Massage Envy

I missed my appt by accident but no call to confirm, no text , no voicemail and girl rudely called me and said they are charging 100 percent. I get it I forgot about the appt cause I booked it weeks ago but no confirmation at all. The girl was extremely rude and threatened me saying if you can make it in 15 mins you can keep your appt, I said I can make it in 20 mins and she was like no it wont be here tgen ( 5 min difference). I will never do business with this company again, I am at fault to for not remembering but she was super rude.

Asked for shoulders and calf muscles, instead she only did the back and moved all the blood circulation from back to my shoulders which made my shoulders more sore and my calf’s she did the outer calf’s and pushed all the pressure to the inner calf/center , I left worse than I came in and 5 min after leaving I pulled my calf muscle . Also booked for 60 min and got 45 min. Front desk gave me attitude when I told them this so I’m leaving review for management to see , my massage as with Jess

This is a failed branch and the worst I have ever attended. Shai, the manager of this branch is incompetent and the franchise owner should be ashamed at the operations here. Stay away at all costs. There are much better places to get a massage
