I have been going here for some time spent hundreds of dollars here. A few weeks ago I got two disposable vapes. One of them is auto firing. I took the time and gas to drive back to the shop to see if they could do anything about it and they pretty much said no, and tried to sell me another vape to which I declined shops like these are part of ongoing issues.

Edited review.. the guys here are great and always helpful. I refer a bunch of people from the dispo I work at here.The worker named Johnny was extremely rude to me, so I will only shop when there are the other guys working now. They are great but that’s why only 4/5 stars

Walked in looking for a replacement coil for a Horizon Falcon. Im not familiar with this brand and was hoping to get some more helpful information, but it didnt seem like I was important enough to take the time to explain what a unique piece it is and where I might be successful.Knowledgeable and hard working. A good selection of products. Just wish each customer would receive the same time and attention.

I’ve actually never been there, but I had a question on how to use the new vape products my husband bought me at a different shop (which had closed in the time it took for my husband to get it home to me) and they were incredibly helpful, kind & patient with me. I really appreciated their help even though most probably would have heard me say I didn’t buy the products at their store and promptly hung up the phone. Instead he was so kind to me! I’ve been having a rough month, year, decade & his help & kindness was very much appreciated! I’m actually going to start buying my products from them now.

If only I had found this place sooner!!!! Not only do they have for sure the largest and most versatile selection of nectar collectors, fab rigs & accessories in all of Dago but probably southern CA! The customer service in most smoke shops is sadly non existent however the employees here know their inventory and if they arent sure they look on the computer, they don’t just say “no we don’t have that” because they are unaware of where or what it is I’m looking for. I am never giving my hard earned money to any other smoke shop as long as these guys are around. Come in and check them out! I promise you’ll leave with a smile on your face and a more then satisfied customer.

These guys are like family, they ask me if its the usual or we stepping out the box. I love the store because they have a variety of diffrent products and NEW ok .. and they got your back

Very friendly staff. I walked in needing a puff and was expecting to pay like $20 for a puff plus. They had great deals (2 plus’s for $30) and the guy who helped me asked if it was my first time in and yeah it was so he hooked me up with a bang xxl for $15 (usually $18). I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Was so impressed with this shop and the variety of products to chose from, high quality products but what I was most impressed with was the knowledge of the guy Michael that helped me and my boyfriend . He worked out an awesome deal and we will definitely be back!

Very nice and kind guy tall with black short beard, he treated us very helpfully and advised us about the products, nice shop and wide selections.

It was closed …. It says that the smoke shop opens at 7 am and it’s 7:30 am… so yeah fix your hours

This place just opened at first I wasn’t sure about walking in I was just going to the taco shop next door but wow am I glad I did this place is hands down the absolute best store I’ve ever been too jot just selection wise but customer service too. They also give out coupons to our local dispensaries so I’ll definitely be back.
