Smoke Shop Zaza

Went in there July 6th between 12 PM and 1 we made a purchase with a young lady with blue hair. She was very deceitful overcharged us for an item which sells for $6.99 elsewhere. She charged $19.99. She kept the difference for herself. We realized it when we got back home to check the receipt. We will be going elsewhere. She should be reprimanded if you want to run a successful business. Thank you and goodbye.

The blue hair young lady is wonderful…. I walked in very indecisive as to what I wanted and she took her time assisting me with my purchase. Will definitely return again.

Great place with lots to choose from;Staff is super friendly. Prices are decent and the owner is amazing. Super down to earth going above and beyond in helping me get my dad some relief ( cancer patient)! I recommend this place 100%.

Absolutely recommended smoke shop especially the hospitality and the customer service is the best they got great product and great customer service and came here late night and they were open till 2:00 which is convenient and then a really nice gentleman by the name of junasshelp me out

Hey yall gotta check this one out, I’m new to Florida and Junass helped me out finding the right vape for me, definitely coming back.

I went to get some wraps from ZA ZA on main and was treated terribly like I was a vagrant. I wasted about 15$ on useless material because the supposedly manager gave me the wrong product I asked for wraps and she gave me cigarillos instead. She had me pay before letting me see the product I immediately pointed out it was the wrong product and she flat out refused to attempt to rectify her error. Stating that it wasn’t her store and exchanges aren’t allowed. When I asked to speak to the owner or her manager she rudely responded that she was manager and refused to connect the owner. I am now left with about 10 cigars that I don’t smoke.

I’ll give it 4 stars because guy at the counter was really nice but after my visit tonight I’m not sure I’ll continue shopping here, went for a d8 pen and two vapes total comes out to $130 I think $80 for a d8 pen is outrageous, I also asked for any specials on vapes and he told me 2 for $45 but after I disagreed with the d8 price and told him I just wanted to the 2 vapes he changed the prices to $54 and told me that the more I buy the more discounts are available which I still ended up purchasing, I only stopped by because they’re the only vape shop open late. Overall good vape shop if you’re not buying d8 or nicotine and friendly people but the prices are just plain crazy the vape shop right next to Dunkin’ Donuts has way better prices and more variety also to add onto the vapes available their quality and authenticity is questionable

I came in this store and wanted to know the price of the cheapest scale and the sales associate Kevin told me that it wasnt his job to check the price of every scale.
