Just got off a flight and headed straight for Volcano because thats what we know from Oahu, no greeting at all instead the aunty behind the counter pressed all 3 of us got an id X3. Tiana is so awesome!!!! Had a rough day at work, then came home to a cracked tank, went in at the last hour on Sunday and she spent a good 10 mins looking for the right glass size for my tank while helping other costumers at the same time! Found the right tank and was willing to assemble it all back together without any problem! She was so caring and patient!

Customer service is great. They are very helpful and take the time to help you find and answer any questions you have. I was an everyday cigarette smoker for a very long time and transitioned over for over a year now to the SOL pen. I told them what I was looking for and wasn’t looking to have the clouds or all the extras I just wanted something that gave me what I needed and nothing more. They recommended the SOL and I’m very happy with their recommendations. I am very grateful for their time and patience with helping me every time I go in and even if it’s out of my way I still will make the trip because of their customer service. Thank you.

I am here in Maui visiting from Canada and forgot my charger. Found Volcano eCigs and stopped in to buy a 2 bay charger. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The shop is nice and clean. I also picked up one of their local juices. Love it !!

Dropped my mod and the glass broke in the parking lot next to Volcano. Sales rep went above and beyond! I’ve always avoided this place, enjoying the smaller ma and pop shops in the area are better. But with how kind and helpful, I’ll be coming back because of her for sure.

We just landed in Maui from a long flight from AZ. We went in here to ask about CBD for severe pain relief. Justyn, Justin, and Monae were all EXTREMELY helpful and super knowledgeable about the products. They took their time explaining things to us and made us feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend this store, and these three employees, to anyone!!

I went in to replace my old vape pen and was greatly impressed with the very friendly and informative customer service and great selection of products. They had the options available for demo and clearly pointed out the features and differences between them, which was really nice and helpful. Great selection of CBD products too and they are very knowledgable about their use. Highly recommended!

Wow I’m so impressed with VolcanoEcig’s new shop on Maui!!! Clean, wide line of vape selection, and talk about customer SERVICE! I appreciate good customer service and excellent service was provided by your employees that has left a lasting impression on me. They took the time to explain to me about the quality vs quantities of ejuice. I picked up a strawberry mason lemonade, geese that bad boy is fire. I also learned about CBD and the benefits it gives people and pets. Having 2 bluenose pits I grabbed a koi cbd dog treats. Since my older pit was diagnosed with cancer I decided maybe this could help him out with the pain. I also grabbed a trial pack of the high potency gummy’s for myself to see if I could feel the benefits from the cbd. 4 days later I had to swing by the shop again to tell the crew the way I felt with cbd and how I felt so good throughout my day at work and at home. Thank You Volcano for having a knowledgeable crew,being a life changer, and for bringing in an awesome product that made me a believer of cbd.

Cute little place but didnt have what I was looking for...I had the impression it was a head shop but its mainly a e-vape store with lots of different e-juice flavors ..the very friendly girls working there recommended a place that had what I was looking for ...

They were great about sharing information and educating me and answering all the questions I had. And the information I got proved to be correct! Can’t ask for more than that.

Needed some coils, looked at the other places and either they had poor quality website or not what I was looking for. Walked in they had what I needed, very friendly and I’d definitely do business with them again.
