I had no knowledge of vapes , I just want to quit smoking . The gentleman I dealt with was super polite and knowledgeable. He set me up with a mouth to lung setup with a great flavor and by the time I got home I was super happy with my purchase . I had went to three different places the same day and most of the people working at said places treated me like an idiot like a vape cult or something , or just tried to sell me a product they had no knowledge about. I highly recommend.

The only vapor shop I got to if I can help it. Almost always have what I need in stock and the staff is super helpful and informative. John has helped me a lot and took time to look at mods and help fix my stuff. Highly recommend

Walked in, spoke to Mikey. Told him about my issues, anxiety, panic, etc. He and the staff are just nice people. No judgements, calm environment, helpful and offered options. He offered education (because I don’t know at all about CBD) on what my choices were. I left with a confident feeling that I could reach out any time, they explained that Sundays are discount days, and even helped me get a great discount! I have been shopping at Vapor Trails for many years and have never had a bad experience. John, Kenny and the rest of the Vapor Trails crew aim to please and will price match any other vape shops in the area. I went here and bought some e liquid and let me tell you they are the best shop anywhere around here. I met the owner and a friendly man forgot his name though. They even let me go behind the counter so I could see the names of the e juices for sell. They are the best and super friendly and they definitely help you out. I’ve never been to a vape shop with such great customer service. And they flavors are delicious. Owner is friendly and the people that work there are friendly. Definitely will be back. I dont do many reviews, but seeing as Ive been a customer here for a few years, I might as well. Vapor Trails was the first long-standing vape shop near me in South Knoxville. I would generally buy online because it was cheaper.One day though, I decided to wander in there to see how things were. That was when I first met John. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything and was willing to help me find juices for my very picky tastes.Since then, even during covid, Ive bought multiple mods, tanks, and almost all of my juice from them. Part of its to support local business, and part of it is just because Josh and John do such a great job for me and actually remember our conversations. You go in and truly feel like you matter.This was a long review. Sorry, not sorry.

Everytime I go in everyone is so nice and always helpful! They know what I usually get and always ask if I need anything else and make suggestions if I do. This is the only shop I go to because of the quality services and the great prices! I suggest this place if your looking for a new vape shop!

We’ve been to almost every vape shop within city limits and this one is by far our favorite! We’ve been going here for almost a year now. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. They have a great knowledge of their products and make good recommendations as well. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

Best place for buying your vaping supplies. Staff is very patient and helpful. I went there to find something that would help me quit smoking. He took me to what I needed, not what was most expensive( like other shops I have been to). He explained everything and even got me started. He put my kit together. They remember their customers. Make you feel important. And they have lots of ways to earn rewards.

Owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain things for me. He let me try samples before I bought anything. And gave me the 411 on different things since I am new to the whole game. I will definitely be going back!!

Great help from the guy behind the counter and they dont make you feel like you cant ask questions like some places. Was returning something and didnt realize it was All Sales Final til I got out the truck and saw the sign but that was my bad not theirs. Great place check em out!

After vaping on and off for years and finally deciding to quit smoking I put my faith in the friendly staff at Vapor Trails. I highly recommend visiting them and patronizing this establishment. There are always sales and you can help support local businesses as well. There is a nice seating area and very mellow vibe.

Excellent selection and unbeatable prices for everything vape wise. Also a good selection of CBD and Delta-8 products. The owner and employees are all very nice and easy to talk to. Want to know anything about vaping? Just ask John the manager. This place has become the only shop I will visit in this region. Just cant beat it.

Why are you visiting other vape shops?Extensive hardware and juice lines (with testers), laid back atmosphere and lounge area, fantastic prices with rewards system, most kind, considerate and knowledgeable staff this side of the stratosphere 🤙, 420 friendly.The only thing that could make it better is to live closer

The guys there are extremely helpful! I did not once feel pressured to buy anything that was out of my price range. Walked through with me buying a new set up step by step and extremely patient while I took my time! Will most definitely be back and recomend to all of my vaping friends!

I stand behind behind my 1 star it deserves zero as I was watched like a hawk. Like I was trying to steal something. So this make me feel uncomfortable so thats the reason for the review 😕

Sold me a device that broke but wouldnt allow for it to be returned. Go somewhere that cares about quality and honoring their policies.Edit: Apparently coils popping out randomly (2 out of 4 now) is my fault, not a manufacturing defect. If you had said yes this device leaks easily, you constantly have to make sure the coils stay seated because if any juice gets in the bottom the device breaks I would have simply got a different vape. This is the device recommended to me, not one I sought out.

Love this place, they have no problem putting in orders if there are specific things that you want or need as well as take the time to talk with you and share their knowledge. Being able to try vape juice before buying is a great, that way you get exactly what you are looking for.

Went there to get a Christmas Present. I had no idea about these. She took her time and explained everything and I mean everything I would need to know about the products and how to use them. Highly recommend this store.

Killer service!!!Im a total Knox Vapes customer but vapor trails won me over this past Friday, and the the new GeekVape Zeus Max is a bangn disposable coil atomizer being a cleito 120 only customer since its debut other than drippers and rtas nothing with the cartridge type coil has been able to pique my interest at all, but the Zeus Maxs coil sets are the most flavorful and quality build coils Ive ever used in over 10 years..Vapor trails service the best in the Knoxville area!!!!!

Ive been to every vape shop in our area and none come close to Vapor Trails !!! April is awesome !!! This lady knows her stuff and you wont find nicer customer service... Its not like other Big shops - it has a unrushed atmosphere , plus has a huge selection of juice , coils and mods . My favorite shop hands down

My boyfriend introduced me to Vapor Trails about a year ago, and I love it there! Such friendly people, they go out of their way to help you. Definitely the best vapor store in Knoxville. Plus its close to the UTK campus, so its very convenient for college students

The store is confused as to what is a sale and what is a discount. Store has three discount programs.1. Punch card, get a stamp on a punch card with ever bottle of e-liquid, double punch on Sundays. Once card is full you get $15.00 anything in the store.2. Get 25 points with the Clover app and need 200 to get $5.00 off.3. Buy the Vapor Trails hat and every time you have it on you while in the store you get 10% off your purchase.4. Then they have the ON SALE board, this is a period during which a retailer sells goods at a reduced price. This board changes by the week so what is on sale this week wont be on sale next week.Discounts can not be combined (understandably), but #4 is not a discount, it is a sale which means that if you buy anything off the board you should be able to use one of the discounts #1 through #3 on your purchase but not combined them (Like having two punch cards for a total of $30.00 off)My last visit to the store I went to buy a bottle of e-liquid that was on the sales board which had a $5.00 off the normal price, I was not allowed to get my 10% off for the hat. Which means that if you buy anything that is on the board then you can not use any of the discounts listed above including the punch card.

Theyve got a bunch of juices and ALOT of different coils .... a few mods and kits. Wish they had a juice list with names and kinds with prices tho... itd be very helpful and Im sure less of a hassle on workers . Tried the house willie juice becuz they are selling out the 30ml bottles. Gotta say I really enjoyed the flavor but I really enjoyed the price lol ejuice seems to be getting more expensive by the day...so having a local place with awesome deals and special really make it a place I will return.

Im new to vapes (long time smoker) and learned about this place by word of mouth. After a short visit and a good flavor recommendation, I wonder why I havent tried vaping sooner? I have cigarette lighters for lighting candles now I guess?
