Store is packed with lots of great products, pretty much everything you could want (flower, concentrates, edibles, etc). Ran in to cookies today as they had a 60$ Oz. Nick seen I was looking but didnt quite see what I wanted. I mentioned the deal and even though it wasnt the actual brand I intended to get I was happy he made the suggestion. The online review for the brand I was going for said it was dry but decent. Nick pulled up a stizzy Oz and I couldnt say no! The buds inside felt nice and squishy definitely not dry! I was intimidated when I walked in and it mustve been obvious because one of the employees, Vincent approached me with kindness and willing to help. Worst experience I’ve had in a dispensary. I went in the morning and there was 3 people working, who all stood behind a desk and did nothing.Nobody showed me around being it’s my first time. Nobody was there to tell me about the deals happening.Here I am walking around the store like a lost puppy, looking for a needle in a haystack of weed.To top it off when asked “did I find everything all right”I reply ” NO, I so I gave up and I couldn’t see the deals”AND HE AGAIN SAYS AND DOES NOTHING!why did you even ask me if your not going to help me, or point me in the right direction??I’ve been to cookies in different locations/states and loved it.Really disappointed you guys dropped the bowl on this one.
