Charge my card 36 dollars for a torch and butane and the torch tank was busted and went right back and ask for refund and she said no. I then ask for manager and she lied and claimed she was manager. I hope my review is seen by everyone before the screw anyone else. Very very unhappy and would recommend everyone to steer clear of this place and hopefully it is shut down soon

OVERPRICED OVERPRICED OVERPRICED!!!! ONLY good thing about them is the huge selection on everything. I bought a hookah that everywhere else Ive been to are only $20-$25 I paid $55 there. I had to return back to them after getting home because one of the shisha I bought was expired. Another good thing is that they are open 24hrs and the employees were friendly! But they are price gouging on everything

So glad we found this place definetly one of the best meals of our vacation.The ribs were just delicious and fell off the bone!! Our server abi was very helpful and kept our drinks topped up all night!! Will definitely reccomend.

BE AWARE, FAKE, UNCLEAN PRODUCTS THAT MADE ME SICK.I Rarely write reviews unless they are crucial, spent $400 and those products took me to the ER!I Came here a week ago and bought some disposable vapes:FUME: The cart is fake and It made my throat swell and it was extremely hard to breath, when checked on Fume Website it didnt show the item as legitimate.STORM CHASER: Less Harsh, the website is fake, and you can see the coil reacting with the oil inside the device. it also gives you a light headache and a soar throat.I will be going back to them to return unopened items even though they state that you cant return items they will unless they want me to report them to local authorities !!

We were here on vacation and really wanted to find a shop to buy a delta. So we stopped here and were glad we did. They were very friendly. Offered up something to smoke while we shopped. Gave suggestions. Also gave us a great deal on a delta and threw in some gummies. We will definitely return here if we go back to Orlando.

I went earlier today to get a vape by the brand called “puff”. I tried it at first & vape didn’t work at all, the gentlemen told me to get another which I did & it was somewhat working. After I got home, I used the vape about 10 times and completely died on me. I called the store and spoke to the Manager & Bre and I was told to come back so they can resolve the issue. I go to this shop multiple times a week & thanks to them & their quick resolution I will keep coming back & supporting the business! Thank you so much!! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me :)

The experience was fine, the staff was very helpful unfortunately the store is big and says vape but didnt have any actual products for very common mods. No coils or vape juices everything was disposable, which I guess its tailored around tourist but some people travel with their mods, it would of been nice to get juices and coils while on my trip.

Everytime you go in the store the prices are widely different. Everything is priced way to high. If your looking to get taken advantage of this is the place to be. WARNING***DO NOT SHOP IN STORES WHERE THE PRICES OF ITEMS ARE NOT CLEARLY MARKED. THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE THAT WALKS IN THE DOOR. One day its 6 dollars then 10 then 16 then 12 come one. Then their minimum credit card amount is different everytime as well. Staff is rude as hell. This place should be shut down. dishonest business owners.

She was patient, helpful and kept a smile the entire time. Emily and her personality was very warm. With their teamwork, I spent over $300 and this will be my go to smoke shop whenever I’m in Florida! I would take the 13 hour commute just for this smoke shop! WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

Nice shop, very open and was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. As I walked around checking out the store was offered help from the employees working a few times. They were friendly and helpful. Nice disposables, good hookah and cigar selections. It needs some more premium glass, vaporizers, and e-juice but definitely one of the better smoke shops Ive seen in Florida

My friends and I have been going to this shop for a few months and they are amazing EVERY TIME! They have excellent deals and specials to get you everything you need. They always go above and beyond to remember us and make sure we receive individual attention. They even had toilet paper, masks, and hand sanitizer during the pandemic! This little shop deserves 5 stars for their exceptional service and excellent variety of products. It’s the ONLY shop we give business to.

As a former employee, I’ll tell you they do under minded things. As a example I got a sale the manger Latifa tells me to let the guy make the sale and my $40 tips was given always as well as hours dropped for lack of training that she cut short. They play with your money and your hours. Can’t talk to her she thinks she is always right and she becomes argumentative when she’s wrong. As far as employment I would not recommend. As if you purchase anything check the dates she love to push expired prouducts.

I went in to buy some disposables. I was going to checkout and was told if I bought two air bars I would get one free. At check out they were $10.00 each, my total was $31.00. So much for one free. Then going to hit each one 2 out of 3 of them did not hit and were duds. Very disappointed in this shop with how many good reviews they had. Will not be returning.

I’ve never called a shop and been told we do not give prices over the phone. Staff did not seem very friendly over the phone. Asked what disposable products they have, Was told “a lot” doesn’t seem like a store that wants my business.

Im from out of town. The man and woman at the store were incredible. I was looking for a puff bar (one time use e-cig). They knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me make the right selection. I highly recommend. The shop is beautiful and clean. You almost feel like youre in a gallery with how classy the atmosphere is. Will be going back every time Im in town.

Well lets just say i used to love this place but after last night being ripped off like i did last night makes me want to never go back. I will drive 50 miles to go to a different smoke shop before i ever gk back. The staff member helped me tryin to bevery slick with his words and when we cashed out he had to redo the order 4 different times and punched in a bunch of numbers and acting like he was giving us a discount but actually was lowering the price that he had jacked up 200 % from what they actually should be priced at. Id rather take my chances buying my green off the streets insteaf of buying from them again..

First timer at this place and it was very enjoyable. The workers were very welcoming as well as offered some samples. Ended up walking our with a little bit spent but was well worth it in the end. Very clean , open and airy store Im so use to smoke shops being dark and filled with old carpet ,reeking of incense. This place was nothing like that . Here on vacation with the family and needed a location close to everything and this place is right across from Walmart which is also right around the corner from our subdivision. They sold me fake weedies, 100$ worth and lucky for me I was in the area for a week and went back every day for three days in a row until they gave me my $ back or exchanged for 100$ worth of merchandise. They finally did so on the third day. I gave them the fake stuff back

Everytime I come in here with questions i think sound silly the staff is very patient and understanding when answering and helping me out. They have such a wide variety of vapes, glass, and even some silicone pieces! Not to mention the cigar room is incredible. Honestly I will be driving the distance, and passing the smoke shops closes to me just to come here to get treated like a true guest and not a customer! Fantastic job everyone!

The lady that helped me for I felt like she was very rushy wanting me to hurry up by my stuff and get out I had an issue with the Vape tank that I had button and I was on video chat with them to try to troubleshoot and she kept acting as if I knew nothing of what I was talking about even though I’ve been vaping for years. They also overcharge by almost double what you could buy any tank. And during the video conversation the lady kept rolling her eyes at me

Although the room is a good size and normal appearance, when you open the door it smells of damp or feet, the bathroom was with puvic hairs in the shower and they offer a small refrigerator in the room but you need at least 1 bottle of water to drink. I hope to improve this place.

The prices on the flower are ou of control, they want about 5000 for a pound of suspect weed, way too much even if they had real bud. If it was official bud they would have a line down the road. Instead you get some 5 percent thc If your lucky

The 2 guys that worked there had no clue as to what they were talking about. Turns out another person sold my friend a vape system they had no intentions of carrying the refills for. So the store falsely sold her something they said they would continue to carry when they didnt. And that was only 2 weeks prior. Little stock of anything on the shelves. Will never go back or recommend. Btw we found what she needed at a much better, friendlier store right down the road with no stoner attitude.

They sell bootleg products. I just bought fume ultra and I always buy fume ultra from a different smoke shop. The one they sold me was a different color and missing a logo from the exact same one I always buy at red dragon. I went to fume website and put in the scratch off code and sure enough its a fake. Do not trust them. They are selling fake products and Im reporting them to fume so they can deal with fumes lawyer.

Had a great experience dude with glasses hooked me up with a nice first time discount in hemp. The setup is great and there selections of items is mind-blowing.

They charged me $48 for stale cbd pre rolls. When I complained they gave me a free pack of more stale pre rolls.Overpriced and bad quality products. Other smoke shops in the area have lower prices and better products.

Came in to buy 3 prefilled vapes, plus 2 packs of swisher sweets. Upon leaving shop, proceeded to find out not one but all 3 vapes were dead. Had to turn around, drive back, got back to store tried another vape and that was dead also. Finally got one that wasnt dead after multiple attempts. Was so focused on figuring out a prefilled vape that wasnt dead and old sitting in a box on the shelf for a year+ that I didnt notice until i left the 2nd time that the cashier threw out the bag with the swishers. So in all, went to this place 2 times, and both times had a problem. Ill go to one of the 627474 other shops in the 2 mile radius of our air b n bBtw their vapes are fake

They sell weed. Thats weird, right? They have it in huge jars behind the counter and will let you smoke some. That was cool actually. I think its mostly cbd but it did feel like being in the future. I totally prefer my weed card and real weed though.
