A small little place but so clean, minimalistic, and serene. Sam, the front desk associate, was so lovely and efficient. She even addressed me by name when I walked in even though it was my first time!:) I also didnt really have to wait at all, they were ready for me. And oh my goodness, Stephanie was AMAZING!!! She had the perfect balance of effective techniques and feel-good strokes. She was very sweet and communicative as well. I truly feel so much looser and calmer. I will be booking again with Stephanie as soon as possible!!:)

We came for my mother’s birthday, it’s our annual thing. We decided on a couples room this time. Anessa was the front desk receptionist and greeted us right away with a smile. I asked her to take a picture of us, and she did not hesitate!. I had Jacob & he was outstanding. I hold stress in my shoulders and upper back. He found and felt every single pressure point. This was an amazing experience and I will be back requesting him again!

That massage was absolutely amazing. Yvette Was My massage therapist? I like the way she explained everything before she did it so that I would not have any surprises. I would recommend her to anyone that I know to come here and get a massage. Sam That sat at the front desk was very helpful. She texted me in very fast and I was in the back before. I could even have a chance to sit down, which was absolutely amazing that I did not have to wait. I don’t remember the young lady who did my facial, but she was amazing as well . This was my first time at J Sterling’s and I was so impressed! Sam at the front desk was so nice and professional. Mari Jane my massage therapist was amazing. I came in with some lower back and shoulder pain and I felt immediate relief after our session. She also gave me very good suggestions for things I can do to help those problems areas. I have had numerous therapist here and they all have been great! Sam at the front desk always greets you with a smile and helps out in any way possible she can. I accidentally scheduled my massage for the wrong day online and she was able to help my reschedule it for the right day and get me in no problems!

I have never had a problem with this place, and I recently made a mistake on a day for a couples massage made a phone call and Sam answered the phone and helped me with the problem I made for myself. This spa is amazing and they make sure every interaction you have with them is a calm and relaxing one. Highly recommend to everyone.

Maybe they are good at other services, but leg waxing is not one of them. The place I usually go to is closed for remodeling, so I googled other places near me and got this one. Based on the great reviews, I didn’t think twice in booking a simple full leg 60 min wax.The appointment ended up taking 2+ hours and I still had SO many hair patches left when I left! I had to shave in four different places when I got home. It was such a messy job in every sense. There was wax everywhere, she kept running out of materials through the appointment, kept using different waxes that clearly wouldn’t work on my leg hair, hurrying because she had a client after me and questioning if the service I booked really was ‘full’ leg because “full legs took a long time.” The place I usually go to has me out in an hour or less, so I’m not sure why she kept repeating how long legs took. I feel horrible saying this, because the girl as a person was very nice, but she seemed to have no idea what she was doing.I really, really hate to seem like a “Karen” but it really was honestly such a bad experience. I left a tip simply because I felt bad not leaving anything, but she did not deserve it at all. Two plus hours of wax everywhere and STILL having to shave once I got home was a joke. Please remove leg waxing from your services if you can’t provide decent service.

Yvette is THAT GIRL. She was so kind, very patient and informative, and really made me feel light as a feather. She worked on all of my trouble areas and provided amazing hospitality! Mikayla was super sweet and very attentive. 10 stars! Thank you both! :)

My recent experience at J Sterling was incredibly disappointing and far from the standard Ive come to expect from massages worldwide. As someone who has had hundreds of massages, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and skill displayed during my visit.Right from the start, I was taken aback by the therapists rushed demeanor. She failed to even introduce herself before hastily leading me to the massage room. Despite requesting a deep tissue massage, the service I received was anything but. The foot cleansing and body positioning felt rudimentary, and there was a complete lack of pressure throughout the session.Despite hoping for improvement as the massage progressed, I was consistently let down. Key trigger areas were ignored, and the supposed head massage felt more like someone absentmindedly running their fingers through my hair.Upon expressing my disappointment and reminding the therapist of the type of massage I had requested, her reaction was shockingly unprofessional. She not only lost her temper but also made inappropriate comments, suggesting I should seek out big girls for my needs. This response was completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected and unheard.To add insult to injury, I received only half of the service I had paid for before being abruptly dismissed. Its hard to believe that a therapist with such poor skills and attitude has been employed at J Sterling for five years, as I was informed by the front desk. Frankly, I question whether she is even licensed to perform massages.If youre considering booking a deep tissue massage at J Sterling, I strongly advise doing thorough research beforehand to avoid a similarly disappointing experience. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most unusual massage experience of my life.

It was a good experience with Andreia my therapist . I went for a facial and she was able to provide me with some valuable suggestions. And Sam my spa associate was very polite and was able to assist me with my queries. Didnt have any wait time. Would surely like to visit once again.

I walked in on a Friday evening feeling tight from all the stress of the week and left feeling brand new! Had a great massage with Samantha. She was sweet and attentive and a great massage therapist. Anessa at the front was also very nice, it was our first time there (went in with my husband for a couples massage) and the check in was a breeze, everything was very timely, and the place was super clean and conducive to relaxation. I recently visited JTherapy for a massage, and although I havent had my session yet, Im already impressed. They welcomed me right in without any long wait or complicated contracts, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The place is impeccably clean, and the soothing therapeutic music creates a calming atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The massage was so enjoyable I left the table feeling light on my feet and relaxed. The second service was a facial by Erika. Erika has been doing fascias for 10 years and it shows. She was gentle and my face is now glowing. Ill definitely return for services again.

Andrea did a great deep tissue massage, made me feel very comfortable for my first massage, Sam at the front desk was very helpful with checking in and out.

We just showed up at 9:45am for our 10:00am couples massage. At 10:10am, we still hadn’t been called back so we asked the receptionist who said she’d try to find out where our masseuse was. Meanwhile, another couple who had showed up late was called ahead of us. After another 5 minutes of waiting, the receptionist apologized and said they’d have to reschedule because one of the masseuses was on VACATION. She offered a $10 complimentary add-on as compensation for our rescheduled massage a week later. Completely unacceptable.

Ive had many massages and facials and this place is by far the best Ive been to yet. The customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and professional. I got a prenatal massage and European Facial and left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The prices are really fair next to other competitors. I will definitely be going back.

Jacob is amazing at what he does. I have a lot of held up tension from a physically demanding job, and I feel brand new. Usually after a massage theres more to be desired or spots that were not released, but nothing was missed. The front desk receptionists were friendly, especially Sam.

I was referred to J sterlings by a coworker. I booked massages for my mother and I and they did not disappoint!! Barbara & Yvette were such a delight to work with. Both Ladies were informative and patient with our questions. I can honestly say I felt 100% better after my massage. Yvette helped tremendously with my tension relief. I felt immediate relief in my tension areas and aches I had for months were gone by the next day !! I can’t wait to go back! I will be booking for other services as well. Wow…is all I can say. Save your money and your time. They have very poor business practices and the customer service I just encountered left my friend and myself extremely regretful. I’m visiting from out of town for a few days and my best friend decided to made an appointment for us both however I could not make my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. My friend still attended her appointment and they tried to charge her for my services. How and why would you do that?? I agreed to pay the cancellation fees and reschedule the appointment however now after talking to the owner/manager I understand that my business is not wanted so you can keep the fees. I actually don’t want a refund. I don’t handle my business affairs that way and to see how I was spoke to as a customer is such a disappointment. Good luck

My boyfriend & I did the Valentine’s Day couples massage. Massager(s) : Carrie / Stacey. Both were amazing. We got the choice of what the comfort levels and what pressure we wanted. Sam at the front desk was very informative and helpful. We got the Valentines gift bag it had a cute Valentines J sterling themed mug, pen, and chocolates to seal the deal. Feeling brand new! We will definitely be back! The only thing I wish was different is each person should get a gift bag, it is a couples arraignment.

I’ve been going to J Sterlings since 2020. I went in for a massage and left feeling abused by Jesse. I stopped my massage 20 mins early NO ONE EVER DOES THAT unless it’s a problem. When I went to speak with Aylissa the receptionist her and Jesse where in another room talking about “the black girl” that really hurt my feelings. I still paid hell even tipped to avoid being called the black girl who didn’t pay/tip.

Anessa was absolutely amazing!! incredibly kind and helpful. Carmen was very knowledgeable and left me with my skin glowing!Will be visiting very soon thanks to these 2 lovely ladies!!!

If you looking for laser hair removal this is the place to go. Louisa is great to work with. I’m having three large areas done. They do men and woman. They have the same laser machine and the other two big chain locations. I actually went to those places first and after getting some ridiculous price decided on Jsterling and glad I did. So if you on the fence with using them for laser hair removal or other service they offer just do it you won’t regret it. Don’t listen to the wild claims of those two big chain places.

Arika did an amazing job on my facial and Carrie did any amazing massage. When asked who does the botox injections the front staff said a doctor. The then stated tbe injector was an APRN NOT a doctor but a nurse practitioner. Dont state its a doctor when its not especially to a physician!!

I am so happy that I found this Spa as a hairy girl! I was starting to grow so much hair in my face and was feeling very self conscious about it. I saw a facebook ad for J Sterling Laser Hair removal services and decided to book. The receptionist Tina is so nice when checking in. And my tech Jayda is so sweet and patient with me during the service I really appreciate how soft and caring she is. I am an apologizer so she also is very understanding of that every time I say it. Lol I would recommend trying to book with her if you’re like me. Or even booking for a younger person who identifies as female who my be being teased about facial hair, they would love this Laser treatment.

I booked my message online because I had a gift card. It wouldnt let me to book with the gift card and says that I had to make a deposit with my own card and when I get there they will reimburse my money and take the gift card. That was not true. I received service on Sat. I told her that I have my gift card and she after I am done with service she will take care. When I was done I was taken by surprise and she told me my deposit was towards the service cost . The message was ok but was not impressed and the lady at front was not friendly at all.I had better experience some place else

I scheduled an appointment online and requested a female, the person that came out was a man. The receptionist who honestly wasnt very welcoming in the first place told me it wasnt specified. No apologies or empathy and told me that worl on commission so there will be a cancellation fee.

Today was my first experience at J Sterling Spa. Vanessa did my massage and it was AMAZING! I had a stress muscle tension, and a migraine I was trying to relieve and she has magic hands. My facial was completed by Erika and she was also amazing, it was the most complete facial I have ever had. The staff was also great from booking an appointment with Sam, to checking in with Sam, and checking out with Bella. It was an overall GREAT experience for my first visit.

The text reminder 2 hours prior to my appointment was perfect to keep me in line maneuvering my very busy work day. But the star of the show was my masseuse Sami, she was absolutely amazing! J Sterlings is so much better than Hand and Stone but dont get me wrong there were some good massage therapist at Hand and Stone. We did see couples experience and treated to a glass of wine at the end inside the relax room. My wife and I are happy campers right now we were hurting couples the night before

I usually have a great experience here however today I had Jacob and I was very disappointed. He massaged the whole time with rubber gloves and this made for a noisy rougher massage. There we moments that were still and no rubbing which left me so confused. I would have ended the massage early but I had a couples massage and did not want to ruin my husband’s relaxation. 1/10 experience today!!!! :(

I have been going to J. Sterlings Spa since their Altamonte location opened. I was SO HAPPY to find that one just opened around the corner from my house, near old downtown Lake Mary! It is tucked back in an office park, the street passed the Post Office. Once they are opened and have a sign up, it will not be hard to find. However, my first drive to the new location I did have a little trouble and GPS took me to a cul-de-sac behind their location, just heads up. They were able to accommodate me for an hour massage and facial; even re-organizing schedules to make it happen. I paid the additional $5 to incorporate deep tissue into my relaxation massage and this massage did not disappoint! She was professional and made sure to discuss my areas of concern. Pressure was good, too. I was placed in the couples massage room, which I did not mind. The decor is relaxing and exactly what I have come to expect from J. Sterlings. My facial was excellent, the first I had in years, and she took her time to educate me on what she was doing while she was going through the facial. I learned a lot about my skin while she was performing my facial.

OMG. Stands for outstanding Massage Goodness. I just found J Sterling’s Massage and had the pleasure of working with Rebecca as my therapist. I had a sports massage and it was one of the best within my experiences. Jessica and Marade made the check in and check out procedures very efficient. Rebecca my therapist extraordinaire was very prompt and gave a full hour massage. I felt a bit sore after the amazing work yet I expect that in a great sports massage. My hope is that people get to go to J Sterling’s Massage and enjoy just a slice of heaven…well at least for an hour

Ladies, please do not book with Jacob. He will apply heavy pressure on our bodies. I usually book here every couple of months and have enjoyed my experience for the most part. Yesterday I booked with Jacob and it was the WORST massage ever.JACOB massages with his knuckles, not his hands. Despite asking him to apply light pressure, he continues with heavy pressure on my body almost to the point of bruising my body. There is something misogynistic about telling a man that what he is doing hurts you, and he doesn’t care but continues to do what hurts you.I won’t be back here. Please when booking, don’t select “With Any Therapist” Moving forward, I will only book with women.

This review is based on a massage I had recently with Jacob. It was horrible. Instead of long, fluid strokes with medium pressure, he used only his knuckles and finger tips in ridiculously fast motions during my entire massage. I asked twice if he could use less pressure and he said “of course” but proceeded with the same heavy hand. He also either had a callus or hang nail because something was scratching me on occasion. I didn’t mention anything to the receptionist when I was leaving because there was another woman in the waiting room and I didn’t want to deter her from J. Sterling - in fact, I wasn’t even going to write this review, I was just planning on letting it go and ensuring I don’t book with him in the future. This morning I woke up to soreness in my shoulder area (as expected honestly) but then my husband pointed out that my back in visibly bruised in 3 spots. Unacceptable. I have been to J. Sterling numerous times and this is my first poor experience. Hoping this review with result in them offering more training to their massage therapists so this is prevented in the future. Aside from this, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming and the spa is clean and on-time for appointments.

J Sterling was amazing. First Facial ever and Erika made me comfortable and relaxed. Almost fell asleep in her chair. Bella took our photos in the lobby which not required but definitely appreciated. 🥰

Found J Sterlings Spa on Google. Their location and rates were perfect for what I was looking for. Went in for a massage and decided to treat myself to a facial as we. Andreia did a phenomenal job with my facial and made my skin glow. Barbie worked magic on my back and body especially where I had injured myself. Bringing relaxation and pain relief where I needed it. Bella help check me out at the register and was super courteous and kind. Overall, amazing experience and I will definitely be going back!

For those who wonder how does this place has all 5 stars rating. They must be really good, right? Well, when my wife showed up for the appointment, which I booked for her. The receptionist told my wife (H) that if she gave them a review (before the massage even started), she would get a coupon.
