Vimarn Thai Massage

I had an excellent one hour deep tissue massage with Yuko. She has been well trained on technique and spa etiquette. It was intense and her pressure was strong. Very professional.

I have been coming to this establishment for some time now and have always had good service. However, on this visit, it was disappointing. I scheduled a 2-hour appointment, and they had an opening for 7 pm. We confirmed my appointment (Pioneer location), and I arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked (I believe because they may have been working on someone). I called and before the call finished, someone was at the door to open.After arriving early, they did not get me back into the room until approximately 7:10 pm. After getting dressed out (took about a minute), the actual massage did not begin until approximately 7:20 pm. The massage promptly ended at 9 pm (looking at the clock), and she said, okay, bye (not rudely, but as though she was rushing me out).Not even 5 minutes after I got in the car, the lady I believe who did my massage (she had a mask on the entire time of my massage, so I did not recognize her without it on), comes out of the door and waves bye.Here is where my issue comes in; I lost 20 minutes of a 2-hour paid service. Not only did I pay the fee (up front as required), left a $20 tip. Had I known my overall experience was going to be about an hour and 40 minutes, the 2-hours paid would have included the tip. I did not say anything; I didnt want to cause a scene; I simply left.Being a customer who has gone there frequently (and got my girlfriend to going as well), this was very disappointing. If it were such an issue in time, they should have told me, and I would have been happy to schedule for tomorrow (to get my full time). Instead, I feel as though they needed to make one more sale and thought I as the customer, was not paying attention to the time.Overall, disappointing. Even though this happened, I may give them one more chance as they have always done a great job with their deep tissue massages.

I live not too far from here. After calling over the phone, they hung up in my fave so i showed up 5 minutes later. The lady behind the counter was horrible. Not only did she not get any pf my information over the phone, but she even assumed i was there for something sexual, and proceeded to tell me “no happy endings” and that was my cue to go. Horrible customer service, and i was completely offended.

Saturday at 4:00 pm , Lady Chubby give a the worst massage I ever had! , She dont have any idea how to do a massage ! Paid 1 hour , I voluntary walk away , before. So Rude! Dont go at this place!

So I must be having some bad luck because I came to Los Angeles after flying all day on the airplane I decided to unwind before my nephews funeral tomorrow I go to this establishment I didn’t have an appointment so they’re coming at me and I’m talking to a woman who is a frequent client there. I wait and they say they’re ready for me and then they asked me something I’ve never been asked before in my life. They asked me to pay before the service. I turn around and look at the client who is a frequent client of theirs and she said they have never asked me to pay before. The lady tries to fall back on the old my boss told me. It goes to show being a black man in this country is very difficult sometimes. The other client felt sorry for me. I walked out. If you support people of color even getting service from people, color do not go to this establishment. I repeat do not go to this establishment. If this was normal practice I would have no problem doing it. But judging by the lady who I made a quick friend of beside me she said this is very unusual and she’s never seen it

First time at this location and it was a good experience. My masseuse Tan Ya was kind and she was very attentive to my needs. The one thing they do differently is that you pay first for your massage other than that everything is normal. Dont get bent outta shape because youre being asked to pay first it isnt anything against you. I will definitely be returning ☺.

We typically do couple/two person massages once or twice a month for the last 3 years and love Vimarn and their entire crew. Weve been to two locations both Lakewood and Cerritos and always got wonderful, deep massages that heal our aches, pains and allowed for meditative relaxation. Always let the staff know your comfort level and focus areas before starting. Highly recommend traditional Thai style if you like a deeper massage and acupressure walking on legs, back and arms.Like spicy Thai food, I almost like to cry and enjoy the deep massage and acupressure. However, my girlfriend likes a more relaxing lighter massage.Remember to tip your masseuse for their excellent attention and healing skills, hands and feet!See ya soon Vimarn: D&D.

This review is for the Lakewood location. I give it a solid 1 star. This location is nice looking, smells good which is important. Price was high for the area though not the highest of the area. The actual massage was a little light for me. I know I could of made requests but it was fine.Up to this point I was thinking a 3-4 star review. What brought them down to 1 star was the agressive tipping suggestion done by the staff. When they point to sign that suggests the minimum tip. No, your fortunate that I offer you anything. That whole scean with the tipping was bad bad bad. So be strong if they still have that terrible sign and point to it. You dont feel thats what you want to tip then dont tip anything.

Made my first appointment and when arriving, no one at the shop knew anything about it. They called the manager, who ended up being the one I spoke to over the phone who supposedly had taken the appointment. Too frustrated at the poor service and organization, I decided that having them put their hands on me probably wouldnt be a good idea

Had a great experience here. Jazi was very professional and did an amazing job removing all the knots in a little amount of time. Will definitely be back here!!

Clean, calm, and 40 for half and 60 for a full hour. I do $10 for the tip for every 30 mins. Great place to go to.

Grace was amazing. I had so much tension in my back and neck. She really took the time to focus on all of my problem areas. Going back for sure and telling all of my friends.
