I really enjoy this place. Me and my sister go here often, since we found the place a few weeks ago. We had a blast at 4:20 customer appreciation day. I won the banger in the raffle. I absolutely love it. Thanks to our off the wall family, we had an amazing 4:20.

I went in to look things over. Sign said off the wall, and at that moment I thought that defined me to a certain extent. Great customer service. Great help picking out products. And I will say I was very pleased with the guidance I received... thank you for the friendly service...

This place is never open. Hours on the door are no where near accurate at all. Employees are nice outside of the owner who has no people skills and never opens on time. No near by competition is the only reason this place has stayed open so long. Ready for west Knoxville to open a new head shop.

Just stopped in here today and man am I glad I did. I found several things that I liked, and so much more than I expected. I live over an hour away and still only shop here. I have a few local stores just not for me. Staff has always been great. Plenty of selections for anyones needs.

After walking in this shop after reading great reviews I was greeted by the most rude and unknowledgeable employees I’ve ever met! After browsing the glass and being told about 12 times I couldn’t afford it, and that he knew the owner so good and how it was such a perk of working there! How gross! I’ll take my money to smoke rings and I advise everyone else to unless you like being insulted by the staff! Such a disgusting experience. Little did the young long haired guy know I have more heady glass at home than they had on display! This was on a Saturday at 3:30 PM no other customers in the store you’d think they’d be thankful for the business.

I have never had problems with their products but the last few times I have been there I have been treated like a redheaded stepchild I went in there today and they were some random dude walking around giving me harsh looks the whole time I was in there and when you come to a place like this ready to spend 2 to 300 dollars on the spot why would you want someone following you around mean mugging you the whole time honestly I expect the opposite and specially after Ive been shopping at this place for a really long and found out I was getting ripped off for a long time by the guy that was running it

Wide variety of items! The kratom is third-party tested 100% chemical free high quality kratom! Good price for the quality! Definitely a good place to stop by and browse!

Been going here since the rightful old age of 18. I have been a loyal customer and friend for as long as I have been able to step into the store I have seen the employees change over maybe a total of 3 to 3.5-4 times; so the staff feels like family whether you have been there a million times or its your first time.No matter what, though, I know when I walk through those doors Im going to get the best possible help whether they have it in stock, order, do a custom order from local blower or point you to a place that can help you better(few and few between.)

I went in on a Sunday and a Tuesday and was treated like I someone deserves to be treated. It was the best customer service on both occasions that I had anywhere since the last time I was there at least 2 years ago. Both glass pieces are above and beyond what I paid for. I got incredible deals on both. Thank you off the wall....

These guys are great. Excellent selection of glass at all prices and superior service. Try these guys first! He gave me a discount to match my budget and made sure I had everything I was looking for in accessories. Only a buck or two but who else would be so cool. Major props. A+++

I bought a small bubbler from this location recently along with a banger/bucket and a pack of beads. All of my beads have mysteriously broke in half by themselves and I am very disappointed as they were $10 for a pack of THREE small glass beads. I will no longer be shopping here as the quality is heavily lacking for the prices they charge. I have heard that the customer service here is good but when I came in the man working there was very quiet distant and did not try to help me in any way until I was ready to check out.

In all my time looking to support the little guy, to really support local business; I have never seen a staff like this. I went in to get a vapor rig with a $300 budget and ended up leaving because the staff was so rude to the customers in front of me. I came to google reviews for better leave of mind and found many reviews where the staff being rude was the main factor in such low scores; imagine my disbelief when most of the responses are to paying customers are “nice review kid, okay sure, you want me to splatter your transaction video online to prove we are right??”. No thanks guys, good luck, there’s way too many head shops in this area to deal with jerks.

Good product. Nice people. Not business minded. Erratic hours. Inconsistent. Frustrating. Xmas Eve stated open now to 3. Not open. Ill spend my money somewhere else. Update: as Im backing out to leave, a dude comes up and says the owner is on his way-overslept. Meantime, there are now three of us waiting to spend money here, waiting outside while they get it opened. How much business did they miss? Do they care?

Was recommended this store by the owner of the vape shop across the plaza. First of all, the staff is awesome. I dont know why all of these people are whining about Josh and the expensive glass. And second, as someone from Florida, the pipes are not expensive at all and are pretty high quality pieces. Everything is moderately priced for what it is. Josh isnt the friendliest person but hes knowledgeable and had a full on conversation with my boyfriend about his cars. I wasnt expecting a full on HI WELCOME TO OFF THE WALL rainbows and sunshine welcome. I love this store. Incense selection is excellent and if youre a smoker, Id definitely give the back room a peak.I last visited the store a month or two ago with my boyfriend and will be coming back in the future. Great little place.

Great price ranges to fit anyone budget! Friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond to help me and the other people I saw in the store. There was only one guy but he was killing it!

Been to this place multiple times, tried to give it a chance and never had a good experience. The employees are very rude and ignore you. They were constantly on their phones and it seemed like I (the PAYING customer) was second priority to their phones. Also, the prices are outrageous. I have read all the reviews for OTW and it seems like the owner is making excuses for their employees instead of trying to fix the problem (the employees). Now I will be driving a longer distance to spend my money elsewhere and Im glad to do it. Everybody has a bad day now and then but when you work with the public that is not okay. Leave your problems at home it should not effect my experience at this business. But it has on more than one occasion, so no more.

These folks are great! They know their stuff. No pressure and no bias. The environment itself was clean and well organized. Shout out to Bogey for taking care of us and answering our questions. Anytime Im in Knoxville this will be the shop I visit.

Ive been coming to this place for years, I want to say I was 18 when I started, Im 35 now. They have a wide variety of products to suit everyones needs. The only negative is that the kratom is ridiculously marked up. I can the the exact same brand and amount for $30 at a local gas station. On the plus side they had a product I needed immediately. Thank you Off The Wall. You saved my day!

Every lightrtr i bought in last 2 w3eks suck...like do better...and paid 20$

This shop is so convenient to me, but every time I’ve gone in over the last 2 months (I go through a lotta papers and butane lol) the employees were either complaining about their jobs or very slow to come out of the back room. Yesterday I stood there for at least 4 minutes, long enough to hear the employees conversing in the back. Hollering HELLO 5 times finally got their attention, got my papers. I feel bad that the owner is trusting these girls.

Was in a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and stocked up on incense, which I love just how much they have to offer. Also bought some glass and other products as we dont live in Knoxville so we try to stock up here every time we come in, and the customer service was great. I dont remember his name, as I am horrible with names lol, but he was friendly with us both and provided great customer service. Love Off The Wall and they have been great to me for many years.

This is by far, the worst shop in Knoxville. Their prices are way too high and with the exception of 1 employee, they act like they are too busy and too cool to help or even greet customers. A bunch of snobs selling overpriced, dusty merchandise. Truly a disgrace.

One of the worst headshops I ever been in..Besides a low variety to choose from, its overpriced, ( item I went looking for was found at another shop for over 50% cheaper)And the guy behind the counter didnt greet me, was more interested in the TV behind the counter, and seemed bothered I had any questions for him, I certainly didnt get a feeling of comradeship that I expect in that environment. Maybe the worst headshop Ive ever been in.

Im not usually one to grouse about service -- having worked in the restaurant industry in high school and college Im sympathetic to how tough the job can be -- but Ive had two very poor experiences.In both cases I popped in to grab some hookah shisha, and in both instances I was more or less ignored.The first time wasnt too bad, and I assumed the worker (owner?) was in the back stock area behind the counter and maybe didnt see me.The second time I waited at the counter for at least 15 minutes while three other customers came in, went to a back room, and were talking and joking with one of the workers there.Does the shop only operate for friends and family? Do I need to explicitly ask for service? If so you need to let customers know this.I wont be returning to Off the Wall again.

Way better experience than previous visits! Very friendly, helpful, and I got to put a ticket in for a raffel to win some glassware so Im excited! Got some great Christmas gifts, bought some CBD candies and lotion. Their CBD oil is also cheaper than its been online so that is super exciting too! Their smoke equipment is more expensive than a lot of head shops, but so far I can vouch for the CBD products! :)

Came all the way here from the other side of town to an open sign on and the doors closed up— even google says they open at 10:00.. waited around until 11 and even called, only to leave and no one be there still. Very disappointed

Nice store, decent inventory but the staff is beyond hubris... I dont know if its because theyre millenials or they actually think they are a superior addition to their employer. but then again, whats the difference in the two.

First off, my issue isn’t the stores fault. My issue is: I bought a vape cartridge last week, and it just clogs. I’ve never had one clog before and it’s been very frustrating.

Its the most complete smoke shop ever! They have something for everyone, even non-smokers. They carry the largest selection of delectable incense Ive ever seen and beautiful tapestries too.

Very overpriced, almost humoring.you can literally find the same stuff for half price online or at hookah hookup cheaper. Saw a girl buy an overpriced water pipe and then the guy tries to convince her she needs a case with it...

This is definitely not the best head shop in town but they do have CBD candies now as well as other CBD products.The biggest drawback to off the Wall is the price.Their glass is way too expensive and they dont haggle very well.The counterculture community is good at haggling and Im not sure why these people dont understand how to do it...They dont sell nearly as much glass because of this.They have a few cool handheld pipes but most of what they have sits in the case...4 better variety and cost the better head shop called smoke rings on Cumberland. You should go there for your glass and concentrates accessories but go here if you want some CBD products some great incense and some wraps.

Checked other hookah shops and they were the only shop in town that had a multi hose hookah and at a great price. Staff is very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Only shop Im going to from now on for all my hookah needs.

This is the most run down smoke shop in Knoxville. It smells bad, is dirty, and has poor selection of products. The people that work here are questionable at best.

They sell water pipes for tobacco use only. I wonder if when they legalize marijuana here theyre gonna be like IT WASNT FOR TOBACCO USE WE FOOLED YOU HAHA. Oh well, until then here I am smoking my tobacco out of a 3 foot glass tobacco water pipe
