I came here a couple weeks back to get some new glass and was surprised by how much selection there was. Both the ladies there helped me pick out a nice piece that was within my price range. Excellent service and an awesome store. It was my first time being in, but I will definitely be back to get more!

While I love the pieces I’ve gotten from here it would seem the store has a habit of setting raffles to never go through with them? I had multiple tickets to the 420 raffle and made sure to like and share posts as well for it, now while I know that doesn’t make me a winner or anything I did find it strange that there was never any winner announced and when I’d message them to inquire I was just given them run around over and over.It looks like now the raffle posts have all been scrubbed clean from social media.This is a great glass shop however why entice people to spend more money for things like raffles if you as a company can’t even keep up with your end?Doesn’t seem right.

This is the only smoke shop in the greater KC Metroplex that you will ever need!!!Ive been visiting this amazing (not so little) smokeshop for a solid 12 years, or more. Ive never walked out of this shop without the hardware, cleansers, or accessories that I needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful; open communication and they offer sound product recommendations and good advice. They take the time to answer your questions and happily demonstrate how to properly use any hardware or gear. So, I went because I googled Best head shop in Kansas City. Im new to smoking, and I wanted to go to a shop that wasnt crowded, or constantly up-selling. I was not disappointed. The shop was clean, and there was so much to look at. Luckily, one of the clerks, (and I hope I didnt get this wrong) Melissa(?) helped me navigate through the store. I purchased my first water pipe and the things I needed for it. Im glad I made the trip to go to Its A Dream, and the excellent customer service and atmosphere of the store definitely made me a return customer.

Last night really put this place down for me. Me and my boyfriend came here to find tanks for my smok 2mini. The woman behind the counter insisted we bring it in so we could get the right tanks since there is a no refund or exchange policy. So we went home and grabbed it after she said it multiple times with a cocky attitude. I tried to keep my bf calm cause the way she was saying it was making him mad. After we went home and grabbed the device she gave us a box of tanks and said they were the right ones. Later on when I went to put a new one on....IT DIDNT FIT AT ALL!!!! Best believe I will never be shopping here again on her shift. I also think they should give us a refund since she is the one that messed up after having such a attitude with my boyfriend!

Such a great experience here. Matt and Adam were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and were patient as they educated us on the types and benefits of Delta-8.Their level of customer service and willingness to educate was above anyone I’ve visited in the KC area and equated to some of the best shops in Cali or Colorado.

This is definitely one of the best smoke shops in Kansas City I highly recommend them all their employees are always very nice and helpful and their prices are better than any of the other shops in kc they also work with you on prices and give you deals but I can give them $10 a day

Very disappointed in my most recent visit! Do not buy their n2o chargers!!! I WANT A REFUND! Most of them barely had 2 grams of gas!Update: Obviously, you cant get refunds on disposable items like that, but they did cut me a deal on a tank to make up for it. Until they change brands, do not buy their chargers. The brand theyre selling is called Nitro Whip. Only get their tanks for now. I really appreciate them making this right! I will be returning again. 🙂

The only place I shop now. All the guys are really chill and willing to help. Every visit is great.My first visit, I had no clue what exactly I wanted. The guy helping me was great! He pulled a bunch of pieces (at least 20) out for me to see and gave his honest opinion, along with asking questions to find the best piece for me. (Not just trying to make the sale, which is a huge plus.) The entire time he assured me that I wasnt being a pain or asking to much of him.(Even though I probably was.)In the end I nabbed an amazing piece of Envy Glass that is my new fave piece! He was also able to work with me on the price because it was just a little over my budget.

The shop didnt have what I was looking for but the gentleman that was working there was very very nice and gave me a package deal on a replacement for what I was looking for I got a beautiful new bong and a beautiful new pipe and it was all for a really good price and I will be back!

Best smoke shop around! Parker helped me out as soon as I walked in the door! They didnt have my normal brand of juice so he helped me go through some fruity menthol and found 1 that I like a lot! After talking for awhile Chandler came over and answered some more questions I had about glass pieces. They really took the time out to help me, the customer out and not try to sell me stuff I really didnt need. I will continue to go there just for the customer service alone!

We went in fairly late and were on a date from out of town. Spent awhile going through different pieces we liked and considered purchasing but ended up getting a couple silicone pieces and some glass ones. Realized after we left we were not given a receipt and I had paid triple for a pipe that was online for 12 bucks. one of the cashiers was almost snide in a way but otherwise not bad visit nice selection of glass. Not to mention the friendly attitude and welcoming demeanorUpdate: I bought some CBD flower from them since they told me they had some that wasnt delta 8, and looking at it more now I should not have. It is brown in color and probably not good to consume. I should have looked into the color more, but Im sadden by the idea that they were willing to sell me bad quality instead of taking it off their shelf.

Ive been here twice. Both times the staff has been polite and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. While it is true that they will push other products on you, thats the business; theyre there to sell. I have never felt a huge amount of pressure to buys something I didnt want. The stuff they push is also good quality stuff. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Overpriced (even for its location), with unintelligent employees. Very over-rated, they bribe their customers offering them a one-time discount for 2 good reviews. Ive returned and switched the good reviews I had given them to 1 star after I had a couple more recent visits... There are other local smoke shops that have far superior customer service and better prices... I switched and never looked back.

Act friendly but hover over you til you either buy or feel so uncomfortable you leave. I used to love this place and it was my main shop. Coopers is much cheaper and way more friendly.

Everyone is always really helpful. The staff answers all my questions. Today the guy who helped me was really patient explaining differences of how CBD products are measured/ dosed and benefits of each type of delivery method.This is pretty much the only head shop I go to anymore.

Awesome shop! They have a LOT of different glass pieces. (They have other materials besides glass as well.) Even ones that just about reach the ceiling. (At least when I visited.) Really cool designs and miscellaneous items. Pretty chill place/people. Whenever Ive been in, they seem to always have some type of deal going on. Even if youre not going to buy anything, visit Its A Dream just to see what they have so youll have some kinda idea what youd want in the future when you COME BACK TO SHOP.

It’s a dream popped up on my GPS when searching local smoke shops and the name of this place is very accurate, it is a DREAM. This place is loaded with beautiful pieces and just about anything you could ever wish for! Also, the staff in this place knows their customer service. I’m ashamed I didn’t grab the guys name who helped me, because he was very knowledgeable (guy with glasses you’re awesome!!!) I’m not from KC but if I make it out here again they’re definitely on my list of places to stop!

By far the worst smoke shop in Kansas City. Everything is way overpriced, and idk his name but he’s a chunky guy with long hair, he treated me w animosity and judgement probably bc of my tattoos. Little does he know I love spending money in smoke shops, but bc of him I have left shaking my head thinking the owner of this shop really needs to offer commission so the workers , idk, Work?! at anything other than making customers feel unwanted.

If I could give zero I would. I went to buy a pen roper for my darling before he was to get on a plane to a different state. Go in buy one that they have what ever what ever. My darling gets on plain an hr and half away. Gets off opens box to find out that the employee did not put the item back in the box before selling it to us. I call them back talk the the men in the store and they tell me they are so sorry dont worrie about they will refund my money because they understand it was there fault for not putting the item back. I wait 5 days and call bake because they still have yet to put the money back. Get told I need to talk to a manger. Wait until Friday to call. Was told over and over that they dont do refunds now even tho an employee had told they would. Was told they would hook me up as I thought maybe compsate me for being out money time and trouble for something I didnt do. Nope I ask for a upgrade and have to pay the difference. Then leave a review on Facebook as to how they riped me off as they did since I didnt have pen topper for a week was told lots of things then nothing was done to help make the problem better than giving me what I asked and charged me differences in the items. Now I am going back a forth with them on Facebook review and they are trying to tell me Im in the wrong. I understand this is long I just hope no one ever has to get treated and not sold the item they bought from this store.Go to Coopers better stuff better people and they are wonderful to their customers!!!

Came down here not expecting much, I usually buy all my glass offline because its much cheaper and I told them that. The guy helping me picked put very nice choices and I actually got a really good deal on one I really liked!!

I stopped in after work tonight and Pal was extremely helpful! He gave me so many recommendations and was patient while I asked him a million questions. This is my new go to spot for all of my needs.

They have the friendliest staff and a very clean space. I bought a plastic grinder for 10 bucks and it’s the best grinder I’ve ever had. Show them some love!

The guys in this place are god awful, and the glass is straight up china glass unless you get one of the few brand named pieces. Every employee will push their product on you regardless of what you want. I went in once looking for a specific product and the jackass tried to sell me on something else and then lost my sale because i already knew what i wanted and just went down the street to a good headshop, Coopers.

If you need any glass It’s A Dream is the spot to go. Friendly and affordable

I have only been their acouple of times so far mainly cus I live up north in liberty but whenever I go there they are always helpful and have even given me something for free to try and it was a $20 item Ill be going back for sure

The last item I purchased from there is horrible quality....the tips\nails included with the kit one was cracked and the other the cheap metal one wont even stay inserted into the silicone mouthpiece....lesson learned Ill shop elsewhere and hopefully find better quality.

Love love love this place!! Always fast and efficient service from these guys and an open and clean environment! Stopped by last night with a faulty vape pen from another smoke shop, Nick & Logan informed me of what was wrong and what I needed. They gave me a BETTER replacement and even informed me that I had been scammed at the other shop 😡 long story short, always go to Its A Dream!
