Great smoke shop! I dont usually need a vape when I come to visit but now I will not be rushed to get my vape before I travel to Killeen. Jack provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable on the products I asked random questions about.He gave genuine suggestions not persistent upsaling. He allowed me to try in store and spoke with me about the rewards program. This location has more of a variety and even though they did not have my favorite flavor what he recommended was just as great! I had never been to this franchise of vape shops before and within 3 days I visited two and enjoyed my visit to each not only because of the variety of choices but because of the excellent customer service!

My favorite vape store! Im a repeat customer and love their products. I recommend the Geek Vape mods and the Free Noms juice. Ive tried other mods, and their Geek Vape mods have held me down. Just bought a new one tonight!

Julius is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful,very patient and have a GREAT, sense of humor! I probably pass up a dozen vape shops just to receive the customer service that she and Jack provide!

Im definitely making this my main store, Jack was the gentleman helping me today and he was extremely helpful and nice and I couldnt ask for better customer service.

Never had a bad experience here. Prices are decent, it is clean and organized, and all the employees are very friendly, polite, and professional! My husband and I went in the other day to get a new vape set up and Taylor helped us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This has been our go to vape shop for a while now.

Great service. Very friendly people. Prices are a lower in must of the stuff compare to other shops around town. A lot of options and products. You are military? They have additional discount for you. Definitely a place to come check for your vape, hookah, or smoke supplies.
