AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Worst manicure I have EVER gotten.EDIT** they reached out to “make it right” (see the response from owner) and then BLOCKED my number when I called and texted!!!!!! Text stopped going through and when I call it goes straight to voicemail. Which is what happens when you get blocked. I would avoid giving this place your business. Super sketchy!!! They only responded to make them look good but they weren’t going to do anything. And I had another person message me privately saying they did the same thing to her.I was SO disappointed in this place and I am so sad it wasn’t great! I came here for my wedding nails, after 3.5 hours and being called a “picky bride” so many times I left with one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I wasn’t being picky, she was just terrible at painting on French tips. I wanted extensions with a French tip chrome. The chrome was is over my cuticles, and uneven on my nails and the French tip they painted each finger by hand and they’re all different lengths and thicknesses. My toes look great but they were just white and no design. I think this place can do the bare minimum just fine, but anything additional is French tip, ombré, etc. hard pass. My MOH came too for ombré nails and they looked SO awful. Probably worse than my nails. They were not blended. They used a brush to blend and there were brush strokes. Her nail tech was even ruder than mine when we tried to ask for her to fix it. Both our fiancés (now my husband) could tell the nails were bad as were used to much better nail techs where we live in Washington. We came back so upset especially because these were for my wedding nails. Don’t waste your money or your time coming her for anything other than a basic manicure or pedi. The ladies were super rude to us. It shouldn’t take 3.5 hours for a pedicure and manicure. Biggest waste of $170 I’ve ever spent. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

This place isn’t horrible, but the lady who did my nails was super rough, grabbing and tugging my hand, cut my fingers and overall not very cooperative and understanding I showed her the picture and Gave all the details of what I wanted she did the complete opposite of what I originally asked for. I was overwhelmed and wanted to leave but had to come back because they were completely not what I wanted. another bad review of a lady who got her wedding nails the day after I got mine done and she got chrome too as well as a French tip. I went on trip so I haven’t been able to go back and talk about the situation, but I really just wanted to put my own opinion and experience out there I don’t get my nails done often so this is a really big bummer

The salon is clean and visually pleasing. Joy was amazing! So talented and fun to talk to. She’s so funny, I enjoyed our laughs. Thanks for the beautiful nails, they were exactly what I wanted!! Love ❤️

What a hidden gem! I opted for the massage & pedicure $120 special and was surprised by how awesome it was overall.The sunset during my late evening pedicure did not disappoint.

We went here on a whim and my husband and I received fantastic service. We came in for a spa pedicure and a pedicure with callous removal. The ladies doing our pedis were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately didn’t get any names but the lady with the awesome flower tattoo on her right arm told me that a couple of my toenails had separated from their nail beds, educated me on daily care, and recommended a product to help keep them clean. If I had not gone, I would’ve had no idea. She also did a wonderful job with the polish. If you are in Kihei, Queen’s is a must visit for reasonably priced nails and great service.

Joy did an excellent pedicure & manicure for my husband while George did a combo neck/shoulder masssge and pedicure for myself. The services were so nicely done🦶 💅🦶and very well priced. Queen’s is a very organized salon with comfortable relaxing massage chairs for pedicures, and also a very clean salon (VERY important!!) Each client gets their own disposable tool kit (file, scrubber, etc.) & you can ask to have them afterwards to take home if you want).As well, we were both treated to a complimentary Vietnamese coffee (iced or hot) which was most delicious☕️☕️Also, Queen’s Nails & Spa offers massage services with a private room & proper table. While we did not have massages that day, two customers ahead of us did and said they were excellent & very professional. There is also a small free parking lot on the front side of the building (faces South Kihei Rd.) We will definitely go back to Queen’s next year when on holidays here in Kihei💯💯All of the staff are very nice! So happy to provide this review✨✨✨The other thing I should mention is the view of the ocean 🌊 🌊(depending on where you’re sitting!)

Super friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and so far my mani-pedi has lasted a week and it still looks great! I had Sue and she was gentle, efficient and very kind.

My daughter and I love getting our nails done at Queen’s Nail and Spa. The owner, Phi, is so talented at her craft, friendly, professional, and welcoming. There is a great selection of colors and the environment is comfortable & clean.

I made an appointment request on line and the owner responded almost immediately with availability the next morning for my sweetheart and myself!There are 5 reclining, massaging pedicure chairs, great place for wedding parties!!Excellent staff, they know what theyre doing. Good prices, relaxing atmosphere, easy parking!

Donna was amazing. Very sweet and very efficient with her work. MY CUTICLES HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD! So happy to finally find a good nail salon on Maui, this place will become my new regular nail salon.

Had a wonderful time with the ladies at Queens! We had 5 ladies and they accommodated us all. We even got free iced coffees! Service was excellent. Relaxing atmosphere and clean environment.

Had a wonderful pedicure here. My technician took her time and gave me a beautiful pedicure. The atmosphere is caring, calm, and relaxing.

Van is the best nail technician and this is the best nail salon in Kihei! I have tried every nail salon in Kihei and many nail technicians. All I ask for every time I go is short, round, clean-cut cuticle nails. No color, no buff. Every time I’ve asked a tech to please reshape what they’ve done I’ve been met with attitude.. for $20+ each time I always end up going home and redoing my nails myself. Tonight is the first time in my 7 years on island that my nails were done the way they should be without me even having to ask twice. I will only being going here and asking for Van from now on!

Great experience at Queen’s Nails. I dropped in for a pedicure this morning and they were able to get me in right away. Overall experience was lovely and I am happy with my toes.

I’ve been here twice and they’ve done a great job with regular manis and pedis - even better than some expensive spas I’ve been to on the mainland! They did my nails for my wedding and I was really happy with how they didn’t chip for at least a few days. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m visiting!

Super sweet and professional ladies. Hubby and I got excellent Maui pedis. Way more service than we expected. Great massages too. My gel nails with nail art are perfect! This shop is busy so be sure to make an appointment

I visited Queens for my wedding nails and could not have been happier with how they turned out! The staff was sooooooo sweet and we had such an enjoyable time.

The women here are really nice and did a great job on my manicure and my boyfriend’s pedicure. I liked that they took their time rather than rush through it like other spas. They were attentive to detail. I love my nails! Thank you!

I booked for acrílico nails and hot quoted $40 for my set. While the mail technician was doing my nails she asked what design I wanted , so I choose red French with one heart on each hand. The French was more like a very thin strip on the tip of the nail and the hearts weren’t well shaped. At the moment of paying she charged $75 for my set almost the double of what I got quoted!!! She charged $5 per each heart and $25 extra for the rest of the design and for using gel ( which I didn’t request ). When she asked what design I wanted she never said there would be any extra charges. Very dishonest way to make money .

Phi does the best pedicures! Shes the only person on this island that I trust with my toes. I usually get the deluxe pedi which includes hot stone massage, hot herbal towel wrap and more. Both the employees and the salon are nice and they offer you cold beverages. One of the ladies even made a fancy coffee topped with whipped cream for a customer last time I was there.

I gotta say Phi really knows how to take care. She helped me out with an ingrown toenail and did it nicer than any dr. I have used before. Its not really something she would normally deal with but i was desperate for her to at least try. Fully recommend this shop. Very professional and nice. Will go there again.

Great nail salon, very friendly and they do a wonderful job! Have a great array of colors, a lotttt of options and they do pretty much all of the nail services - gel, dip, acrylics, etc.

Tiffany was amazing. She gave me the absolute pedicure I’ve ever had. I’d absolutely return in a heart beat. They saw us immediately, the place was clean and cute, perfect temperature inside, with great prices. 10/10

Called and asked when I could get an appointment for 2 people. When we arrived- they said that we needed to wait a half an hour. Then they started working on my friend and gave her an hour pedicure. I was lucky to get maybe 30 minutes- could have painted my own nail better and the whole boring experience took over 2 hours. Not going back

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DIP MANICURE. I’m really not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I just got a dip manicure here and the woman doing the manicure didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. Not a single one of my nails looks even and have many imperfections in them. This is after going back in because some of my nails were textured and not smooth at all. After she buffed off the top coat and reapplied, she had them sit under a fan and cured them with a light, neither of which she had done the first time. My nails are smooth now, but the color is uneven and looks wavy underneath the top coat.

Ladies we’re very nice and the pedicure was very nice and felt great!! The facial wasn’t a very relaxing experience BUT my skin feels clean! My feet feel very soft and my nails are perfect. 3/5 only because it wasn’t the most calming experience and not what I was hoping for but it was good enough where I don’t feel ripped off by any means!

If I could give -5 stars to that place - this would be it. I had a nail broken, with a gel manicure done, so the “experienced” lady who I was lucky to meet had put a top coat above the other finger and when I asked why is she doing that, she pulled my hand really hard and said something about trust. I tried to explain what Exactly I need to be done and got the reply she’s going home and has no time. After appointment was made. Horrible experience.She hasn’t sanitize her hands having another client at the same time. Won’t recommend to anyone who appreciates their time and health.

Ive been coming from here for almost 3 years. Im always happy. But most recently, I am super impressed. I went on a 3 week vacation to Greece. Knowing there would be a lot of hiking and water activity, I had Phi do gel on both my fingers and my toes so I wouldnt worry about maintaining polish. I didnt expect it to last the entire trip, but to my surprise they both held up great. Phi always does an amazing job! Highly recommend.

My husband and I called on a whim for pedicures since our kids took a nap at the same time and they got us in! Our feet went from rain boot worthy to flip-flop fabulous!! Relaxing atmosphere with a great view of the sparkling ocean. We loved it!

I went in with my daughter and her friend, they got us in immediately. Very clean, professional and friendly. We all enjoyed it, they were great with the girls (9 & 11). Our toes look awesome and feet feel great. Definitely will go back.

My sister and I were a few minutes late, and as I was on the way, she called me to confirm that I’m still coming. I assured her that I’m only 5 mins away, and when I got there, she pretended that she ‘made a mistake’ and gave our spots to other people. She could’ve told us on the phone that she’s giving our spots to someone else so we would’ve Uber-ed somewhere else, but she pretended instead. She even asked me if I’m super sure I’ll make it and I said yes, this is how I know she knew she’s just giving out spots away knowingly.

The lady did a good job but when I went to pay they doubled the charge! I got a gel fill and they tried to say the polish was an extra charge…. I’ve never heard of that before.. EVER! At first they couldn’t decide on the price and then they doubled what they originally told me. They were completely dishonest and the prices online and in print are not what they are charging. They also didn’t clean anything between clients. Not recommending this spot unfortunately.

I went for a massage by Tiffany yesterday and I walked out half way through. I have been to this place before and absolutely loved it. Last time I went George massaged me and it was amazing. I’ve had 100s of massages and knew right away that Tiffany had no idea how to massage. I’ve had bad massages before but this was ridiculous. It was so upsetting that they would let someone massage me that had zero idea what she was doing and was actually just rubbing her hands over my body. I left half way through and still paid and tipped because it was a lesson learned for me today.

Great place for a girls party or just to relax :) Phi and her staff are wonderful! Kind, caring and excellent work! Awesome massages and beautiful nails. Massage chairs are the best too! She accommodates all times and hours as best as she can. Best of all OCEAN VIEW!!! Right by the beach and kalama park :)

Walk-in, and I am very happy I found their card at Moon Cafe! Very clean, very professional and very sweet and personable. I just moved here and will be back. I already made an appointment to get other services that they offer.

The massage is 5 star, the pedicure is 5 star, but if I traded it 5 star you might think it is a fancy spa and it isnt. Its clean and nice with good prices in a strip mall across from the beach. I try to go for the massage and pedicure special one a month. Love it!

Excellent experience. Called in the morning and was able to get a pedicure with my mom same day. After an afternoon mishap that messed up the polish on my big toe, I️ was able to go back in and have it fixed up quickly. Would recommend.

Pedicure was great. Included foot, leg and hand massage. My toes look fantastic.

Took 2.5 hours for a gel manicure. Manicurist complained it took her so long and let me leave with my polish uneven and dead skin around my nail. Worst part was everything she used was OLD. My cuticles look they were just eaten by a wolf because she used dull clippers. When the polish went on it was chunky. Yes, chunky.... she couldn’t open the brand new bottle (probably because it was sitting in the shelf too long) Very disappointed and very expensive. I made an appointment but they still served people in between me waiting. I’d never go back and wish I would have just done my nails myself - they would have looked much much better....Only positive part about the experience was they had a very interesting nature show on, although at about the 4th episode in a row I was ready to leave...

Just got a mani, pedi & waxing at Queens Nails in Kihei, and I have to say, it was the best foot massage in a pedicure Ive ever had. Vo is a tiny little lady, and youd never guess how strong her hands are! Phi did a great French polish, and her waxing skills are top notch. Ill definitely come here every time I visit Maui!

Not professional at all staff is unfriendly and i was misunderstood many times and they did not tell me gel cost $20 extra until the end. i was burnt over all it was unrelaxing and painful. my nails under up looking decent but not to my satisfactory.

I got the basic shellac manicure. Sally did an amazing job on my nails. Very pleased and thankful. I wish they were on the mainland!
