Ive been going to monkey for about 5yrs now an yes Ive had some bad with good but mostly good experiences I feel like family when Im there because they Remember you an always treat you with respect an cut up an okay around with ya. In 5yrs Ive only gone to 2 other vape stores only because I was desperate an monkey wasnt open. But shout out to Kirby,John,Brandon an his lil minions that help em at times. Yall keep up the great work an bring fried apple pie to a permanent flavor...haha

They have the best workers there polite and know what there talking about there house juice is definitely priced right they have so much to choose from they add whatever milligram nicotine that u need for the bottle in the picture is only 15 dollars I think its 30 ml

Definitely if I could give Monkey’s more ⭐️ I would. Was in new of a new Zeus up flow tank and Brandon hooked it up! Even though he didn’t have any in stock he opened up a New Mod and sold me the tank from it!! Definitely Good Customer service and if you got a vape juice idea they will make it for you!

I purchased 3 vape cartridges and then found out the Earthy brand doesn’t exist and didn’t make it. The QR code on the packages won’t scan. Be careful what your buying because lord know what’s in it. They also didn’t ask for proof of age before selling to me over the phone.

Easy in and out usually have what youre looking for. More than just a vape shop with CBD, Deltas, kratom.Ive read the other complaints and have to add more to this. I know my review will show at the top because of my guide level.The staff there has always been friendly and willing to help. As far as some employees acting in certain ways, theres more going on in life than their vape store jobs. So take that into consideration, most employees at any retail job arent overtly friendly.I can agree that if the sign says open at 10 then the door should be unlocked and opened. However they have processing labs in the back and it would make sense to lock the door if they have to do something thats needed for the shelves.This it a small family owned business not a retail chain so having lots of employees standing around isnt practical. As far as products if they sell you the wrong thing swapping out isnt a issue. Malfunctioning device mods is out of their control since they do not create their own line of mods. The equivalent would be going to Walmart buying a drill, take it home and it does not work, leaving Walmart a negative review because the Black & Decker company didnt do a good job producing it. However even with that being said, in my times of having a malfunctioning device they still helped to fix it or offered a discount towards a new one.If you are considering becoming new customer there, I think youll be happy with their service. My review is my opinion, Im not an employee, never been, nor a family member of the owner. Im a customer period.

Showed up 15 min after posted opening sign in both window and online. Truck in parking lot, open sign off, no one came when I knocked. Must be nice to turn down money in 2023! Avoiding MV in the future. 👎🏼

Was great the first couple times I went. Went there a few weeks ago and was sold the wrong coils. Upon trying to get a refund the man behind the counter was so rude and was trying to push the encounter along and get back to smoking at the weed shop next to them. Horrible customer service. After finally getting him to run a refund, I still do not have the money back!!! And they NEVER pick up their phone so dont waste your time calling.

This place has a great selection of vape juice, kratom, CBD and delta 8 products. Ive been coming here regularly for a while and Ive always had a good experience with each visit. Prices are reasonable and fair and the employees are helpful.

Friendly staff. Great service. Literally 1000s of custom flavors to choose from. There hasnt been a flavor that i wanted that they couldnt customize or mix for me. And if you go on Sundays, their large house-flavor bottles are half price!!! There isnt a reason to NOT shop here.

This place is a absolute mess. Don’t waste your time going in there. There is a hemp store right beside this place and when I walked in the guy that was working in the vape shop was in the hemp store talking to the one that was working in the hemp store. He was obviously blown away and high as a kite. He was useless and seemed to not care of my needs or was not knowledgeable of the products in his own store. I also had been at the Halls location earlier and she told me to go to the Clinton Hwy location store because they had a larger variety. I was getting so aggregated with this guy I said is there any other vape shops close by here and he called off 2 different locations. I do not recommend this place at all. Useless people and you won’t find what you are looking for as far as a regular sweet tobacco or regular tobacco flavor. If you are into fruit flavors or even Hemp you can get fixed up. A total waste of time.

Best vape shop in Tennessee, I refuse to go anywhere else (unless recommended by them). Theyve got the best house blend juice that Ive EVER had and it costs about half as much as any other shops house blend!!! Great staff, very knowledgeable, polite and always helpful. I absolutely love this place and have even had them mail me juice while I was living out of state for almost 2 years. This is my vape shop for life and it should be yours too!!!

Update:Lets GO! Reliability issues resolved. Star restored. Literally Zero complaints now.******I would give 5 stars if they had my flavor every time. Other than some basic inventory issues (minor really) they are great if you have questions and almost always incredibly friendly. Id recommend over any vape shop in Knoxville. Ive had the best experience here of anywhere else in this town.

Fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff! They’ve stayed open during the pandemic by providing curbside service during all kinds of weather. Yet, every Monkey Vapors team member has continued to deliver outstanding customer service with courtesy.I like to explore different juice flavors and I must say Brandon is always cool about helping me choose or suggesting the next flavor I might try. He can create pretty much any juice flavor I imagine.Monkey Vapors is my go-to vape store and theres a monkey!!

This place is amazing! They have friendly workers and their house juice is amazing. We live 2 hours away and just purchased 20 bottles of different juice during their Sunday special. Totally worth it! They are always open to helping with any advice they can offer they never bat a eye at a question you ask them. They showed us a few new products we purchased. While waiting for our juice to be made we had friendly conversation with the girl working the counter. Overall if you vape this is the store you want to go to! They make it a very inviting atmosphere and are happy to help with whatever you need even if you dont exactly know what you want, they will show you all their options till you find what you need.

Would get 5 star for pricing and products but not all products are cheap. Some over priced but I guess its like that in a lot of vape shops. Your best bet is to get it online I shop at eightvapes.com or cheapejuice.com. The staff here are well depends... There was a girl working here hes always got an attitude or a smirk facial expression on everything shes rude never smiling never seems happy always seems like shes having a bad day every time I come in after my accident has had to start sending my friend in because I cant get around just yet until I get a wheelchair. So I have to call and they never ever answer the phone. So 1 star for poor customer service. Im sure the owner doesnt care cuz its been going on in a long time.

Nice clean and great service....theyve got it all and not crazy bad prices either. Parking is small but very clean parking lot and walk in area. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful with what your looking for and can explain the CBD products to you.

This has been my go-to vape shop for the last two years! The prices are good, and they have always been very helpful when I have questions. They also sell small bottles for five dollars, that way you can try something different without buying a large bottle of something you dont like and wont use.

These guys are great. Brandon is the best. Always on point making juices. Brandons wife is super sweet, always enjoy seeing her smiling face and of their baby is such a cutie...

At 67 I decided to stop smoking and many people shared their positive experience with transitioning from tobacco to vaping. I picked Monkey Vapors because the Clinton Hwy store is close to me, and I loved the name...that was 6 yrs ago and I’ve never thought about going anywhere else. Kirby, the owner is personable and knowledgeable, Brandon is great, he can help with any problem, and help pick out what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Brandon is it one of the most best vape mixers out there. Been vaping 10 years have been buying Vapes from mix it up places from Virginia to North Carolina South Carolina and this is the best place Brandon is excellent at it I think he should go and champions for mixing up. This place is awesome! Great folks! Great products! Friendly, yet professional al atmosphere! Very knowledgeable of all current mods, tanks and accessories! They also blend their own juices. Some folks really like their mixtures.

Truly awesome went in for coils and they had what I needed when no one else did. Right now you have to wait in your car for curb service. Cant wait till I can go in the store and actually see their merchandise. I am anxious to try the house vape. Nice friendly service. They didnt try to be pushy. Hooked me up with what I needed. Ordered 12 bottles of juice 3mg nicGot 0 nic and when tried to return couldnt get an answer talked to owner was reassured I would get replacement finally got to shop and was told I was banded for making fun of a handicapped i myself am handicapped long story short spent 150 ish+ - and got nothing then banded so they dont have to replace or refund WHAT A PLACE

Supper nice people to deal with and take the time to listen to your needs. I bought some of the peanut butter and cbd mix for our little dog because of seizures and it has worked really well. She was having them at least 3 to 5 per week and has only had 1 since I started her on this. Thanks so much for helping our little girl to rest better and give her a better life.

This Business sells products that have nit been LAB tested and are created in the back room. Mold is present throughout store and they sell to minors regularly.

Down to earth people and will only recommend products that they believe are good and that they use personally an excellent customer service I was looking for a particular mod that they did not have and unlike other stores that says oh Im sorry we dont carry that or we cant get that color they ordered it for me my wife was looking for a tank in a certain color they called all their stores to check to see if they had it in her color now thats customer service my wife got her tank that day and her color and it looks beautiful on top of her mod I looking forward to my new mod coming in

Monkey vape co. is a great place for the folks that vape. They are very knowledgeable and can assist you in almost every vape need. The house juice flavors are my favorite and if they dont have a flavor you like Brandon can probably make it. Whether youre just starting or have been vaping for a while you can have a great experience there.

Really nice and helpful people. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the guy that helped me however he was very helpful and made my liquid whatever strength and flavor I wanted. It was awesome! I was not even aware they could do that and it only took him like five minutes. Along with the really friendly staff there is an actual MONKEY there just chillin! Come on thats just the best...i really dont understand how literally not a single person has mentioned this in previous reviews...Come on yall its a Monkey! Anyway yeah definitely would recommend this store to anyone especially if you are new to all this vape stuff.

Go in the store to buy me a vapor so I can stop smoking we walk in the door I was very excited they tell u to turn around they dont slow kids well I look on the couch and there sits a kid like really its okay for u to have ur kid in there but not okay for me to come in there with my kids that the lowest thing I have ever seen in my life ill never visit this store ever again

Just recently started vaping and my girlfriend brings me in to this store. We got her one of those VUPU vapes. And it worked great for me too! The staff was awesome. Really good prices! The staff there is really friendly and they answer all your questions well. As it stands right now I have no plans on going anywhere else because I am happy with the service as well as their products. The monkey berry juice is my favorite. Go check them out if you are looking to update your vape collections, try some awesome juice, or simply just get started! I went from smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day to not smoking any! I’m pretty sure it’s cause the juice they make tastes wonderful. Go check them out!

I had to buy a new mod today and decided to stick with monkey vapors at the new store on Clinton hwy. I got the SMOANT Charon for a better price than anywhere in town and online, new batteries and a 120mil custom juice for less than $100. Great people.
