There is no other vape shop like Firehouse. I use a custom blend juice, so I am trying to locate a juice that as close as possible to my custom blend juice. PLEASE REOPEN! Thank you.

I loved my time at Firehouse vapors. The service from Melissa was absolutely fantastic, she didnt hesitate in helping me to find everything I needed,(coils and an awesome crunk berry juice) and informed me of all of their great deals such as half off Fridays and every day half off for veterans. Decor and atmosphere was very inviting and made me definitely want to return.

This place is awesome and the girl that works there is very knowledgeable and friendly they have a large variety of vape juices and she can help you find the perfect flavor and you can’t beat the prices I have found my new vape place.

Julie was SUCH a great help for my first time visiting! Went into deep detail on the thousands of flavors available! Reasonable prices and I love how the juices are made in front of you! Will most definitely be my new spot for my vape needs!

I come here for the custom juices! I like menthol and you can add it to any flavor of juice. And you can choose your nicotine level. The tips of the juices have a small spout so it’s easier to fill up your Vape. Everyone is always extremely nice and helpful. I’m excited to try new flavors.

Renee is always so friendly and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff. They also have a fantastic flavor called Puff or Foggy Puff. Its my go to for juice. Will always recommend. Plus they give discounts for firefighters and military. Great people all around.

Staff is very friendly and all ways greets you as soon as you walk in. Has very good selection of vape juices if they dont have the flavor your looking for they will try and mix it for you. Staff is highly knowledgeable about all things vape. I pass three other vape shops on my way there . This is the only place I go.

Best shop in the area. Lots of delicious custom juices. They will mix to order! Huge selection of hardware at competitive prices. Sam and Andy are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. No need to go anywhere else!

Just popped by to pick up some juice to find out it was closed due to holiday hours. Owners just happened to pull up and opened up just for my friend and I and offered great, friendly, service. They have over 250 custom homemade flavors. Got to sample some and they were awesome. Will be my go-to for now on!

I work here and I can honestly say not only is it the best environment I have ever worked in with the best coworkers, but I have been a customer for 2 years and they have always strived to do everything they can for you as a customer. Good to know this company is great inside and out!Edit: I dont work here anymore and I still love this shop!!

Before I moved back home, I went in and bought myself a new vape since I wanted to buy myself something. The staff helped me out since it was my first time and they know about everything. They helped me find the perfect juice for it. Now that I’m back in Houston, I’ll be going back again. Just wanted to say that they are super friendly and they know what they are talking about unlike other places.

This place makes THE best house juices anywhere. Prices are reasonable especially when on Friday where all their house juices are half off. Definitely go then. Their watermelon is one of the best juices I have ever tried.

Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Great flavor choices, with all juices made in house you can experiment with cool flavor combos not normally avaliable in premades. Plus the staff is awesome and super knowledgeable. 10/5 🌟

Best part about this place is the custom juice. I like a little bit more nic than retail juice, and the flavor choices are sick. Cherry on top, great discount for vets and first responders.

Went in because I needed a new tank and other places I’d been didn’t have what I wanted. I told Sean what things I didn’t like about my current tank, and what I was looking for in a new one. He quickly came up with ones he thought would fit my needs and got me coils for the tank. Felt very well informed, in a very friendly environment. Thanks Sean for the help. I’ll be back for sure.

Steve was awesome, he took us through their extensive menu. Taking the time to actually ask me what I liked and was looking for unlike a lot of places that just push what ever happened to be over stocked that day. When ever Im in town Im headed to the Firehouse for sure

Had a somewhat of a bad experience here on Sunday with the staff. However, Renee (the owner) called me numerous times trying to reach me even leaving voicemails and alternate contact information for her. I spoke with her and needless to say she went above and beyond trying to make my husband and I happy. This was pretty shocking to me seeing the way complaints are normally handled in other small businesses. This place takes pride in taking care of their customers and making a bad experience better assuring that you become a returning customer. Thank you Renee. Your attentiveness was greatly appreciated.

We had heard that this was a good vape shop with helpful people. What happened was nothing short of amazing! Our son is deployed overseas and we went in to buy some unicorn bottles, to ship fluid as it can’t be in large bottles. They asked why so many bottles, my wife explained. We were asked what kind of flavors he liked because they wanted to send him a free bottle. All of the staff members had their own idea as to which flavor. My wife and I were so touched that people we had never met would do something so nice and would have never expected what was next. They said they couldn’t come to a decision on which fluid so they gave us eight 30 mil bottles of fluid and a hand written Christmas card to send him and threw in cases to ship batteries. I have honestly never had an experience at a business like this and suspect I never will again. The people at Firehouse Vapors are second to none and deserve everyone’s business. Thank you all so much for embodying the spirit of Christmas and more important that of America!!

Kept driving by this place and finally stopped by... Glad I did! Staff was awesome... The mix everything and anything you want and helped me troubleshoot some issues too. Vibe is very cool... Loved the SCBA table and all the fire stuff! Discount for TWIC card holders too which is awesome. Cant wait to go back... Telling my friends about this place!

Staff very helpfull and take their time with you if you need education. Have lots of varity of products. Starter kits to pro user products. Reasonably priced. They make their own juice so you can have one made to order.

I was in this past Sunday (7/28/19) and the service was incredible. Dont remember his name but he had red hair. Super nice guy and very helpful.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Corey who went over and above with customer service today. Hes kind of new, but he made my SHAMROCK e-juice PERFECTLY. I echo the other comments about the atmosphere. I am completely enthralled with the SHAMROCK and wont even try any other flavors. It is marshmellowy or something I dont even know how to describe it. I only get 2mg in my ejuice so its nice they make it up for you custom. And like another said, the prices are lower and they stay open later. Drop in and ask for some SHAMROCK! :-)

I came in thinking i need a new glass and Renee went above and beyond to get me set back up. Also gave me a free sample! Highly recommend this shop.

Great place, especially for juice. I recommend the Salt Nic rather than the regular nicotine since it eliminates throat burn. Huge juice lab where they can make just about any flavor you can think of. Good selection of electronic mods but almost no mech mods. My only gripe would be a serious lack of parking.

The older lady that was working when I went in was rude and snappy. The E-Liquid is very over priced and extremely harsh. It’s not smooth and will burn the back of your throat. I will not be going back.

Yeah if youre trying to quit smoking a very helpful very inside of they give you the right products right thanks for years and they actually give you the extra support you can actually call him later and if you have any questions or problems and theyre very helpful I recommend it highly if youre trying to quit smoking just going to the vapors

Defective products and batteries. Limited inventory or out of stock on coils. Whole place has turned their attention to being a drug head shop focusing on elicit users, bongs and carcinogens. No longer impressed.

Freshly made or you can get a few flavors mixed, however you want them mixed ie more VG or less PG vice versa. Theyre half off every Friday!

Super sweet lady that works there. Answered all my questions. Im in a wheelchair and because there are steps she came out to my car and was happy to accommodate me!
