AMAZING! Sarah cut about 18 inches off my hair and gave me the most perfect haircut ever! Sarah also regularly does my color and shes the best Ive ever been to (Ive been highlighting my hair for 23 years...). One million percent recommend! You will love her!

Took my daughter for first haircut. I thought for $41 for a kids cut there would have been at least a hair wash and blow dry. The haircut took about 10 min. Only about 2in was taken off and again no wash, no blow dry, and $41. The girl cutting her hair was nice, but I dont even think the hair is 100% even. I wanted my daughter to get pampered and have a glamorous experience for her first cut but that did not happen unfortunately. I will not return.

I’ll start by saying that Katie is absolutely fantastic. When you’re sitting in a chair for hours while someone does your hair, it is so important to be able to talk to that person easily to make the time fly and to feel connected. Talking to Katie, even during my first appointment, felt like I was talking to someone I’ve know my whole life. She also has been very supportive in what I want my hair to look like and is honest on how to achieve the look while maintaining the integrity of my hair.I cannot recommend her enough. Love her!!!

Natasha did amazing on my hair I love it! She took her time and was super sweet and very professional. I had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back to her next time!

My first massage and facial was very relaxing and great, I was not uncomfortable at all and I enjoyed how my facial was explained at each step. The massage was comforting and relaxing and I enjoyed my conversation with the masseuse. It seemed that both facial worker and masseuse was very knowledgeable about their products and work which was very comforting to me. Thank you for such an amazing first time and I’m already looking into booking again!

Dasha provides excellent service! My cut and color are always spot on. I especially enjoy the private space provided for clients that Dasha works in. I value my privacy and I can even make business or personal calls if necessary. Dasha is very friendly and professional and I recommend her!PS - Cody is also very helpful and patient when he schedules my appointments and answers questions. The team at Lux is always top-notch from facials to make up to fancy updos they never disappoint! But the highlight of my time at Luxe every eight weeks is Jasmine! She is the best stylist I’ve ever gone to in my 54 years. She is personable and sweet and cares so much about her customers and I’ve never had anyone that truly listens and makes me look exactly how I have always wished I could!! Has a customer for life as long as Jasmine is there so please keep her!!

Jasmine should be commended as she went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and that she was giving me what I ask for. In addition, it was a first experience for me at Luxe-Lancaster, in a way that I originally came in, and perhaps was not clear in what I needed. Shannon was my stylist and she was amazing!!! She listened to how much length I wanted to cut and I felt no pressure to do more than I was comfortable with. This was my first time working with Emily and she was absolutely amazing. Everything during the service up to the smallest details was spot on. First visit to Moraina and Lux and I loved it. Moraina is super talented as a colorist/stylist. A true professional. The salon is wonderful overall. Calming atmosphere and there is even a spa for further relaxation and beautification!

Jes is fantastic. Great haircut number one. Super personable and made me feel so comfortable. The salon is cute. Everyone was friendly. Oh and I was complaining about how I never know what products to try for my hair and it’s always such an investment to not know if it works or not. So we used some today and she sent me home with a little sample to try. Just really great service.

Natasha did an amazing job with highlighting and cutting my hair today. I wasn’t very specific with what I was looking for, because I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, yet she hit it out of the park! She took her time, made sure I loved it, and asked for, and listened to, feedback throughout the whole process.

Dasha is super sweet, friendly and personable. I loved my balayage. It looks exactly like I wanted if not better. Definitely recommend her. I just found my hairstylist and will be coming here from now on!!Btw. Dasha is so gorgeous!!

I just had my second facial with Amanda.I remember it being nice , but I forgot how relaxing the experience actually was .I have only gotten facials, at Luxe so far , but I can say it most certainly is worth the money.They provide a very relaxing atmosphereAnd use the best products on your face/ body . Jess is the absolute best! Out of all the massages I’ve had, nothing compares to her technique. If I do have to go somewhere else, I always compare others to Jess and always leave disappointed.

Kelly is always, without exception, professional and kind and gives advice that is helpful. Luxe salon was very accommodating with rescheduling me and working with me when there was a problem with my appointment. Joadel did a wonderful job with my color correction. I had two inches of growth and wanted my roots bleached and lilac/lavender color re-done. Great salon experience. Katie has skillfully been helping me through a major hairstyle and color change while keeping the “ugh” factor of growing out a hairstyle while transitioning to a new one at minimum. She has great ideas for hair and knows how to cut and style *my* hair. She’s also great to chat with during the appointment.

Such an amazing experience! I was nervous and my stylist listened to my concerns. The highlights were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I didnt have a haircut in about 2 years and 3 years ago I had to shave my head for treatment of my psoriasis of the scalp. It was pretty severe. I have been growing my hair out for the last 3 years and Joanna made sure to only take off the slightest bit to make it healthy without losing the length. I will definitely be back!

I took luxe’s consultation quiz and got matched with a stylist… went in for a consultation, felt pretty good, so I scheduled my appt & I paid $250 for hand tied weft extensions.There is no way my stylist knew what she was doing unfortunately. The extensions weren’t properly fitted to my head, she told me my second weft was unsalvageable so she could only do 1 row leaving my hair stringy and unblinded… when she first finished I had to point out to her the very obvious issue that the edge of the weft was sticking clear out of my head and the strings were showing (this is something a stylist should see and fix on her own.)She fixed it in about 1 minute and though I was worried she didn’t do it in a quality manner and I could tell my hair looked so bad and unblended, I didn’t want to question the professional on the quality of my second weft or her ability to do her job quickly.But by end of the day, my hair had already come loose and unthreaded. By the third day the back of my extensions were slipping clear out of my hair and not in a “Dropped/loosened” type of way.I emailed the salon about my disappointment and needing another appointment to get them fixed and didn’t hear back.It’s now been a week and my extensions are barely holding on, I emailed the salon to request cancellation of any future appointments + to let them know my frustrations.I really liked the hair stylist herself, but I should not have been charged $250 for the inexperience and lack of quality of work.Very disappointed and wish I would’ve let myself go back to complain, but feared looking like a “Karen.”*****I went to another salon to get my hair fixed after 4 unreturned emails. Before this experience I have communicated with this salon exclusively over email, but now that I have a complaint they won’t return my calls or emails****Also worth adding the other salon did my hair beautifully and was easily able to install the second weft that was deemed “unsalvageable.” The new stylist I went to thought I had gone 8+ weeks without getting my hair fixed due to the state it was in and was appalled when I told her it had been exactly two weeks & started in the first three days.

Disappointed the second time around. I’m not a local, my mother and I visit Lancaster every summer from NJ. So I found this place, and liked it the first time we came here, the second time though, not so great, mostly due to the front desk and how they scheduled my mother and I. The nail tech was in a hurry due to another job she had to get too, due to an error on the front desk part by not communicating with her that she had me. So I could tell she rushed my mani, and the French wasn’t even good, I don’t know if that was due to her rushing or she was just not good at doing it. Unfortunately, my mother and I aren’t going to be returning here. The nail tech even said the Front Desk is very weak in scheduling. Communication goes a long way.

I received a great massage from Mathew. It was a massage but it was bodywork as well. Very relaxing and very therapeutic. I highly recommend Mathew to help you identify and relax the tightly, knotted areas in your body.

I was disappointed that I spent $80 to have my hair done for a wedding and I had to re-do it myself right before because the curls were super loose and my hair fell flat. Luckily I had packed my curling iron. Im just not good at doing hair. Im not even from the area so I kinda just found this place on the map. Coming back here wouldnt even be an option. I guess it was my fault that I didnt ask to have the curls fixed to be more defined for a better hold. And the stylists didnt even know how to braid for my half updo. Maybe some more practice is needed for these stylists. Not trying to be mean in any way. Just wish I had saved my money.

My experience was good until it got to the mani and pedi. I booked for my partner and I the package with 2 60 min facials , 2 60 min massages, lunch , and mani and pedis. The massages , facials , and lunch were superb. That’s the reason it got 1 star, but my good experience turned terrible once I got to the mani and pedis. First the women doing it was sick but claimed she didn’t have covid and was wearing a mask. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt hoping she would do my stuff right. When doing my manicure she didn’t offer to put a fake nail on even though I have short nails. She proceeded to try and paint my incredibly short nails which I just told her Nevermind and then we proceeded to pedicures. I got my pedicure and thought everything was ok. The color I chose looked nice it was good. At this point we had been in the salon for almost 5 hours. Low and behold she proceeds to tell me after I’m done that their nail polishes take 2+ hours to dry and I cannot put my socks/ sneakers back on because it will ruin it. Mind you this is Lancaster and the place I am staying is a bed and breakfast on farmland. Also, it is raining so hard outside it’s creating puddles. So I told her if I had known this sooner I wouldn’t have gotten any polish and skipped this part and asked to be charged for everything else. She says nothing but have a nice day. Mind you if your polishes take that long to dry it should have been the first thing done then everything else. I literally walk outside and my feet is soaked in a puddle and rain and instantly my nail polish smudges. My partner goes back in asking to be refunded and they tell him the manager is there then say they aren’t. I will be calling tomorrow to be refunded. This was unacceptable and I am from Philly visiting and waited to get mani/ pedi done because it was included in package. I normally don’t get my nails done but I know my partner is going to propose on this trip and wanted everything to look nice. Now I can’t show my feet and I won’t have my nails done. I will never come here again.

Always a wonderful experience! Gotta love Luxe! The atmosphere is very sophisticated and everyone gives off caring vibes as if they love their jobs! Love to see a collective attitude of gratitude in a business. And let me just say this, Crys has the best personality and social skills, so conversation was very fun! She did an amazing job on my pedicure and I loved the color she mixed for me. I got a pretty green color for St. Patrick’s day with some shimmer in there. The tool she used for a foot buff was metal and it worked wonders on my feet. Mind you, I have not had a pedi in months! She hooked me up lovely! Thank you Crys and thank you Luxe!

LOVE how Katie does my hair! She listens and explains so well. Definitely the best Ive been to in Lancaster.The spa at Luxe is also excellent! Ive had a decent amount of massages and Jessica could hold her own at some of the fanciest resorts Ive ever been to!! The body polish into massage was amazing!!My facial with Kelly was also excellent. The mask smelled like a warm cup of tea and then the hot towel and I was so cozy I thought I was going to fall asleep!! My face feels great and natural and not greasy at all.Excellent spa day treat for myself and Luxe is now my go to place! Gotta try their nail salon next!

I came in with very long hair and was looking to have several inches cut and a completely new look. I showed a picture of what I thought would be a good style for me. Joadel took his time to cut my hair -- making sure everything was even and well-shaped. He styled my hair beautifully, too. My cut and style was so close to the picture I presented him. I was extremely pleased. I received many compliments on my hair and everyone said what a fabulous job he did transforming very long hair into a stylish, modern look. Joaden is an excellent stylist and Im looking forward to going back to him again. Hes very personable, too. It never felt awkward or like we were searching for small talk. We had great conversation about so many things and he made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic! A++!

Ashley was great. She made sure I left the salon with a smile on my face. This is the third salon Ive been to looking for someone who knows how to do a pixie cut. I think I finally found my place and my go to stylist!

My overall experience at Luxe has been decent. However I would say haircut-wise it really depends on the stylist. I used to book one of the top hair stylist, she did a great job but at the same time even she would not always follow what I asked for. One time I also booked a new stylist. While not as skilled as the other one I had, I felt the end result was okay. Recently, I called in to make another appointment and talked to Erica. She gave me an attitude which was very unusual since normally the front desk people are very professional and friendly. Not what you would expect from a top rated salon.

Charlotte did a great job advising my young one on the best choices to keep her hair healthy, and she did an awesome job making her feel comfortable during the whole process. Thank you!!!!

I came to Luxe Lancaster via a recommendation for Jessica on my local neighborhood Facebook group. I deal with a lot of stiffness and chronic pain. I got a 90-minute therapeutic massage during the happy hour and it was absolutely incredible. Jessica mixed stretching with a nice firm massage (per my request) and hot towels, which was so helpful for my body. I cannot recommend her enough.

Felt welcomed immediately - very friendly front desk, offered some bubbly (yay!), chatted with another stylist as Jasmine was finishing up with another client. Jasmine was a delight - very attentive to detail and personable. This was my first time and Ill be back. Thanks!

Sarah, the stylist, immediately put me at ease. I was looking for a low maintenance style because its getting too hard to hold styling tools for very long. She looked at the photos of what I had in mind & showed me what would work best with my hair. She did a wonderful job with both the color and cut. Heck, my husband even noticed AND liked it! Now thats saying a lot!Also, Sarah had the receptionist give me a courtesy call to let me that she was running a bit late. It was wasnt even 15 min. Not at all an inconvenience but so kind of them to give me a heads up. Great customer service. So hard to find these days.

Amanda was amazing! For being at the start of her career, I have actually received more compliments about my hair than any other time I was with a “master stylist.” She was not afraid to ask me questions or think out loud with me! She was extremely welcoming and provided me an amazing experience. I wanted to show her a picture of my dog but my phone was dead, so she paused and found me a phone charger! It’s the little things. I will definitely be back to see Amanda!

It was my very first time here so I was a bit nervous because I’m picky when it comes to who I let cut my hair. However, I had Gabby as my hair stylist and she did amazing! She was super nice and knew exactly what I wanted when showing her reference photos! I think it’s important to have a good connection with whoever is providing services. She’s a great conversationalist! Will definitely be coming back here!The price was good compared to other hair salons that charge more and don’t do as good as a job as they did here! As soon as i came in, they checked me in and offered refreshments. They have a very nice staff!

Rest and relaxation package is well worth it! The massage was incredible, facial was amazing, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pedicure was just so, so. My girl was sweet but the other lady giving my daughter her pedicure was rude, cursed a lot and was the worse part of the relaxing experience. Would definitely go again. Minus the Pedi!

I had a luxurious experience at this salon. I usually don’t trust new hair dressers. However, I was referred Anny by the owner for a balayage. I must say that Anny transformed my hair to a 365 degree. My hair looks so beautiful, I’m constantly receiving complements on my hair. I will definitely recommend it!!Loved it! 💇🏼‍♀️✨

Ruby was very friendly. She made sure that the length of my nails was what I wanted and that I liked color before painting all ten toes. I would schedule another pedi with her in the future.

Ruby did an excellent job with my customized facial on Sunday and my skin ended up feeling like a million bucks! She explained each BABOR product that she was using during the facial and their benefits to me, as requested. The extra massages on my scalp, shoulders/neck, hands, and feet were fantastic as well. Ruby has a wonderful personality and she is a very knowledgeable esthetician, which makes her a great asset at LUXE. I would definitely return to Ruby for future spa services, when visiting the Lancaster area.

Not super thrilled with my blonde. I’m stripey. I couldn’t tell in the salon since it’s darker there but as soon as I got home I could tell. I’ve been getting my hair blonde for 13 years and never had an issue with my roots being brunette. I let them grow out for months as I don’t like processing my hair every 6-8 weeks. I never had an issue with prior salons. They were always able to get my roots covered and blended well. I figured I’d try a new salon since you have excellent reviews. But I’m not impressed and I don’t love it.Update: my haircut is not even either and I have very blunt cuts on pieces of my hair. Will not return

Joadel fixed my choppy at home hair cut and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Im really happy with how it turned out!

Jasmine really takes her time with my hair. I have A lot of hair and she does an amazing blowout. My hair is so silky smooth when she finishes my hair. Also, her scalp massages are to die for. If you’re black and looking for a person to complete an amazing blowout, book Jasmine.

Morgan was great & efficient with my spray tan! Can easily be done if you’re in a time crunch yet didn’t feel rushed at all. Thorough with instructions & aftercare. Will definitely go back to her again :)

I recently wrote a review regarding my first experience at Luxe which was not anything like my second a day later. I thought I would go back in and try getting a color. Big mistake. My only request was that I did not want any warm or orange. Got a balayage which was the first time I ever had this. After two toners I left with red/ orange fried hair. Being a stylist myself I know the definition of a warm color which apparently at Luxe doesnt mean red or orange. I called in shortly after leaving because I was ashamed of my color. I cried in the chair upon my return where the stylist and owner Nate tried to convince me that my eye was not seeing clearly. Instead of providing great customer service, knowlege of color and the professional ability to correct my hair I was told that the stylist was a global premiere stylist with over 15 years experience (you pay to have a stylist with this title too) and that they felt they could not help me since we didnt agree on what we were seeing. Who treats a customer like that? Well I have over 18 years experience, my teachers certification and Im not dumb or color blind. Thank God for Dianna Allen at Pretentious Hair for correcting what Luxe could not. She is filled with knowledge and knows what warm colors are and how to correct them. Just because you have a fancy title does not make you more valuable than the stylist who does not. A title can be given to any stylist and it doesnt mean you are more talented or qualified because of it. A title doesnt entitle you to leave someones hair far from what they asked for and then try to make the client feel like its their fault. The Red/Orange is what I looked like after leaving Luxe. Pictures to the right of each of the red/orange ones is the correction done by Dianna Allen. Something I was told could not be done at Luxe. If I ran my salon like that I would be out of business.

I have worked in the industry... I have had horrible haircuts and even more horrendous color/highlights... Gabby is a young, up-and-coming stylist with true talent. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences at your salon this evening. My appointment was scheduled for 10/10/23, and it has been for almost two weeks. I confirmed the appointment via email and text one week in advance. I was so excited to come to your salon, as I havent had a haircut in almost a year. I arranged childcare and drove 30 minutes to get to your salon, only to be told that I was not in the system for this evening. I showed the front-desk representative my confirmations. She told me that today my appointment was changed to Friday at 4:00pm. That time would never work with my schedule, and I absolutely did not confirm the change. I only book evenings.I had a missed call from an unknown number on my phone this afternoon. Apparently, it was your salon cancelling my appointment and rescheduling for another date. I didnt even know that I had a voicemail until I checked my voice messages at your salon. The front-desk representative was so kind and tried to get advice from management. She asked if I would be willing to reschedule, and I said that I would if I could receive some type of compensation for the cut. I wasnt planning on having anything extravagant, just a wash and cut. The receptionist had to once again go to a back room to speak with a manager. I was told that if I could come at 4:00pm on Friday, they would compensate the cut. Seriously?! I work, and this does not fit my schedule.A manager never once came out to speak to me about the situation, and everything fell on person at the front desk, who was very kind and empathetic.Ive been coming to your salon since 2016, and I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I would absolutely never recommend this salon to anyone.

Luxe is the most fantastic salon. Period. Ruby who did my manicure and pedicure is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable and amazing at her craft. Never have I had anyone do such an amazing job on my nails! If you are tired of the loud music, loud TV, manicurists babbling to each other and looking at their cellphones treating you like you don’t matter, you need to go to Luxe. The lady that gave me my spray tan was super sweet, patient, kind, and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall Im very happy with my experience at Luxe Spa today. My tan came out a little weird and splotchy but the service was amazing and also incredibly fast. Spa was super clean and Id go back without hesitation.

Ive had many massages throughout the years(some that were way overpriced) and this was one of the best Ive ever had. He took the time to ask the pertinent questions and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the massage. I do competitive powerlifting and had an upper quad spasm the week before and he diligently worked it out. He was personable and you can tell that he really cares. 10/10 would recommend.

I couldnt be happier with my haircut by Joadel at Luxe salon this evening. From the minute I walked in everybody was very friendly and helpful. I have long, thick hair and I was becoming bored of my hair just always being long and one length. I wanted to keep most of the length and add more layers and bangs. Joadel did exactly what I ask and kept asking my opinion along the way which made me feel very comfortable. The end result is a combination of what I envisioned and Joadels natural talent and I am very pleased! Thank you all so much!

I booked appointments for my sisters bachelorette party, but I dont know if I would come back to this location. Ive been to the Lititz location and havent had any issues there. We had some issues with scheduling, but Roxanne was helpful in getting everything squared away.Everyone in our party enjoyed their facials, but the massages and manicures were so-so. It seemed like there were some issues because of the scheduling mix-up (my sister and I were put in the couples massage room, which gave us a good laugh afterwards, but was still not ideal). When we got to the manicures, some peoples nails didnt turn out great.All in all, the facials were all really good, but I would not come back to the Lancaster location.

Hunter was amazing! She not only made recommendations that were incredible, but also explained everything to me. I have never been happier with my hair!

Elle did a superb job with my session. Definitely a 2 thumbs up 👍. My only regret is that I could not get a 90 minute session. That being said I feel much better and strongly recommend her.

Ive left a review before, but it was after the first time I went here a couple years ago. Katie is always awesome. Both the hair service and the conversations are so great I keep driving out there even though Ive moved twice and now live in York. She doesnt judge that I usually am pretty low maintenance with my hair and do color on my own due to budget reasons, but hypes me up about what I want to do with with the cut and gives styling suggestions when I ask. If I could rate her more than 5, I would.

This was my second massage with Matt and I had the same excellent experience. He is truly an expert in his field. Matt has his client’s best interest in mind. He is meticulous and thorough. He makes sure that he combs over each muscle group to identify where pain and problems start and works from there. I have better range of motion and less pain when I leave his sessions (though I’m ok being a bit sore the next day). If I could book him every week I would.

I had a fantastic spa day at Luxe Lancaster!First, I had a Wash, Cut and Style with Sarah. She was awesome! I love my hair! Next, I had another wonderful Swedish massage with Jessica. It was so relaxing and refreshing. She used the right amount of pressure and worked out my tension. I also had my eyebrows waxed with Kelly she did a phenomenal job, as well!Ill be back again very soon. Thank you!

This is just trying to schedule an appointment, which I was not able to even do.I called and had to leave a message for someone to call me back, which took an hour. Ok, I know they’re very busy, good sign!So, I spoke with a very kind lady who went above and beyond and asked me to email the stylist what she needed (pics of my hair and what color I was interested in). I prepared my email and it didn’t send, I did it again and the same thing happened.I called the salon again and spoke with someone who was NOT in the mood to speak to me. I explained that I was having trouble. She told me that stylist was with someone and was busy, was going to be done at 4pm and she would be done for the day. She told me she didn’t know the personal email for the stylist and asked to call me back the next day, when she checks into it…I told her I was supposed to be emailing this stylist I just couldn’t get it to go through. She put me on hold (seemingly annoyed, not sure??). She came back to give me a generic email. I felt defeated just in the 2 minutes I spent speaking to her, must have been a forewarning.So, the stylist was very gracious and called me; even though she never did receive my email. While speaking to her, I said I wanted an appointment that was soon (tomorrow but I could do the evening after work any day). Well, we ended the call with her telling me to call another salon. My second and final defeat. I decided that trying for a weekend wasn’t going to get me anywhere either.I didn’t ask for anything unheard of, just a full blonde color, and told the stylist I was willing to go with whatever her suggestion for coloring my hair would be, just didn’t think it would be to go to call another salon??I guess if they’re turning away customers they must be doing very well, that’s great! It’s just frustrating that I wasted time trying to get an appointment at this salon.As a side note, this salon charged my daughter for an appointment she couldn’t go to and forgot about because she really was sick. I was willing to overlook that since she called and the charge was refunded, but it was charged to her card without her authorization.

I regularly get my hair done at Luxe (Thank you Hunter!) and I would also highly recommend using Luxe for your hair and makeup on your wedding day! I had quite a large bridal party plus both Moms getting hair and makeup done (10 of us total) and all of the girls from Luxe were not only so nice but amazingly talented - everyone looked gorgeous and they finished ahead of schedule! Dasha and Hunter made me feel beautiful for the day (and my hair and makeup stayed perfect through the end of the night). The bridal coordinator also made scheduling everything a breeze and getting nails/spray tan/facials all done in one place was great.

Hunter took the time to discuss the look I was wanting to achieve and the health of my hair. She gave me pointers on keeping my hair healthy, suggested products, heat tools that will be less damaging, and how to prepare my hair for elements during vacation and hair prep for my next appointment. Checking in on me while my hair processed and asking if i needed anything to drink. It has been a tough year searching for a GOOD stylist who knows color well, hair health, product and tips. The woman at the desk in the massage area was very helpful and nice. And Luis was a great person to talk to at the beginning of the massage to make the whole experience more relaxing. He also really got in there and fixed all those knots in my shoulders. Thank you again!

Jes is awesome! Very professional. Knows what she is doing. I wanted some tweaking to highlights she recently did and she got me back in right away and knew just what it needed! Id recommend her to anyone!! The salon itself is modern and clean.

Hope was great! Super friendly and knew what she was doing. Took the time to make sure all my preferences and expectations were known prior to the start of the massages and checked in periodically during. After our couples massages her and Katie got us some waters and walked us out and made sure we were satisfied. The whole experience here was amazing, we were visiting from out of town for an anniversary weekend and a ton of places were booked months in advance. Scheduling was very easy and when we checked in the waiting area they accommodated us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed prior to starting our massages. All staff was super friendly and the Spa itself was very clean and tranquil. This was the perfect way to end the weekend, we recommend Luxe highly and will definitely be back.

Im new to the area and have never had my hair done at a salon in my adult life and I knew it was time for a change. I was super nervous going in but Dasha did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable, and gave me exactly what I asked for in my haircut. Talk about a confidence boost! The salon atmosphere was so good and everyone I interacted with was very kind. Ill definitely be back!

Moraina is just the best! You can tell she is passionate about her work, and she is very personable, so I always feel comfortable talking to her. She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to coloring. I’ve been going to Luxe for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very professional and their salon and spa is very clean. Scotty is my favorite hair stylist. Every time I work with him I feel beautiful after and get many compliments on my hair. He is wonderful!! Very patient and kind and easy to talk with. So happy to have found this gem!
