Don’t use a credit card here they will steal your info and try to charge it to their home countries e commerce website. Luckily I have fraud protection and I was able to catch them before they took any more money. Pay cash. Thieves are everywhere. I can’t believe they would try to do something like this. I have a track record with location points of everywhere I have went the past 24 hours. I bought this vape and that was it, I then went home and got a haircut paid in cash and used the laundromat used my quarters so this place was the last place I used my card and I find it funny it’s ran by a bunch of middle easterners and that’s where the charges are coming from. I will be filing a police report and an investigation will be conducted. You messed with the wrong white boy.

I highly recommend this store and their affiliate smoke shop two doors down. Very kind people! They provide excellent customer service and make sure that you are receiving The product which you expect before even leaving The store. Five stars all the way around! From the first time that I visited the Barry road location I felt like I was a member of the family! There are other stores closer to me but I love the amazing employees there. I’ve said it before and I’ll say again- customer service sucks in this day and age so when I get to see Lisa and Brian’s smiling faces, I continue to have hope for the future of humanity.These are very caring, competent people and I hope the owner knows what he/she has in that team. I do also love the rewards program and the spin for free/discounted merchandise.

Ive been to this location several times and not had a good experience for two of those times when buying there disposable vapes the first one was a puff bar that didnt work when I tried it in the car bec I left the store it wasnt refundable the second time was a bad drip disposable vape it worked in the store but after roughly 15 hits it was burnt im pretty sure they buy bad products they know have been damaged at a cheaper price I will never go here again!

The staff here are very friendly. Ive always been able to walk in and purchase the brand of cigarettes that I smoke. They have a very nice selection of tobacco and tobacco related products as well as some novelty items like smokers candles. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out.

Ive been coming to the shop since 2002 was wonderful the first 10 years have never got a correct price on any item depending on the coworkers who work there depending on the price you get I checked the prices before anything because this place will ruin you off!!! Im once your money yeah they have cheap prices to get you on the door but in reality youre becoming poor a while they get rich dont let a business dealing with the type of goods they sell.

I will NEVER go back here again and i go here alot I purchased a evolve plus vape pen and it does not work I paid $36 for it and Chris refused to make an exchange so I pretty much got scamed or ripped off same thing becareful these guys sold me junk and rudely refused to exchange it and make it right went to another one happy now

It is really a heaven for all smokers. The guys over there are very friendly, knowledgeable and simple. They show no attitude. As far as my knowledge, most of the customers are repeating customers. Once you are there, youll always be.They have all kinds of Electronic cigarette, most of them at the lowest price in Kansas City area. I would personally recommend this store for E-cigarette and its liquid.I really wonder where do they get these quality products for such a cheap price. Some of the pipes displayed there are really wonderful, I guessed a value of $1000-$1200. I casually asked the guy whats the price......His friendly reply$400...!I didnt had that much amount on my card otherwise, I wouldve defenitely bought that just for a display in my basement even though I dont use that.You guys rocks.!

This shop has always been my ultimate favorite. Theyre well organized and the shop is clean as if its brand new. They treat the customers as their own family which makes it really special. They have the best selection of water pipes, hookahs, vape products and its accessories.

A little small, hard to get around if its crowded, but they try to move the line out quickly by having one person at the register and another person getting purchases together so theyre ready to go for the register. Staff is professional, but a little cold and distant.

I go here pretty often, 1-2 times a week. They carry Cali Maxx vapes which are my personal favorite. I went today and decided to try a Cali Pod as well. They asked me to test the devices I bought as per usual. When I took the Pod out of packaging, the end was covered in oil. I showed him and he took it to the back and wiped it off. He said it was fine essentially and gave it back. So I tried it out and it had the burnt taste vapes have when they go bad. I asked him if I could have a different one and he said no since vapor was still coming out. I’ve had similar things happen at other vape stores and they always replace it with the same/similar product. Just disappointed considering I come in here quite often and he clearly could tell the device was defective.

This place is absolutely marvelous. I’ve been coming to this place for almost 4 years now. The customer service has always been on top of the board. I’ve never seen any other shop with so much variety of products. These guys have the best price on the cigarettes across the whole city. The selection of water pipes and hookahs are stupendous. And if you’re a Vapist, this shop is your heaven. The selection of vape products and its accessories especially the e-juices are exquisite. Friendly and helpful employees. Great location. Good kratom selection (actually fresh kratom) unlike other stores Ive gotten it before. Red Bali from tkc is fresh and close to quality of the top fresh online brands. Its sealed in a light protective bag so thats good. I recommend staying away from remarkable herbs kratom, its usually not fresh, not potent and their bags are see through and let light in, which is one of the 3 things that degrade kratom. They also have the best brand of disposable vapes (5% nic salt) space Max sub ohm, taste great and offers 4000 puffs.I highly recommend this location!

Been coming to this place for years for various products. One being kratom. Always been nice but the mark up and price increases of kratom are insane. They want $140 a bottle for something you can get for $35-40. $140 is with a discount by the way.

I just started going into this and cigarette shop here about 3 weeks ago the staff they had there theyre very polite especially the younger guy hes really polite and its nice to see polite people waiting on people cuz most of these places the people that work there are rude as can be but them theyre always polite and I think they got pretty reasonable prices on their items

Got a vape tested it inside. Kinda tasted funny as I puff a time or to tasted burn. Walked back in abit is. Pretty much steal you money. If there a issue with the vape product

Terrible, their “Delta 8 carts” are awful/fake. Their “Delta 10 carts” that I’m glad I didn’t buy probably are the same. I’ve have CBD carts work better than their “Delta 8 carts”.

They carry Delta 8, in flavors we have not found else where. We had stopped here for a quick coffee next-door and were pleasantly surprised to find this smoke shop carries our favorite Cake brand delta 8 carts!

I received exceptional customer service from the woman whom was working during my visit. I can also say that during that visit she assisted several other customers while I was browsing: all of whom seemed satisfied upon exit.They carry a wide variety of cigarette papers, wraps, cigars, cigarettes(by the pack or carton), cigarette rolling machines, several types of cigarette cases(including loosy tubes), decorative bottle holders for wine, hookas, and lots of equipment, tools and excessories used in various forms of tobaccos consumption. Maybe a handful of so of hit/miss cold drink choices.I was able to purchase items I has intended to as well as a few items I had intentions on purchasing elswhere and even something I was starting to lose hope on finding anywhere.Prices✓ products✓ service✓I especially appreciate the overall pleasant and inviting atmosphere!

DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!! They sold me a broken nail and refused to exchange it though it was unused. Despite saying they have a strict no return policy- they accepted my boyfriend’s exchange of the exact same piece just a few days earlier. The owner insinuated that I was a liar and didn’t even bother looking before refusing exchange. I didn’t think to check myself before he had already bubble wrapped it up. But as soon as I unwrapped it at home there was a very obvious crack (and no I had never dropped the package or anything like that.) He insists that he checks every item before selling and denied there was any chance he made a mistake. Which if true means he purposely sold me a broken nail wrapped it up before I could tell and refused an exchange to me (but not to my boyfriend.) Will not be going back.

This store sold me a broken product, I returned less than an hour later after purchasing to try and exchange it. I spoke with the cashier who sold me it and he refused to exchange it, I then spoke with the manager and he also refused to exchange it due to their no refund policy after you leave the store. This place has lost my business and I tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

So far so good. I had some gil to spend to satisfy my tobacco fix, so i hit the map button and found this smokers heaven. If you need to fill your slots with some smokes for your quest, come through .Smokers heaven Shop is definitely stocked with cigars, tobacco, and pipe related stuff, so take your time selecting. This place also holds pipe maintenance too.These folks also make their custom blend tobacco which is cool, especially if youre into that kind of art. I Found Atomizer ,Batteries, Bubbler ,Cbd, Clearomizer, Containers ,Digital pocket scale, Dogouts, E-hookah E-liquid, Electronic Cigarette, Globe Atomizer, Incense Sticks, Metal Cigarettes, Water pipe, Vaporizer ,Smoking Spinner ,Smoking Glass pipe and Water pipe. I smoked all of these too fast and got tongue bite because I was soo excited.Service was courteous and timely even with other customers around. It was a nice visit, no qualms with this place. I will be back for an update review on that smoking section and consistency of their service.

They say no exchange or returns but I bought a headband/headphones from them they thought they were bluetooth but when got home they ended up being corded and when I went back they actually accepted my return and gave a full refund for the inconvenience.

I returned a damaged cigar to them asking for them to replace it. The gentleman walked me to the cigar case, took a new cigar out, handed it to me and placed the damage cigar I brought back, (which Id bought the previous day,) back in the display case. How many times has this happened before!?
