My brother gave me a gift certificate for this Spa. I chose to try a facial it was my 1st time at this location The place is cute and very inviting. I had the pleasure to have Courtney do my facial. Courtney is sweet and kind, she has done a fabulous job in getting my skin back to being nourished and supple. Ive done 2 facials with her thus far, looking forward to my 3rd visit. Highly recommend her. 🥰

Alyssa did my facial. She is the best, I’ve have 2 done by her so far. I’m going back in September again for another facial. She is professional, kind and when I left there I felt beautiful, my skin was glowing . She educated me on so many things I can do better for my skin , never pushed any products on me . I started coming to the Rose Spa because I am getting married soon and want my skin to look its best. Katlyn sat down with me and we came up with a game plan together, to target the results I wanted using the treatments she thought would be best for my skin and my goals. Ive been twice now and absolutely love the personalized care you receive and the BEST staff. This is definitely a place you can make your long-term home spa for self care.

Love going to this spa, the environment is very relaxing. Ive been seeing Kate for regular facials and absolutely love her. She does a phenomenal job, and has given me a lot of great advice on product and what to do about my skin concerns. I highly recommend booking and appointment with her.

Had my first appointment today with Kate and it was the best experience! The spa is lovely, and the scent put me into an instantly relaxed headspace. (Honestly, it smells amazing!) I had brow lamination and tint done and Kate walked me through each step of the process. She put me at ease and we shared some good laughs along the way. She also educated me on the type of facial that would be best for my skin and put meon the books to come back. I am excited to go back and im sure will add another great review for the facial!

From beginning to end this was not only such a wonderful experience but I felt like I had made three new best friends by the end of my visit. Starting off with a shining star Shelby at the front desk- she was a ray of sunshine. Alyssa did a fantastic job on my brows it was completely painless and we talked the whole time and she had me giggling. I even met the queen in charge, Allison who was just the best! I cannot recommend the spot enough each and every girl was a sweetheart and the ambience made for such a pleasant experience! If you’re ever in the Lake Mary area I highly recommend stopping by the Rose spa!!!

I recently had an amazing facial with Kaitlyn. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, but what really stood out was Kaitlyns knowledge. She explained the importance of the many lymph nodes in the face and how lymphatic drainage can reduce puffiness, improve circulation and much more. This facial was not only refreshing but also educational. If you want an exceptional facial experience and to learn more about skincare, I highly recommend this Spa.

I absolutely love the rose spa! Katlyn has transformed my skin with her facials and has taught me so much about my skin and what products to use- the entire staff is so kind and helpful and the spa itself is like walking into your own mini vacation! I highly recommend coming here!

I booked an appointment for my sisters 21st birthday so she can experience an Organic Facial.She was accepted right away and I took her there as a surprise.Immediately upon walking in we were enthralled by the serene decor and relaxing atmosphere.My sister and I were greeted right away and they even allowed her to enjoy a complementary session of the meditation dome.Terri was my sisters esthetician and I could tell my sister was super relaxed throughout the entire experience. Ive had numerous facials at The Rose Spa, and all of them were wonderful. I think Ive tried every one of them. The hydra-facial is great for your skin, but more clinical than relaxing. I would get it again since it does wonders for your skin. I love the Fire and Ice. I also had my eyelashes and brows tinted, and they turned out great. Cant wait for my massage next week....

The Rose Spa is so pretty, very clean, and all of the girls working there are super friendly! I did the Classic Rose facial with Alyssa and my skin has never felt better. Alyssa was very informative throughout the process and always made sure I was comfortable. The facial room had the perfect ambiance that was calming and relaxing. I left with glowy and soft skin. I already booked my next appointment! 10/10 would reccomend!

I had a great Zen Relaxation 90 min. massage today. Kristi made sure I liked the pressure and gave me some excellent advise on how to take care of some of my problem issues moving forward. I can tell she really cares about my well being. I am going to be a regular at this spa.

The Rose Spa! Has been my go to for skincare and massages. The vibe is soo relaxing and customer service is great. All the estheticians are great and amazing at their work. Facials are based on what are goals are for our skin and each esthetician explains all the steps thoroughly and have friendly chats while they do the facial and after the 1 hour of relaxing facial when we get to the final look of our face we can feel confident 😍Estheticians also help us with our skin struggles and travel with us along the way to achieve the goals we set for our skin. A absolute must try spa if you are near to the area or can visit the place. A 5 star spa in my experience so far. Thank you Rose spa and keep going strong 😃😃

I love this spa! It’s a bit pricey but service is outstanding! I’ve gotten a facial and massage there. I love how the girl who did my facial explained what she was doing to my face each step of the way and educated me on my specific skin concerns. She genuinely cared. I also enjoyed my massage and the complimentary tea they gave me. I did purchase some skincare products and continue restocking with them. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed! I LOVE this place so much! As soon as you walk through the doors you feel relaxed. I have done multiple facials (my favorite being the fire and ice) and every single treatment has been amazing. The massages are incredible as well. I love the environment and the employees who just want to make sure youre happy and pampered.

This was the best facial I have ever received and worth every penny! Katlyn explained everything she was doing, every step of the way. I got The Ultimate Bloom Facial & Terri did an amazing job. She explained my skin issues, customized the facial to what my skin needed, and then gave me recommendations for skin products and how to check ingredients in the products. Im currently 37 weeks pregnant & all of their products are pregnancy safe. I hope to be back!!

Wow! What an experience. My friend got me a gift card to get a mellow mama prenatal massage, and I cant thank her enough. Kristi was everything I could want in a masseuse! She educated me on some stretches I could do in between massages, and followed up with my very own tutorial at the end of the massage!Additionally, when I got home she sent YouTube videos!!! From Start to finish the whole experience was just amazing. Not only will I be going back for another mellow mama massage, but I will be recommending everyone I know.Also, a big shout out to the owner, Jenna! She personally contacted me to reschedule my massage when my original masseuse was in a minor accident (still praying for your recovery Cynthia).

I have seen both Terri and Kate for my facials and they are both so kind, knowledgeable, and remember their clients. They explain every step of the process and don’t try to push their products on you. Instead, they have an open discussion with you about your concerns and together create a good skin regimen that fits your lifestyle. It’s beautiful and serene inside and it is decorated so cute! This is the only spa I will go to for facials, I even drive 30-35 minutes to specifically see them!!

She took the time with me to explain a skincare regimen for me which I was interested in starting since nothing else has seemed to work for me. I plan to go back once a month and am bringing my step mom in September for a massage and facial.

I initially came to this spa after hearing it was organic. But after my first facial with Terri, I became hooked on the experience and service. The quality of everything about the spa is what you would expect of a very high-end spa at a 5 star resort. Terri takes the time to listen to your needs and truly customize based on your skin. I had a Classic Rose facial here with Terri and loved it! The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Terri was very welcoming and had a very positive and friendly energy. My skin is very sensitive and breakout prone. Terri listened to my skin concerns and tailored the facial to address them. She was very gentle with extractions and my skin now looks and feels great. I had a dermaplane facial with Terri and I loved every minute of it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed. My skin felt great after and other people noticed my glow! I would for sure go back to The Rose for another facial.

First time at The Rose for a prenatal massage, also my first appointment with Kassie. What a great experience from start to finish. She focused on my requested trouble spot (low back) however gave excellent attention to the rest of the massage. She used a very appropriate amount of pressure and asked for feedback at those times. The Spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and her choice of music was really nice too. As if that wasn’t great enough, the new owner asked if I would like to add on a somadome guided meditation session. Both experiences were wonderful and I will be back for these and additional services. So glad to have come in!

I went to the Rose Spa for a Zen Massage and I had an amazing experience. Relaxed does not even begin to describe how great it was. The aromatherapy smells were amazing and the hot oil scalp massage was heaven on Earth. Highly recommend

The Rose in Lake Mary is AMAZING !!! I got a facial done by Shanna and her quality beyond exceeded my expectations! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about all of her products and explains everything going on your skin. She was so talented in every aspect of the word. Terri was very knowledgeable about skin care and conditions and had some good recommendations for products for my aging and sensitive skin. MaiAsia at the front desk is so helpful and efficient! I enjoyed my afternoon at the spa but I must admit that I have never had a massage that did not include the arms and a really good foot massage, I enjoyed my massage but did find it a little bit unusual. I also had a very relaxing facial. Overall, I had a relaxing afternoon. The Rose is small but really quite lovely. This package was a gift from my daughter so I m not sure which massage was included. I would recommend the Rose for an enjoyable spa day. I really liked the spa robes. I am only 51 and usually have to drag around a extremely heavy and long robe. These robes were very comfortable and actually can be worn comfortably by a shorter person. I can also say that the entire staff at the Rose were very friendly and kind.

Terri is the absolute best and knows everything about skin. I leave glowing regardless of the service.Cynthia gives the best massages. Very relaxing and knows what the body needs.I drive over an hour for them, monthly!

I had a 90min massage with Cynthia and it ranks as one of the top best massages Ive ever had. She really worked all sort of unique pressure points and areas that I had no idea even needed to be worked on. I feel amazing and love the oil used on my skin - not greasy, just perfectly dewy afterwards. Highly recommend.

Terri was thoroughly knowledgeable, explaining the science behind each product and technique. This transparency made me trust the process even more. My skin felt cleaner, more balanced, and less inflamed. Over the next few days, I noticed a significant reduction in breakouts and my scars started fading. Thank you :)

Shanna is wonderful! I have had both lashes and a facial done at The Rose and I can’t speak highly enough. The environment is so welcoming, everyone makes you feel comfortable and really listens to what you want rather than pushing products or services. The classic rose facial was so relaxing and the added scalp massage was my favorite part! Every time I leave The Rose I feel relaxed and beautiful. I have gone to the Rose for multiple different services including- facials, massages, a lash lift and tint as well as to have a session in the somadome. I absolutely have had the most amazing experience each and every time I have been. You can tell when you receive a service from Kassie, Nathalie and Terri that they have a TRUE PASSION for what they do. Not only that but they are all super knowledgeable and are willing to answer absolutely any question. I cannot recommend coming here enough. Jenna is also an absolute gem to work with and is great at making sure that you were 110% satisfied from the minute you walked in the door to the minute you walk out. You can tell that Jenna cares not only about the customers but her service providers working with her.

Terri was so nice and helpful! I had a video consultation with her and she spent so much time going over my needs and what would be best to treat my concerns. She even sent me information for products I should be using and before/after pictures from certain treatments. Ive never experienced the level of detail she went into in a free consultation and I will 100% be booking a service with her!

The products supplied by The Rose are unique per every client and have changed my skin and confidence to a whole other level.I have never had lashes done before, I was always interested and once I reached out to Shanna about inquiring about getting lashes for the first time she was a subject matter expert in her field of work and explained everything step by step and was beyond passionate about her work and the end result was breathtaking!! I just had a massage with Cassie and my massage was nothing short of amazing. I went to relax and decompress after a hard week and I left there feeling fantastic. I had the best facial today!! My mom recommended it after she came last month, and I cannot wait to go back. That was the best experience and I 100% recommend. It’s also super cute and zen in there and oh so welcoming!!

All I can say: AMAZING! I had a facial done by Shanna and she made my skin feel incredible. I waited to post this review, because I wanted to see how my skin would react after the facial. A few days after my appointment my skin still looks fresh and clean. A few things I would like to mention about how great this facial was:1. Shanna is very knowledgeable of skin issues. She understands that not all products need to be applied all over, that there are areas that require different products, or a mix, etc.2. The product line the spa uses: Eminence - which is natural, easy on sensible skin and with amazing scent. It felt like a facial/ aromatherapy session.3. She utilizes different tools to help with your skin issues. I am not sure of their names, but there was one, like a roller, that had a little electricity in it, that help with blood flow and made my skin feel years younger.4. Shanna is personable, friendly, and so welcoming.I already booked my next appointment and I am looking forward to it. Even if you live a little far from Lake Mary (like I do), its worth the drive.

The moment I stepped through the front door I immediately started to feel relaxed. The space is clean, everyone I encountered was friendly and highly profession. I will definitely be booking another facial with Teri, she was fantastic!

This is my second massage with Kassie, first was prenatal and now after delivery, a regular massage. I can say she was equally skilled in making me comfortable at both stages. The amount of pressure she uses is excellent and worthy of deep tissue levels of benefit; she is open to feedback and as expected, always professional. I’ll be returning regularly to see her and to explore other services as The Rose. I feel great after that experience!!

The Rose left me glowing and my pores are clear! The staff is wonderful, the products are top-tier, and the ambience is perfect for escaping the fast pace of the world. Terri is knowledgeable about how to both treat and prevent skin concerns. She even keeps tabs on the latest research on topicals used to treat pigment issues from the sun- the Floridians common enemy.

I brought my teenage son to see Erica for a teen bloom facial. She took such wonderful care of him, she was sweet and did a magnificent job educating me and my son about his skin. I will be coming back every month for his facial, and for myself as well. The spa is so cute, clean, and inviting! Thank you Erica you were amazing! ❤️

I have had facials at a lot of spas, but this one is the best. Erika has that special touch, and knows exactly what my skin needs. I highly recommend her (she works on Sunday and Monday).

I have been a client of Kassies since October 2021. I transitioned with her from a different spa, and I am glad that I did. The Rose Spa of Lake Mary is phenomenal. The spa is always clean, the decor is beautiful, and the new owner is wonderful. Not to mention, Kassie provides excellent service each time I visit.

Love getting massages here. Kassie has great hands, and Im a talker when getting a massage! We get to talk about life, food, travel, etc. Shes a great spirit. Since the place got new owners it has only improved inside and out. The place is located in a great spot, plenty of parking in the area, and the interior/exterior are taken care of by ownership. Clean.

The Rose Lake Mary was adorable, very clean, and unique! I received a wonderful facial by Rachel. It was the first one I had ever gotten, and I was pleasantly surprised by it! My face was glowing the rest of the day and I felt so relaxed. Rachel was extremely educated in her craft, I was very impressed. If you’re looking for a spa, look no further!

I would highly highly recommend. I went for a massage and I came out of Rose Spa a new person. It was definitely long overdue. I cant recall the young ladies name but she was amazing. I could honestly say the best massage Ive ever gotten.

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does. Every time I go for my facial appointment I leave loving my skin and feeling so much more confident in myself. My skin has changed drastically for the better since I’ve been consistent with my appointments and switched from drug store brand skin care to Eminence Skin Care. From arrival to exit, the beautiful ladies who run this inviting and relaxing spa we wonderful. My first time here, I indulged in the summer facial special they created and Im pretty sure I fell asleep a few times while Terry performed her magic on my skin. Afterwards, she recommended a product to add to my home routine, giving my a sample size rather than having to commit to a purchase I may not love.

I brought my 82 yr old grandma in for a facial. Shana and Rachel make you feel so welcomed when you come in! I felt so full of love and light after my facial. My pores are drastically smaller and I’m done using over the counter products for my skin. They have so much knowledge in their field. Also, their eminence products are AMAZING. GO GET YOURSELF PAMPERED. Trust me, you want to!

I’ve had a few facials from other places but can honestly say this is the first relaxing facial I have ever had! My skin also feels so soft. I had the classic rose with Rachel and will definitely return for more and to try out microblading. Also, communication and customer service was great.

Do yourself a favor and go see Rachel if you need a facial. She is literally the best and is so passionate about her work and it shows! I’ve come religiously every month since I started and I have zero regrets. The best quality products, best service and she’s super knowledgeable that I’ve since switched my entire skin care routine since going here. So happy with my skin now.

I received an afternoon of pampering from my kids for Mothers Day. It was fabulous! The massage was very soothing and relaxing. Wow is literally all I can say! This place makes me feel SO comfortable and relaxed every time I am here. Shanna is absolutely amazing in every way. She makes you feel so at home and I never leave there without feeling my absolute best. Between my eyelash extensions and facials she makes me feel absolutely beautiful and she is also SO knowledgeable about her products no matter if it’s lashes, skincare, etc. You name it, she knows about it. I had a dermaplanning session with Rachel followed by the classic Rose facial and it was amazing!! I usually never have relaxing facials but this one was grea!!She was so knowledgeable about all the products and explained each product as she was putting them on me. All of the products smell amazing and my face after dermaplanning was glowing and so smooth. I did the jelly mask upgrade and WOW, smells terrific and so relaxing. I will definitely be back soon!!

As a “first timer” I didn’t know what to expect when getting a facial. Upon entering the staff was so welcoming and friendly! Rachel did an amazing job, she explained each step, the why behind it, as well as the benefits. Not sure what products your face needs? Neither did I. Rachel recommended and few products, and after two weeks I can already notice a difference in my skin. Im signed up for microneedling in a few short weeks and am so excited to see my results. You only get one face, it’s in good hands at The Rose, literally!

Walking into The Rose Organic Spa, the feeling is calming, relaxing, and amazing atmosphere. I was impressed when greeted by Shanna. She professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She recommend some self-love in the Somadome Meditation pod. It is AWESOME!! I have been burning the “candle at both ends” per say. Just feeling worn out, no energy, or get up and go. I love to share that I absolutely needed this meditative journey. I had forgotten to take time for me. Now, I will be back to do more Somadome Meditation. Peace, love, good choices, and positive vibes to all!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!Truly A MIRACLE!!I have always hormonally struggles with cystic acne and now (as a teacher) I am wearing a mask a majority of my day. Yesterday, my chin was horrible and painful. This morning I woke up with the skin of a baby. I actually cried. I have been to dermatologist, multiple spas and tried every product on the planet. I cannot believe how amazing this place is.

The ladies were very nice here as we stopped by on the last day of our vacation. We got a massage and we would def stop by again. There is also a nice juice bar right down the street for after your massage.
