Booked a massage online without any issues. Website is very easy to navigate. Front desk receptionist was very nice and professional. I received a 60 minute massage with Phyllis. Phyllis was very professional and considerate. She was sure to ask me how the pressure was and she maintained the perfect pressure the entire massage. I felt very comfortable. As soon as I got in my car after the massage I was sure to book another with Miss Phyllis

Im almost reluctant to shout out my wonderful massage therapist Sophie, since it might mean she will be harder to book with after, but I truly cannot say enough great things about her. She always asks me what needs work, is mindful of any health issues and provides the perfect deep pressure. Ive been to a lot of massage therapists who say they can provide firm or deep pressure and I can barely feel their hands, with Sophie that is not an issue. I have a bad lower back and she is the only reason I an able to stay as active as I am. My appointments always start on time and the environment is comfortable and calming.

I’ve had many massages through the years, but this was my first prenatal massage. My main issue right now is my neck, shoulders and arms.I’ve got some carpal tunnel symptoms as well as just excess over use due to being a chiropractor for 18 years. Phyllis did an amazing job! She truly listened to what I was saying. I’ve had massages previously where I expressed similar concerns about my arms only to receive very little attention in that area and too much on the traps. Phyllis very obviously understands the connection between the muscles on the front along the clavicles, shoulders, arms and hands.She’s got a great firm touch as well without just poking at trigger points like some do.Wonderful!!! Can’t recommend her enough! I’ll be sending my patients her way for sure.

Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my experience, the facial and the massage. If I have a negative it would be that my half hour massage would have been an actual half hour. My tablet has some issues when I was answering questions and ate up some of my time. Also probably would be a good idea if I would have been told to show ten minutes early so I could get my full hour of services. Just a suggestion for other people to take into account just in case they dont mention it if its your first time. Other than that they were great!

Andrew was awesome! It was my first time having cupping done with a massage therapist. I recommend doing that. He was great. The hot stones were amazing. I feel so much better after spending an hour with Andrew while he worked his magic!!

Elizabeth did an excellent job!!💯The pressure she used was perfect. She help relieve stiff muscles around my knees, neck and back. I appreciate her attentiveness to the various sore areas on my body. Elizabeth, treated me with dignity and respect. Im looking forward to working with her again.

Sophie is the best! I have been seeing her for the past couple of years because she does such an amazing job. I have a lot of neck/back pain from my job, but my body always feels reset after my sessions with Sophie.

I had a massage recently with Lakesha because I was under a lot of stress and pain from that stress. She gave me exactly what I needed. She used a variety of techniques that made me feel very relaxed, but also worked the muscles well. I will definitely be asking for her again.

Jada made my first-ever massage even more relaxing than I could have imagined. My needs were heard and exceeded. Will definitely go back.

I like the way she asks how I’ve been doing and what if anything has been going on. So she has an understanding when I point out issue spots. She always checks in with me o how the pressure is. Very kind and caring.

Had a terrible experience. Was booked for a prenatal message. Arrived for my appointment on time and wasn’t taken back for fifteen minutes. The receptionist was on her phone when I walked in and proceeded to stay on her phone through my check in. The room was not set up for a prenatal message so then I had to wait for her to get the proper equipment. Once the message started it was uncomfortable and she only focused on one area for the entire time. There was no ambiance as the lights were fully on. I was scheduled for a 60 minute message but only received a half hour one. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I had to cancel the appointment due to personal reason today and also requested them to re-schedule it to the next available day i will definately come for the appointment. They were not at considered and charged me $60 for cancelling the appointment. I would not recommend it to anyone. They do not honour personal reasons at all....come what may.

Ashley is full of positive energy and always greets me with a smile. She is very attentive to whatever areas I want to focus on yet still manages to provide an overall very relaxing full body massage.

I come to this location (one because its black owned) and two just for LaKesha. She is amazing. She has the perfect pressure and listens to your needs. She gives tips after the massage and will even recommends stretches for you to do. Her energy is overall positive and welcoming!Happy #BHM!

I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. With regular massage Ive been able to relieve the pain and feel much more relaxed.

Booked a last minute 90 minute massage and got Elizabeth and wow, is she amazing! She quickly found the right amount of pressure to work out all of my sore spots and yet it was so relaxing. She had me so wrapped up with the hot stones, towels and the heated cranial neck warmer that I nearly fell asleep, which is unusual for me. I like this location and will definitely be rebooking with Elizabeth.

Definitely a 10/10 experience! I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage, provided by Elizabeth at the location off of Ward-Parkway/Stateline RD. in KC, MO and she did a WONDERFUL job! I left feeling calm and relaxed, I highly recommend going to this establishment for your self-care needs! They also offer facials which I plan to try in the future! I will absolutely be returning for another deep tissue massage!

Lakesha at Massage Heights Ward Parkway was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She really listened to my concerns and addressed them 100%. I came into massage heights, and was greeted by Kim. Very sweet, nice, and gave me all the info I needed. When I left I was very satisfied with the customer service. top tier service at massage heights.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife called in January to cancel a membership. She called again in February. We kept being charged.The standard response was the manager isnt in.The last time I called the standard response was given, the manager wasnt in. I stated, OK. I will contact my credit card company to report these charges as fraud.Now after many phone calls and emails. A poor response was given. They can only refund up until you called to cancel. We presented times when we called. The manager changed their mind, again.Next time after my first call and lack of response, I will report to the credit card company.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of massage heights. The receptionist was very warm and inviting. My massage therapist, Ashley, was friendly. She did a great job working on my problems areas, namely my shoulders. She was very quiet as she moved around the massage table which helped create/add to the relaxing environment.Ill definitely look to use massage heights again in the future.

I had been enjoying massages at Massage Heights for years, but stopped after I retired last year. I went back this week and had a lovely massage that left my sore back muscles feeling much better. Their massage therapists are very good. The facility is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The tables can be heated to the temperature you like. I plan to not wait so long to get another massage.

Lovely place to relax as soon as you saunter through the door. Peaceful, nice scent, walk waterfall as you head back to your room, and amazing therapists.They also sell Dermatologica products here which is great to know if ur running low and can’t get to Sephora. Close to the mall so you can shop or catch a movie before or after your massage!!Extremely kind and friendly front desk. Very calming feeling when you walk in!

Kesha was amazing! I felt like I received a “medical” grade massage that truly relieved pain I was experiencing. She was very attentive and applied the appropriate amount of pressure to each area. 100% would book again!

I booked an appointment at this location because I was given a Groupon as a gift and told when I scheduled the appointment over the phone that I would just show the Groupon when I arrived for the appointment at the ward parkway location. I presented the Groupon at the appointment and was told that they didn’t know how to apply Groupon codes and that they would “figure it out” during my appointment. I finished my appointment to be told by the front desk that this location doesn’t take Groupon and that I am now responsible for paying for the visit. The front desk never once educated me that this was the wrong location after seeing the Groupon with the location listed. Since this appointment I have attempted to get in touch with management multiple times with no success.

The staff was amazing! Erika (spelling?) was fabulous and really did a great job! I’ve never gotten a massage before and I have to have aversion, so even though it was difficult for me to get through, Erika made it a very pleasurable experience. The front desk staff was also very kind and I appreciate their thought they put in to the costumer experience. I’ll be going back most likely for a facial (I’m better with those) and can’t wait to be serviced again!

I went in to this appointment fully intending to cancel my membership, as I’ve been dissatisfied with the massages at this location. Elizabeth was so awesome, I booked for the next 3 months.

My massage felt like someone just rubbing my body despite me asking two times for the masseuse to use a firmer hand. (Literally told him he couldn’t hurt me 😂) He asked what I wanted to have focused on and I said neck and back, not expecting that that was all he would do for the whole time. He was nice but seemed newer and didn’t really know what to do, he was also running into the store as me and my friend were checking in, which felt a little unprofessional. They massages do not feel like a rub down, the hot stones or bare hands, oh and it all depends on the masseuse and the consumer whom is getting the massage because if I need firm I will say I need it more firm and I also aware them of my tension spots, so no I don’t agree with that, “ Just feels like I love down with lotion.) I called January and February to cancel my membership but they still keep charging on my credit card until end December of 2023. I called for refund but they only gave us three months of the refund. They told me said I should keep calling them after January February, March, April, May, June, July, so on to cancel the membership. I have to come many times on December to cancel this membership. It cost me a lot of time and a lot of stress.

Massage Therapist: AndrewAndrew gave me a great deep tissue massage. He even let me know that if the pressure was to much he could do lighter. He focused on my upper back and did very well massaging all areas I requested or that generally are strained from working out and sitting down for long periods during work. I also loved that he massaged areas of my arms that generally are sore from when I work out. He was also very professional throughout the entire process. We had good conversations as well and he also let me relax as well during periods. I was so relaxed I could’ve fell asleep halfway through the session. 😄 I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I definitely recommend him as a therapist for anyone that hasn’t experienced one of his sessions. ☺️ The facility is also immaculate!!!

Visited Massage Heights yesterday for a couples massage. Will and Christina were AMAZING!!! We were running late and they were ready to go immediately. Both were professional and thorough. I would definitely request theyre services again. They explained everything so we knew what to expect and encouraged communication throughout to ensure we had the best experience possible. We both got deep tissue massage and it wasnt painful and didnt leave us bruised like other massage places in the past. The front office staff was pleasant as well and the facility was clean and sanitized. Were seriously considering purchasing a membership to enjoy this experience more regularly. Paid for 1 hour massage. Arrived 20 minutes early. Massage started 15 minutes late, and ended 10 minutes early. my partner and I were only massaged for 35 minutes.

I’ve gone here for massages but today, I tried the enriching facial. Kim was my specialist and she was AMAZING! It was one hour of pure indulgence and my skin looks and feels great. I will be back for a repeat!

This is a great company, and specifically, a great location. Ive had my membership for over a year now and look forward to each visit. I have used two different masseuses, both are great! Each time Ive seen and chatted with the owner and/or manager they have been polite and truly interested in my experience.For anyone interested, I came to them a year ago in massive amounts of pain in my lower back. Tiffany, who is now a manager, worked through my recovery with me, adjusting each massage to my specific needs. When Tiffany moved into management, she recommended Tracy. I see her every month and love her just as much. Both ladies are great!Their staff up front is kind, knowledgeable, and personable.

I was in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Sarah was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and let me know it was cool to let her know how the pressure was. When I said something felt great she paid special attention to the area. ALSO, she worked out the areas I didnt even know I needed worked out. She also had a great personality. I dont always like silence during a massage and she picked up on the fact that I was cool with conversation. It made me feel comfortable. Great experience and Im most likely going to end up getting a membership. SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT. Ill definitely ask for Sarah.

Elizabeth is a very talented massage therapist! She leaves me feeling more relaxed after every visit.

Extremely frustrated with the customer service I received over the phone today regarding a cancellation. I had to cancel (same day) my appointment due to being called into work unexpectedly. I am now very well versed in their same day cancellation policy that requires me to still pay or use credits. While I understand the policy, this is not something I have ever had to do and I did ask for an exception to be made in using my credits. I have been paying for services I’ve already been unable to use for the past few months due to their closures. I recognize that is out of their control- but other membership services I have simply did not charge their clients during this time. I spoke with Alyssa who offered no empathy or solution or offered to make any other arrangements just simply quoted their policy to me over and over again. Her tone lacked any care or concern for me as a client and quite frankly makes me not want to continue doing business with Massage Heights going forward. I appreciate working with businesses who prioritize people over policy and recognize opportunities to deliver above and beyond customer service. Disappointed in the total lack of effort to resolve my concern.

My Facial and back facial was awesome. My therapist Jada did an amazing job! 90 minutes of pure relaxation.

I called on a Sunday afternoon feeling really sore in my back and they were able to get me in 30 mins later. I had Oscar who was amazing - effective, communicative and made me feel comfortable. I told him which areas were problematic and he zoned in on them perfectly without causing pain. The interior rooms are very nice and front desk attendant was awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

LOVE Massage Heights at Ward Parkway! Staff is always friendly, courteous, professional, and thoughtful. From the moment I walk in until I leave I feel special. I have been going monthly since shortly after they opened. Kathy gives great massages. We focus on the area that is bothering me the most. Coming here has helped my neck, shoulders, and lower back more than the chiropractic visits I used to do. And when I do the foot scrub add on it is heaven! But sometimes I do the hot stones, particularly in winter, and that really loosens tight muscles. But really, depending on your needs, you can select any therapist and Im sure you will be delighted. Ive also had several facials and those are truly a treat! As for cleanliness be assured everything is cleaned & thoroughly sanitized & everyone wears a mask. At the front desk they separate pens so there is a supply of cleaned untouched ones available at all times. Every client has to certify they have not had any symptoms of illness recently or had contact with anyone else who’s been ill.

Had a massage with Sophie there and cant wait to schedule another one. Super relaxing!

In 28yrs of my life this was my 3rd massage ever. I was referred to Elizabeth and she did not disappoint. Super professional and so sweet. I selected the deep tissue massage and the following day I felt significantly less stressed and slept so well that night! I purchased a membership and so exited to be seeing her once a month.Wanted to update the review. No longer thought this place was a good fit for me and I tried to cancel over the phone and their response was “you signed up for a 12 month term, unfortunately you cant cancel” didnt ask me why or any other questions. The more I went the more it felt like a super corporate business and I just turned into a transaction. No thanks.

4.8 stars actually! Always room for improvement. With that said- this was my first time there and I felt Aahmazing when I left! I know I needed it but it was a little harder at times but that’s because I was full of knots and it took lots of pressure to push through them. So overall- I recommend and will be going back!!

I used to be a regular for massage but stepped away due to covid concerns. I got a massage on 1/28/2021 and was very impressed with the cleanliness and mask policy in place. The quality of massage was great, as usual. I’ll be coming back now that I know they’re conducting business as safely as possible.

I asked for FIRM massage because of my sciatic pain and was was still in pain when I left

I have been seeing Phyllis for massages and facials for about 9 months. Phyllis is consistent with medium to firm pressure. She knows what areas need more work and require more pressure while also making sure Im tolerating the pressure ok. She takes my lead on how much talking we do which is nice because sometimes I just need deep relaxation without the pressure of holding a conversation. I enjoy an occasional facial and have started using the Dermalogica line because I liked the results I was seeing with my facials. The front desk personnel are friendly and seem to remember me, which is nice. They communicate well with reminder phone calls and texts the day before. I have been extremely happy with my membership at Massage Heights.

I have had great experiences at Massage Heights. The people at the front desk are always helpful and the services I’ve had leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Tiffany is especially helpful and always greets me by name when I arrive. I’m so glad I have a membership!

Order #116707113 was for 3 massages. See picture attached. I mentioned my Groupon when booking my appointment. After my massage, the employee said that there were no notes on my Massage Heights account about having 3 massages. Then about 20 minutes later she said there was a note about it, but she still made me pay full price for the massage. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t have gone if I didn’t have that Groupon. Absolutely ridiculous. I was there for about 40 minutes after my appointment was finished. What a waste of time.

I’ve been going to Massage Heights Ward Parkway for over 3 years now and I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The front desk staff are amazing and you feel welcomed from the second you walk in the door. Cameron has been my LMT since the beginning and he is the best. I have back pain from being stuck at a desk 8-10 hours a day and seeing him is like hitting the reset button—the pain is gone! It’s easily the best hour of my month, and I will be returning for many more years in the future.

Ive been twice now to this location. Very clean, rooms are comfortable, quiet and the music is soothing...not obtrusive. I have to admit I dont generally use one of these chain massage places....as it seems they tend to have new therapists who arent very experienced, but was gifted with this massage from my son and daughter in-law. Ive used massage for pain relief from Arthritis for many years and know good from bad therapists. I was very lucky however in getting booked with Joe the first time and booked him again after the first session. Joe has years of experience and is an excellent therapist...I would highly recommend his services. He understood what I wanted from the start and was very skillful and soothing. I will return to his care.

I have always had a great experience there from the receptionist being so welcoming right away and every therapist I have had has been absolutely amazing. They listen to your problems and needs and I always come out of my sessions relaxed. Getting a membership there was the greatest things I could’ve done making the cost of massages reasonable and something I look forward to each month!

Massage heights has always been absolutely excellent in all of my experiences. Their staff is trained extremely well and I have found them to be very accommodating when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The massages themselves I have always found to be very relaxing and professional. This is definitely my go-to place in Kansas City because of the staff and location and the excellent massages they provide. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a massage.

This was a pretty bad experience. I cancelled, was told I was cancelled, but then had to cancel again. When I tried to cancel the second time I was greeted with rudeness and suspicion by Tiffany, the manager. She said I could cancel if I moved more than 25 miles from an operating MH. I did and I provided proof. Then she asked how often I come to town, if I have an apartment here and if I am in town right now. I asked her what her last name was and she said I dont feel comfortable telling you. Its funny how she feels like she has a right to ask about my personal life.My card was charged again. Tiffany explained that I could apply this credit towards a massage. I tried to book an appointment, but Tiffany added a note to my file saying not to allow me to make any appointments.I strongly recommend Massage Envy over Massage Heights. The Overland park location gives discounts if you have been afflicted by Massage heights, just ask for Hillary.

Ive been a member at this location for more than a year. They do a great job communicating the availability of my therapist. Kathie S. - she is the best. While she was out on maternity leave I chose to wait for her to return. Kathis listens to my needs and we work as a team to work those critical spots.

Will was amazing. I requested for a heavy pressure for my massage during my visit , I usually prefer to get deep tissue or pressure point massages, Will was at his A game. His focus on my tensed muscles was something else.

I noticed they had a new client deal and I was fortunate enough to be paired with Angela! She’s a magician. You don’t even have to tell her where you’re tense/tight/stressed. She can just tell/figures it out! She’s so good I signed up for a monthly massage membership haha!! But really. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I’ve had an exceptional experience every visit. Exceptional services!I started my membership about 1 year ago when I first moved to Kansas City. I used to live in Lenexa and I went to that location and loved their services! now I moved to KCMO and the Ward Parkway branch is the closest to me. Cathy worked well on my messed up back. I felt the release of the tension by the end of the session. Definetly, shes my go to therapist now.

Im so in love with my body massages where that Im additive. Jeri is so precise and targets the right spots in the muscle area to relaxing them and when she finish with me Im just like a noodle ..great job!!!!!!! massage heights you keep me coming back again and again.... I got a gift card for my birthday so I tried this place out. Very friendly and professional staff. My massage was very relaxing and thorough. At the end, I got a little report card that went over where I could use more work. I was very impressed and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I tried many therapists here and really wasn’t finding what I wanted. I now drive 15 minutes extra for a different location and immediately found a great therapist. I also had a massage therapist fall asleep during my 90 minute massage here.. it was not a good experience at all. On the bright side I was refunded for it and management was great when I talked to them about it.

My mother and I had a mother daughters day massage scheduled with 2 of their workers for the same time. We had already filled out our paperwork and were fully checked in when all of a sudden one came down sick and they informed us they were down to one worker. So they let us know one of us could get a massage and the other would have to reschedule because they didnt have any other openings. VERY unprofessional. Instead of faulting us for your coworker being sick you should have called the appointment who was scheduled after us to let them know they would need to reschedule, INSTEAD OF THE PEOPLE ALREADY SITTING IN YOUR LOBBY CHECKED IN. No compensation for our inconvenience were offered, no more than a sorry but reschedule.Doesnt surprise me though unfortunately, massage heights is an over priced, underwhelming scam. Just hoped the ward parkway location was going to be better than the independence location, but I see I was too hopeful because they were way worse than independence in the customer service department.Will always recommend people stay far away from this company but ESPECIALLY this locationWould give ZERO stars if I could.

My therapist, Violisa, is amazing. She seems to know just where I need a little extra pressure to relieve those tension spots. At the same time she manages to give me such a relaxing massage that I almost drift off to sleep. I loved every moment of my massage.

This was my first experience at massage heights. At first I didnt understand how a massage place get so many bad reviews until I experienced the managers rudeness first hand. (For the record, Tiffany wasnt rude to me, but to a customer ahead of me.) I can understand being stern of standing your ground in the face of upset customers but I cant understand rudeness to paying customers! I might experience at massage Heights, at the Ward Parkway location was exceptional. My service provider VioLisa, what’s masterful. VioLisa was able to identify problem areas during the session and then able to provide the appropriate techniques to alleviate the problem. I had a 90 minute session with VioLisa and never felt that she rushed through the experience. I am very much looking forward to my next massage with VioLisa.

They dont cancel your account when they say they will. The massages were average. One masseuse confused my lymph node for a knot on multiple occasions, which was painful. Some masseuses have pretty rough hands. Reception couldnt seem to keep straight which masseuse massaged me and which massaged my partner.The cost of the massages is only worth it if you get on their membership plan (and then, only barely), and they are dishonest about cancelling. Ill continue to get massages, but Ill go to a local independent massage therapist.

This was my third appointment with JaVae and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. She knows how my body responds to stress and how to change the muscle memory that keeps it responding in unhealthy ways. She is not only knowledgeable but is skilled and intuitive when treating individual clients. This is much more than a spa experience—JaVae is a healer and is looking for results. She consistently confirms what my wellness doctor and chiropractor or trainer are saying and is not only healing me but teaching me about my body and how to take responsibility for my health. She’s great and I enthusiastically commend her and her services.

Massage Heights Ward Parkway would not honor my membership after I got vaccinated for Covid-19 and felt comfortable visiting a masseuse. Obviously were were all little concerned with the unknowns of the virus.... Especially in March 2020.Seeing that they only allow a 3 month window in which you can use the the money you spent on a membership it unfortunately expired unused.Full disclosure: My membership began Dec. 22nd 2019 and ended March 21, 2020. Right as Covid was becoming a real pandemic.Speaking with the Manager (Erica?) I was dismissed because it was outside the timeframe that THEY closed down temporarily. Nobodys individual health concerns seem to merit any real thought... They had my money already...I unfortunately do not recommend this place.

Great experience! Though, I thought my facial was supposed to be $50, I was charged $69. My friend that came with me was only charged $50 for the same treatment. I didnt realize it until after I had paid and left. Either way, it was worth it.

I loved their massages, but they have cheated me out of my money! DONT SIGN ANY KIND OF CONTRACT WITH THESE CROOKS! I tried to end my one-year agreement, but I was charged two extra months. They say they didnt record that I called to cancel. So, because of their error, I lose $120! They refuse to refund me my money that they have illegally taken from my account. Dont fall for it! They do not act with integrity and will cheat you out of your money!

So I have been here a few times and have never had any problems which is why I gave an additional star. However, tonight when I called to find a good deep tissue therapist for my husband since his two are not available, one just moved out the state and the other had surgery so we decided to call this location, its the 2nd closest to home. I asked the receptionist, didnt catch her name who would be good, she said Cameron the manager who is over the other therapist so I asked what is his specialty, didnt think that was a hard question but it quickly turned into one. She responded with he does light, medium, firm and deep pressure which didnt answer my question so I asked the same question again but adding, is his speciality neck, back, stretches, etc which she responded with he does a full body Swedish massage. So now I am asking does he do Swedish or does he do deep tissue because I know everyone doesnt like to do deep tissue, for example my massage therapist will do deep but her preference is to stop at firm which wouldnt be enough pressure for my husband who has done construction for years plus I explained that to her when I first called. She also thought telling me he is a massage therapist was also answering my question. I just ended the frustrating call with thanks, I repeated a few things to my husband during the call since he was sitting across from me so after I hung up he said well Im glad he is a massage therapist and not an accountant. After tonight, not sure Ill be back especially since my backup therapist which was at this location left so if I had to call here again, Ill call and drive to a different location further from my housep

Excellent massage. The therapist paid attention to the areas I indicated were most sore and price was reasonable for the introductory massage. I visited at the beginning of the pandemic and they were very considerate and mindful of the fear at the time.

Phyllis was an amazing Esthetician! Ive been an Esthetician for over 20 years and just retired. Phyllis took care of my sensitive skin while I was coming out of a seb Derm flare up.My skin felt and looked great and even better after a couple of hours! My husband had Laticia as a massage therapist and she was fantastic!

Sean was professional and provided exactly what I needed after falling down a couple of stairs and really twisting my back. Excellent massage. Clean and Covid appropriate. Everyone wore masks. My esthetician Sarah was very personable and did a great job explaining all the aspects of the facial as she was working through them. I would definitely recommend this service.
