Versailles Nails & Spa

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to this salon by one of my friends. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and the woman who did my nails was fantastic! I decided to try a new format of the classic pink & white nails that I have done for years and I love how they turned out! Everyone working at the salon was incredibly friendly and the inside is very clean and beautiful. I am very pleased with my service today and I look forward to returning! I am very glad this is close to our home as well.

Very friendly and professional, it’s always relaxing and tranquil. Everyone is wonderful, the hardest part is deciding on my color. Leigh is my regular tech but if she’s on vacation anyone I’ve had has done a fabulous job.

Very quiet and relaxing. I was a walk-in and the staff was able to get me the exact color/sparkle combinations I was looking for!

Reason for my 3 stars is price and In may opinion misleading information . I’m new to the area and I’m looking for a nail salon that does a good job is clean and has a fair prices . Salon is clean ,how ever one of the things that they offer is a complimentary paraffin with a combo mani+pedi . Nice right ! So went there I did gel mani +reg pedicure I ask my technician about paraffin she implied they don’t do that service any more . Ok so when I went to pay my service it was $62 I think is a little pricey ,I also ask again about the paraffin and the front desk tell me that paraffin only apply for the $40 dollar combo . So even though you get a more expensive service you can not get a complementary paraffin . Overall my nail technician did a good job .

Worst nail place I’ve ever been too , with tips and gel lasted a week and a half …..after $108 waste of money …. I could have done better myself . And the new owner did my service.

I went there for an acrylic manicure, I don’t know how much acrylics should cost but $60 is a little bit too much for me, the lady was nice but a little rough on my nails, she cut my finger on accident but I think she should’ve gave me a discount for that

Go see Lee for NextGen Dip Powder! No UV lights, no scraping the gel off (easy soak off) and will last 6 weeks! I got a French manicure and it looks amazing even on my short nails! Excellent job🔥

Made an online appointment with my wife. Both of us had come in and highly enjoyed the services. Everyone was polite, patient, and most importantly, professional. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is the CLEANEST nail salon I have ever been to.The nail technician Luz was friendly and very experienced.She did an amazing job on my Mani with dip powder and pedicure..I recommend them highly.They are reasonable priced and does an amazing job.

I went there on Thursday for a walk in appointment the older blonde lady in shorts and heels at the desk told me they were all booked up. As I was leaving I heard a customer cancel her appointment that was for 1:15 which was in 15 minutes. I asked about it and she said I could have it and that it was with two different nail technicians. She told me they were okay for hands but Id need to schedule for the next day to get the ones Id be absolutely satisfied by for my gel pedicure. I told her I could wait as I was 5 minutes away and personally health wise I prefer to go once a month and look for a nice job (I didnt tell her about my thoughts about chemicals in gel nail process affecting health though) that will be low maintenance. I made the appointment for Friday @ 1:45. I came on Friday 7-16-21 @ 1:20 and was surprised that I was taken back right away for my nails but the hand technician was surprised that she wasnt doing my feet too and I asked her who was doing my feet and she pointed to another nail technician. The nail technicians were professional and supportive but the second nail technician for my toes let me know she would be a little longer and Id need to wait. I told her it was okay. WELL someone with nail art for their toes instead of a lowly gel pedicure came in and the money greedy shorts and heels lady came to where I was waiting in the pedicure chair with my hands completely done told me there was no way the original nail tech that I had an appointment with because another customer became the priority. Apparently only certain nail technicians are good at nail art. Moneys money I get it but your word should be worth something. The fill in nail tech she gave me was pleasant and did the best she could but was obviously learning. The learning nail technician may have extended my my gel pedicure 5 minutes but the greedy manager wasted hours of my time. When I went to her desk at 4:05 when pedicure was completed and asked her how would she accommodate my inconvenience. I expected 5 dollars off and an apology but all she did was laugh at me and act like inconvenience was a foreign word to her and she laughed in my face. Well thats when I told her that it wasnt her nail technicians but her who lied to me and she needs to treat her customers better. She continued to laugh in my face and said anything else. This same manager/owner assured me that if I wasnt happy with service I did not need to pay her at all ? I think she must be an owner to treat people that way and still have a job. I asked her how much did I owe her and she said 74 dollars like I told you yesterday. This woman issuch a liar we never discussed price when I came in on Thursday but I do remember when I went the first time Tracy who did both my gel manicure and pedicure said 72 and desk woman corrected her and said 74. Tracy no longer works at Versailles nails and spa in Wellington. She had a good spirit so Im not surprised. Even though I was so disheartened that I need to continue my search for a morale nail salon I gave each technician 6 dollars each when Tracy did it I gave her 15 dollar tip. I feel okay about tipping they did nothing wrong but Versailles nail spa wont get another dime from me. The manager was abhorrently disrespectful. I feel sorry for the nail technicians who have to tolerate her. If the manager doesnt realize getting a simple hand and foot gel manicure pedicure without appointed technicians taking almost 3 hours is an inconvenience shes a poor manager.

Was a customer here for many years. The new management does not value the customer. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They do not believe that the customer is always right. Had a terrible experience with one of the techs and I understand sometimes this happens to any business. I explained to the owner what the dissatisfaction was and she could care less to remedy the situation. She would rather lose a loyal customer for many years, rather than comp or discount the service. I had to walk out of there with half done nails but its okay. Anthony Vince Salon got a 5-star review as a result.Beware of Versailles Nails Spa.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I asked for a French gel manicure with two nail repairs that included adding a tip to the nail and the tip broke off the next day. I called to let the receptionist know and she said I could come in the next day. When I arrived she she said to me that I must’ve broke it and how does she know I didn’t break it.. a tip applied correctly should not fall off the next day. I showed her the second nail and before I could explain she said that I’m not going to get all of the nails taken off and redone for free.... I never asked for that I just wanted to fix the two nails that I paid for to be fixed. My gel manicure was also poorly done and I was charged $30 for a pedicure when the pamphlet says $28 but I didn’t even mention that. The receptionist with black hair needs to be retrained on customer service she is terrible for the establishment.

I love this salon! My favorite service is the lavender pedicure. The new owners - Jane (Xina) and Diana - are hands on in the salon, making sure that customers are greeted personally and are happy.If you want a treat, ask for Valentina. She is fantastic!

Let me just start out by saying that my nail tech was very sweet. I really enjoyed talking with her and I regret having to write a poor review. However, after having my nexgen nails with tip for less than a week a nail falls off. I called up and they said to come in and they will fix it for free. So far so good. However, by the time 2 weeks finally rolls around my nails come off one by one until 6 fall off in less than 2 weeks(7 total if you count the first nail that I went in to go have redone). After paying around $60 with tip it’s disappointing to have your nails fall off so easily and in less than 2 weeks. If I didn’t care about my nails falling off left and right I would of just went and bough press on nails for a few bucks. Usually everything works out well when I come here but when the 7th nail fell off in 2 weeks I was over it.

Got the worst nexgen, made by a unprofessional lady who takes almost 3 hours of my time, looks like she was practicing on my nails, even when I asked how much was the price for nexgen nails the manager told me 40 dollars plus 5 for white tips ( the manager a rude and low class lady with blonde hair and a super extremely bad mood to attend customers) Charged me 85 dollars for a kind of work that really don’t worth even 20 dollars; when I asked her why she is charging me 85 dollars when she told me the price should be 45 dollars, she simply told me, sorry honey .Never go to that place without asking price first!!! Close to home, clean and when you make an appointment its much better. Sometimes however a little inconsistent. I get gel nails and it always depends on whos doing them that they follow all the steps. Using the white powder before they put the color powder on. Some nail techs do it some dont. Always makes me feel like its a rip-off when they dont do it. Also Hit or Miss whether or not your nail tech gives you a quick neck massage when your nails are drying. Sometimes they do it and sometimes they dont. I wish there were more consistent but otherwise its a good spot. The last visit wasnt long ago and it looks like theyve recently raised their prices.

I had decided to try a new place and had a acrylic fill done here, absolutely horrible. The tech did not understand anything I was asking, as she was doing my nails the machine kept getting stuck in her glove and she kept hitting my skin with the machine. The equipment and polish they use for acrylic are outdated and the quality is poor. After two days, two of my nails chipped and broke off. I contacted them and decided to give it a another chance to come in and have them re-done and was told it would be the manager to do it. Come to find out I never met the manager, there was no communication about what I needed to have done. I was left feeling like I was some crazy customer. The tech who was re -doing my nails wanted to charge me again after I was just there two days prior. The receptionist is NOT personable at all and acted like I never made contact with her. No manager ever came over to me I could not even locate one. The exact same day (Christmas Eve) four of my nails gel polish layer came off and one nail broke. I have no desire to even try to get my money back as I know it will probably not even be a option. I had to spend the holiday with my nails looking like garbage, I will NEVER go here again nor refer anyone here!!!! Please see photos.

Great nail salon. Very clean. I have been to 2 different nail technicians and was pleased with both. My husband even came for a pedicure, with a 3rd technician, and he loved it. (First time ever pedicure) I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I love that I found Versailles nails, it’s a hidden gem that is very clean and professional. I have been getting nex gen for about 10 years now and have had many people perform this service on my nails. Valentina who works there is one of the best nail techs I have had and she’s amazingggg with nex gen dip powder. I have been using her for a little over a year now. I would highly recommend her and the salon.

Worse place ever...had mynails done and 2 minutes later they alll chipped because she did not dry them properly. when I was making the tip.and brought it up the owner she laugh at me and blame me for the poor job...whos does that?? Now I know why it was empty.

Close to home, clean space. Got Nexgen done at this salon that started chipping within one week. I hesitated, but eventually called to complain. There was no apologies of any kind but I was given an appointment almost a week away to have it redone not free but at half the price. I could not make the appointment, showed up two days later and was given a two and hour hours wait. When I returned to the salon at the appointed time, I was directed to talk with the manager who at this point told me that the half off deal will no longer apply but will offer a 20% discount. Needless to say, I was upset left and will never go back.

The owner Zena made an appt for my toes at 4pm.. I paitiently waited as she took another person even after I had an appt. I even got my eye brows done. .. after 420 I said I have a 4pm appt and I really cant stay long. She said to me, well the girl is running behind and I need to be patient.. I told her Ive been waiting 20 min pasty appt time.. she said well I dont know what to tell you! I told her as a first time customer this is very bad business .. she replied.with ok good bye then!NEVER AGAIN.

Valentina has made a perfect work in my next gel. They looks so nature and pretty! I’ll always come to have my nails done by her.

Have been a long time client at this salon and use to love it but recently it has gone down hill. 2 hour waits for walk ins when they have many staff members sitting around doing each others nails, very unpleasant staff lately including reception girls. Not to sure what happened but Im trying out new places now. Sad to see.

The absolute worst customer service. Salon hours state open til 7pm, nail techs stop taking customers at 5:30pm. It’s also appears to be racially selective interactions. Utterly disgusted by this experience!

Amazing nail salon, Lee did my nails exactly how i wanted !

My 13y old rgranddaughter came for nexgen. They accidentally cut her wart off her finger. It bleed and bleed. Of course she didnt finish that finger. My granddaughter ask her if she was going to dry that hand of nail. She said no shes fine. So her finger is swollen and hurts. The hand shes didnt finish was tacky, and polish coming off. They wouldnt reund her money. Very sad. Wont return.

I went to get my nails done and 1st of all they did not honor our appointment our appointment was 4:30 and we got in at 4:55 my daughter got her nails done by this super disrespectful guy with blue green hair we told him in the beginning to not cut her cuticles and he just started to do it then my daughter kept pulling away and the guy was like does it hurt and my daughter says yes and starts bleeding and he goes well you got nexgen so it’s gonna hurt and my daughter started tearing up and she kept telling me not to tell anyone but I did anyone no one ever come here and they laugh at your nail choices

I am truly impressed with this nail spa! The space is very clean and cozy, making me feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. The nail technicians here are all very professional and friendly, especially Nicole. She provided me with detailed advice on the nail style and color that suited me. I am very satisfied with my new nails! I will definitely come back here often.

I got eyelash extensions for my birthday. The hybrid lashes suit my face perfectly. I feel so much more confident!
