This has been my go-to vape shop since moving to Lancaster in 2021. I’ve been to dozens of other places; and the way the price transparency, quality products, and customer service from Lancaster Smoke N Vape keeps me coming back! The punch card & weekly in-store deals are a bonus; I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything! This shop is hands-down the only place I’ll go. 100/10

Went Here back in the fall and was very helpful and did not push you into buying a certain product. Went there yesterday on 1 13 24 and the owner was abdolutely really nice and was very helpful and did not push you into anything. Even was awesome to talk to. Definitely going back.

I can honestly say Ive been to dozens if not close to 100 vape shops and this one has one of the most friendliest and professional staffs I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The way they answer your questions as they should but the way they make small talk with you and little things like that really add up because you want your experience to be more personal and less like their looking at you like your a dollar sign.Good products, prices, but more importantly good experience. GREAT customer service with competitive prices, clean, bright, fun glasses, little bit of everything kind of place.Seriously awesome and had everything we needed…and some things we didn’t know we needed yet. I should have posted this a long time ago, but I just kept forgetting. The owner is a super nice guy! Always willing to help you find just the right thing you are looking for. I was one of his first customers when he opened the store and I saw he had one of my favorite vape juices that Ive been searching everywhere for. Now he makes sure that he always has it in stock for me. Even though I moved 30 mins further away than where I lived before, I still make a special trip to his store to buy all my vaping needs. He makes me laugh every time I see him. His wife is a very lovely lady as well. His new employee, shes awesome too. Im bad with names, Im sorry I cant remember your names, but you 3 are the best. You know I dont go anywhere else, even though theres a vape store right around the corner from my house! If I could give you 10 stars ✨ I would!

I am from Downingtown and make the drive because his selection is amazing and one of the nicest people I have ever met. He’s also has a Hugh THC/CDB selection that is a really nice low dose for those of us that like a little but not enough for those crazy cards. Love the place.

Stopped in a few weeks ago looking for my favorite juice that I have a hard time finding. They didnt have it, but offered to order it for me. One week later, I stopped in to check and they had it! Great atmosphere and customer service is awesome. May is super nice. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold. Very good variety of cbd products, kratom strains and sizes which is hard to find different sizes and good variety of Delta 8 products. Always open to suggestions if you dont see what you like. Glad I went there. Ive been going there for everything I get and stopped going to other places that dont have the same variety and great customer service. Its hard to find such friendly people and I prefer to support small business instead of chains.

Highly recommend! This is the only vape shop I will go to bow. They have such a great selection to choose from. Whether you need a need vape, hookah, or any other smoke necessities. There’s also so many sales going on now until January 1st. Customer service is amazing as well very knowledgeable and helpful.

Awesome place. Came into town from Texas and was given that southern hospitality. Couldn’t have walked into a better establishment, and even walked out with a couple free samples. Wish I could shout out my man behind the counter but sadly I didn’t get his name. It will be a comfortable stay in PA having stopped in here.

Excellent place the staff is phenomenal As soon as you walk in the store you’re greeted with a smile and a hello, Any questions you have about their products they are ready to answer , I only use strawberry and cream which recently all the stores are out of them due to Discontinue of the product BUT there is a new Vape strawberry and cream by AvidVape i Can honestly say it is the best strawberry and cream that I have ever had the taste is Awesome you can literally just smell and taste the freshness of strawberry and the price is very Reasonable I advise anyone of you if you like strawberry and cream You absolutely must try this brand trust me you would not be disappointment!! It’s absolutely the best if I could rate this on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 10 plus Today I was told By management there’s a new one called strawberry shake that’s definitely gonna be my next purchase👏🏾 👏🏾 👍🏾KUDDOS TO MANAGEMENT !!They are the best!!

So I was kinda far from my typical vape shop when both of my Elfbar’s decided to quit on me so I stopped in here. I was pleasantly surprised, tons of vapes to select from and the gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and made some recommendations. I would check this place out if you haven’t been. The owner is a great person, he is also very understanding when it comes to items that the manufacturer made an error on. He will make everything right and get a refund for broken items.

Extremely friendly employees, were able to help me find what I was looking for expediently. I tried a new product called AvidVape(Mega). It was extremely smooth with great flavor and had a bio-degradable tip. Ill be visiting again in the future.

I am serious about vaping and quality this place has it all most shops have one or two decent mods but the owner here really knows what hes doing and buys good items instead of just buying smok trash this is definitely my favorite shop if you a serious vaper check it out fair prices and quality mods

I went to see if they had a better selection of RYO cigarette tobacco. They had very little stock and everything was mixed with pipe tobacco. Not what i expected but i do have to say the store was clean and smelled nice.
