Hands of an angel and forearms like Popeye. On a serious note, I went today for a few niggling injuries and a bigger issue with my forearm. Sharon really understands the body and has the capability, skill and experience to really target and improve problem areas through sports massage. My forearm will need more rehab back hime but the improvement today was immense.Im over on holiday and needed help with short notice. Sharon was very accommodating, funny and a great conversationalist making the experience pleasant.Sharon also provided a few home truths about how Im training and what to work on. Overall, I couldnt recommend her enough and hope her business thrives in the coming months and years

She knows how to target the areas that bother so perfectly with just the perfect amount of pressure. She is a magic worker when it comes to pressure points. I usually see a neuromuscular massage therapist.She really knows how to move through tense muscles — I had much relief after my hour. I fell out of a hotel and my shoulder was damaged with a split rotor cuff attaching my shoulder to my arm. Ive been to many pain doctors with shots. I didnt want to get surgery because I understand the recovery time is long, but Sharon came in and she took care of me. She does once a week and relieves my pain. unbelievable I cant believe how talented she is. She has a magic hands a sweet girl to work with recommend are highly. WOW, what a great and much needed experience. When I tell you this woman knows the body, I mean it, she really does know the body. I was totally blown away especially for this being our first session together ever. Being relatively new to the area I had been on and off with my search for a massage therapist. As I am very active with my strength training 6 to 7 days a week, along with bike riding etc, I knew my body would be in need of help sooner than later. After an intense workout a few days ago, my body had enough, I was sorer than usual and I knew I wasn’t going to recover well. I first came across Sharon on the Booksy app and did further research on her website. She offers an array of different massages and mobile service. So, I gave her a call yesterday and left a message. Sharon returned my call expeditiously and after a brief conversation about my needs, per her schedule she was able to be at my front door within a few hours. During my session she throughly went over my problem areas. Periodically asking me how I was doing and if my pain/problem areas have been resolved. With my answers of course being “yes”, we continued talking about how I could improve my health journey with more cardio for example amongst other things. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and I was. Sharon is a Goddess with healing hands! I don’t believe in coincidences! Her work most definitely showed in my workout session today. I had one of the best chest/tricep workouts ever and I made the treadmill tap out on me after about a half an hour or so. It was weird, it kept telling me to “cool down” and I didn’t need to nor want to and then it just shut off on me lol. That has never happened before. So, anyone who is in need or just wants to treat yourself or a loved one, you won’t be disappointed.
