I decided to treat myself to a massage on my birthday. So happy I did! Taylor was my masseuse and let me tell you, she has heavenly hands!! The massage was fabulous and relaxing. My only regret is that it doesnt last forever and your time eventually comes to an end.The whole experience was nice, from calling to schedule the appointment to arriving and checking in. Please take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. I was not sure what to expect because of the reviews I had read... Im so happy I decided to book anyway. They apparently have new management and let me tell you, whatever they are doing is working! Book that massage... you wont regret it and you deserve to be pampered!

Y’all. I don’t know what planet Byron came from but that was the best massage I ever had in my entire life. Pretty sure I fell asleep in the last 15 minutes or so because I woke up disoriented and briefly forgot where I was haha. He did something to my muscles that no chiropractor was ever able to achieve. I got transported to some other universe. I wish I lived here because I would go every week. Not only did my muscles need that transformation but what it did to my mind to be so relaxed and rejuvenated after I had such a taxing day is worth more than money can buy. My massage life is ruined. I’ll never be able to get a massage that good ever again from anyone else. Haha Hats off to that dude.

First time coming here! I like firm pressure in my deep tissue massages and was given Victoria as my masseuse. When I tell you I have gotten many massages (great and bad) and she has been the absolute BEST so far. She mentioned she’s only been a masseuse for about 2 months but this woman has a great career in front of her. Highly recommend! :)

I redeemed a Groupon at this location for a Deep tissue. My massage therapist was name Lily. In my humble opinion, I feel her speciality is massaging the back because it is the only place I felt like I was actually getting a massage. Everywhere else felt like she was simply oiling my skin for a long period of time. Unfortunately, I will not return.

I’ve been very on and off with this place (not just the location) and decided to come back. Did two massage therapists for deep tissue and was close to cancelling until I met Mia. She was amazing and really made sure she knew my body and to try to help as much as possible to eliminate pain long term. I highly suggest her. Also everybody here is very kind just have to go through a few to find your right person.

I had an hour Swedish massage with Sandra and I have never felt more relaxed and renewed. It was so peaceful and she targeted exactly what I asked for with the perfect about of pressure to feel complete relief. I’ve seen other massage therapists before but this was by far the best, I had to get a membership! The staff at the front desk were so sweet and went over every option available for my next visit. So excited to come back!!

From the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with a smile from a very nice and friendly receptionist/ receptionists. The energy is good and the place is very clean including the bathrooms. My masseuse Thomas is amazing. He listens and pays close attention to the areas that you say are bothering you. If you would like a deep tissue massage he is your guy. There are other people that give the deep tissue massages as well however I have not had a massage with them. Ive been going here for 4 years and the people that Ive had were all good.

Edit:Been going here for years.Updating to a 3 as the managers are able to clean up after appointments are cancelled without warning. My partner likes her therapist and most the therapists I use are good as well. This is the main reason we still use them. That being said we shouldnt have to escalate to a manager every few months just to have appointments kept. Rant removed.

I have been staying nearby, at Wekiva Falls. I have chronic back pain, so looked at Groupon to treat myself to a one time massage, near me. I called Luxe, and they had an opening available for the very next morning! When I arrived, however, Groupon had not yet posted into my account. However, Luxe allowed me to use their first time customer discount. Hours later, my Groupon was in my account. They allowed me to use that, too! I was able to book and receive a 2nd session , at a discounted rate! Shout out to Sandy AND Lilly! And everyone at Luxe!

I started going to this place back in 2017/8. It used to be a good place to go but has gone downhill tremendously since then. All the good masseuses have moved or left the Lake Mary location. I had tried to cancel my subscription account before the pandemic struck but no one was there to answer the phones for weeks. I then had to go to the manager and explain the situation and have since had hours on my account that is getting difficult to use. You used to be able to gift your spouse/SO an hour of your time, that’s been removed. My previous two appointments have either been canceled by the masseuse of botched up by the front desk. Today, I just walked into the place, made an appointment 4 days ago but the front desk apparently didn’t enter it into their system. SO FRUSTRATED dealing with this place. Keep a log of every visit and incident, otherwise you practically get called a liar by the manager if, and when they botch your billing or appointments. The front desk needs better training and constantly changes every other month. My recommendation is to go elsewhere and definitely do not subscribe to the place, it’s a trap and getting your money back is a non-starter.

Massage therapists are great the management and staff not so much. Do not ever ever sign up for membership here. I tried to cancel back in October last yet and they told me I had to come in and fill out cancelation form. Not a problem I scheduled my last massage and canceled my membership by filling out their form on their tablet. This year my tax guy saw that I have been being charged 65 dollars a month for the membership even though I canceled. I have been charged over 650 dollars for a service I canceled. I contacted the manager and she said that they did not have a cancelation form for me. Someone in the spa messed up and didnt file it or something. Not my problem but I was told sorry you cant get a refund. I have 34 hours of massages on file and she said I have 60 days to use them but no refund. Absolutely horrible service. I did exactly what they asked of me to cancel the membership and still I lost $650. Do not go to this location they will rob you.

They were not very inviting when I first came in and did not seem prepared. I was sent forms to fill out before hand (as I had never been there) and when I arrived I almost refilled them out until the other girl told the first that I did it online. I interrupted their conversation when I arrived. They all were more interested in their conversation than me. So much so that I was asked if I knew where the lounge was so I could head back…mind you I had never been there as stated in the beginning when I checked it. The massage was fine but not really deep tissue. The masseuse was very nice and great as a Swedish style. After the massage which was $65, I was taken to another room for a waterbed thing which was fine (and was told it was complementary). Afterwards they tried to pitch me the $75 membership which I though it was weird since the massage was $65. That is because the bait and switch…if you do not buy their membership after the first massage, the next $120! That massage was not worth $120. Well I asked to tip 20% and did think about it until later when I realized…20% of $65 is not $24. I paid a total of $89. With $24 being the tip of a $120 massage. 🙄Whatever. Live and learn. I’ll pass on this place in this place in the future!

If I could leave less than a one star I would. My mom gifted me an hour, so I was scheduled a massage at 11:30. I get there at 11:15 to be told my appointment is now at 1:30. I cancelled and left because I was livid. The. I go to schedule a VIP facial, that my mom gifted me since I didn’t use the hour from the last time and Then I was told I can only use one of her hours and that I would pay out of pocket for the rest which is $120. I asked how much is a VIP facial on its own and Abagail stated $105. How is it $105 but yet you’re telling me $120?!? Also if I’m putting an hour towards a two hour service, how is it not half the price?!? Then you tell me $15 more than what you are stating the service costs. I said forget it and I was over it. My mon had a terrible experience with cancelling a membership due to the lack of professionalism and service provided by the lake mary team and they said she had 60 days to use up her hours. She gets a call today that she has up until tomorrow to use 8 remaining hours which is awful customer service! If you see someone had that many hours, best practice would be to give them more than a 24 hour notice to use up 8 hours! I was trying to help her by using an hour of hers and I was just so frustrated I did not even care to deal with these people. No wonder anytime I go in, there is someone cancelling. Absolutely worse customer service. They also must not have a good policy and procedure book because depending on who you talk to, their policies seem to change and they are very unclear about everything. BEWARE this place or signing in for a membership! I will NEVER go here because of lack of customer service. RIDICULOUS!!

The front desk staff is very nice minus The person who seemed to be the manager. She is super rude and unwilling to help. Quick to push off any obstacle back to the customer. Does the owner of this franchise know that this manager drives business off with her arrogant attitude lacking in any type of customer service whatsoever? Business must be really good!?! I own several different franchises in the service industry from restaurants to hair salons so I am well versed in understanding the customers wants and needs. I also work with Groupon and other like discount services and I know to understand and ensure that my managers understand how to process them and to NEVER place the responsibility back on the customer. I am truly astonished that this person would be left to manage what otherwise looks as if it would be a wonderful place to visit. Not for me however! If you do choose to take business here, I hope you have a better experience. Perhaps one of the other locations would be a better choice?

I recently discussed with its general manager that I would like monies returned to my credit card for massage services not rendered during the past six months. I was fully aware of the contract terms when my spouse and I enrolled in February of this year, expecting to be charged monthly for the accruement of hours.MassageLuXe continued to charge my credit card even though the entire country was on lockdown. Does this make sense? Is it customary for an establishment to disregard the best interest of its customers by conducting such practices during a crisis?Once its reopening in May, I called to express my concerns about returning to the establishment for a massage now that circumstances were so vastly different. I was informed by the representative that if I cancelled our memberships, all accrued hours would be lost. Hence, if I wanted to maintain our status as members and still have access to the hours, our accounts would need to be charged monthly in the amount of $10.00 until we chose to return.Unfortunately, the return never happened. Thus, I made another call in August, this time with the intention of getting reimbursed. To my dismay, the general manager declined and discussed that refunds were only being extended to customers who had expressed these types of concerns upon its reopening. Sadly, I missed what was deemed as the window of opportunity, having been only partially informed by the representative just months prior.Practices like these are unjustifiable. It is my hope that its management realizes the errs of their ways and rectifies the dissatisfaction.

Not impressed. I signed up for one of their monthly packages which are a great price. I went through a handful of therapists. A new one each month, in hopes of finding one that seems experienced. Every appointment I was disappointed. Each massage was very very basic and extremely lacking. *Update* I have not heard a reply from the manager in reference to the Google reply below.

I am so disappointed with this place. First time I used them was when my husband gifted me a certificate. I became a member and started paying the month to month membership. Back in July I was called to confirm my appointment which I canceled and also requested to cancel my membership because I wasn’t too happy with my last visit. The girl on the phone said ok and that was then end of the conversation. It was too easy I should’ve know. Months pass and everything seems to be ok until today that I check my bank account and realized that I have been getting charge all these months (5 in total) I tried to nicely speak with a few staff members who refused to give me any solution but the one to use the hours I had paid for. Now I have to pay for a mistake someone made on their end because they failed to give me the proper introduction. I REFUSE TO GO BACK AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO US THEIR POOR QUALITY SERVICE.

Message therapist was great but service not so much. 1st time going and the therapist were more welcoming than the staff.Had issue booking the appointment. The first time I did it online only to find out my appointment was never made. I called in and the appointment was rescheduled.Second time I received email confirmation confirming that my 90 minute message was booked. So you can imagine my look of surprise when my twice-booked 90 minute message barely lasted 45 minutes.I brought my concern to the staff and the manager and the manager looked at me and said there’s nothing that can be done now and proceeded to attempt to sell me other services when my issue with the 1st service wasn’t even resolved.Great therapist / service no good.

This location is fantastic! I suggest Lily, Kylie, or Anthony. Its super clean, well organized, and the staff is very friendly. I love the super soft massage tables that feel more like a comfortable firm bed. I appreciate that level of professionalism unlike other massage facilities Ive been to throughout the Orlando area. These 3 massage therapists are experienced in deep tissue and some in sports massage which is a must for someone like me who has a multi-sport injuries in the past as well as various surgeries. I rely on the proper massage techniques to get me through each week. I was surprised to learn that they do offer package deals that cant be beat Without signing a contract! I have already referred many friends and family members to this specific location and will continue to do so in the future.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!! I made that mistake in 2018. A walk-in pays less than a member 🤔Over time I accumulated several hours I needed to use so I wanted to gift some time to my Daughter. I already paid for the month but its an additional $20 to gift some time.What?!October 2021, I received a letter stating the membership fee is going up $10 on Nov 1st. (a walk-in still pays less) The letter reads, If you choose to cancel you have 60 days to use your hours. Any time remaining after 60 days will be cancelled.I cancelled my membership Oct 31st and was told I had 60 days to use up my hours. I get a call Dec 1st informing me I had til Dec 3rd to use 8 hours up. I told the person that I had 60 days to use my time and 60 days was not up. ( I guess math has changed since I was in school). She informed me that its 60 days after your last billing cycle. 😡NO ONE ever said that not even the letter.Ive also had issues with scheduling. A time is given then when you arrive they say another time. One appt was almost 2 hrs later than the scheduled time. People have lives and this should not happen.Im SUPER disappointed in Massage LuXe!! Management needs to step in and Right the Wrong!!Extremely Unsatisfied Customer!

Very dissatisfied customer for over 3 years membership. In Dec 2021 and Jan 2022, I traveled out of state; in mid Dec an associate called me requesting my credit card info to update payment deductions.. I informed no longer interested and asked for membership cancellation. Then I was advised I must visit facility or send a letter requesting it.....I was traveling internationally and they did not care to accommodate my request neither care to escalate to the manager. Today , they deducted membership payment w/o my authorization.. despite of the fact I requested cancellation of membership back in Dec 27.

Warning, this will be long...I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I called to book it and requested a female masseuse and I also wanted to add on a 30 minute facial. The girl said they would book my massage first because you dont want to get a facial then lay face down in that massage pillow right after. Made sense to me, I dont know how that all works. So my massage was scheduled for a Sunday at 12:30 and my facial for 1:30. They called me on Saturday to confirm (I appreciate that) and advised that my massage would be at 12:30 with Kathleen and there was a 2:00pm facial with Stacy to follow. I questioned the 30 minute time gap thered now be and they said I could use the hydroluxe massage bed in between to pass time, sounds great. So Sunday comes and Im super excited, I needed this relaxing, spa day! I get there and the front desk is so friendly and kind. I check in then go wait in the lounge. A woman comes to get me and leads me into a fairly well lit room with a sink and more stuff than usual. She tells me to undress and use a wrap to cover myself and lay on my back and shell be back in. Im super confused at this point but I do what she says. She then comes back in and starts asking me about my skin care routine and I ask what is this, I thought I was getting the massage 1st? and she says, nope youre getting your facial 1st. Ahh this is Stacy! I told her what the girl on the phone initially said about getting facials before massages and she said nope, Im the professional... its absolutely fine...your massage is at 2 and your masseuse is fantastic. Now Im super confused, where did 2pm come from? I ask her what Im supposed to do for an hour and she corrects me and says itll only be 40 minutes, the facial is 50 minutes long. I tell her that I asked for a 30 minute facial, she says we dont offer 30 minute facials and suggests I enjoy the hydroluxe bed during the time gap. Whatever, shes already started rubbing stuff on my face. She did a decent job but nothing Id want again. Sidenote, Ive had psoriasis for 15+ years...Ive seen numerous dermatologists and am finally on a prescription that helps yet she insisted they just want my money and I should change my laundry detergent and itd go away *eyeroll.*After the facial, I use the Hydroluxe massage bed to pass time and when it is close to my massage, I ask to use the restroom. When I open the door to exit the restroom there is a man standing there who introduced himself as my masseuse and led me to the room, we have the typical introduction chat, and he left and closed the door so I could undress. I sat there super frustrated and uncomfortable that I did not have a female masseuse as requested and confirmed (Kathleen). I thought about biting my tongue but I knew I would be uncomfortable and not able to fully relax so I opened the door and told him I needed to speak to the front desk. They were apologetic but said there was no female masseuse available. I was so disappointed in the whole experience! They rebooked me for 2 days later, they didnt have any evening availability so I had to leave work early. I asked to speak with the manager when I arrived and the woman at the front desk advised me that she already told the assistant manager (she was standing right beside her) what happened. The assistant manager did not ask me for more details or say much whatsoever. I did not get a sincere apology, nor even a $5 discount for the incredible inconvenience. Anyways, the massage was with Erica, it was okay...shes very strong so shes your go to if you like very firm massages. But I dont recommend this place and I wont be back.Just to clarify, I try things through Groupon as Im somewhat new to Florida in hopes of becoming a regular/member. Im not cheap and I would have loved for this place to workout as its so close to my home but oh well, better luck next time!Lastly...ending on a positive note here, the guy who works the front desk reminds me of my bff and hes amazing!

STAY AWAY.Customer service for 2021/22 has really went downhill. For two months now I have booked appointments and both times have been screwed up.First time the requested massage therapist was a male when I requested to have a female.Second time they said they had called me to let me know the appointment was cancelled but they never called me. They even said they spoke to me, reallyIts very frustrating to schedule appointments pleanty of time in advance and when you show up it is not avaliable.After both these times the front desk did not care that their customer was going through this. Im now left with no appointments again.At this time I will not recommend or be returning.Pat

Massage is Ok but the administration is very bad. For cancelling membership, they make it difficult for the customer. They do not have customer first mindset. Just for cancellation, they expect you to fill a form in office or mail it to them , especially in this internet world today. They really need to improve customer satisfaction. I cancelled my membership because of the increasing of Covid infection in Florida. I no long felt comfortable going in a small space where risk could be high. Because I didnt cancel before my billing cycle, eventhough I gave 60 days notice, they billed me and refused to return my money for services that I didnt receive. They obviously do not care about the safety and heath of their members. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. The manager is rude and hung up on my. Please dont waste your money.

Business 2 stars, massage 5 stars. I am not a member but was previously for about 2 years. I booked an hour massage with Sunday for $84. I arrived an saw they had an hour massage and hour facial for $100. I asked for an upgrade, Athia stated she was the manager could not give me an upgrade as there was no facial appointments available today. I asked if they could make an exception as I was not told about the special, No was the answer. I was not allowed to cancel my current appointment because it was not within the timeframe to reschedule. Marcus the therapist was the best therapist I had in two years of massages. The place is clean, decorated and pleasant.

I have been going here for a while now, things have been mostly good . I was scheduled on 2/24/2019 at 2:00 p.m I called at 10:45 to see if I could push my time back and was advised that I couldnt because Celeste was booked. When I get there at 1:50 Im told sorry your therapist called out, I said why didnt you tell me that when I called at 10:45 a.m. the receptionist said we called and left you a voicemail, I said well I was in church and came her immediately after. She proceeds to say let me see what time she called out and never came back. =-( I think her name was Dominick. I was upset and said let me cancel my contract because this is not the first issue Ive had but overlooked. Once its sorry we booked your service wrong and shes upset, Really ! Then its sorry Ive charged your card several times incorrectly. They never said Im sorry can we do anything to make it right. I did not cancel but I am very upset. I love this place but they need to get it together. And another Issue I took My 14 year old daughter whos a dancer and the therapist was nothing but rude, complaining to us that she does not like to do minors and naming other what will. Going on and on about them being forced to do so! My daughter said I never want to go to her again. They need more mature management because when you complain to the younger ladies they just make excuses.

This place does not care about their customers but rather make sure they take the customer’s money. Every employee at this location does not give accurate information regarding membership fees. They’re very pushy to enroll yet don’t accurately explain policies (you’re subject to them when you sign and don’t read). My husband booked a massage which we had a 1hour credit for and he completely forgot about the appt until someone called him. Mistakes happen but there was no accommodations, understanding or sincere, and we subsequently lost the hour (money in Luxe’s pocket). I do not recommend this franchise and especially this location.

I purchased a Groupon and was excited to try Massage Luxe for the first time. I called and scheduled my appointment. The female I spoke with took down the Groupon code and expiration date. I asked for a female masseuse; the female on the phone started I would be booked with Erica.No issues, Groupon was valid, ready to see me on the 4th. WRONG. I filled out a questionnaire and thought Erica would get a quick brief about the medical part, you know... be informed. It wasn’t even Erica, it was a male masseuse. I didn’t want to make a fuss, although I was skeptical. He has no idea about my medical stuff... then why did I fill out a long questionnaire? Why did they ask about arthritis issues or recent concerns if they do not pass the info along? He had a great personality but talked the entire time. Time to leave the facility. WRONG. They attempted to pressure me with joining their “member club” which I started not at this time. The young female asked why and tried to explain further. I don’t appreciate being badgered about joining any club. Usually no is no. The other female stops me and said that my account has issues. How?? When I talked to them on the phone, they took all the information, said I was set to go. When I came in, no issues, sent back to the male masseuse. Only since I didn’t join their member club now there is an issue. They wanted the Groupon. It was on my desk at work, I should have brought it because I just had that feeling that something would go wrong. The female proceeded to tell me there was no Groupon code on my account and therefore I had to pay full price... excuse me???? One called the manager. She then tells me, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Call tomorrow with the code. Do you know they charged my credit card again????? I should have never given them the number over the phone, but it was to hold my spot. Now I have double paid for a massage that was at best “eh”.Do not go to Massage Luxe. They told me they would not charge my card and as soon as I walked out and got in my car, my husband told me it was charged again!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I will never go there again after this. Here I was thinking I would get relaxation but only more stress and seriously disappointed.

The massage therapist was very friendly, but unfortunately she didnt seem to understand the concept of deep tissue. She tried her best to go deep for me, but she seemed feeble and shaky like it was difficult for her to apply firm pressure. It was very inconsistent. But I never complained since she tried her best and always asked if the pressure was ok.The reception workers were...pretty much the opposite of a relaxing experience. They were RELENTLESSLY trying to sell me on the monthly subscription, no matter how politely I declined. And the one girl behind the counter was just flat out rude. Basically interrogating me when her coworker failed to sell me on the subscription. Awkward!!!

In my experience, their membership has all sorts of stipulations. Do yourself a favor and dont work with this chain. Read all the one-star reviews. They do not work with their customers. Massages are supposed to be relaxing, and dealing with this place is very stressful. Ive been trying to cancel my membership for three months, and they keep telling me I have to go there. Btw, Im pregnant, and I barely leave my house due to covid, and they keep charging me even when Ive sent several emails for months asking for cancellation. Management and customer Service is terrible

I had booked a massage and facial for myself and my son. We were both quite disappointed in the facial. We were told that they could not use the steamer. Which of course meant she didn’t do any extractions. That is one of the main reasons we both get facials done so they can do the extractions. We were not advised of this when booking, we were told this once we were already laying on the bed. I was very happy with my experience. This facilities is in a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. I did not have to wait for my appointment. Also the facility is very conducive to relaxation with modern decor and soothing music in the background. My massage therapist, Celeste was very knowledgeable I would definitely return again as they have many options for massage, facials and other types of relaxing treatments. Their prices are double other massage places... $120 for a regular massage? They dont even do the aroma in the room or use lotion warmers. Yhe lady just slapped on the cold lotion which is not relaxing at all. My husbands experience was even worse. He wanted deep tissue and when he asked his masseuse to go harder she said she couldnt cause her hand hurt. Dont wast your money here.

I recently had a massage with Mya and she was absolutely AMAZING! I felt very safe with her and she knew what she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable and was attentive to the areas of focus that I came in for, while giving me COMPLETE relaxation! I literally felt like I floated away during the massage. I’ve been there a few times and have tried different therapists each time to kind of find the best match for me. While all were amazing, I feel that I had the best massage of my life from Anthony...yay. That doesn’t help anyone because everyone’s preferences are very different, but I will say each of the therapists I’ve seen all are very unique...so surely they have one to fit your preferences.Also, the ladies I’ve met at the front desk are friendly and welcoming and I feel the establishment is very clean.

Business 2 stars, massage 5! Massage was wonderful however, I became a member and they offered 30 extra min massage for referring someone (which I did). They said I could use my 30min whenever, only to call and find out that they don’t make 30min appts and you couldn’t pay extra to make it an hour massage. So I made my appt anyways and when I get there they said I wasn’t scheduled for the 90min and because I was canceling my membership I was gonna lose that. So they offered a “specialty massage” which I took aromatherapy, still losing my extra 30min. Went to the room at 12:40 and walked out of there at 1:30 (I always time it) after paying $58 plus $15 tip. It wasn’t even an hour! The massage is really good but the membership isn’t worth it! They only knock off $10 from massages and don’t offer the best customer service, plus the water bed that they say it’s free whenever, sucks! It’s just loud so it doesn’t really relax you!

I have been a long time customer of this location and the customer service is extremely poor and unforgiving. When, I do make appointments and I need to cancel their cancellation policy is unaccommodating. I had a three 3 pm appointment and I called at 1:03 pm to cancel sorry, cant cancel. So ok, I will be 30 minutes late for my two hour massage, I finally make it at 425 pm, they admit to still owing me 30 minutes but the massage tech has gone home and they cant compensate me for the 30 minutes. Once I spend the 6 hours they owe me, I am canceling my account and going elsewhere. Dont waste your money or time at Massage Luxe.

Massage Luxe is fantastic! They have an amazing member deal and right now it’s even better. You can add a half hour for $20 or do an hour for $38. So, an hour and a half is $58, which is amazing. Anthony is the BEST, but book early because he fills up fast. I swear my life has improved since seeing him. I can move easier than ever and I have a bunch of stuff wrong with me 😆 Now is the time to try it if you haven’t yet. The facility is clean and calming and the location is super convenient.

Went for a massage asked for a deep tissue, didnt really get that. The drapping was not taught well they stop at the mid thigh the rest of my leg wasnt worked on. And most of all at the end they sit a hot towl on the dirty seat and tell you you can wipe the lotion off if you want.usually the therapist put the towel on the client themselves out of all the spas I been to. Not professional not luxury. They ask you about memberships at the end. But I wouldnt Want to come back as the therapist didnt try to build a relationship with me to make me want to come back.

Terrible customer service! During my last visit I expressed I wanted to cancel my membership and was assured that I had followed all of their requirements to cancel (by signing their cancellation form on their tablet) only to be charged the next month. When I called them to inquire and ask that I be refunded since I had cancelled all they could say was we dont see a signed form. Wow, ok, well I remember the conversation, remember actually signing the form and remember asking if everything had been done to cancel. Their response is that I need to sign the form...again and that there is nothing we can do. They are more concerned about taking one month of payments than to make sure they treat their customers professionally. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for these services.And good luck trying to resolve this with regional management...apparently they are too busy to return phone calls. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Let me tell you about the nightmare that is MassageLuXe. When I first signed up MassageLuXe. My first massage was amazing....and it went down hill from there. First it started off with them double billing me. I just finished my massage and I was having the associate change my card on file. She made a sound as she was doing so and looked over at the manager to say “hey um i can fix this right”. The manager said “yeah dont worry about it”. I was not informed of what was happening at that time. Till the next day. The double billing came at the worst time. I went to them the next day to talk to them and the manager said there was nothing she could do. That I just had to wait it out. The manager acted unremorseful for what happened. A slight “sorry” was really all I got. Didn’t try to make things right. Nothing. It took about a week to get back. I had so many bills coming out at that time so I was was very concerned. Not that they cared.The next event happened just over a week ago. I was in for a massage and asked how much time I had on my account. They said I have 3 hours and 30 minutes since I had not been in for a while. I asked what the thirty minutes was for, and they said that I had referred someone to them and then explained I could use that 30 minutes for add-ons (scalp treatments, foot scrubs, etc).So I scheduled my appointment, with an add-on, and they said they normally schedule the add-ons together. I asked if I could just use one add-on with my facial, and the other to save it for the next time I come in with my massage. The girl said “I don’t see why not” and then smiled.So then I came in for my facial and when I was leaving they told me I owed money for the add-on. I then explained what happened the other day, and what the girl told me, and what was agreed upon. The woman said “No, that is not how we do things, I’m going to have to charge you for this.” And continued to argue with me, even though it was all agreed on previously. Then continued to charge my card. I left there being so upset at the whole ordeal and then contacted my bank to dispute the charge.Then to top it all off, whatever they did to me during my facial, completely ruined my skin. I was peeling, flaking and looked horrible from what they put on my face. So I was reluctant to call them due to all the previous experience with the staff there, but I did anyways to get a hold of the person who did my facial to ask what they used on me. She wasn’t in when I called, and had to talk to management. She said she would look at the notes, and no notes were taken, I explained the facial I was receiving was supposed to be very hydrating and moisturizing with no peeling chemicals being used. That is what was explained to me by the woman, so I was very confused by the reaction of what was going on with my face.But they couldn’t tell me anything. And said that none of the facial people were working till Tuesday. I said she needs to get ahold of the person that did my facial, to ask what was put on my face exactly and, so I know what to do about my condition. Days later, I am still waiting. So I call back talk to a helpful woman Breann she said she would have the manager call me back. And the reason they didn’t call was due to my phone number on file. This upsets me even more due to the fact I told her my number. Why she did not write it down is beyond me. Even after they changed my number in the system they still have not reached out to me, and quite frankly I am tired of the incompetence. So I will reach out to other professionals in hopes that they can help.I still have multiple massages and one add on left, and I doubt I will ever go back there after all the trouble and scamming this place has done. I DO NOT recommend MassageLuXe to anyone. Find somewhere else that actually cares about their clients.Well after I wrote this review one of the people from corporate reached out to me. And are trying to help me with my issues.

Have been going here for more than a year having deep tissue massages, this last time this Tuesday had another one, the lady did a great job but i got out feeling nauseas got home in pain on my left side called the place said to put heat, i did also had to take antii inflammatory, following day i had a total kinked neck called again they told me my options was to continue with heat or come in for a massage no more explanation, so chose the massage thinking it would be a 15 minute to correct what the problem was, well needless to say after arguing with the rude manager shes still saying $58 we DONT do free massages for anything, granted it happened there, they still dont care all she wanted was the $58 not event a discount for being a previous client. I guess they dont care about loosing clients. One less they will have and will tell everyone else... Some companies just have no sense of customer relations, or how to keep their clients happy.Sad for them.
