Dalton… what a man. Very handsome, Very knowledgeable man, he knows all the ins and out about these new hip electronic cigarettes. Tried bargaining with him, but he is one tough egg. “Where else can you get $5 vape” his respond made me froze in realization, you can’t get $5 cool hip electronic cigarettes any where else….. my man .. Dalton, what a lad. Oh and idk about the owner, hes suspiciously marvelous , don’t be fool by his charms and wits. But he let me use the bathroom or whateva so I guess he’s aigh too

Stopped in here on my way through town. Owner was a nice guy, prices were in line with any other vape shop Ive been to. 👍 Would shop again.

Helpful and pretty knowledgeable staff! they are very kind to regulars and have some of the best prices out of any smoke shop Ive ever been to. At times theres a lot of customers and only one person working so Ive had to wait a little longer than I expected. Customers can be overly chatty and loud making it very hard to think and hear the person working at times. They do make sure that the product works before you leave which is a huge plus!

I had a fantastic experience at this smoke shop! With(DALTON) and GREAT NEW OWNER!! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through their wide selection of products. The atmosphere was welcoming, and they had a great variety of smoking accessories and products to choose from. I left with exactly what I was looking for and cant wait to visit again. Highly recommended for both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts!

The staff is always very kind! The owner and staff are always amazing! Not too often in todays world were you find a compassionate and kind people who care about their customers. The prices are more than fair and they always ask people to try the product before you leave to ensure it works not all stores care if your product works or not. If I could give the owner and staff a fair rating would be more than 5 stars.

Best place in Covington/Maple valley bar none! I can get my tobacco products here for around $7.50, compared to anywhere else that sells the same for almost $12!! I visit here weekly to stock up and am amazed everytime to see the new ownership hard at work. You can tell that they really care about their customers and what products they want to see in store, its a lot like an adult candy shop in there, theres a little something for everyone. Plus theres a ton of renovations being done and is a MASSIVE upgrade from what it used to be. Staff is always friendly and eager to assist. The owner is on site often and is an awesome dude. I told him I just got a puppy during some small talk at the counter while buying my usual, his face lights up. Next week Im in there and he hands me a friggin brand new dog bed! What a guy! Ha I couldnt believe it. Truly nothing but a wonderful experience from the Cigar Land crew. You guys rock!

This smoke shop is awesome and the fact that theyve remained open after someone drove a vehicle into their store and stole a bunch of stuff and destroyed the front of the building, says a lot about their dedication to remain in business. The workers are always super kind and helpful as well. Decent selection of glass, tobacco and other smoking/vaping products.

Do not shop here. I just bought a vape that cost 22 dollars anywhere else and cost 27.50 here. I tried the vape in store and it seemed OK, I get outside and it starts to pop and sizzle. I immediately went back into the store and was told that they would do nothing about it even though I was in there ten seconds earlier. Terrible business.Update: After writing this review someone, Im assuming the owner, offered to replace it. 6 hours later. As long as I hadnt left the lot. Honestly I had tried to shop at this shop to help after the robbery, even though it was overpriced compared to everywhere, but honestly Ill drive to 240th and 108th to save money and be treated better.

Went into Cigar Land tonight (2/4/23) and its under new management which is amazing! He informed us of the updated hours without us even having to ask, and let us know that they are also updated online which is super nice because before i never knew when they actually closed! Further more, they were super nice and friendly, the man who helped us was super knowledgeable about the products and was helpful without being pushy! He even made sure our products worked before sending us off. Deffinitely love the new management! Super attentive and organized and the new plans sound super cool!

Staff cursed loudly as I entered, while she had an open till. Made me think they were angry with me for my timing..? Dude charged my card twice and told me he didn’t. When I showed him the charge on my phone he told me to just dispute the charge with my bank..?? Won’t be coming to this spot again.

Went here for Elements King Size papers. The guy working wanted to charge me $5 for a pack LMAO sir, I’m sorry your door got smashed, but it’s pretty slimy to charge someone $5 for rolling papers - max it should be $2

Very poor customer service. Only out to make money. Will never shop here again. I asked the clerk for American made products. He the pulled a few off the self and said the were made in America, because of the sticker on the box. So I bought one and come to find out the product was made in China for the American market. That is not the same.

*changed from two years ago* new owners are great! Always willing to engage in conversations and make the experience allot better from the previous owners. So sad tho that someone drove their car thru the front and cause such hardship for a new tenant.

New ownership is psychotic as paranoid. Constantly wearing body armor and conceal carrying. Parks a weird truck in front of the door at night. They sold me a dud, and when I went to complain they accused me of trying to bring them down. I would pass on visiting

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the prices are reasonable, the location is good. Im seriously perplexed by the bad reviews. This place is alright. What more do you want in a vape store? In this area, most vape stores are shady and gross. This place is neither of those things.

Staff was hella rude! They were absolutely adamant they did not have a trashcan or recycling bin for my friend to dispose of a soda bottle properly. Also, the lady was very short with me (maybe because Im so tall...?) when I asked about lighters and when I was actually purchasing items from the store. I dont recommend that anyone go here unless you like being talked down to by someone way shorter than you.

⚠️New ownership!⚠️TJ is the nice gentleman working here today, he gave me the new store hours, apparently theyre open til 8pm weekdays, and Sundays theyre open til 6? Awesome customer service and it sounds like they might be dropping some prices.

My girlfriend asked for salt nic the lady said all juice is salt nic gave her the wrong juice and i came in with my girlfriend 5min later to exchange it for the right juice since she sold me the wrong juice and she wont offer exchanges even when shes the one the sold the wrong product. Maybe you should learn what you are selling before you open a store

Only giving a 2 star because the people are genuinely nice for the most part. But they make up the prices on the spot. Ive felt for years that was the case so I decided to experiment with this. I went in 3 days in a row, purchased the same pack of cigs. I made sure to check the listed price to make sure that didnt change and I used my same debit card with each. The older man charged me $9.52 after tax, the older women charged me $9.02 and the younger women charged me $8.42. three different prices on the same pack of cigarettes. Camel mentha to be exact. I tried to being that to her attention and she immediately got nervous and kept trying to push me out of the store. In a nice way. There was no scenes and I dropped it as soon as she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with.Again very nice people, but I would definitely challenge the price if it doesnt seem right to you. They manually type out the price for everything.

I could never get in when theyre open try and buy anything there my first cigarette ! And then I realized its because of the maggots that steel and break into their store . Okay maggots you know who it is Im talking about !

The lady behind the counter is always friendly and straight up if she doesnt know the answer to my questions. No bs from her, shes just there to help out. I am however disappointed they got rid of the flavored cigars. Would love to see them come back, maybe a variety of flavors... The humidor maybe could use some work, as many of the cigars Ive bought have been dry.

Walked in store and asked the counter person about her cigars, very bad attitude. Wouldnt answer my question regarding product, rather she spoke under her breath, at which time I just walked out.

They charge $6.50 for raw papers. Wtffff. Everywhere else under two bucks. Theres absolutely no reason for raw papers to be almost 7 bucks. Like other people say question your pricing as soon as I did he pretended to not speak English. Will never ever come here again. Beyond ridiculous

I went into this store before work, told them what I wanted and when I was getting ready to pay the amount I was supposed to give them was 53.99 and I was laying down my cash and counting it and then the lady who ownes in comes up grabs my cash off the table when I wasn’t done counting my cash and I gave her 70.00 and I told her I’ll just give you 60 instead and she gives me back 5 dollars and some change, instead of giving me back 11 dollars

Easy to spend $50 here! Got a nice gas mask bong, a glass water bubble(with legs to stand it upright!)and a lil pink bubble too, all for under $50! The $13 water bubble broke within the 1st 12hours of getting it tho, pretty disappointed.😔

Worst customer service I have ever seen the lady working was RUDE ! The second I walked in the door I would not recommend this place and I would never go back honestly never seen anything like that not sure how they have any customers and there prices are off the chairs expensive the light I wanted was $10 higher then what I just paid last week at another shop wow!

Terrible service. I waited for attention although i was the only customer in the store. The clerk stayed on her phone. When she finally came to help me she stayed on her phone the whole time and was irritated with my quesions. I left without answers...

I have never even been able to buy things at this store they just tell me no.. .. I went in to buy a replacement coil for my vape I literally was staring at the coili needed but they say no they dont have. ... I think theres some racism going on here

One of the staff is racist and the police were called cause of hate crime, she refused to help because we are people of color

I have never gone into a place where I was being helped out and then at the very end stopped just to help some other customer and wring them out because they decide Im not worthy enough to purchase items and then I got 86 out of the store today because of it due to the owner thats in there the female owner thats there right now

Went in for a 14mm nail for my rig an the lady was hella rude an didnt want to help me an when i asked where something was she just waved her hand in a direction on where it was an was sassy.

ALL their inventory is bad! Every time Ive bought something from them its either broken that day or it never worked and when you try and talk to them about it they just yell at you, curse you out and refuse to help you until you leave.

They have competitive prices and theyre pretty friendly but dont ever try to return something because itll be like the end of the world to them

Every time I go in there store the guy doesnt want to take the money out my hand he always has me putting it on the counter and then he throws my tobacco on the counter they are very rude and disrespectful they dont know how to treat their customers that spend money with them daily I just know not to spend my money anymore with them.!
