Royal Foot & Body Massage

Ive been here several times before and wont be back now. Went for a 60 minute foot reflexology. It used to be 60 minutes for $60, but is now $70 for 60 minutes. Understandable. However, they now make you pay upfront before receiving your service. She ran my card and handed me the receipt for a signature. The base cost was $71, not $70 and a $3 fee. I questioned and she said charge for card. Understood. Then when I started filling in the tip section she denied me because I wasnt giving the $20 tip they wanted. Tip request was over 20% and I hadnt even received the service to base my tip on. Then took 10 minutes for them to figure out how to void the transaction. Never again!

My boss had gone the day before and recommended that I go get a massage as Ive been working so much. We work with dogs and its kind of laborious sometimes and my neck and back have been killing me... Ginny made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Ive never had a massage before and I was definitely nervous 🙃... But Ill definitely be going back! She communicated with me on on roughness and it made it that much more comfortable. Hot stones are a must!!

Required a percentage of tip up front without question? Absolutely not! Youre not going to tell me how much to tip even before services are rendered. Stay away folks!

I have been to this place several times, and I always leave feeling great. Their hot rocks are free. The staff is very polite and professional, and the massage is very comfortable and worth recommending.

Do not recommend! They made me feel uncomfortable from the beginning and when I left they insisted I tip them $15 (which was above 20%) and the massage itself wasn’t that great. I won’t be going back.

This is the best massage I have ever received. Ive been going here as often as I can since I moved to the area. Its about 20 minutes away, but completely worth the drive. The couple who own it are extremely kind, and they genuinely care about the well being of their customers. They are always extremely humble, and over thank us when we leave them tips after an amazing job. Not to mention, their prices are the best out there.Just this past week I had a knot in my shoulder that was causing joint issues and severe pain, so bad that I hadnt slept in several days and I could barely move or function. I came here, and they completely worked out the knot in my back plus some. They made it so I could move again. I cant thank them enough.Completely recommend going here, but just make sure to call ahead as they dont have much staff. They will be happy to make an appointment.

This is and has been the best massage Ive ever and I do mean EVERRRRRRR gotten in my life.I had to run it back twice in the same because 30 minutes was unbelievable.I recommend this place to any trucker or individual out of state.Staple for sure, for sure.

I made an appointment online, but decided to call to confirm. Glad that I did...I was told that I would need to schedule for another day. Ok...fine.... I went to the actual appointment and the massage was subpar... nonetheless, when it was over I chose to leave a tip (in spite of the fact that I wasnt completely satisfied) and thats when it happened! The lady behind the desk pretended that she couldnt understand the amount that I clearly stated and she overcharged my card! I repeated that there was a mistake and after approximately 5-10 minutes of repeating the same thing and not getting anywhere...I just told them to keep it if they needed the money that badly....long story short....I will not be returning!

Website states $30 for 30 mins arrived was told its $40. I did advise they need to change their website pricing but was still charged $40. I am a professional licensed massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue, and I have to say how excited I was to find this place so close to home. Although I know many great massage therapists, its always hard to find someone whos not afraid to, and has the skills to give a really good deep massage. I was very pleased with Royal and the gentleman who worked on me. He was nice and efficient and he done a very good job. Yes I was sore the next day, but thats exactly what I was looking for, because I understand the healing benefits behind this type of technique. I was very suprised that an hour only cost $30! Thats an amazing price for the service you are getting, trust me. I had a great experience and will be returning.

I have been meaning to write a review, but keep forgetting. I have been coming here almost once a week for a few months now. The staff is great!!! Kind!! Polite!!! and respectful. It’s one of the highlights of my week to stop in here. Great massage!! Great price!! And Great People!!! Highly recommend

OMG!! My mind was blown. An amazing experience. They spend a half hour on your feet and then the last 30 on the back. It was different because you stay fully clothed and they massage you over towels. It was super intense though. They use elbows, forearms, finger tips, knuckles, and knees very effectively. I have to say it was the best massage Ive ever had and Ive gotten a lot of deep tissue massages throughout my life. Im very impressed!

Went in today with an appointment (Do make one it saves you waiting time.) Did the Back/Foot combo. Lisa the masseuse was very professional and did an amazing job. I feel wonderful. Yes it is painful while it is happening but thats what deep tissue massage is supposed to feel like.

I am an LMT with my own business. I work constantly, and have been looking for a convenient way to get a great massage without booking weeks in advance. For me, its like a tune up so I can work tomorrow. This is a small business. The current owner has been there for a year, and shes excellent. Her husband, Sam, worked on me, he can definitely deliver deep pressure. I feel that if they were a bit better at setting the expectations and explaining how things work, they would be a lot busier! Regardless, go, have an open mind about Chinese methods and reflexology, and communicate clearly your pressure preferences up front, and they will accommodate you!Plus, this location is so convenient!!

I did my deep tissue massage. I always appreciate it when a masseuse really listens to you about what needs treatment. She is great and makes me feel so comfortable!

The people were nice but the service was sub par. My husband isn’t one to complain and he felt like his was a waste of time and didn’t feel like anything. They also charged us 10.00 to use our card which wasn’t stated before hand or had any signs anywhere. I will also be reporting this to the BBB

Went in for a foot massage last night, cuz my dogs been dogging me. Was quoted $30, but they were too busy to get me in then. Went back this morning.Got much more than a foot massage. A full hour later, I had received a full body massage, even though I wasnt really prepared for it (jeans, suspenders, etc.). I figured there was some confusion due to a language barrier and the extra service would cost me dearly, but the price was only $30 for an hour! Every day. Seven days a week.Now.... I cant say I havent had better massages, but in fairness, those were also nude full body massages, and this was not. It was supposed to be a foot massage, fer crying out loud! LOL.I can definitely say Ive had much worse massages that cost me far more. This was a very good massage and at this price, it was unbelievable. I will be going back, wearing less obstructive clothing.Place was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Traditional Chinese Medicine therapeutic experience on Monday 2/17/2020. Leo was absolutely amazing. Its a 45 minute drive from my home but I will definitely be back!

Nice relaxing place. My only complaint is not that bad. I would prefer a woman doing the message, only because I just dont like guys touching me. And that is my hang up.

The owner and his wife were amazing, super accommodating and welcome. We came by after skiing and it was def needed and helped with relaxing our legs.

I bought a Groupon for a 45 minute foot massage, I tried to use this 3 different times. Each time I was told that this should have been refunded ( which it was not). I had to contact Groupon and have them trade it in, because they wouldnt honor their deal.

The massage itself was pretty good for a clothes on massage.After I got out I was happy with the experience ( maybe my endorphins) then thought about some things that sort of irked me about this place.First of all, about a year ago my mom got me a $30 gift card to use. It was expiring soon so I thought I better use it. The lady greeting told me that the person who sold it no longer owned the business, is that true? I have no idea. I tried grabbing the coupon to leave but was talked in to a five dollar discount, I figured $25 is cheap for a one hour massage so I complied. The woman took the 30 off coupon and asked for cash. So, after I thought about it I think she just didnt honor the gift card and got another massage fee out of my family. DO NOT BUY GIFTCARDS FOR THIS PLACE. I am only ASSUMING that there is no accountability on where the money goes for this or how many new owners they get a year.Secondly, the massage felt fine but the environment is awkward. There was a small futon ( it was dark I didnt get a good look, maybe a couch ) in the corner with a curtain, the guy who massaged me was laying there with a young woman, could be a girlfriend, sister, coworker, whatever. There was also an unseen person snoring THE ENTIRE time. The girl on the futon was watching videos on her phone. The relaxing music they put on was drown out by snoring and whatever movie or video was on. Also the awkwardness of knowing that there are people around me hanging out and walking around. I was sore and the massage felt good but it was not relaxing.I was then asked if I wanted another half hour I said no to avoid a fee and they finished up. I got to my car and then to target and realized that I didnt get an hour but I got a 30 or 35 minute massage for the fee of an hour massage ( minus the $5 off) . I got out at an hour exactly from when I called them from my house, I verified this with my phone log. I didnt dispute because at this point enough time has passed and it was a cash transaction.The massage was pretty good , If you need to go here, watch the time and verbally acknowledge with them and dont buy giftcards, they will use cheap parlor tricks. It shouldnt be this way. I probably wont go back.

Happy with services overall. Every massage place does thing differently. This place was a nice experience. I have looked at other reviews and fail to understand why some chose to be hatful lol. If you don’t like thief service just keep it moving and find something you like better.

Staff was extremely friendly!! My back was KILLING me, thought a solid foot massage was going to be enough to ease the pain. Was surprised when she offered to split my hour between my back and feet. she questioned the pressure and was concerned for my comfort. Will be back for shiz!

Incredibly rude staff made me feel really uneasy due to me not wanting to upgrade to the $45 option. I was asked 4 times to upgrade during my massage which ruined the experience amongst other things. Total waste of money and I will not return.

They did ok on my lower back, but I felt like he was drilling his fingers into my upper back. It hurt so bad, I kept telling him it hurt and no and that he was massaging my back way to hard. Yet he didnt care and continued the way he pleased. I thought maybe he was taking all the knots out of my back thats why he was doing it so hard. But it literally felt like he was trying to hurt me. The next day I woke up in so much pain in my upper back, I felt as if somebody had been hitting my back with a bat. I will never return here. I came in with little pain on my lower back and left feeling all beat up. so if you like it rough, I guess this is the place for you.

Went to this place yesterday evening, had very high hopes and was really wanting to see what it was about.Me and my friend went and waited about 20 mnts before we got seen, before we went it i asked they guy how much for a back massage ( because it said royal foot massage, i wanted a specific back massage) he said $40 , I had read the reviews before i went and people said they had paid $30 for everything so i told him but he said $40 for a back massage so i said ok, while he waited he came back and said look its $40 and showed me the price on the calculator which said $50, there was a language barrier, he keep saying $40 but showed me a different price anyways we agreed on $40 and it began,My massage was half sitting up (iam pregnant) and was very rough on my back, but i figured i was really tensed up and it ddnt bother meMy friend said her guy that did the massage barely touched her lower back and did no skin to skin, My guy did, when we were done we paid and gave them a $4 tip since we thought originally was going to be $30 , he was not happy at all with the tip and said no good tip no good tip in our face then started talking in their languageI felt realieve for about 3 hours until my back started hurting again, to where i HAD to take a hot bath, today my back is in PAIN i feel like some one came and hit me with a bat, I WOULD not come here for the price because its not worth it and them being rude at the end

Very experianced Had a knot in my shoulder. They fixed me in one session doing back-walk and suction cups. Petite Asian lady perfect for back walk. They have a male worker their as well.

We booked an appointment online and when we showed up they had no record of it and could not accommodate us even though there was no one there.

So I came with another person I had a groupon and they didnt but paid in full and they definitely dont give you the same treatment as they would if you pay in full, then when we were done the guy was like give me tip, like ok well Im sure tips are gained not just demanded, to which I usually tip but this guy was excessive even gave my friend the receipt to put the tip on 10dollars and up.

They always provide an excellent experience! The hot stones and foot massage are consistently so good.
