Extremely professional and honest practitioners.I have been looking and researching for a place that does Coolsculpting. Finally got myself in Trés Jolie and it was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The young lady at the front desk answered the most she could over the phone. And she was even able to get me in same day appointment. When I got to the Spa she was polite and very friendly. After very little wait I was seen by Linda. This was the most honest person I’ve ever seen. She went through the questioner and was very specific and educating me in the process. And let me know that, that based on my answers and for prevention I was not a good candidate for the procedure. Until am seen by my Doctor, and look into some concerns.For me as a client it is so important to have honest providers like this. Specially when you are going for this type of procedures.And yes, even though I am not having this done, until getting clearance. I do appreciate the high level of professionalism and honesty. Not like other places that they see just dollar signs. This place is an absolute gem!! I can not express how nice and caring everyone is here, I felt like family. I only came in for a few things however, THIS is my new go to place for all future services 🙂**EDIT**DO NOT GO HERE!!!!They MAKE you do a 5 star review BEFORE you are even seen ( they literally put a tablet in your lap and tell you to give them a 5 Star review BEFORE they can see you). They nitpick your every insecurities to try and get you to purchase more bogus treatments, fillers and creams that do NOT work! They lie by telling you they can do A,B,C Treatment ONE TIME and it will fix your issue indefinitely. ITS A TRAP!! DONT BELIEVE IT!! After youve paid, had the ONE service done that cost you over $1,700 with ZERO results, they then tell you, you need 3-6 MORE treatments costing the same amount every time you go in... WHAT??? I would NEVER have even done the treatment if she didnt GUARANTEE me results with only ONE treatment! At my follow up appointment I addressed her that I did not see ANY results like she had guaranteed me the previous appt. She then began to gaslight me by telling me I wouldnt guarantee you that, I didnt say that to you then proceeded to try and gaslight me more by telling me she sees results that Im just not able to see the results because its my body, HUH?? News flash! Who doesnt take MULTIPLE pictures of their body before, during and after?? I DID!! ( I was recording on my device for BOTH appts. so I could remember the after care instructions, SOOOO I have her voice ON recording saying I guarantee you will only need ONE treatment and your issue will be gone like magic forever she said, she also proceeded to tell me how this new equipment just came out thats why it was so powerful & would get rid of my issue with ONE treatment. Im kind of curious as to what response Im going to receive and how this business is going to handle my situation?? Better yet, how about MY MONEY BACK!!!!If anyone has had the same experiences that I have had, PLEASE reach out to me. I already have three other women who this exact same thing has happened to from this exact same establishment!!

I had a bad experience at this location. I came in for a consultation and stated several times I would not be getting any services done on this day. I also explained I was interested in a very small amount of Botox on my forehead. What I learned from Deanna was that I needed 40 units of Botox throughout my forehead, eye brows, and around my eyes and that my face was not proportional. I explained I was not concerned with the areas she pointed out. She also tried to push a product on me for my eyelids that I do not need. Based on my experience, I felt that this establishment was unprofessional and was not respectful of what I came in asking for. I have not and would not return.

Ladies, for all of us who truly care about taking care of ourselves, please visit TresJolie, Lake Mary. I have found my dream home ! The staff are friendly amazing and gorgeous! I met with Susan for some facial upgrades and she is truly a professional and knows exactly what I needed. I urge you to treat yourself to the best experience you’ve ever had. Went there a few times. Liked it at first. Then my wife started getting the run around about their laser. Long story short, start away from this place. They tell you the laser is getting updated, its not, thats false its broken. And when they lasered me it just hurt and didnt remove any hair at all. Find a better med spa or a dermatologist.

Upon entering, I received a warm welcome from everyone, and given a tour by Victoria who was so beautiful and sweet and answered all of my questions. Loved my first experience. I wanted to go back and have the same tech so I scheduled my appointment a week in advance with her. The day of my apt I was called because she was over booked. I was at work and distracted so I just said yes. Not even 30 minutes later I call back to ask if I can reschedule to have the tech I wanted. I was told I would be penalized because she overbooked herself. They charged me the fee THREE HOURS before my scheduled appointment time!
