It was such a great experience at the Social Instance. Awesome service, the owner made sure we were good, not once, not twice, multiple times. What ever we needed, he helped with. This space was very intimate & perfect for our family gathering we had to celebrate our little ones 1st Birthday. The Bluetooth surround sound was awesome, we turned up the music while the kids danced. The kids also loved the game room, while the adults enjoyed conversing and catching up in the main room. We will definitely be using this place in the future. Such a great space to enjoy & celebrate with loved ones.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at this remarkable space, and it exceeded all expectations. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from ensuring we had everything we needed to answering any questions we had concerning our event. Nice building space. A little difficult to find due to lack of signage on the outside, but overall the space suited our needs. The main issue is with the management. We originally booked a baby shower from 3-5pm with clean up starting around 5:30. They were rushing us out at 4:55. Chaos ensued as we were rushing to dismantle and pack up decorations and gifts. Definitely not the pleasant experience we were expecting and quite honestly, ruined the entire happy atmosphere of the baby shower. It was very awkward and completely unnecessary trying to keep track of our party belongings, while the management waited to “clean” up. Plus the next party was waiting to set up the space for their own needs. If you decide to use this space, be aware of their blatant overbooking policies with little help from management as a resolution. I highly recommend finding a different space to avoid the chaos and ultimate ruining of your event.

It was ok. Went to a party there. It wasnt a really big space. It would be good for a get together or a baby shower.

My fiancé and I booked them! It was not a pleasant experience for our baby shower!!They completely over booked.. we payed two months in advance. Just to find out they overbooked as we were trying to finish up our celebration . They had people we didn’t know come in while we were finishing, they start throwing decorations away touching personal belongings trying to clean up. Our family and friends was like was like what the hell is going on !!!! Don’t get me wrong it is a great event space but , what transpired was completely unprofessional.Then for the owner to say, it was arranged was completely false. Definitely do not recommend.

I scheduled a tour in September and booked my date and time the following day. I paid my deposit on the September 16th. This was done two months before the event date.In October, the person who was decorating my event wanted to see the venue, so I reached out to the owner, and he told me that I could come back out to take another look so we could plan accordingly for my event. This was on October 23rd at 1:00 pm. Reggie was there to show us around and answer all our questions. Upon leaving the venue, Reggie informed me that someone else had booked on the same day as me, and our times were overlapping; this was two weeks before my event. Like, what do you mean someone else has booked, and the time was changed from the original time frame. He continued to say that they had an event right after me and asked if I could possibly move my time or if they could help clean up. I kindly let him know that my invitations and everything have been sent out, and I’m unable to move the time of my event when I booked two months in advance. When he mentioned the help of cleaning up, I asked how it would work he said they would come in and help clean, so I was like well, what time is the next party he proceeded to tell me 5:00 remind you thats when my baby shower was supposed to be over plus you get an additional hour before to set up and after to clean up. I told him that wouldnt work because I would have to cut my event short and start ending things around 4:30. I only had the venue for two hours; I needed all my time because I paid for all my time. Reggie told me not to worry about it. We will take care of it because you were the first to book the venue.Fast forward to a week or a few days before my event, the owner calls to tell me the exact same thing Reggie had mentioned. I told him Id already discussed that with Reggie, and he continued to say that Reggie was new and didnt know what he was talking about. I repeated the same information to him again, so we ended the call so he could contact the other individuals who had the venue after me to come up with a solution. He called me back pretty much, saying the same thing Reggie said about helping us clean, and I told him that wouldnt work because Im not cutting my baby shower short because of the lack of organizational skill your company has. I asked him what time we would have to be out because Reggie mentioned the same, and it’s impossible to be out by 5:00 he told me that the next event didn’t start until 6:30, so I asked what time we would need everyone to be out and what time would the cleaning people be here he said 5:30. To be clear, I have the decoration person on the phone as well because I knew some BS was going to go down. So very unprofessional of this company, seriously.Anyway, the day of the event went smoothly until 4:55 pm, when someone from the cleaning company walked in and stated they were from the cleaning group. Im like, OK, and next thing you know, 15-20 people came barging in very, very, very tacky and unprofessional while my event was still going on. They started moving our belongings, taking the tablecloths off the table, and doing unnecessary stuff, especially at the wrong time. This was supposed to be a day to remember, and all I remember is the cleaning crew, including the owner, touching and moving our belongings when we discussed the time they would come. Had I known it was going to go down like that, I would have NEVER agreed. Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE BE ADVISED WHEN BOOKING WITH THIS VENUE. IVE HEARD THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS. IT HAS BEEN DONE SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST. THE CLEANING CREW HAD SOME SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS.

The Social Instance was very professional and easy to work with. The venue was adequate for the event planned. Would definitely recommend.

My family had a Thanksgiving gathering here and it was an awsome experience. It was nice and clean and the host was attentive and awesome as well..the kids LOVED the game room. I would definately come back and recommend to others!!

I thought this was a hidden gem as a guest. I attended a baby shower here recently and the rushing and bombarding due to this establishment over booking was so unprofessional. My first thoughts was this is a nice place so many people could use and I would spread the word until the end.. The ghetto stepped right in how tacky and unorganized smh I will never use this establishment. If you want to enjoy yourself please go a different route ppl 😳😳

Nice building but horrible business. They overbooked and rushed us out of the building for the next party. Very unprofessional! Literally 10-15 people bombarded in and started picking up our decor and supplies. Definitely do not recommend have your event here

This venue was perfect for my nephew’s 1st birthday party! Our host, Terry, was awesome! He was in & out all day making sure we had everything we needed to have a successful event. He treated us as if we were family versus customers. This was our first time using this space, but it definitely won’t be the last! I highly recommend this place for your next gathering!

Location was perfect especially for last minute errand runs. The size is very spacious. Great friendly atmosphere the game room was a perfect addition for the kids and adults. I enjoyed my baby shower here was worth every penny staff was great help also great photography definitely recommend!

April 15,2023- Had my daughter’s baby shower today and the space was perfect. The owners opened the space on time, always communicated with me, the space was open, came with table and chairs with covers. We will definitely be back for our next event. Thank y’all so much.

Really nice place. The owner is a super good guy. Wonderful thing he has going here. Nice for a small event with under 30 people seated very comfortably. Always confirm your event date and time with him (good advice for everything, tho). Highly recommended.

I absolutely adored working with owner of The Social Distance. From beginning to end, the team worked with me and accommodated all my needs for a success event. I did a lot of the planning from a distance and he helped connect me to the right vendors, worked within my budget, and provided tables and chairs. It was nice being able to store everything in one area without guests seeing the behind the scenes and it was also nice to have an area for the small number of kids have their own space to enjoy while the adults mingled. Since I came from a further distance, it was also a plus to already have a sound system in place for us to party. Seriously, this is such the perfect space for something intimate yet fun. I’m looking forward to working with The Social Instance down the road and recommending them to everyone.

First of all, the name is genius.The gentlemen hosting this venue are so authentic and hospitable. They made sure we had what we needed to set up our space as promised in their advertisement, provided feedback in making sure we used the space effectively, and checked on us throughout the while respecting our privacy!They helped make my Mom’s graduation party a huge success. We wanted to make sure if nothing else, she felt celebrated, and the Social Instance delivered!

The venue is up to date, clean, and just enough space for almost any event you would like to host. The owner allowed me to set up the decorations and offered contact info for someone who specializes in Decor. The game room is awesome for kids and adults. Highly recommend. I will be booking again soon. 5 stars across the board

We had my sons 3rd birthday party here and it was amazing! Our host Talea was sooooo helpful, and made sure everything was good to go for our party! I highly recommend this place as well as T-Squared Events for your balloon needs! Talea and her team went above and beyond for me and I will definitely be a repeat customer! I couldn’t have been happier with the finished product!!

This venue is very nice. I really appreciate the owner’s being patient with me and my family on planning our daughter’s birthday party. There prices are really great and the inside of the place is astonishing. It even offers a kids room to play games and have fun. We’re definitely booking with you guys again in the near future.

I had the pleasure of renting this establishment for my sons 13th birthday party. There were about 10 kids and OMG, it was such a great experience. The kids were entertained with the awesome game room or their favorite song blasting through the surround sound system. The owners were always professional and available. I would definitely recommend this establishment, great customer service gentleman.

The gentlemen at TSI were easy to get ahold of, explained everything, and were very attentive to what I needed. It was a great experience in a family oriented space. The venue was clean and surpassed my expectations for my college graduation party!! Thanks for everything that you did to make my experience effortless in planning and having the perfect gathering. We hope to use the venue for all of our gatherings!

We could not have asked for a better venue. The Social Instance is an outstanding venue, and don’t get me started on the game room, it’s perfect for kids and adults. I would highly recommend this venue for a family reunion or any kind of celebration. The owner was very professional and friendly. The Social Instance definitely deserves a 5 out of 5 stars.

We rented the 360 photo booth for a school event, and it was the highlight of the party. The students were taking a ton of pictures posting on instagram and snapp, on Monday that is all they were talking about.If you want your event to have a wow factor I highly recommend the 360 photo booth. This event space has a young, vibrant feel with a classy look. It is well priced and well equipped to host an event of a good size.

When compared to other venues, The Social Instance really is the pinnacle in my mind. Accommodations, amenities, and the customer service set this place ahead of the pack. The owners are very nice and will help in any way possible. I can’t think of a better place to host any event.

The social instance is very good. The owner is real professional and organized. They met all my needs for a small birthday celebration. I will definitely book this location again and recommend anyone to use this location as well.

I absolutely love this place ! Nice cozy & comfortable for any event that you may have in mind . It has a game room for kids or even adults who are looking for fun. A nice kitchen area for the cook . The bathrooms are really nice as well . Lets not talk about the location! Sooo convenient ! Dont think twice , this is it .

Went to a Halloween party and the places was a very nice place. Enough space for people game room for kids to play in. The owner was really cool and the staff was excellent. Very great environment they provided.
