The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the brands sold there are top notch, unlike some other establishments in the area who sell brands Ive never heard of. If you sign up for rewards, be sure to register with the website so you can eventually redeem the points you will accumulate if youre a steady customer. The prices are pretty much the same theyd be at any physical establishment, so unless you generally get your vape products online, this is the shop Id suggest going to in Lancaster.

I went in tonight wanting to learn more about vapes that are refillable and not disposable. Ive been smoking disposable vapes for a while and wasnt sure if I was ready to make the switch. Im so happy I did go in! Bailey was working and he was incredibly helpful explaining the differences between vapes and what they do. I came in pretty close to closing time which is something I really try not to do at places but he was totally nice and didnt mind at all. He told me what would be of best quality, but without pressuring me to buy anything. He genuinely knew the products and had answers to all of my questions. I will be returning, and recommend this shop to anyone who vapes! Thanks again Bailey, I really do appreciate your time! This place is awesome . Great prices and great customer service. Because each customer has questions and needs help, there is usually a line waiting. Only having one person working can be a challenge. But be patient it will be worth it

This place has very knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of Vapes, pods, e liquids and what I really, really like is that Good Guy Vapes has their own line of mix your own e liquids in all strengths and lots of flavors ! And its actually cheaper to purchase e liquids that way. They are open till 10pm most nights. Cool place. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.Oh, they are on Walnut Street near Water Street in downtown Lancaster so youll need to find parking BUT I know that Building Character and the adjoining shops on the 300 block of Queen Street in the back has free parking for short term shopping.

Great selection of items and juices. Best store in the Lancaster area with great hours and super knowledgeable staff (who are not pushy Hipster d-bags) helped me diagnose a problem and got me a newcharger while I was at it. Go the the Good Guys. Nice clean modern shop too.

Ridiculously low prices compete with many online vendors.Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with service as well as sales.The loyalty program is very rewarding. Ive been visiting regularly and made this my first and last stop for vape liquids and other supplies.

Good selection of devices and juices, and a nice atmosphere and overall aesthetic. The staff, I have found, leaves much to be desired. May be my fault, but as Im relatively new to vaping, I expected staff to be a little more helpful. They arent always the most forthcoming, and Ive found that I have to work to get answers and suggestions.They have quite a variety of juices, all of which are very unfortunately placed behind the counter, obscured by a cloudy plexiglass barrier. This is a situation where the staff is particularly hit-or-miss. Theyre apt to tell you their favorite brand/flavor, but are clearly on the same page when it comes to pushing a particular companys different juice lines.Easier to see, and to get advice on, were the devices themselves. I was able to walk out with one in my price range that has all the features I could ever possibly need.The last question mark is with the loyalty program. They were unable to explain the details beyond how to sign up, and I had to figure out how to access my account myself.Its a 4/5 for selection; 2/5 for customer service and engagement.

I have been going to good guy in Lancaster for over 2 years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tonight at work I broke my vape. I thought it was only the tank but it was the whole vape. Knowing I was upset the employee who was helping me and knew me gave me an old tank of his and 2 coils instead of me buying a new tank. Where else would someone do that for a regular customer?? These guys aren’t just good, they are GREAT!! Thank you!!

Decent selection of products with a solid knowledge about products they carry. They are friendly and polite. The only downside is they may not be able to tell you about products they don’t carry even if it is offered as an add on item from the manufacturer. Take it with a grain of salt, not everyone can know everything, but I expect a little more knowledge on some of the products.

The guys here are always very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very nice. This is about the only place I will go to anymore. Even tho its a 30 min drive from me and theres 5 other ones closer to me, this is still the only place I will go. Prices are the best around also!

I really enjoy this store and have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing a tank right before the holidays. This meant that even though the tank that was sold to me was leaking and the store was closed because of the holidays, that I was SOL and that money is now wasted.When I asked to speak to a manager or owner, or at least get their contact info, I was told thats not allowed and they are out of state and its not known when they will return. This really put a damper on how I feel about this store... its a shame because I was a very loyal customer and it seems Im going to have to find another store (which isnt hard to find these days)Edit: Quick response in both the review and through email to correct this issue. Their prices on juice and hardware are not nearly as marked up as many other local retailers. Staff knows what theyre talking about. Decent selection of products and the store is kept in good shape. No complaints. Would recommend.

I believe this is the best vape shop in Lancaster County. The prices are right. The staff is decent to everybody not just their friends. The selection is great. Even the house juices are awesome. This shop is small but if you vape you must visit. I have been to various shops in Maryland and Pennsylvania and this shop has the best prices on e-liquid hands down. I come from York every week to buy multiple Fruitia Plus brand vapes. Usually great service. Last week I had one that didn’t work out of the box. I brought it back this week expecting for compensation of a new one. They told me they can’t because I might be trying to scam them even though I come every week to buy from them. If you can’t stand behind your product don’t sell it.

I made a order on july 7th and and and the tracking hasn’t updated since july 23rd 2 months later i still dont have my things $60 down the drain. WORST PLACE

Stopped in for some juice and coils. Gentleman at the counter took the time to make a number of recommendations. He then asked if he could change the coil for me. Cleaned, primed and filled my tank. Coils were about $7 cheaper then my normal vape shop or should I say former vape shop. Ill be back. Great service.

Ive been smoking cigarettes for years. Everyone keeps asking me why dont you vape? And my response is always that vaping is too techie, I dont understand all the devices, the oil stuff is weird, and its not the same feeling as having a cigarette... so I came in here and Kenny helped me out. I asked him alll of my questions- most of them were about the differences between the mg of nicotine in the oil, like how many puffs from the vape equal a cigarette? Even though he was really busy, he took the time to really talk me through the process of choosing the right device and juice for me. He was so nice, patient and understanding- I asked him the same questions over and over until I understood it. He didnt made me feel dumb or uncomfortable. I was so nervous about trying this vaping thing, but Im so glad that I came here! Im really happy with my purchase. Dont be discouraged by your lack of knowledge. They are good guys and they will take care of you!

Without exaggerating, I can say that this shop doesnt have the items in stock 1 out of 4 times. These arent hard to come by items so I dont understand whats going on here. I highly suggest going to a different vape shop. I know Ill no longer be shopping at this place!
