Always a friendly greeting by Shari at the reception desk. The spa has a cozy, warm, and relaxing vibe. Bella is my go to esthetician. I’ve been getting monthly facials with Bella for over a year now. Bella does an excellent job with helping identify treatments and products to help me with the various skin concerns (dryness, acne, hyper pigmentation, etc) I have. During the facial she takes the time to explain the products she applied and answered my questions. During the enzyme facial she provided a gentle & relaxing scalp massage. Bella is very knowledgeable and genuinely strives to provide the best service.

Just got a lash lift and tint today and I am fully obsessed! This was the first time getting it done, and it was such an easy and relaxing process. Also Nae did them and she’s AMAZING!! Definitely will be back. ❤️

I love this place! I wasnt big on my skincare but with the help of the sweet folks at Hannah Lebron, I care so much more and have an actual routine now. Monthly facials as part of the membership are the best and I look forward to them each time. Highly recommend

I know so very little about beauty treatments, but I heard about microblading as a way to help my brows. (Drawing them on every day was tedious.) Semi-permanent facial tattoos are a little risky, so I set out to find someone local with great reviews.I found BBHL. Hannah had great reviews and so I went in for a consultation and made an appointment for brows. They are beautiful. I saw on the website that lashes werent terribly expensive, so I decided to do that too. Im so glad I did. Naes lash extensions give me a nap every three weeks. I have even ventured into facials. (Thanks, Ciara, for a wonderful experience and for great product recommendations. My skin has never been so healthy.)And thanks, Shari, for making my venture into beauty treatments so seamless.Bottom line. BBHL is awesome.

I saw Delaney for microchanneling and it was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had 🙌🏼 She incorporated SO much massage, I was beyond relaxed at the end. I was also surprised the treatment included the hydra facial machine and extractions if needed! I’ll definitely be going back to try out more services.

I booked with Bella C. to get LED cured eyelash extensions for my wedding day! She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure they were completely perfect! She is an absolute gem! My plan was to just get the one set for the wedding and let them fall out afterwards but I just booked my second appointment to get my first fill lol Absolutely worth every penny they make me feel so pretty every day!

Ive been getting my brows done at Beauty by Hannah Lebron for a while now! And Im so impressed every time. Ive had different technicians and all have been so professional and talented. Love how my brows look and how they work to create a plan for your brow growth and perfect shape consistently over time (they even write detailed notes for future apts). Its super easy to book an appointment, too. They have products that are safe to use during pregnancy, too! 10/10 recommend.

Got a massage from Valerie and it was amazing! It was so comfortable and I even fell asleep for a bit. My body felt so relaxed afterwards! 10/10 would recommend and would 100% come back!

Wow wow wow. I came in to get the sculptural facial and I left a new woman! Mariah added years to my life physically and mentally😂 I looked great but felt even better after. If I could afford to do one treatment regularly it would be this one. She massaged every muscle in my face and jaw and I couldn’t believe how amazing it felt. Afterwards my jaw looked more snatched and my cheek bones were lifted! I love this facility and drive 25 minutes because it is just so different than the rest. Relaxing, welcoming but overall it feels SO worth what you’re paying for.

I went to BBHL for the first time about to weeks ago. My first impression was that it was very clean and calming. I got my eyebrows done by Nae who told me what she was doing to my brows as she did them which I loved! She helped me pick out a brow highlight which I now use everyday. She also walked me through what getting lashes would be like because I wanted more information on it. My brows ended up looking great and I didn’t get super red or irritated which was surprising because I have sensitive skin. I booked my next appointment immediately!

Im not usually one to leave reviews but my time at BBHL was amazing. My wife had been begging me to get a facial for the longest time, after some convincing she scheduled my appointment with Ciara. She was amazing, courteous and professional, I was there for about an hour and to be honest it was so relaxing I fell asleep and it was the best nap Ive had in a very long time. When she was done, my skin felt and looked so much better, if I could give 10 stars I would do it without hesitation. Will definitely be coming back.

Hannah is running a phenomenal business here! I have received a variety of different treatments from many different employees. My experience has always exceeded my expectations, which is why I keep returning! Most recently, I received a deluxe hydrofacial from Josi. Its been over a week and my skin is still so clear and smooth! Im also enjoying the products she recommended after my treatment was completed. Ive been going to the BBHL for a few months now and so happy with them. I needed someone to wax my brows, its always a little scary going somewhere new! Ive see Nae for waxing and Delaney for waxing and a facial and Ive been super happy with both of them. Very cute with a really nice spa atmosphere in a really convenient La Mesa location. Hannah worked her artistic magic on my brows. My left Eyebrow has been higher than my right side (did too many Jim Carrey impressions) and she fixed that with ease while filling them both in beautifully!! They are not too thick nor too close together. She does amazing work and Im excited for our next touch up appointment. Hannah is highly recommend by my friend and now me too.

I have been to the spa twice now and couldn’t be happier. Last appointment I had a lash lift and tint with Mikaela. She is AWESOME!!!! Not only did she do an incredible job, she so sweet and friendly and gave me so much helpful information on lash growth and care. Amazing experience! I had the introductory DMK deep pore treatment. I walked in with zero expectations of what a deep pore treatment would be like. I usually do basic/signature facials at other places.Well, it exceeded my standards! Alejandra took care of me and gave me the best facial/massage. Emphasis on best massage!!!!! Literally so good I had goosebumps.The DMK enzyme mask was so interesting! It completely firmed up and tightened and itched as well but that was all expected. It was left on for 20 minutes so if you get this treatment just be aware of the effects of the mask. My skin was glowing after although :)I cannot wait to go back again!

Classic Eyelash Extensions were only $150 not including tip of course. Nae did them and she did a really good job. They feel comfortable and caused no irritation whatsoever. Very relaxing process. Felt like I was at home.

I began working with Hannah in September after my skin went haywire after getting surgery in July 2022. I’ve never had great skin- but it has gotten to the point where makeup wasn’t covering anything, I didn’t want to go out, and wouldn’t make eye contact with anyone.I’ve seen a couple of aestheticians over the last year- and they always push their products on me, changing regiments every time I’m there, which means more money for different products. I just didn’t vibe with their personalities and felt that if I was going to be spending money, it was in a place where I felt heard rather than just another client. I’d been following BBHL on Instagram since I moved to San Diego in 2020 and decided to make an appointment after seeing the Acne program. It was exactly what I wanted- someone to look at my skin, tell me what was wrong, and what I needed to do/use to fix my skin.I showed up to BBHL for my first appointment with a makeup bag full of probably 20 products that I’d purchased with my last two aestheticians. Hannah looked through everything and wrote me a regiment using most of what I had, and we’ve been using what I have and some of her products. When I run out of something- I buy something in her spa. She’s never pressured me about only using her products, and the prices are so reasonable.I’ve been consistently getting facials about once every 3 weeks and the difference is amazing! I just took a picture this morning- no makeup, in the sun (biggest insecurity) and I can’t believe it! I was referred to Hannah back in 2016 for an eyebrow wax and Ive been a loyal client since. Ive graduated from just eyebrow waxing to monthly facials, microblading, and lash extensions. Everyone at the spa is knowledgeable and wants to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I cant say enough good about BBHL-theyre my go-to for all things beauty related!

I 100% recommend Mikaela at BBBL! I initially came in for a consult and was just blown away by Mikaelas sincerity in trying to understand my skin and address the problems that I was most self conscious about. After that quick consult, we had a game plan and a whole new skin regimen that I love. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I could really feel that she wanted to help. Its been a few weeks and I can already see a difference and have never been happier about my skin.

I recently went here for the first time. My job and my volunteer work take a lot out of me and I decided I needed to take care of myself as well. I got a Deluxe Hydrofacial w/ Mariah. Wow! This is just what I needed. My skin looks so dewy and plump and I felt cared for. Everyone was so nice. If youre looking for self care this is a great place.

The only reason I am not giving this salon a 5 star is I only purchased the lash service and it was my first time at the salon. As far as the lash technician Annalee; I loved her personality, she was quick and my lashes look fabulous. Very reasonable prices compared to elsewhere I have seen online. I think its probably a 5 star salon but without trying any other services yet; Id say; Im definitely a fan.

The girls here at BBHL are awesome! Hannah knocks it out of the park with her brow game and Delaney does the best facials and has given me a great skin care regimen. Month after month I always enjoy coming back!

I originally found Beauty by Hannah Lebron on IG, and fell in love with the page/work/aesthetic, etc. made my appt (if you want to make an appt on Sundays, I suggest you book in advance as they fill up quickly). I booked a lamination & tint for my eyebrows. I did not know what to expect, as this was my first time. All of the staff were super friendly and inviting, and my session was super relaxing! I also got so much direction as to how to take care of them & the upkeep. I am hooked! I wish I had a before picture because my before and after is night and day - Hannah literally saved my eyebrows!! Thank you!!

Josi did an amazing job on my hydrofacial. I mentioned I had some skin issues and Josi recommended products that would help. All the products I purchased are working wonderfully. I have had a facial with Hannah (microdermabrasion), a brazillian wax, and two eyebrow waxes. I highly recommend Hannah for any beauty needs. She is highly knowledgeable and accommodating. Her facials are so relaxing that you want to go to sleep and they leave your face in much better shape than it arrived. She is extremely professional, all the while still being friendly. For anyone who has been on prolonged oral and topical antibiotics for severe acne, spent thousands of dollars on fractional laser treatments and countless of over the counter products — yet you still have problem skin — you need to see Rachael.This was my very first facial ever and I received the HydroFacial by Rachael. It is obvious how knowledgeable Rachael is, and she does an incredible job explaining each step and making you feel comfortable. She will be gentle around your sensitive areas such as around your eyes, and also provide extra attention to your problem areas. Rachael made me feel soooo relaxed and my skin felt sooo hydrated and smooth afterwards. I bought the Lira clinical skin regimen that she used on me because my skin loved it.If you’ve had unsuccessful visits from doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners etc — it’s time to see a licensed esthetician, and I highly, highly recommend Rachael!I also love their online booking system, and the precautionary measures they take for COVID-19 such as cleanliness, waiting at door or in car before allowed to come in, temperature check, questionnaires before appt. Hannah was able to draw and shape my eyebrows with little to no base due to my Trichotillomania for microblading. She was able to give me the confidence and ease to my OCD to FINALLY let my eyebrows grow in after years of suffering. Hannah makes amazingly perfect shapes unique for your eyes, no stencils. She also ensures her work is 100% what you want. Ive had mine for about 2 years now with oily damaged skin and I still love them. (Microblading and shading).

Rachael is fabulous. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got a facial and eyebrows down by her. She explains what she’s doing ahead of time and let’s you relax and enjoy your facial. She gives her 110% from start to finish. She recommends products but is not pushy with having you purchase it. She’s great!!

She didnt clean my black head acne on my face, She just put some cream on my face ,my black head is still there, I paid over $200 so don’t waist your money like I did
