OMG- I just had the best massage of my life! I called yesterday because I slept wrong, and my neck was killing me. They got me in first thing this morning. Steven was beyond AWESOME! The pressure was just perfect. I wish I got the name of the receptionist... because she was so professional and welcoming and just so NICE!! Thanks Massage Envy, cant wait to come back!!

This location has really gone down hill... I cannot believe the situation I was in on November 10th, 2023 with the receptionist!!! As a professional, you should NEVER call your customers names, give them attitude, snatch away the forms and pen from them, crumble their cancel forms when you think they walked away, OH I CAN GO ON.... And yep, that is exactly what happened!!! There was so much that happened during this ridiculous visit, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER TF AGAIN... Oh, did I mention this h*e also threatened to call the police on me too... Ha ha, yea! I reached out to their useless non existent corporate who assisted with absolutely NOTHING! I attempted to reach out to people with rank on LinkedIn, who all basically dont use their accounts. I reached out to the ME FB page, whom communicated with me, but kept saying they are referring me as my concerns were important, ha ha... What a joke!!! Still, have YET to hear from anyone! And get this... I put the manager of the Avocado location on my extremely detailed email I sent to corporate... AND CRICKETS!!! This was a pretty serious situation and NO ONE seemed to care. I had been going to this location since about 2015 and its so sad how its all ended. Thanks so much BROOKE for the worse experience!!!!!! Oh, and if you do dare go to this location, only book with Raquel as your massage therapist!

My haven of rest. To recharge and get the kinks out back to balance. I appreciate Abigail doing deep tissue therapy. She has helped me with shoulder, hip and sciatic issues. So grateful massage is available safely during this time.

I came in for a 9:00pm appointment and asked for a sport massage. They had trouble with my gift certificate but cleared it up around 9:05. They front staff was awesome and the gentalmen with his name starting with a J was great, he said the time would not conflict with my 60min and told me to wait in the waiting room. Again the front staff was great on the date of 6/7/2019. The massage therapist was nice but dident start me tell 9:12, she then continued to talk to me past the usual 5min expected for an intro and continued for almost half the session that ended up being 12 min short of the hr. Worst part is when I kindly said as hard as you can due although I know its late would be so appreciated I couldent even thank you enough ....She responded I have my own technique I practice I honestly at that point trusted her but unfortunately left feeling pretty much the same as when I went in. From a man who has had over 30 plus massages in my life I must say unless you just want great upfront desk service??? 😕 Please avoid this location

This location is actually the only one I been to, so my review will be on this specific one, the massage therapists are really friendly and really good at giving you a relaxing massage, I had the best one Matt but he ended up transferring to Guam for better work, I cant seem to find a good enough therapist, because unlike Matt each therapist seems to do the exact same massage the only difference will be the pressure that they are capable of, I am not sure if thats the policy but a different approach would actually be beneficial especially since my focus points were on different parts of my anatomy each time but it was the same sequence. The receptionists are friendly and condescending at the same time, I think they just need a little training on customer service. All in all not a bad place to get a massage, however the lack of the 4th star is due to the policy for being a member, I have 15 massages saved up and if I cancel I will lose roughly 810 dollars. Im also in and out due to work, and cant use them in the middle of the ocean, and its a hassle to suspend the account being in the military.

I am a military dependent and my spouse is being moved to Hawaii. I will not have a vehicle or job when I arrive to Hawaii and this establishment will not let me cancel my membership. Pretty distasteful treatment of military family members here.

This particular location is nice, but the company sucks and blows. They make it hard to get out of a membership.Cheaper and better experience is Palace Herbal Spa. Therapists are wonderful. One of the restrooms needs a new chain in the tank and has been out of order now for approx 2 months. Only 1 restroom for ALL to use

Incompetent people that are booking the appointments. my niece was here from out of town. The anestatician called off and they never canceled her appointment for facial!! Now its too late to book elsewhere

Masseuses are great! Would like a more tranquility feeling in waiting area and front area. For instance, fireplace, plants, some of those table top water fountains. To give more of a spa or relaxing feeling.

Rancho isnt my home office but I love coming here... the girls at desk are fantastic cheerful and always know my name.... Ill miss you guys... Im cancelling membership

My wife and I had a wonderful 1 hour massage. Great customer service. We were well taken care of
