Really good vibes, the outside of the store looks suspicious but inside is great. The people were very friendly and answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable about all products. I have specific allergies and they were able to show me multiple products, that accommodated my dietary needs. Overall a good spot and recommend to stop by.

I hate writing this because Ive been a loyal customer for a very long time, gave a ton of referrals, and tried to be supportive. I dont know whats changed within the past few months, but things are TERRIBLE now.Today, I drove from one location to another because a product that I really liked was on clearance. It sucks that theyre not carrying the product anymore, but thats pretty common for this franchise. I get there, and the employee didnt honor the pricing that the other employee told me so I ended up posting regular price. Plus, he was kinda snooty about it (and not very sympathetic to the fact I drove a long way to NOT get the reason I drove that distance).Theres WAY too many choices now to put up with that kind of terrible customer service. So I guess Ill find somewhere else to spend my money.

Not only was the owner quite knowledgeable, but she was also very kind and caring. She knew about holistic medicine to apply to my broken bone and was well versed in essential oils. The building was very clean, well-spaced, and had a professional appeal. The products are quality and the in house brand concentrates and salves are VERY well priced. Other items may be as well, but I went in asking about what to use on a broken bone until I get medical treatment. The owner offered a sample of the Colorado Cures full spectrum hot cream once we got to talking and it seemed to work immediately! I was very thrilled! Was well worth going in, I almost drove right past once urgent care sent packing. I recommend going to them over other places in the area. Was just a more quality-professional experience with a whole lot of care...embarrassingly enough I was declined purchasing the items...I was not sure on what to do. I asked her to try splitting the amount on two cards, multiple ways and to my dismay each card was declined. At this point I still owed $5. I was just about to go diving into my sisters vehicle and was told it was ok. Im writing this review to pay it forward in a small way, I still am in amazement...the customer service was more than impeccable, it was perfect and personable, thank you! Bruising, swelling, and pain all are WAY down :)

I had a great experience here thanks to TY. She helped me figure out what i needed after many attempts and the desire to give up on CBD USA. i purchased many products (all vapes) but 95% of them failed me. Apparently i am just unlucky. But i moved on to edibles thanks to Ty and i am very grateful she made the recommendations that she did. she is very knowledgeable and definitely an asset to this business. Thanks girl. :)

I bought a cartridge at the 5411 Kingston Pike location, and it never worked, not even once. I brought it back in, and they wouldnt fix it or return it. The gentleman behind the counter told me I should have tested it before I left, and that I was basically out of luck, and $35. I couldnt do that anyway because I only use it when I am at home with nothing to do, not before I get in my car and drive with a busy day. Now, I am not in the position to go around handing out free money to businesses, but they seemed ok with it.

Great CBD shop! The employee was very helpful with answering my questions and helping me decide which products were right for me. My husband and i went in on Saturday evening on July 17th. I dont remember the employees name, but I would come back to this shop just for him!

I purchased a Anchored Disposable Delta 8 card that had a bad coil. I asked if I could exchange it and was told all sales are final. I probably stop by 2-3 times a week and purchase Delta 8 products and have spent a ton of money at this location, but I will not be back. This guy offered zero help and he was the store manager.

Sold me a device that doesnt do what they said it would do. They would not take it back even though I never used it and it was within a week of purchasing. Told me to return it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they dont give refunds. Manager said she would call, but never did and it has been two weeks. They say they have a no return policy but that was never explained and it is not printed anywhere.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!..... They will lie and tell you they’re running a special or a discount. Only to have you arrive and be told various reasons why they cannot honor the advertisement. This happened each time I have visited. I have made sure to call to doublecheck promotions, And yet again after three visits there has been an excuse each time. They will say this to get you down there and attempt to make you feel pressured into buying something extremely unreasonably priced. Don’t waste your time. Many other Shops in Knoxville who are knowledgeable, honest and appreciative of your business. I would recommend....Bluhen Botanicals in the Old City
