Tina is the best! She provided exceptional customer service! I want to learn about vape (1st time user) and it took me forever! I was literally asking every possible questions about every vape product, she answered every question politely, wasnt rushing me or getting irritated or anything. They just lost a customer because apparently I wasnt as important as the people who walked in behind me! So I feel my money is not important y them and they didnt even have the right coil I needed and couldnt take the time to help me wanted to help the people behind me.
