GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Last Tuesday, I stopped into this vape store. The store was pretty much like the rest but the salesperson was so helpful, easy to talk to and I was just amazed by his positive vibes. Great employee. Unfortunately when I tried to use the battery on my vape pen it literally caught fire. It really scared me. I know things can happen so I brought the battery back to the same gentleman, hoping hed remember our previous interaction. I came in with the battery, which smelled strongly of burnt electric. I had the pleasure of the same gentleman behind the counter helping me. So he said hed have to call his boss. I explained that just an exchange would be fine cause I really liked the salesperson and wanted to make it my new vape store. The salesperson kept trying to explain that it smelled burnt and I just wanted an exchange but unfortunately the boss kept going back & forth with him and eventually used the excuse that it had been to long for me to exchange. This was the 1st day that salesperson worked since I purchased the battery for me to bring it in. I probably am in my vape shop 2-4xs a week so you would have made a nice profit off my sales as well as the sales of my friends that I would have brought there. But I will never go back to that store mainly because of how hard the salesperson tried to fix the situation and the boss over and over looked for reasons not to take care of me the customer. Theres a vape store almost on every corner, your going to have to step up your customer service to be able to compete with the others. Great employee but HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT 😕

Warning DO NOT SHOP HERE ! Customer service don’t exist, they racial profile at every location they own up and down military. I’m a paying customer and no matter what location I go to of his it’s always a problem. You should NEVER raise your voice at a customer nor try to belittle a customer. And if you have a policy in place you should follow it at all stores not just one in particular or just because of assumption. Plenty of people have encounter the disrespect and profiling. SHOP ELSEWHERE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Old expired products

The owner/manager is unprofessional HAS MAJOR ANGER ISSUES, RUDE , YELLS AT PAYING CUSTOMERS unprofessional and will NEVER MAKE LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR POOR ATTITUDE and customer service and they do not honor their store hours like promoted , so why stay in business ? because they can’t conduct it right clearly . The customer is always right to but here it’s always just the managers/owners feel like they’re right in every situation it’s sad even when they are clearly in the wrong even over THE SMALLEST THIGS. They yell so much that you can’t even get your point across and finish conducting business. I see why he run through employees too because the same way he acts in front of customers is the same way he is with interview and I know by experience .GO TO the smoke shop across the way with Dunkin’ Donuts their service and their products are top notch and always in stock.EVEN THE BUSINESSES NEXT TO HIM and around him KNOW HE CONDUCTS BAD BUSINESS AND IS RACIST .GOD BLESS THOSE MANAGERS BECAUSE THEY NEED PRAYER MORE THAN ANYTHING very poor management .

They wouldn’t do an exchange on both items. Never even used perc once I realized it was a 45• degree and my piece at home is a 90• degree. And completely sealed coils, because My wife asked the kid for voopoo pods and he gave my wife smoke carts. Wasn’t asking for cash back, was just asking to simply trade out both items for the correct ones. Because my wife got the wrong ones and the kid that helped her was useless. He didn’t know the name of any product what it did. My wife would ask for salt nic and he’d give her freebase. I’ve run smoke shops before and if a customer that comes in regularly wants to exchange out 2 items for the correct ones because there employee was not helpful and made a mistake selling the wrong products. I make the exchange. Because now you lost a good customer! I was even willing to pay the difference if there was any. Very disappointed with there employee I talked to on phone that day that helped my wife because I spent around 60 buks on products I can’t use

I have been buying tobacco, tubes and other smoking accessories from this store since they opened about 4 years ago. Probably spent upwards of $5000 lin that time. I have repeatedly asked for specific brands to be restocked with zero success. Asked again today and the girl told me they wont order anything just to satisfy an individual customer. I think everyone who shops here is an individual customer so what is up with that? When they do have what I want, it sells out very fast, so I am at a loss as to why they dont restock. This applies to paraphenalia as well. I have probably bought them out of dugouts and yet no restock of items they have sold me multiple times. Just ridiculous.Bottom line is that you should avoid this place and find one that values your business and aims to please. I will never go back and neither should you. Such a shame that people run business in this manner.
