job as well! Thank you ladies! I look forward to booking with them again soon!
Friendly staff. Welcome drink ( wine, beer, tea, coffee). Wide variety of services you can enjoy. If you wanna treat yourself come visit us and be pampered. Clean and spacious facility with very chic decor. The restroom is also well-maintained. The parking can be a bit of a problem since it’s in the River Market, but otherwise the location is great. A bunch of great restaurants to go to before and/or after your salon visit.
Ive been going to the Glam Room for a couple of years now for my hair cut & coloring. Michelle is wonderful and listens to what I want done. She always remembers me when I come in and is super flexible if I need to change or modify an appointment. All the employees there seem to genuinely love their jobs and coworkers, too, which is a fun environment to be in.
I would happily give the Glam Room 10 stars! Its elegant, luxurious and sophisticated. They have upscale products but the staff are never pushy or pretentious and the pricing for services is very reasonable. I regularly see - and love - Alica but Ive also seen Nick (brows) and Cass for hair and everyone is great. Theres a sense of cooperation and support - theyre all there to make you look and feel your best.

I have been going to the glam room for facials, for about 3 years, and have been more than happy with my experience! I always see Angelica M., and she goes above and beyond to make sure I look and feel my best when I leave. She remembers all the little things about my skin that drive me crazy, and helps me find lasting solutions to those problems. Sometimes it products she offers and sometimes its a more holistic approach. I appreciate her calming demeanor, her knowledge and expertise and most of all her! I cannot wait for my next session!My typical treatments are Microderm along with alternating hydrofacials and glam facials. No matter what service I go to her for, I know I am going to have a wonderful experience! Walked into Glam August 2023 uncertain what to expect being new to Kansas City. Met Jacob and fell in love with his talent, dedication and knowledge. For many years my stylist foiled my hair leaving me with evident grow out demarcation lines. First visit with Jacob he introduced me to Balayage and the growth is natural looking and absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!!

I’ve always had a great experience coming to the Glam Room. Christian consistently does an outstanding job, and I am always able to trust her with cutting and styling my hair so it looks amazing. I like how the stylists often have another person training under them to help with hair washing and drying. Always have great conversation and very kind people. Best salon around!

I went in for a pedicure. We got write in at our scheduled time. No wait. They young lady was very nice and personable.The treatment and massage of my feet and legs was awesome. It felt wonderful.The only thing I didnt like was the way she clipped my toenails. She just clicked them straight across and didnt shape them. Other than that service was great. I will definitely go back to her.

If I could leave 1000 stars, I would. Kelsi is the best stylist I think I’ve ever gone to. She not only gives me the red hair of my dreams, but also informs me with everything I need to know about hair and what she’s doing. Thanks to her, I have the most beautiful copper hair color I could ever want and my hair is finally growing from being fried off from bleach. I get compliments practically every day on my hair. Not only that but all of the staff is so welcoming and sweet each and every time I come in. It makes the couple hour hair appointments less harsh. Could not recommend Kelsi enough!

The first time I got a phenomenal cut but the color was not at all what I wanted. I decided to give them another try, this time the color and cut are not at all what I wanted. I got layers that I didn’t ask for and look horrible, which can’t be corrected unless I lose another 3” of hair (picture for reference). Very disappointing to pay $300 and be unhappy with the service you received.
I absolutely love the atmosphere and my doctor! Its been fun looking at my DNA and neuro-transmitters. Makes sense why Ive struggled with depression and anxiety. Wish I had known sooner that I didnt HAVE to take prescription drugs! So excited for this journey to health! Highly recommended!
I saw Michelle yesterday. Let me just say I can understand why her clientele is massive. Shes absolutely incredible. She treats you like a human being and not like another number in her chair. Demi was also amazing to visit and work with. At no time during my appointment did I feel pressured to buy anything, or make any decisions that made me feel uncomfortable. I discovered The Glam Room a few months ago. The entire staff is incredible. I highly recommend Christian for all your hair needs. She is a master at color and highlights. She is so sweet and attentive and very knowledgeable. She recommended the perfect products for my curly hair and knows how to cut my hair so that the curls look and lay beautifully. My hair has never looked better and is so healthy now.
I got my hair cut and colored by Paris at Glam Salon and I couldn’t be happier! From the consultation to the helping me get the right products Paris was simply the best. She saw my inspiration photos, she was honest about procedure and cost and offered her artistic opinion. As a recent transplant from Chicago my expectations were high and Paris truly exceeding them all! A beautiful salon, full-service (I look forward to more services) and everyone I came into contact with was full of smiles and helpful. Paris - thank you for for making me feel so much better!!!

I just had a birthday and was in need of a hydro facial and refresh. My appointment was with Angelica- After the hydro and derma plane my skin feels amazing. She is very well educated and sweet. My skin is so soft and clean now and I realize how bad I needed this. I felt really pampered when she was doing her work. I also decided to get some preventative Botox and lip flip and although it was a lot of injections to get all at once, she made me feel very comfortable and she was so fast and gentle. I was out of the spa in 2 hours and it was by far the easiest injection experience I have had. She specifically paid attention to the details of my face and muscular structure and explained to me the placement of product which every professional should do. I really appreciate the care she took to ensure I had a good experience and I’m really excited about my results. She is my esthetician from now on. Book with Miss Angelica and you will not only feel beautiful but be able to relax and have the best care. ❤️

My esthetician Skyler takes such good care of me and my skin, when i leave i leave glowing and i feel completely refreshed. I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months now, and when i went in for the first time my skin was so dry and irritated… currently i no longer have this problem and i absolutely know it’s because of the skin care treatments she has been recommending and providing me. Beautiful salon, beautiful results. i love this place.

Previously, this review talked about an unfortunate incident with a staff member working at the salon. I’m deleting that comment and updating because the salon owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation. And he did it quickly too. He acknowledged the customer service challenges we faced and assured me that was not business as usual for them. We chatted and I can tell that this is a man who cares about his business and customers.The stylist who my kiddo sees is amazing. My kiddo has struggled with confidence and things like that. Parker gave her a cut that unlocked something in her and it set the tone for a growth in confidence that is amazing. She’s out there, being fully herself and rocking life and no small amount of credit goes to how wonderful she felt in her own skin after her experience there.I’m very grateful that the situation was able to be rectified and that we can still come and recommend glam room!
I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly. Avi usually does my nails and she kills it. I couldnt get in with her one day and gabbi got me right! They offer so much. Angelica did my first ever facial and it felt so good and got all my bushy hairs in line 😆
This was my first time at the salon and I had heard good reviews on it! My artist was very sweet but I had sent in multiple videos ahead of time to show her what I wanted. She put me under the heat lamp and then after she took me to wash it out and she said “so I couldn’t get you to the color you wanted”. Which surprised me a little because I have gotten my hair done numerous times and went even lighter in one session with my hair still being very healthy. And this time I didn’t want as blonde as I usually go but then she dries it and I see that it was nothing of what I wanted. Even after the artist acknowledged that she didn’t do what I asked for she said I could book another apt for 2 weeks out to go lighter but I feel as though I shouldn’t need to come back and pay for it again if it would have been done correctly the first time.
After moving to KC last year, it’s been a long road of trial and error to find a new hairdresser but my search is now over!I had the absolute pleasure to have my hair done by Alica at the Glam Room Salon! Not only is she a sweetheart and super talented, but Alica was able to use her expertise to bring my vintage haircut back from a botched mess from a previous salon to perfect old Hollywood glamour again! When the other vintage/pinup girls in town told me that she’s the best in the city for vintage hair, they were not kidding!Words cannot express just how in love with her work I am. There’s no one else in the city I’d rather trust with my hair than Alica.
Came in for a basic haircut. Maggie did a great job, she was friendly and helpful with explaining some new products to me. Already made a follow up appointment with her. Definitely recommend!
I get regular facials with Skyler, and all of them have been amazing. I never used to get facials because they caused me to break out after, but that has never happened with Skylers facials. My skin is glowing and I get so many compliments; especially after the hydrafacial. Skylers facials are so relaxing; the facial massage is incredible. She tailors the services to what my skin needs at the time. Shes the sweetest and its always been such a lovely experience. I highly recommend!
I was going to the Glam Room since I moved to KC about 2 years ago. Since my first appointment there I was seeing Beth for my lash extensions and brow waxes, I go in 2x a month spending over $100 on each visit, but it was worth it because Beth is amazing at what she does. During my visits I saw so many (especially front desk people) be fired, quit, replaced, whatever, and each time wondered what was going on with this place? I have worked in salon environments multiple times and the turnover was never this bad or this obvious. We’ll come to find out today (day of my appointment) they decided they no longer needed Beth or her clients and let her go? I got a call a few hours before my appointment that it would be cancelled and they don’t have anyone else to do lash services. They also said in the voicemail that they had tried to contact me previously, they had not, I checked my phone records. I’m now left scrambling before a big event, after I have spent $1000s at this salon, and now the ‘points’ I had from services are useless as well. Will never be going back - even if they get a new lash tech.
Skyler made me feel comfortable during my first facial, and was so patient in answering all the questions I peppered her with. She gave me a personalized skincare routine and is already sketching out my treatment plan for the next several months. I’m excited to go back. The salon and all its employees are so warm and welcoming! I think I will be a regular for as long as I live in KC.
10 out of 10 stars for Justin and Sydney! It was my first time going here and I had a wonderful experience! My highlights were absolutely perfect and my hair felt so shiny and healthy afterwards! I definitely recommend you book Justin! He is very knowledgeable about hair as well and told me so many helpful things about hair care! And Sydney was magic with the hair dryer. I will be telling all my friend and family that they need to get booked with Justin!
I’ve been getting my nails done by Mao for years at the Glam Room. She’s incredibly talented and cares about her clients and making sure their nails are beautiful and well taken care of.

I have been going to Kalin for a year now for my extensions and she does amazing every time! She always gets my hair color to match just right and blend in with the extensions! She is also very precise and makes sure that my hair is perfect and I am happy with it! She is so nice and also very knowledgeable about how to take care of my hair and what products to use! I highly recommend booking with her!!
Justin, Sydney, and Paris have all been wonderful during my visits! Everyone is so kind and fun to be around.Justin takes the time to listen and bring all my hair goals to life. I got a facial done by Heather and this was my first experience not only with The Glam Room but also allowing someone so close to my face. Heather made me feel very comfortable, very welcome, relaxed and beautiful. She is very personable which I love! She made sure that I was comfortable the entire process and was the absolute sweetest! I HIGHLY recommend her! She also took her time even though it was close to closing. The environment was very LA like, the photos do not do it justice... this place is just beautiful!
I worked with Mao to get our bridal party set up for services to get pampered a few days before the wedding and she was extremely professional, helpful, and most of all patient! We booked about a month out and coordinated everything in advanced so we could show up and basically not have to worry about paying on that day. And of course because we’re girls (lol) we had several changes along the way up to the very day, Mao and the Glam Room team was very accommodating and was able to make quick on the spot changes without missing a beat. Now to the service - they booked us staggered so we didn’t have to wait on each other which was perfect as we all were eventually done at the same time in the end for our next event. All the technicians were very sweet and very pleasant with us. I had Angelina and Jordan for waxing and they were the best!!! The sweetest to talk to and I was sad to leave the room when service was done. Mao is amazing at nails! We were chopping it up like we were old acquaintances from back home and it was a genuine homely and welcome feel to the whole team as I observed my other girls in conversation with their own nail techs. I believe Michelle was my hair stylist and she was so sweet and took care of my mane as a last minute change - overall excellent service and great company. Thank you Glam Room for the experience! You all are awesome!!
I recently got my hair done by Justin and his associate… and let me just say I’ve never had better service. They walked me through the initial consultation easily and made sure I was feeling great and liking everything through the whole process. I had a great haircut here with Kalin! She was so nice and we had a consultation about what I wanted. This is the first haircut I’ve ever had where it looked exactly like my inspiration pictures. I asked for fringe/ bangs where previous salons have told me they could not give me bangs due to my widows peak/ cowlick. But Kalin did and they are perfect!
I just had my second facial at The Glam Room and I can not recommend it enough! The environment is so peaceful and relaxing. The service is top notch. I highly recommend Skyler for all your skincare needs! She is so knowledgeable and kind. I always leave having learned something about my skin and feeling utterly relaxed and fresh.
Justin was amazing! Such a personable experience and he is so gifted at taking care of multiple people at the same time, I honestly truly felt like his only client! I am a rose gold queen and am so thankfill for the experience!
I have had a few appointments here now and I highly recommend Whittney! She’s so sweet, comforting and knows exactly what I want each time - I also never leave here without completely loving my hair! We all know that getting your hair done can be quite a process but she makes the experience feel easy & relaxing!
I visited the Glam Room last Friday to get a cut and style. From the time I arrived everyone was extremely nice. After waiting a few minutes a young lady came and introduced herself. Kalin was her name. She was super nice. We discussed how I wanted my hair cut. She wasnt sure about the terminology I used because it has changed over the years but she allowed me to show her what I wanted and she did and excellent job! This was by far the BEST haircut I have ever had. I will be seeing her again!

I always see Angelica S when I want a facial and she does amazingggg. I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now and she makes me feel so comfortable. She also helped me with finding products that work for me. She didn’t try to sell me everything, just what she thought I needed. I’ve strayed from those products a couple times over the years and my face started breaking out again. She really cracked the code.
Absolutely amazing salon. I always leave happier with my haircut than expected. Christina is a saint and I dont think I would ever let anyone else cut my hair. Thank you Glam Room for providing stellar services.
Justin and Tori did a phenomenal job! I usually get my hair cut once every year or two and I go to a beauty school. I wanted to try going to a professional salon for once and it was worth every cent. They listened to what I wanted and offered advice on how to properly care for my hair in a way that works for me. They were also so sweet and lovely to talk to. As someone who gets very nervous about haircuts, I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Can’t recommend this place and specifically Justin and Tori enough!
Justin & his assistant Sydney were absolutely amazing. The salon is so gorgeous and they made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I am very picky with my hair and I was in love with the finished product! If you want an experienced stylist that is both talented and sweet, then Justin is definitely your guy!
First, Id like to say I LOVE the Glam Room they are all so nice and welcoming there. They all help and talk to each other about what they are doing and really seem to collaborate well. Second, I wanted to give a shoutout to my girl Cassandra she does so well at communicating and figuring out what you want to do with your hair and she does it so well. Also she was kind enough to let me grade while I was getting my hair done, which I really appreciated since Im so far behind (Im a teacher).

I live in Indiana and I come to the Glam Room specifically for Chloe to do my hair color/cuts and Erin to do my facials. They are both phenomenal! They talk me through everything first, they are personal and professional. I will continue to do the 9.5 hour drive to keep coming to the two of them.
I love Jack!😍 He really pays attention to how my body responds during my massages. And he has an awesome technique. And I love his hospitality. He really knows how to take care of people.
I was shocked by the amount of hair salons that are closed on Monday’s, but happily found that The Glam Room was open! I was also shocked by the affordable price I paid with The Glam Room. My appointment was with Kalin. She was so friendly, kind, patient and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my hair and if I liked it. She made sure my cut was to my liking and curled my hair too! She was seriously so sweet!!! I already booked another appointment with her. I 100% recommend The Glam Room and Kalin :)
After posting a not so great review (below) the owner did call me personally and offered to better my experience in the salon. He was very kind and understanding which I very much appreciated. You can tell he really cares about customer experience so if there’s something you don’t like it’s best to speak up (in person) instead of leaving unsatisfied.“I do not normally comment poor reviews or give an opinion off of one bad experience, but I have there several times and have had a bad experience 80% of the time.1. The shampooing has been awful. I am hard headed for the most part but the about of hair getting caught in stylist fingers/pulling of the hair is horrible when your paying that much. In general, the price per quality does not match up.2. When getting hair highlighted they should not have to rely on a ton of toner, in my optioning, to hide imperfections. I’ve noticed that once the toner fades the highlight itself has been done poorly. I’ve had several times where the root touch up did not get fully highlighted thus causing a spot. (Fresh highlight - new growth - old highlight).3. I was about to be charged for a full highlight but the stylist had only done a Partial highlight and did not correct the invoice when checking out. I had to say something myself & started to wonder if they had done this previously before.“
I absolutely love coming here! I get my hair done by Mimi and she is absolutely the best with color corrections and has been wonderful helping me achieve my platinum blonde dreams. The other stylists are also wonderful and Ive seen them all produce great work and happy clients. The salons Facebook page has some great examples of stylist work to give you an idea of what stylist you might want to work with. This salon really does it all. From skin care, hair, and nails, this is truly a one stop shop for all your pampering and beauty needs. Great owner, friendly environment, and reasonable prices!
LOVED having Justin Pierson as my new hair stylist. Made me feel super well treated, and my hair was literally a dream. Worked with my curls and made me love my hair even more. He took the time, effort and made sure I was comfortable. Also, loved his coworker/assistance Tori- she also took the time & made me feel hyped and did such a good job. This is a VERY good Hair & Nail Salon 👍👍👍They are VERY professional, especially when it comes to following CDC rules !!I felt very safe ...Sylvia ( i think that’s her name ) helped me did my all appointments.In the Nail room, Bao did my pedicure. She is VERY good & very friendly.They empty every other spot to comply with social distance.You all can see how the Manicure section has wide strong acrylic that separates the one that is doing your nail and the client, and also, there’s a wide tall acrylic that separates every client 👍👍👍Jessica is VERY good .. i could see that when she was doing manicure for her client.I wish i had more time so i could also have her do my manicure there.Justin did my hair ... he is VERY good too .. i was very happy when i walked out. My hair looked exactly like what i wanted, and thicker as i let him apply the Kerastase Genesis that he suggested me.I also bought 1. And i also bought 1 to apply at home, and i can see that my hair fall is getting less, and also easier to shape and better style ❤️👍Thank youu Justin, and also everyone at the Salon !!I will definitely recommend you all, also would like to come back if one day we are back in Kansas City, Missouri in our RVing.Keep well and be safe Everyone ❤️🙏
I absolutely cannot stress how great this salon is. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautiful. The environment isn’t only itself beautiful and filled with comfy chairs but also the employees are friendly and welcoming. They truly make you feel like family. My hair stylist was Justin. 10/10 recommend! It was my first time in and I booked another session in a month for hair coloring. I had my first appointment with Tori last night. My last haircut I had was in the summertime elsewhere, and it was pretty bad. I hadn’t touched it since, fearing I would make it worse. Tori worked her magic and I finally feel back to normal! She blended my choppy layers and made my curtain bangs look so so good. Also was able to get rid of my nasty dead-ends finally. She’s really sweet and personable too, definitely my new go to gal! Thank you for your awesome work :)
Justin took such great care of me during my service. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and pampered me through the process. Extremely friendly, outgoing and attentive stylists! Loved my stylist Justin!! He did a fantastic job on my hair! I came in with three different tones from hair growth and box dye, he was able to completely transform my hair and execute the exact color I was hoping for! Definitely trust the salon and will be going there from here on out! I LOVE my hair!!!
I’m approaching 30 and decided it was time to start Botox! Angelica was very informative and did not pressure me at all. She made polite suggestions and made me feel empowered to make my own decisions. She gave me clear aftercare instructions and took lengths to make injections quick and to distract from the (minor) pain with each one.I’m very thrilled with my results and have recommended her to other fitness that are considering Botox. I didn’t think to take any before pics (silly me!) but I notice a distinct difference.
Very disappointed with the manicure. First the prices are nothing close to the website.They charge according to the level they are which they dont say when you call to book a service. So big surprise on the end price is about to happen. The girl that did my nails made sure to give me a discount which was very nice and polite and professional! On the other hand the end result of my dip powder manicure was nothing close to good. Color was perfect and application seems correct but the manicure care itself was close to none. After clipping down the nails no file and shape was involved which I realized very late into the process cause I was in a conversation. She dipped the nails after only taking care of the cuticles. No shape was done and I made sure to tell what shape I like. But no shape was involved. Crooked shapeless nails straight into coloring. I shaped my nails myself cause I couldnt look at that uneven mess anymore. If i ever do my nails here again , I will make sure to hover on every step of the process since a few steps dissappear along the way. The girl who did my nails was very nice, polite and fun , but end job was done poorly. Its a shame cause I was waiting to do my nails for so long and I was very excited..which didnt last for long.
It was my first time getting my hair colored by Justin and he is absolutely the best!! My hair has never looked or felt sooo good!! He makes you feel very welcomed, comfortable, and so easy to relate to and get along with! Justin will leave you looking and feeling like the most beautiful person!!!!

Justin did an amazing job with my balayage!!! I just moved to Missouri about 5-6 months ago and never found a place that actually treated me and my hair so beautifully. I have such bad experience with people dyeing my hair that I started using box dye. No more after this experience. It was my first time at this salon and I absolutely loved it. Everyone is so kind and extremely talented. I highly recommend Justin because he did awesome with my hair, but everyone else is just as talented. I was looking at all the customers’ hair at they were beautiful. The service was outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend this place!!
I absolutely love The Glam Room! I have been going there since October of last year. Kelsi is my hair artist and I love her! Parker and Tanner have also helped Kelsi when I come and I adore them both! I even bring my 15 year old daughter to get her hair done and we have had nothing but great experiences! I highly recommend The Glam Room!

I received a hydrafacial from Heather and it was amazing! The whole experience was so relaxing and I really felt like I was in good hands! Heather is extremely knowledgeable and she explained the process step by step! I felt really comfortable especially because I have hyper sensitive and problematic skin, and she made me feel at ease. I will definitely be getting my routine facials from her! Plus the products she recommended for my skin was spot on!
I was the girl who drove two hours back to my old stylist for two years before I even attempted to find a stylist in KC, so I’m picky!For my hair: I see Justin and he’s fantastic! The first time I came to him, he took the time to really understand what I wanted, what my concerns were, and walked me through the process from start to finish. I also loved his honesty about what’s realistic/not when we were taking my hair from blonde to brunette. He gets bonus points for having ideas/suggestions when I’m not exactly sure what I want.For my waxing/facials: I see Angelica! She’s also fabulous! She’s helped me find a skincare routine that’s helped my skin so much without breaking the bank. One of the things I love most about her- you truly feel like she has your best interest at heart. For my birthday, my best friend made us appointments with Jordan for lash lifts and eyebrow waxing with tint. We had a great experience! She was very knowledgeable and shared every step she was taking with us. We had great conversation the whole time. The appointment was well over 2 hours, but we still had a blast! Lashes look great 😊
I have recently started going to The Glam Room mid 2019.Honestly, I can say this is one of the best salons Ive ever been too.I have gotten my hair dyed, cut and even been to the Med Spa to see Jake routinely. Jake is very knowledgeable, super kind, makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in detail.This salon is very well priced, always clean, full of SUPER nice staff and has a great feel to it. I love the rustic feel with the wood on the inside.I cant say even one negative thing about this place.I recommend every one and i mean EVERYONE to this place.I love getting the compliments and telling everyone about the glam room.
Extremely happy with our experience here. We took our 10-year-old who had a very specific idea of what she wanted, and they did exactly what she asked for. Then, they kindly humored my toddler by putting her in the seat and braiding and curling her hair. The salon is beautiful, very clean and nice ambiance and seems like they have a lot of services. I’ll go back minus the kids! Best experience I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend.
I have been seeing stylists and aestheticians at the Glam Room for the past year consistently. Each time Ive gone, Ive had a wonderful experience. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. My most recent visit, I had Jess color and cut my hair. Not only did she listen to my wishlist for my hair, she was able to accomplish it! She did an amazing job. My hair felt healthier coming out of the salon than in a long time. Jess also made you feel right at home through the whole process. I also consistently see Jack for hydra facials and eyebrows. He always knocks it out of the park! Super knowledgable about skin types and problem areas/remedies. I walk out of the Glam Room each time I book feeling amazing and enjoy the time I spend there!

I made my appointment with Rebecca McBain. When I came in, I had hair down to my waist, it was very damaged and over processed from bleaching. She was very patient with me and talked me through which route we were gonna go with cut and color. We ended up doing a huge chop! And the outcome was better than I expected! It was so healthy and smooth and the color was perfect! I will definitely be going back to her on the regular for all my hair needs!

Visited Glam Room today for the first time and I had the BEST experience! Liz was AWESOME - My hair is exactly what i had envisioned thanks to her taking the time to understand what I was looking for. At other salons, things felt rushed and as a result, I ended up being less than impressed with the results...Not this time! Extra bonus, the scalp massage was SO RELAXING! Truly felt pampered today, so THANK YOU! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
