Elements Massage

Elements offers a professional environment with a relaxing ambiance. Appointments are scheduled and kept as they should be.This is a newer location next to Firebirds Wood-fired Grill, across from West Town Mall.The therapists I have seen are intuitive about customers needs and have been of high quality.Personally, I find the value of their enhancements to be a joke and being charged for 60/90 minutes while only receiving 50/80 minutes to be unethical.

The whole experience was fantastic!! I do not normally treat myself to massages, but I will definitely go back. The staff was great, the atmosphere very calming, and Misty did a wonderful job making sure I felt comfortable during my massage. Thank you Elements!

Ive been a regular at Elements Massage and cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team there. The therapists—Jazz, Lucita, and Kirk—are nothing short of phenomenal. As someone who typically needs a deep tissue massage due to various physical ailments, including six screws in my back and chronic plantar fasciitis, I am always in good hands with them. They take the time to understand exactly what I need for each session and ensure that every targeted area is thoroughly addressed.Not only do they cater to my specific requests, but they also offer insightful suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the session. Their attentiveness and professionalism are unmatched, making all of my visits a therapeutic experience.The front desk staff—Aunika, Deijah, and Kennedy—are equally outstanding. They are incredibly sweet and professional, always ensuring that my sessions meet my expectations and that my next appointment is seamlessly arranged. Morgan, the facility manager, is phenomenal as well and is always a delight to talk to. Their warm and welcoming demeanor makes each visit a pleasure, especially on my rough days.I highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone needing a personalized and profoundly satisfying massage experience. I’m not someone that regularly experiences massages, so this was a special treat. From the first moment of calling to book the appointment to the final sale and walking out the door - I had an amazing experience! Morgan was incredibly professional and kind at the front desk and on the phone. The environment was extremely welcoming also. Jazz was my therapist, and she did an outstanding job. The most deep tissue I have had and a full 90-minutes. The faculty was clean, free of clutter, and extremely relaxing. I sometimes dread going near west town mall because of the traffic, but this location was very convenient off I-40 at the roundabout. I would definitely recommend this facility!

My wife and I both had massages for our anniversary! The location is very convenient to the highway and despite being close to everything when you enter you do not hear any outside noise. The place itself had great ambience, was super clean, and the staff was inviting. We will definitely be visiting again!

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Elements Massage with Moriah as my therapist, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soothing and welcoming, setting the tone for what was to come. Moriah is truly gifted; her technique is impeccable and she intuitively knew the areas that needed attention. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and her approach was both professional and compassionate. The entire session was a blissful escape, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Many reasons to visit this Elements location. First they have a great staff. Second, its very clean and comfortable. Third, they have very good LMTs who provide excellent massages!

Kristen was beyond amazing. I got a prenatal massage at 38 weeks and 4 days it was definitely worth every bit. I left feeling like a new women who is now ready for labor. If your pregnant or not I definitely recommend Kristen!!!!

Kirk was excellent. Very knowledgeable and had a great technique. I came in with neck and back issues and left feeling great. One of the best massages of my life.

Today was Mother’s Day and I was treated to a massage. Misty was my Massage therapist. She Did a great job and I left very relaxed. Definitely recommend this place.

Mariah was absolutely wonderful! Shes a skilled massage therapist with great people skills. She really took time to listen to me, discuss what we were going to be doing, and made me feel at ease. I left with my muscles feeling more relaxed than they have been in years. She also provided great tips for recovery after the massage. The ladies at the reception desk were also very friendly and and helpful! 10/10

He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, always answers my questions, and educates me about the type of home care I need to be doing. He genuinely cares about people and you can tell that he loves what he does. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is the best!

Both for relaxation and for relief from my endurance sports, this place is filled with practitioners to fit my mental and physical needs!My 2024 plan is to get a massage at least once a month to keep me balanced!

They have a great flexible membership that couples can split. Much better than massage envy’s membership. Also have great masseuse’s that they provide great training opportunities to. They have very accurate pressure. They are ranked 1-4 and the level 4s are actually deep pressure unlike other places. Best massages I’ve ever had.

My first experience with Elements and my massage therapist Lucita was great! She explained the process and my particular massage in depth from beginning to end with great patience. Not only was she knowledgeable and thorough, but Lucita was very kind, appropriately engaging, and wonderful at making sure my session was an overall enjoyable first time experience. The entrance was inviting, and the room I was in was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The front desk gentleman was equally engaging and answered all of my questions professionally. It was a wonderful visit that I plan to implement into my own self care practice. I’d highly recommend trying this place out!

I’ve been to several places in Knoxville for massage but this one has been my favorite, by far. I think between the employees, the feel of the massage and the passion radiating from therapist it’s just *chefs kiss* 🤌 I signed up for the membership and massage day is my favorite day of the month now (obviously)

Well, Im definitely not coming here again. I believe Kristen was the masseuse; chick with greenish hair. Got some gift cards for Christmas, thought Id use them out because ow everything hurts. I go in, everything seems chill and professional. I upgraded to get some aromatherapy. First red flag: The massage therapist smells so heavily of stale cigarettes that I can barely smell the aromatherapy stuff. Maybe Im just really sensitive to cigarette smell, but it was bad. Second red flag: Shes not really massaging, just kinda moving her hands around with not much pressure. I had signed up for deep tissue. This was light pressure at best. Ok whatever. Still relaxing, right? Wrong. I was jostled around for an hour and a half (red flag the third). Just pushed about without any real pressure being added. I had also mentioned that I have issues with my back and shoulders. Best she could do was kinda run her forearm down my back. There was no effort made to work out the countless knots which make up my shoulder - which I could feel her just absentmindedly passing over - making this Red Flag Number Four. Zero effort was put in to working with any pressure points or areas where I clearly hold stress. Like, I know how to feel that, and I have no experience with massage therapy. It felt like she was attempting to speedrun the massage (🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩), like the faster she moved the better it would be. The only thing she spent any real time on were my feet, which arent in that bad of shape compared to my still horrendously pained shoulders. So here I am, however much in the hole, for a massage that did nothing for me but make me smell lightly of citrus. Which is dope. Definitely gonna stick with Arbor College, where Ive had better, more thorough massages from students. My boy Jacob over there does 10x the work in a fraction of the time. He actually takes the time to work out how bad my shoulders are. Feel really awful that my family spent money on gift cards for this place. Its not worth the time.

I was struggling with bad back problems and going to the chiropractor. Nothing he did seemed to help. In fact, it was getting worse. I decided to treat myself to a massage and ended up being paired with Kirk since he is able to do the type of massage that I needed, deep tissue level 4. Kirk is amazing. He did an all over massage but focused on my lower back and sciatic. When he was done, I had zero back pain and have not had pain since. I go back every month to maintain but I have had to skip and the pain didnt come back. I will continue to see Kirk every month and never set foot in a chiropractor office again

Booked a 90 minutes massage that was supposed to be medium-firm pressure and the lady did absolutely no massaging at all. I kept waiting for the massage to start and all she did was find different places and lightly press her fingers into my joints and talk about some release. It was complete BS.I am not one to complain about services and I won’t even send food back at a restaurant. I know I should stand up for myself more but I just keep quiet. However, the more I think about the money I wasted on the worst massage of my life I feel I should share my experience with others so yall can save your time and money. I work very hard and can only afford to treat myself in these ways maybe 2/3 times a year. Do not go here.

Ive have had two massages at Elements. The color choices in rooms to suit mood are soothing. The therapist, Justin, was great. I used the hot stones both times and really enjoyed. Elements was clean, staff friendly and I have already scheduled my next appointment.

This a new business in the West Knoxville area. I received a gift card for 90 minute massage for Christmas. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to ensure you receive your full service. I scheduled a 9 am appointment which is when they open. They allow you to come in the building a few minutes early for a 9am appointment. I enjoyed my massage and will consider visiting again in the future.

My wife and I have been going to Elements for six months. Rooms give you a very calming feeling when you enter. If you want a therapeutic deep tissue massage, Kirk is the one. He is a great masseuse. He really knows what hes doing. A great asset for Elements.

My husband tried to book me a surprise massage for Mother’s Day. He received a confirmation email, so we drove an hour and a half to the appointment. We show up and there is no record of the appointment. We show her the email showing the confirmation, and all we get is an I’m sorry, we can reschedule you, and an hour and a half drive back home. Very disappointed.

I went to my appointment with Julie in a lot of pain from all of the tension built up in my neck and shoulders and I left feeling brand new. I’ve never felt immediate relief after a massage before. Julie was kind, professional, and really took the time to actually work on the areas that were bothering me. I will be returning monthly.

Kirk is a master at relieving tension and stress from the muscles through deep-tissue. An hour with him is perfect for getting my body back on track.

My wife purchased an hour and a half message for me at this location. They told me that I would have a 3 out of 4 pressure message with 4 being the highest pressure level they offer??? HahahaWhat a joke, this girl comes in and tells me she is going to do a factory reset on my muscles . Which ment she pushed on me here and there and called it therapy? Ive had a harder message sitting on my couch when our dog sat on my legs.This place is a total joke, dont fall for it and find another option.
