Love my experience at Face Suite. She took her time to explain everything and the salon suite is very tranquil, peaceful. and smelled divine. I truly felt relaxed and pampered. l will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Just had a facial and microdermabrasion with Maria! The session was incredibly relaxing and left my skin glowing! She was gentle, knowledgeable, and tailored the treatment to my needs. Highly recommend!

Great service! Very cozy office from the moment you step in. She does a really thorough extraction and provides sound advice that has been working well on my hormonal acne. My dark spots from my acne scars have become a bit more even after getting a mild chemical peel. Quality work with an agreeable price point.

Maria has been doing my facials for the last year and the improvements in my skin is literally miraculous! My pores have decreased in size, dark spots have lightened and overall it’s s o much better! And I wear sunscreen now! Thank you Maria!!

I booked an acne facial and added on aromatherapy with a scalp massage. The whole process was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep. My esthetician was professional and thorough. I will definitely be going back!

We booked appointments with Maria for 2 facials and was advised she could accommodate back to back appointments for us. Appointments were confirmed the morning of and one hour before our appointment I was messaged and told that she could no longer accommodate the appointments as previously stated. Rescheduling offers were extremely limited and inflexible to attempt to obtain our new customer business. Maria also sent messages regarding the profit from Groupon almost as a reason for not wanting to accommodate our appointments as requested. We will be attempting to get our money back from Groupon and will not be using Face Suite services.

Maria is amazingly knowledgeable, patient and she takes her time. My skin feels AMAZING. I look forward to scheduling more visits in the future.

Confirmed and booked us for 2 facials then cancelled the hour before saying that it was “too late”, she only makes 40% of the profit, and her other customers are a priority. Do NOT book through Groupon and good luck scheduling anything in general. Would not recommend.Edit for the owner: Unfortunately, the 16 other people who have reviewed have not shared the exact experience as me, so of course their reviews would reflect differently. I suggest you do not confirm THE DAY OF with the client then cancel and inform them of your profit/loss information about Groupon. That has nothing to do with the customer and you provided an AWFUL customer service experience.
