The Vaporium

We have been customers here since 2012 and are at the point where we won’t bother returning. We are rushed and the devices are not explained in a meaningful way.The customer service experience has continued to decline and return loyalty doesn’t really matter much. There are other stores with quality product but that also offers great customer service.

They are permanently closed. Good riddance. Any shop that couldnt survive the temporary ban deserves to close. If you dont have a super fat bank account from the highway robbery mark up on juice and hardware. To pay your space rent to get past the ban. You squandered your money and deserve to go out of business. Other shops that knew how to run a business stayed and are open and doing well. Terrible selection of juice anyways if you like desserts. And hardware was the same as all the other shops.

The best place to shop i went in there for the first time over the weekend, and had a malfunction with a pen i bought from another shop ( horrible idea ) instead of pressuring me to buy a new one from them, they helped me find the cheapest fix to make it work short term, and today i have decided to go buy a new set from them. They are so smart, and so knowledgeable. CLEAN & FRIENDLY Staff, and Building.. They made sure i was helped and happy. They also provide flavor testing of the different juices, and a wide variety of flavors. I would recommend this place to anyone, and everyone! they have everything you need to fix your pen or get started!I cant express how happy i am to have found these guys, they are now going to be my go to Vape Store.I live over an hour away and was up here visiting friends, and i still would make the hour journey just to buy juice from them!Congrats Vaporium for being the best around !

Stopped in tonight because my vale was not doing me justice. They fixed me up, cleaned everything, got me the proper coil, explained things for a newbie. Awesome guys working in there on 11/8. Very happy. My voopoo drag is hitting the best it ever has. Taste wonderful too!!

Good for beginners, if looking for a more hobbyist level place, move along. Juices are average, bought in bulk, fix for the starting vapor customer that doesnt know about better tasting juices. Customer service was great!

This is my go to shop, the staff are all friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Only downside is they are not the greatest with replenishment, constantly out of my favorite flavor. Thats kind of a complaint, but the staff makes up for it by recommending good alternatives. Kanban supply would be an awesome inventory management choice in my opinion. None the less its a great shop and i dont go anywhere else for my vapes.

Highly recommended. Staff is helpful and enthusiastic - knowledgeable - and essential for first time buyers to get the best fit for their needs. They dont oversell and they let you sample everything. The costs of products are near internet prices and very reasonable. Dont settle for cheap corner-store/internet generic juices, take the trip to this place and sample 100+ flavors to find the juice that you will be really happy with.

They are absolutely awesome and has such a variety of juices. They’ve never disappointed me for ANY visit I’ve made to this location. They’ve fixed things that other vape shops have screwed up for me And they make it worth my while by offering discounts or even points they always save me some kind of money when I’m there. They definitely go above and beyond for they’re customers and very very friendly might I add. This is probably the only vape store I’ve been to that ALWAYS has what I’m looking for and if they don’t they always find a similar product to substitute for it and I’ve never been disappointed by their knowledge and judgement of product. You guys ROCK

Long time patron no more. Some of the male employees here are rude and lazy, while others are pretty spot on. One flat out lied to me about pricing so I am not returning to this branch anymore. Found another store where I can buy the same e-liquids for up to $8 less than this place.

I had a issue with rny vape juice congealing in the glass , Im guessing because I was mixing and I put to much cooler in there. However the friendly and fast service by these gentleman was amazing! They even cleaned it out for me and they said it was a first for them as well , so we are all learning. These guys have a lot of knowledge of this industry and helped with coils a new cap , and new juice , thanks again 5 stars

The staff was good and helped us pick the juice we wanted and taught us the basics as well as put the devices together and set us up. However, when we got home I discovered that the same vapes we got were half the price online in the exact brand and colors. Also, my wife bought batteries for hers and when we got home they were already almost dead.

Only place I go to. Always looking out for their customers and have a wonderful selection for very fair price. Always super friendly and willing to help you find the perfect setup or juice.

This place is a good shop but the only thing is their juice is more expensive like a 60ml of naked for instance is like 26 plus tax but almost everywhere else I go its 19.99 plus tax. But this is the o my store I know so far who carries the valyrian tank coils.

The best in the whole area. I got my first vaporizer here a couple of years ago and the staff was amazing. No one is fake or rude and its a real pleasure to shop there. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question i had. I just cant say enough good things about The Vaporium. UPDATE: 2 years later from original review. I recently went in to thier store that is now open on 38th and Pacific ave and still years later they have terrific service.

Awesome vape store best deals in Lakewood... They have been the original ones keeping the shop open for years and have never let me down. Such good e-liquid and always super knowledgeable cool people working there!

Great store. Amazing staff. Tons of flavors. I actually drive all the way from Spanaway to go to them even though Im surrounded by vape stores as I have yet to find a store with better products or staff.

I go here because they sell tasty local vape sauce from banzai. I have not had any problems with them so far. Decent selection of various flavors and they offer military discount.

Was told before purchasing I could return within 48 days, should state the whole return policy for example “If it malfunctions or is defective you can return up to 48 days”. Went in 2 days ago for a icare mini, the person talked me into the breeze instead saying it was mtl an had adjustable air flow which were both lies, go in to return an swap for the icare mini like I originally wanted an was told they do not take returns. Also some how the price of the icare mini went up from 2 days ago from $28 to $35 an kept telling me $35 when on the vaporium website it says $28.Overall the customer service is not to good at this location depending on who you talk to. The person I talked to today (not the same person that sold me the breeze Saturday) told me this isn’t for me, that I should buy a juul.Nothing against the owner, I appreciate the fast response. Advise when going in is to research the product yourself, seems they base their knowledge on feedback on the product but not the actual facts of the product. Customer service needs a overhaul.

The gentleman that work at the vaporium have excellent customer service skills! Even when a product is unavailable, they have vast knowledge of their products and can offer sufficient alternatives. I especially like the gentleman with the red beard that has the impressive Dragon Ball Z hoodie. And it smells like cotton candy everytime I come in 😊. I even drive from Olympia to Lakewood to get their products

Great service and great prices. A fantastic alternative to the usual online shopping I do, especially if you need or want to interact with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. My only suggestion: They need to increase their online presence.

Nice little vape shop. Friendly customer service. They have a good amount of juices to choose from. They provide Military discounts and they have a point system, which you can redeem for coupons.

Amazing Customer Service plus their employees are all very knowledgeable and honest about their products. Prices are great. I wont go anywhere else after finding this place.

This place is awesome. Upon walking in one of the guys had just took a hit and blew out his cloud on his mega device. Though I could barely see, he still acknowledged me. I was helped and their prices are way better than all the other joints!

I went in not knowing what cool I would need. Mine had burnt out. I walked up to the couner, Nader the vape to the guy and said I need a new coil. Bought it and he even replaced it in the vape for me. Amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend them to others

Excellent Customer service.. i cant believe how much time it takes to figure out this Great new way of Not Smoking Cigarettes,, but The sales people here get 5 stars- forpatients and for informing the new customers about Vapor systems..It is a small store,,& I expect as MORE people find Vaporium, they will be forced to find a BIGGER location.. or a second location,,( may i suggest near the Tacoma Colleges ) -----------------------------------They are NOT open on Mondays--- just like a kosher deli...

Terriable products. Drove back with my device for help and got assisten now Im back home and its not working again. Highly irritating and do not reccomend. Plus no returns, if a device is this faulty to begin with why would I want to keep it?👎👎👎

First time vaper, great discussion about options and such and so forth, no pressure to buy high-end, just really great info on the subject. Bought a middle range vape, and am very hppy with it.

This is a Shity vape shop my brother came into tell me something and they said they couldnt sell to me no more and I provided identification.They are rude and hang up on costumers. Shity place to go. Worth it to drive somewhere else

This shop sucks!!! They cant keep there juice in ... Last couple times Ive been in always out. I have even heard other customers complain about them being out of juice they vape . time to find a new shop
