This is store is my favorite store in the whole world and very convenient to my home and for the entire south Knox area its the only one until almost Seymour that carry adult items and the prices are better and customer service is amazing

This was my first time &I was very excited to try this vape shop in South Knoxville, however ,it will definitely be my last. Now they have the vapes I use for a lot cheaper than any other vape shop Ive been and I thought that was great. No! The same vape I have smoked for a while that I got from this store was definitely not what I get when I go to other stores around Knoxville. There was absolutely zero customer service. As a customer knowing what I want coming into your store, its your responsibility to inform me on what you have. There was none. She couldnt even tell me my total after I found what I was looking for and she sat there and just looked at me. Every question I asked was answered with a short yes/no answer, just sat there looking at me while I looked at the screen to see my total and proceed to check the card machine to see if its ready. I will tell you this was the worst customer service from any vape shop Ive been in. First impressions are EVERYTHING! Very disappointed

Clearly nobody in the company actually uses these products. Every time I ask an employee a price I hear a different one. The owner Don says he pays off local politicians to keep his hustle going. Try a different shop.

Staff is AWESOME.. very helpful with any questions I had about different vapes & even said they would special order my favorite juice that they didnt carry! Way to take care of your customers... It was my first time in there & it will be the only place I go now for any of my smoke supplies!

Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what items I was looking for has a big variety of items to choose from. The prices are better then most I have been to in the past. Will be returning and tell my friends and family about the store.
