Walked in and was already ask to give a tip. I had enough for a 30 min massage only but just because I didnt have enough to tip, one of the lady pretty much kicked me out so yea thats bad business in my book

My husband took me here for my birthday present and this place is very sketchy! I was not relaxed. She kept leaving out of the room. They demanded my husband to tip before I even started. They were so unprofessional. My massage hurted sooo bad. She would go and do something and then come back and start again with washing her hands. I don’t know where she went but it was very alarming.They kept switching out and when I was done they wouldn’t let me finish putting on my clothes without asking me am I done. They kept coming in the roomWhen I was getting dressed! I swear to you if my husband wasn’t there I’mSure someone was in the back waiting to snatch me. NEVER GO HERE!!

The 1 star is cause Google won’t let me give it zero stars.Hopefully I can save others from this disaster of an establishment. But they will probably delete this before anybody gets a chance to read this but here goes.One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Asked for a 30min massage. The lady gave a very mediocre back massage. (She finish’s the massage at 16mins) once she’s done with the massage I sit up and she asks me for a tip at this point I’m dumbfounded at how she would even ask for a tip but before I get a chance to say anything I see a RAT run across the floor. So at this point I’m just trying to get out of there cause there is no way I’m laying back on this table know this place has RATS. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!Definitely contacting the health department.

Let me start by saying Angela gave a great back massage. However, I made an appointment for 1 hour. She gets started then she says she has another appointment and tells me she can only do 30 minutes. I had already paid for the hour. Then rushes to finish my back and times up. She did give me $15 back. But I didnt even get a 30 minute body massage. I wont be back unfortunately

Very relaxed.. the lady spent 30 mins on my back getting all these knots out.. No rush no clock watch. Friendly and made sure that she wasn’t pushing to hard with those elbows..clean and sanitized. I already scheduled another appointment

Acu-Pressure massage was ok. Masseuse was on her phone half the time and she charged me more than they advertised. I thought that was for a tip, but then they asked for $10 as a tip and got very mad and tried to kick me out when I politely declined. If I got the happy ending they suggested then I probably wouldve tipped.

I have stopped over here many times and these ladies definitely take care of clients. They can work out knots and leave ya feeling rejuvenated.The place is open late so thats nice for those of you with busy schedules . My recommendation is to call ahead just to check if they are full or not and go from there.Stopping in here you cant go wrong.

I was visiting and was very exhausted from driving and had a terrible neck and shoulder pain so decided to go to this Royal massage and spa .I was treated like a king. The therapist was very courteous and profesional .I still have the pain but not as excessive .Thankyou Miss Mei

They will charge you 1st, demand a tip before you experience the massage and rush through the process. The massage therapist walked out three times equaling 10 minutes and had the nerve to end session early.. if you need a back rub or loosen tight muscles, this IS NOT the place for it!! Total waste of money and time....

Horrible massage; lied about the price, then end the massage 20 min early and still expected a tip. The quality of the massage is absolute torture. Go to Anthony medical, its so much cheaper and they are professional massage therapists, but honestly go anywhere else but here.

Very unprofessional, they had me running from one spa to another because there was only one working at each location. I had booked an appointment, thank God I didnt already pay but after coming 15 mins prior to my appointment starting she told me to come back in 40 mins because she had a customer and to see about the other location, other location she sent me to told me the exact same thing

Rosie is a very good hard working masseuse. Asks questions to make sure you are satisfied and again works hard at her work. Solid and experienced.

Very professional 👏....... took her time .... gave me a good hour .... didnt feel rushed ...... did not beat me up for a tip ....... Omg very good massage 💆‍♀️ ....... Ill be back ...... Thanks 😊

Worst massage ever! Very unprofessional. They tried to use lotion to massage me which is totally unacceptable. Very unnecessary to disrobe completely. I was not relaxed at all. I would not recommend this place at all.

WORST massage of my life. Lady was fast and choppy in all her movements. I had to tell her to slow down several times. NOT relaxing at all. Worst money spent. Do NOT come here!

Coco was my masseuse. I had a migraine, told her, and she relieved some of the pain.

Made a appointment online, came in and they said no we are to busy. Maybe delete your online scheduling service......
