Amazing selection of anything to do with tobacco and also cannabis products. From seeds to all the delta - whatever, they have it all. Great prices on everything in the store. Also, a wide variety of products need to smoke of said product. They also have a loyalty program that is amazing. They will order in whatever you ask as well. Great people, extremely helpful with any and all questions.

The skinny old female employee doesnt know how to handle customers well, doesnt smile, her face is messy, after Ive been shopping here for a long time, this is the first time I feel uncomfortable. different from other employees, friendly and smiling. THANK YOU

They have a huge selection, however, if u dont know what u want or more precisely you are curious about trying different brands and flavors then this is not the place for you if you are indecisive or discernable about what to buy.

I’ve bought juice heads nicotine pouches from this store for several months. Recently within the past two weeks I’ve had 2 separate occasions where I’ve bought a few cans at a time and received an empty container. Upon calling and informing the store a man named Sam told me to leave my name and number and that he would resolve the issue but I’m still waiting to hear back. I’m very disappointed I’ve wasted $10 and won’t suggest leaving the store without inspecting every individual item you buy.

Best smoke shop in the Lancaster area. They have a wide variety of cigars, tobacco and many other products. The people that work at this location are always nice, and the owner is a great human.

Former employee here. The owner of this business is misogynistic toward the females that work there and the tips go to him if he decides he doesn’t want to give them to you. If you shop here and want to tip use cash or the owner fills his pockets and refers to it as a “bonus”

Really used to like this place but today was the last straw Ive had several things lead up to this but I went in to get a five cigar pack of Backwoods flavor banana and it was 14. 84 when I go anywhere else and get that same product I can get it for 5 to $7 then as soon as I buy it I walk right back into try to exchange it because you know I have bills to pay and the lady in there decided to sit there and tell me that it couldnt get exchanged so with that being said I will no longer be shopping at this location

Horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong product but refused to give me my money back bc I used a card instead of cash. I told them I will not be back, I know they don’t care, but I’m sharing here so others can be warned.Go across the street to Uprite Vapor- they’re always nice, knows their products and will help you out. The only reason I went into Royal was because Uprite was moving locations.

So today I bought a dud typically they open the package and let you try it today was not the same she put the box on the counter didn’t ask if I wanted to try it and I honestly didn’t even notice so I left and now she want to tell me because I drove ten minutes home just to drive 10 mins back that she can’t replace it everybody in their has a bad attitude except Paige she’s always very nice to me and always opens it and asks to avoid this happening she deserves a raise I’ve heard them gossip about her so I figured I’d go ahead and expose that the two that have bad attitudes are the short girl with brown hair and the flamboyant chubby guy were commenting on Paige’s size hoodie talking bout how dude can fit in it giggling when I walked in and the short one looks like she picks at her face an awful lot lately 🧐 but anyway I just want to warn anyone thinking of taking their business there because after today that’s the last thing I want best budz actually refunds them typically it’s honestly sad when a store owner lines their pockets I’ll gotten.

***Update***After numerous visits Owner Sam has repeatedly put old moldy cigars from other shops that he closed into this humidor... he simply wipes the cigar and puts it on the shelf... buyer beware... other nonethical practices as well... I do not recommend or endorse this company as a whole any longer. He has multiple locations including zanesville, pickerington, hocking hills, lancaster....once again BUYER BEWARE!!!Super super super friendly. As far as the cigars go:The humidor is a little small, but dont let that fool you, the selection is great, especially for the size. Very reasonably priced. Very clean!!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I like cigars. This is the best cigar selection I have found in Lancaster. They have a good selection and accessories. A little high on prices, but I dont mind in order to support a local business. Half of this store is stuff I know nothing about. I think its vaping products? They also carry pipe tobacco and accessories. The staff has always been polite. The owner is always nice and interested to know if he is missing anything the customer wants.

Rewards program is a joke. I have spent over $600 in the last couple months (have receipts to prove it) and yet i have never received a single $20 off coupon when you are supposed to get one every $200 you spend. I have even asked multiple times and just grt told the system doesnt ring up the rewards right and there isnt anything that they can do about it. The whole program is a joke. I dont think i will be shopping there anymore since they treat customers this way.

I bought a vape at this store that did not work they refused to replace it stating there were no refunds the girl tried my vape without my permission which is a health violation due to covid and she still refused to replace it this all happened within 15 to 20 min of purchase of the vape. That could be considered attempted murder if she happens to be contagious with covid. I would like for the store owner or general manager to contact me.

Nice selection of cigars. Weird environment if youre a woman, though.Review Update:The employees at this store have no true knowledge of their CBD products. They seem to be very opinionated when questions are asked about the products and feel compelled to explain and give misinformation about them. Then again, being a woman the way the manager spoke on the phone was just peachy. 🙃🙄

I have visited both locations in Lancaster, and have been extremely impressed with the product selection, prices, and excellent customer service. The young lady who works both of these stores has been extremely helpful, from being extremely knowledgeable about the products, to giving recommendations, and just overall a great attitude. Best customer service in town from this girl!! Not to mention the prices and selection are the best in lancaster!

I been coming here for 6 years now and I just bought elfbar vape . once I Realize that the vaper doesnt cut back off after a puff. Went back side store and they wont help me out with Exchange or anything 😒.

While the Vape is good, it is the kindness of one of the employees that really affected me. My purchase was minimal, yet she walked in and out of the store to be certain she got it right. Ill certainly return!

Best vape shop in town

Not a bad cigar shop the owner is super nice small walk in humidor decent selection just overpriced be prepared to pay $16 or $17 dollars for a $ 10 dollar stick. I went there to get a la coalition by crowned heads. I get there he has only 1 size and its 17 dollars 11 dollars online every where else.

Been in a few times, great selection for a small humidor everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. I definitely plan on visiting again. Owner seems genuinely interested in bringing a quality cigar shop to our area.

Employee is very knowledgeable and super helpful!!!I bought my first hookah and the gentleman working walked me through every step of setting up and cleaning it! We will definitely be back to enjoy the lounge (including in-house coffee) and to buy anything and everything tobacco and CBD we need!

Sam the owner/manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable about his cigars. This type of quality and service is what we need in Chillicothe, OH. There would be no competition with having premium cigars in Chillicothe with a population of 22,000 and no other cigar shops within 1h radius.

Great little cigar shop in Lancaster! They have a nice selection here anything from infused, to premium, and even super premium such as the Padron Anniversary cigar line. There is a small comfortable lounge that you can sit and relax. Give them a try!

I was worried that a tobacco store wouldnt have CBD products, but I am SO glad I stopped by!They had a bunch of cbd flower and smoking essentials!The person behind the counter had a great knowledge of everything and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.The prices are great too! Stopped in to see what all they had started looking at the glass pieces they were more into selling someone a 10 dollar vape then selling me a 100 dollar glass pice but they do have a huge selection of things just kinda poor customer service when it came to more then a cheap vape

When you go buy a disposable and it hit fine in the store and then when you put it in your pocket to go home, you finally get home and then find corrosion as seen on the port, the vape stops hitting when you tried to charge it, you call the shop and your speaking to the “owner” saying they have a policy they can’t do nothing about it. An if any of you know corrosion don’t happen in half an hour of leaving the store.

This vape store is by far the best vape/smoke store Ive ever been to and I have vaped for years. The employees are so welcoming and warm....willing to help answer questions or concerns in any way possible. I am totally a life time customer for sure! 😊

THIS PLACE HAS REPEATEDLY SOLD DELTA 8 TO UNDERAGE CHILDREN IN THIS STORE OVER THIS SUMMER UP UNTIL THIS WEEKEND. MANY KIDS!!! I CALLED AND SOME GIRL ANSWERED CLAIMING SHE WAS THE MANAGER BUT WOULDNT GIVE ME HER NAME (on Thursday October 7th @ 11:30am)??. THIS BUSINESS DOESNT CARD MINORS ! I HAVE alerted the lancaster police department.
