My GF bought a vape from this location. The juice pops and spits back and comes out and burns your lip. When she brought it back today to explain to the owner he proceeded to tell her it had to be full at all times and please keep in mind it was over half full. He then put it to his lips WITHOUT her consent and hit it multiple times. She then told him it was trash as she put it back in the box to leave bc she was about to lose her cool. She had to go to another store and buy a different vape that worked properly and was not contaminated by a strangers dirty mouth germs.....NASTY!!!When she told me about the situation I called and spoke to the manager that did all this and he said its not contaminated that my mouth is dirty. I said yes, everyones mouth is. We DO NOT know him nor where his mouth has been! He hung up on me. I called back to ask for the owners contact info like email if not number. The manager refused to give me this information.DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! WHO WANTS A VAPE THAT BURNS YOU BC IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! BETTER YET, WHO WANTS A STRANGER TO PUT THEIR MOUTH WHERE YOU HAVE TO PUT YOURS?!?!

Great variety of vape juice and vapes. Great customer service. Free parking.

People here are very friendly an helpful. if they dont have something u looking for they will get it. prices are better then other vape stores in lancaster. I do all my vape business here

Prices jacked up and bad service from the new short guy. He would rather be anywhere else, on the phone playing games all the time like a kid and terrible attitude. If you commute to Monroe for work I’d advise going to any of the 10 shops there before this overpriced shop

Went about 2 weeks ago and spent over 40 dollars on vapes and went to return 1 the day after because it tasted horrible. The guy was really rude and wouldnt trade it. I told him it was bad for buisness the way he talked to me and treated me. He acted like he didnt care at all and walked in the back so i left. Been a loyal customer and have spent allot of money there and to be treated that way was uncalled for. Have been constantly getting bad vapes and they will not exchange them. The past few times i have gotten a vape there the batterie was almost dead already and you charge it for the first time and its burnt already. Can never talk to a manager

Eli is the man! Always is fair and the prices here beat ANYWHERE else I’ve been to. If you don’t like this shop, or Paul or Eli then you don’t know a good business or good people when you see them. Any time I have a problem (which is almost never) Eli or Paul will jump on it quickly and fairly and help with whatever I need. Best shop in the state 🤷🏼‍♂️

Like many other tobacco stores I’ve been to I drove 35 min to get here and they open at 9:00, or they claim to open at 9:00. It’s now 9:05 and still absolutely nobody here so I gotta drive all the way across town to another one because their employees can’t show up for work on time. Typical!!!!

I have been going to this head shop since it opened, Eli is very friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere in the store is great! I highly recommend this store for all of your smoking/vaping needs. Eli the head shop guy will take good care of you.

Best vape shop Lancaster has ever had... there is a reason the others fold and this one is doing great. I have NEVER walked out of that store without getting whatever I was looking for... Mods, replacement glass, different coils and even helping me figure out one of the advanced pieces I bought online when they didnt have to.

Not one of the better smoke shops I’ve been to. The prices are high, even for a smoke shop, and the sole employee there seems a bit inattentive. When you walk in, you’ll usually have to patiently wait for a bit for him to finish using his cell phone. I won’t be back.

Got my first real vape from here and helped a lot. Helped explain the differences and much more. Great place and came back the other day for juice and was given a awesome suggestion on juices. Now my go to juice.

Sell out of date products and will not return your money when you take it back.better business bureau will love yall.

If you have a no return policy you should really put it where people can actually see it. Spent $45 on a cake vape pen that was empty and couldnt get a refund and I bought it that day and they supposedly last a week or 2.

The young girl that helped us was so polite and knew everything we needed and helped find everything she was awesome. We will go here agian and recommend it to friends

This place was opened up from the other vape shop in front of Walmart on the bypass. If they hold any of the standards that they have over there this shop will be great.

Really good service, amazing prices and a good selection. You can’t ask for more.

Prices are more compared to other vape stores. However when in a pinch and not wanting to drive to Rock Hill its nice to have a vape store closer.

Decent selection selection of cigars. It also has many many different types of smoking Accessories that are not associated with cigars.

Great variety of vape related products and a knowledgeable staff that can answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend for any of you vaping needs.
