Going in and getting what I need is usually a pretty good experience. They carry my ego coils and quite a few of my all time favorite juices. They do discounts for quite a few occupations, military and teacher being notable. They offer five star rewards and their lounge area is open and tidy. Staff is friendly and fun and the bar setup is nice. If you are new and dont know what sort of juice youd prefer, the staff is excellent at recommending house juices. Zach recommended Senior Skip Day to me a year ago and its been my favorite juice ever since. Prices are very reasonable!

The people here are great! They are very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of vaping. I had LOTS of questions my first time in the store when I was getting a starter kit. Even so, Carl, the guy who helped me, was very patient and friendly.I love going in to the store when I need something because these people are so great! I cant imagine why anyone on earth would say that the customer service was horrible. That has never, EVER been my experience.If I had a complaint, it would be that they get so busy sometimes that you have to wait a while before they can wait on you. I dont mind waiting for great service and product.

Managers of Amazing Vapor is dedicated to helping every customer....... Best customer service in Bell county bar none... I highly recommend at least a try..... As far as I am aware they are one of the only ones fully in compliance with the FDA. So they dont get shut down anytime soon. Plus the prices are amazing (pun intended lol). I just grabbed a grab bag. 31 bucks for a full authentic setup..... I cant complain at all

I really enjoy their juices. BUT the customer service is garbage. No one greets you or even acknowledges youre there. I was the only person in the store asking questions, let alone the only person actually in the store, and still found it difficult to get help from them. They pretty much just sit it there and vape and you should go in knowing want you want ahead of time. Not somewhere for people who are new to along for sure.

Ive been a customer here for about 2 years. Theyve always been extremely helpful in helping me choose equipment for my budget and explaining how to use them.Everyone is always kind and greets me when I come in. Vape stores are popping up all over but this one has my business.

I absolutely love this store. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. They have the most amazing vapors and accessories and their prices are the lowest Ive found anywhere in Texas. Im so glad theyre in the Killeen, Central Texas area. They can create any flavor you want, from fruity Tabaco to Candy Cane... I go there to try out new flavors all the time. If I ever run into problems with anything Ive purchased there, they take the time to show me what Ive done wrong and I always leave a happy customer. I cant recommend this vapor store enough and Ive been to vapor stores in Canton, Tx. Their prices were double what Amazing Vapors prices are. Great job, guys!

Love It! I am regular customer, they know me when I come in. Never had no problems with them at all. Very helpful and respectful and I Recommend Anyone who is first time vapors to check them out. They know they stuff. I wish I can give more then 5 stars. Lots of choice to choice from.

So, I go into Amazing Vapors this morning to buy a new mod,four people behind the counter, only one appeared to be busy, Im the only customer in the store, stood there for over 3 minutes and not one person attempted to wait in me, nothing real Amazing about their customer service, so I went elsewhere to spend my money. These folks need to realize theyre not the only game in town. Centex is a vape shop rich area, and every person that walks through your door represents money.

Walked in as a first time customer. 5 people behind the counter who Im guessing worked there just stared at me while I picked up a binder with flavors. I then ask if they have an ingredient list for the liquid, and I just got a simple nope as a response. Definitely an uncomfortable experience.

We came there complete noobs. The lady there was extremely helpful and answered every question that we had plus. They set up our starter kits exactly to our needs no upselling at all and quality components with a great ratings. Yes you can save a few bucks on line and if you know what your looking at why not. We buy our juice there too for now its cheaper than most places and we dont have to guess if we like what we bought because we already sampled it and that little girl can mix up some good juice. I will buy alot more online in the future but I will also go to the shop for some things that are just a few dollars more in comparison and to buy my small bollte of juice before I make a bigger order. If your looking to make the change head on over and get going. My initial investment already paid for itself in money saved not buying 2 packs of smokes a day for us.

Rude people. I drove from ATX because I heard great things about this store from a vapor shop owner in ATX who suggested anytime Im in town I should visit them. Every visit, a total of 3 thus far has been a very unsettling experience. I am a professional public servant in ATX and I will say I would never recommend my friends or colluges here. I wish them well nevertheless.....

Amazing prices and a great selection of juices and mods. The owners david and his wife are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always willing to help. I will Definetly recommend them to everyone.

Brand new to the area but not the vape scene, I can say from Arizona to Georgia. I was immediately greeted and helped with house flavors despite the amount of customers already there. Will be coming back

This is the first vape shop Ive ever stuck with. Although they dont make house juice anymore, they have the best selection of new up to date equipment and juices in the Killeen area

Very good Vape Shop. If youre interested in changing over to an e-cigarrette (and you should) this is the place to go to. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very good equipment and e-juice selection, and very good prices.

Horrible customer service. If youre going to be unprofessional in your appearance, you better be damn sure your attitude and mannerisms make up for that.I needed some liquid. Walked in, immediately felt the vibe was quite cliquey, if you will, and almost walked right back out - should have! I asked if they have liquid at about 70/30, Ms Half-Shaved-Head snaps Oh, I only have max VG, my response Ohhh, okay, well I only have 0.5Ω coils, she interrupts and says Uh, I dont understand? with this sh!tty look on her face, so I explain that max VG burns out those coils - uh duh - and say thanks anyways, trying to be polite. She just walked tf away. Could you be any more rude?Dont waste youre time here.

So after talking to amazing vape about the problem with the bams bottle they made me happy and pointed me out to a aftermarket bottle for my juice...great vape shop...great mods,and juices, and customer service....they are the only vape shop i will shop at for.my vape needs...
