Every one of their employees is extremely knowledgeable and the owner is an obvious lover of his craft. They’ve always made me feel welcome. It’s easily the best dispensary/smoke shop that I’ve ever been to and it’s all due to their staff

The guy with the blue eyes, and long hair that looks like the guy off the office needs to be fired he sold me a coil pulled out a whole role of the same coil but to my noticing after giving time for my juice to enter the coil I hit it and it was absolutely burnt tasting so I went back up there for him to lie in my face and tell me I gave you the last one he even tasted it. It’s not the 7$ I spent on it it’s the principal that he’s a boldface liar.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a discount too when I bought a bit more than I wanted to. Not much but it was the thought that counts. Actually it was a good discount its just I spent too much like always lol. I really didnt Need the backup mod.

Wonderful, helpful staff and a wide selection of anything you need whether its for a vape pen or a full mod. The owner is wonderful, and the staff he brings on are always fun to talk to, and really take into consideration the flavors you prefer to make sure you walk out happy. Anything they dont have, theyre willing to order for you. Just an over all great experience every time we walk in.

Came in not really know what I wanted, gentleman asked me what I liked. Threw out a few flavors and he knew something for just about everything. Bought a bottle of this banana stuff that hasnt been my favorite as time has gone on, but my experience was good and Ill definitely be back to buy more juice. Its convenient and only 6 minutes away from my work!

Ive been here several times and the employees really know their stuff and what their customers want. The owner is super nice and chill and is willing to work with and figure out what everyone who comes in needs. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it if you have questions, need a wide variety of juice, mods, or cbd, or even just a friendly chat.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and had a great experience at this vape shop. I was looking for a new daily vape juice. Justin was super knowledgeable and put up with me asking about almost every flavor they carried (which is a lot). Finally decided on a flavor and I really like it. Great selection of mods and tanks, wire, etc. that I havent seen in any other shops. Go check them out!

This was my first time in there and I loved the place. The man behind the counter was very helpful and nice. They have a lot of juice to choose from. I got the coffee flavor and I love it. I plan on going back very soon. Awesome place and staff.

Been going here since I started working at my job in KC they have some of the best prices around and Kyle deserves all my gratitude he showed me my new favorite vape brand of all time now (Charlie Noble) also Kyle is super helpful and tells me about all of their new flavors and just fun to sit there for a while chatting on my lunch!. The shop has some of the best e-liquids Ive found to date and they are always helpful in finding what you personally are looking for. They have a little of everything from mods to tanks and RDAs and building kits. So I definitely recommend this shop. Come on in and get a drink, hand out and find a new juice or mod.

I was in town for the weekend with my wife who was attending a conference, and wanted to check out the local vape shops. Right from when I walked in the door the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for some local e-juice that I cant get back home. The employee spent a solid half hour letting me try flavors until I found a couple I liked. I then sat around talking with him in between helping customers for a solid couple of hours. It felt like being back at my local vape shop at home.

Man I dig this place. Good selection, and their prices were only a few dollars more then online prices. Pretty cheap for a brick and mortar. Id gladly pay a few bucks to support a local business.

This was the very first “Vapor Shop” I had ever been in. I went in completely blind to the differences to the “juices” or styles of vapes. They were knowledgeable on every kind of vape and which were most suitable. They steered me away from ones that were too advanced and the kinds that would be underwhelming. They have a very wide variety of flavors, and they have a loyalty program for them as well, buy 9 and get your 10th one 40% off I believe. So make sure you ask for the card. I would recommend this place for sure.

After seeing the way this business responds to negative reviews, Id rather take my business elsewhere. Belittling customers that are giving their opinion is absolutely childish.

Great customer service and clean store. Was actually a vape shop and not a head shot or smoke shop with crappy ECigs. Good selection for all levels of experience. Not from the Kansas City area but I will go here again next time I fly through.

The prices are a bit high compared to online or other shops, but the guys there are just so damn knowledgeable and nice I end up going there every time.

Being a new Kansas City resident Id been looking for A-Class vape shop and today I finally found it. Vapor House is 5 stars for the quality of products, excellent service/knowledge, and overall experience. Thanks guys ✋ your business is unlike Main Smoke and 39th st location. They didnt have what I wanted, sold me bs and didnt try to offer any solution. But VH on the other hand even offered to make special order. Your business is awesome thanks again. I miss Cali but the transition is easier

The vapor house is a really great establishment! I am able to get everything except for a T12 coil but I managed with a T8. 5 stars cause customer service is top notch!
