Best kratom i’ve had

Fake vapes and rude employees. do not come here. when I called to inform the girl their products were fraudulent she could not care less which means they know exactly what they’re selling.

I had posted a completely unfair negative review a few weeks ago out of frustration, I deleted it, but I also feel the need to clear the air in case anyone saw it and sees this. This is one of the best vape shops Ive ever gone to. The customer service you get here is unlike any other vape shop and Ive been vaping for over 5 years. You cant go wrong here, theyll steer you towards the best fit for you, not the biggest profit for them.

This is my go to place. Been coming here about a year now, owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem genuinely interested in helping me find what I’m looking for if I’m unsure of what to get. Also, the inventory seems to have more selection than the average store. Always recommend to a friend 🤝🏼

Where to start. Had 3 bad vapes back to back to back - I left a bad review because this shop wouldnt work with me on a replacement after spending nearly 100$. They called me in to make me TAKE DOWN my bad review in exchange for a vape. The replacement vape? 24 hours before flavor loss, 3 days before it no longer worked. Dont waste your money here this shop is a scam. If you want a vape or glass go ANYWHERE ELSE - thank me later. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of products this place Carries as well as the unprofessionalism of their owner.EDIT - PLEASE read the comment from the owners. I did NOT come in and request another vape after they took care of me. They tried to tell me I was beat, and then after posting a bad review, they then asked me to come in and take my review down in exchange for a free vape which then did not work. My goal isnt to Sabatoge anyones business - but customers of this place should know what theyre getting into. 1/10, I would never go back here.Bump

As crazy as this sounds, I go to cloud chasers at least twice a week for my Kratom and I actually look forward to seeing Romy and the extremely sweet woman that works for him. (I feel horrible for not knowing her name, but I will find out in a couple days.) They are not only knowledgeable to there products but they are also enjoyable to see for the short time that Im in there. On top of all that, the prices are better than anywhere else I go.

Excellent customer service. I recently purchased a vape from here which unfortunately stopped working after a week (probably manufacture’s defect). I returned it and they exchanged it for a new one, no questions asked. Happy to support a local business. Their Kratom products are also high quality and good value.

I’m a local have been coming to the smoke shop for a year. Always buying backwoods and water pipes. I decided I was going to try a vaporizer and the employees are very helpful. They sold me instantly on supposably the best product the PAX3. I left happy excited lol … little to know that when I opened it up to test the product it didn’t work. Wish the smoke shop would have had a bigger sign saying no refunds, the sign was hiding , definitely not visible and I was never informed that they don’t help at all in warranty situations or returns. Took me a week to get a hold of the manager, due to him never being available according to his employees. As I addressed my concern to the manager, the manager already was denying help or any type of exchange of the product. I always give businesses the benefit of a doubt in situations like this. Manager did not care, just told me call the manufacturer for warranty. Not happy with the customer service, I pretty much lost $250. On this purchase. And they did not care one bit to help me out, at least with an exchange. My advise to consumers, don’t buy anything here they won’t help you when any of there products don’t work out of the box or no refunds . Either buy online so you can get returns and warranty. But don’t buy any expensive products from them. Good luck Peace and love. My money will go into another smoke local shop, in hope of good customer service and reasonable prices.

My original experience at Cloud Chasers was not good, involving a faulty vape battery.When I returned it a second time I was pleased to meet the manager who happily exchanged it and explained the situation.I appreciate his effort to make make things right and give some great customer service.Thank you for restoring my faith in small retail.

Clicked on their website on my way there & got a virus on my phone. Bought vapes there for the first time & the guy told me it would be $80 (I usually go to PB). I was thrown off by the price, but needed them so I got them. With the virus on my phone, I couldnt check my bank for a couple of days. After I finally checked, Cloud Chasers actually charged my card $100 FOR 4 DISPOSABLE VAPES. This place gets over on their customers.
