Thai Sports Massage & Spa San Diego

This place is so awesome I almost want to keep it to myself! I had a very painful knot below my shoulder and was finding it hard to work. So I booked a 60 minute appointment with Yoma and one hour later I walked out of there with significant relief. The next day, the pain was almost gone. A massage is a luxury for me but the price was very reasonable and I would definitely go again. The staff was also very polite and professional.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. BB truly blessed me During my 90 minute Thai combination massage with cupping. Without having to explain much, she identified all my trouble areas and worked on them with such skilled hands. I could feel the healing energy and care she put into each area of my body. I Will be sharing with everyone I know And I hope everyone gets to experience this. As BB told me, “ You deserve it.”

This was a nice experience. I do not have a lot of experience/exposure to Thai massages, this was my second. I experienced my first the last week of June. I enjoy deep tissue, and the pressure was intense, and enjoyable. The masseur constantly checked on my pressure tolerance which was great. I would have liked more of the body contouring movements I associate with Thai massages after my first experience. Of the hour massage 10-15 minutes were what I was expecting. Although I did not get the type of Thai massage that mirrored and matched my first experience this was a very enjoyable and cost effective experience.

Very clean and professional.She is very detailed but spends too much time on my back. Like 50 minutes and then a rush to finish the rest.90.00 for an hour is a lot to not be satisfied. Plus a 20.00 tip too.

I went in for a 90 minute Thai massage having had Thai Sports Massage highly recommended by a massage therapist.Everything about my experience was excellent.I was met by BB who professionally and happily made me feel familiar and comfortable upon arrive.The massage itself was first rate, excellent! She was very professional and intuitive in knowing the right technique and the proper pressure to apply to my knotted shoulders and back.The 11/2 hour went by effortlessly and I felt so much better and ready for a long planned trip to Arizona.I immediately booked a massage for next week and plan on making this spot a regular stop!

My wife and I decided To try this place out after reading good reviews online. We made appointments over the phone, and let me just say that the whole experience was welcoming.The place is super clean, and the atmosphere was very healing and warm. My wife is very hard to please, and the massage was so good, that we will be going back in a couple of days.They really work the knots out, and know what they are doing.

I just had the most amazing massage with BB. I never experienced Thai massage and it was the best massage I ever had. BB was exceptional…so sweet and listened to exactly what I needed. She applied the perfect pressure and is strong and gentle. I have lower back and leg pain and I feel so much better after the hour. I just moved to the area and this was the best find….can’t wait to return!

Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had. I went for the 90 min deep tissue and would recommend it highly! They do some light stretching as well along with the massage. Everyone is very professional and helpful. This will be my spot to go to when I need any recovery work done.Thank you for a great experience.

This place was amazing! Very professional and everyone was great. We got the deep tissue massage (my boyfriend and I) and they even put us together in the same room. Which was comforting! The place is clean and professional. We both are athletes and this massage really helped us feel our best. We will definitely be coming back and making these massages part of our recovery routine.

Nice people and I admire the quest for better life. However, the place is designed as if it was inner city Thailand, you barely have room inside to walk in fully. The young man who performed the massage seems to have no idea. Despite their claim of certified massage therapist, I am convinced otherwise. Do not count on any of them understanding a word of what you say.

Loved my massage by Ploy! This was my first massage here. I read a lot of reviews of places nearby and saw a lot of positive reviews for Thai Sports massage and decided to try it. I got a 60 minute Swedish asking to concentrate on my neck and shoulders and she did the perfect amount of pressure and attention to that area. Had hot stones which were great. Spa area was nice, clean and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

I had a spontaneous desire for a massage. Was able to book online (a must for me), for the same day!I loved the wide table, and the face hole in the table (vs on an extender thingy).Sena gave a VERY relaxing massage. I left feeling great. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!

BB was an amazing therapist!! She listened to my needs up front and tailored the pressure and areas of focus. I’d recommend her to anyone with pain! I walked out with no hip or knee pain. The space is beautifully decorated and the massage rooms have huge comfortable tables. It was a really good experience!

My Girlfriend and I have been to Thai Sports Massage and Spa a number of times and we both recommend them fully. Whether you like light pressure like my GF or if you like the pressure cranked up to 11like I do, they can adjust your massage just for you.Both Lucky and BB are excellent masseuses and very personable.Can’t wait to go back again.

She is fantastic! Very polite, caters to your problem areas, and respectful. The environment is very relaxing. I appreciated their promotion right now- free hot stones and CBD oil included with the massage. I have already booked another appointment for this week! And will continue to do!

I tried this place out because other options were booked. I didn’t know what to expect from Thai massage and was a little nervous. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Best massage ever! BB was very professional and attentive to problem areas. I’ve been recovering from neck/back/shoulder injuries and did not expect to feel so much improvement after one 30 minute session. This is my first time at this massage spot but they treat my boyfriend and I great! ( : They use hot rocks, hot towels, and CBD oil. I personally love the stretches they do, and they pay close attention to spot with knots. I love the option of hot tea at the end, it’s a great touch. It is $80 per person.(A little pricy but worth it!) My boyfriend and I did the 1 hr deep tissue and swish massage. We pay $160 (when paid in cash) total plus the well deserve tip! This place is a hidden gem, indeed. The strip mall is not so great so you wouldn’t imagine that this place is great, BUT you would be mistaken! The Establishment is clean, the staff is super friendly and very good at what they do. Most importantly you leave feeling lighter and better. I went in with a lot of tension and shoulder pain and I literally felt relieved when I left. The ladies there are very methodical with their technique & I am certain with regular visits, clients here will be very happy. I know I will be going back (:

Went here for my first massage in quite a long time and due to building work and the gym my back and shoulders were very knotted. BB worked her way through it for me doing an excellent job! Will be going back soon for another massage. Excellent service!

Had my first massage with Lucky and my second with Ploy, both were amazing! I prefer medium/deep pressure and they are not shy to really work through the knots. Will continue to come back:)

This is the 2nd massage Ive gotten here. Honestly the best massage Ive ever had. The staff is really friendly and respectful. They also were really understanding and took my needs into account. They were careful in areas where Ive had surgery.

Ive been frequenting this location for months now and the attention to detail, effectiveness, quality, and interaction rate far above the 5 star scale. The personnel are more than just garden variety masseurs. They find the affected area often times without me mentioning a single word. I need frequent myofacial release due to the nature of my bodybuilding hobby and can say with all honesty that I may not have been able to continue it if not for their care. Especially BB, I dont know what I would do without her. Every experience is always relieving. My normally tight lower back has finally experienced what a relaxed state is like and its all thanks to her.

This place is great. I tried it because its next to my house and I already booked my next session. I got the combo massage for my first massage in over 15 months and it was amazing. BB has thumbs made of steel! It was the perfect combination of stretching and massage.

I’ve had two great sports massages here after a pretty bad wrestling injury. Both BB and Lucky were very thorough and communicative. They made me feel comfortable and on my second visit, they remembered my injuries and were able to continue treatment of the affected areas.

This was the best Thai massage I have had since Koh Samui Thailand at a resort retreat. The massage therapist seemed to find every knot and thoroughly work it out. Deep massage and stretch. The Hot stones and CBD rub was a welcome treat. Highly recommend. I will be back.

My massage therapist was Lucky. I had the Thai deep tissue and cupping combo. One of the best sessions that addressed my muscle knots and flexibility. I slept throughout the night.
