Puff Emporium

Came here because it was the only store within miles with rainbow candy fumes, tried the first one it was basically stuck in the package and didn’t feel authentic, I took a puff on it and it tasted like nothing. Just like air. I was prepared to buy an entire box if they had these in stock, I tried a second and it was just simply dead out of the box. So she exchanged that one for a third, the third was the same way, zero flavor. The girl inside made me pay for the two vapes and I didn’t even want them. I reluctantly paid their high price of 13.99 for these 9.99 everywhere else vapes and left pissed off that she made me pay for defective product. This is insane. Def zero customer service in this store and I don’t recommend anyone shop here

Came in the store earlier today NOT a fan of the new employee they have there didn’t catch her name but (the girl with blond hair) definitely tried to scam me with a 80$ vape. i’m highly upset because i’ve been coming here for over a year it sucks cuz the other employees are great but now i will no longer be coming back because of her !

Ive been to many different vape stores and smoke shops and the whole lot. I moved around from a lot of different places and this is without an honest doubt in my mind. The best smoke shop Ive ever been to. Its almost an insult to call it a smoke shop based on how immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing it is to the eyes. But what set them apart from any other place Ive been to is the level of attention to customers that the owners have and courteousness from the rest of the staff. They really make you feel like your purchase is extremely important to them as it should be to yourself. And they went above and beyond to help me out tremendously. I bought a few items and I couldnt use them and most places probably wouldnt let you return them. But sam and Allen were more than happy to take them back and give me a full refund(Even though they have a sign on the counter that clearly states all sales are final.) And then allen helped me find something that more than fit my style. I want to give a big thanks to Sam and Allen the owners You guys are definitely my only smoke shop now. Ill be sure to spread the word

I was looking for a new smoke shop around my area and stumbled upon this store and I’m very glad I did! Not only does this store have a wide variety of Disposable vapes and E-liquids but they also have great prices on glass products. The staff is very friendly and helpful! They always inform you about the deals they have going on at the time and a great reward system that will give you deals and discounts. Will definitely be stopping by again

The employee was maybe having a bad day but definitely not friendly. She knew nothing about the flavors of the juices and the store did not give any clear indication of the flavors either. I will go out of my way to stick to my normal vape shop. Even if you are on the way home.

We love this place! Jared M greeted my wife and me as soon as we entered the clean well stocked store. It really is an emporium. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. The shop is a few miles further from my home but I plan to go there when I need to refill. It’s the nicest smoke/vape store that I have ever been to..Brian M

This is my new neighborhood smoke shop!!!!!!The staff member Jared was very friendly and courteous of all my needs. They also keep the prices very affordable and always have some deals going on .. as well as a reward system that gives discounts on items in the store. Would recommend to anyone who loves smoking accessories.

Absolutely fantastic experience.My friends and I found this shop by happen stance, and what a lucky find it was. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by the friendly staff and enjoyed some great conversation.The gentlemen helping us was very knowledgeable and wasn’t the “pushy salesman” that one normally encounters in a vape shop. I appreciated their extensive inventory and have to say that the Puff Emporium is the single most impressive shop I have ever enter.Even though we are from out of town, I will most definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience!

While on vacation, this was my go to spot. Very friendly male, full-time customer service rep was very welcoming and personable. The products this place has are unbelievably cool. The chances of me returning are possibly slim to none, but I still give credit where credit is due. Thanks for being my “corner store” away from home!!

Awesome place, Nico was so helpful and sweet and recommended a disposable vape since they didn’t carry the kind I usually get. They have their own brand that even comes with a charger, and they taste amazing! I’d give 10 stars if I could 💕

Very knowledgeable staff, from my first encounter and my last encounter has been pleasant. They truly go out of their way to be truthful, they told the truth about something that I kinda knew about. Since then I have seen them this way with other customers. Its great to know that there are people who understand their products. Most just repeat what the package says...lol

The people in here are incredibly kind & helpful! I had a couple of questions that were answered very kindly & they have a wide variety of options. The prices are incredibly fair & I will definitely be coming back! I haven’t been to a vape shop as nice as this one in a decently long time.

Im not new to vaping, but it had been a few pandemic years since I had upgraded my kit. The guys at Puff Emporium asked the right questions and took the time to set me up beautifully. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful, with a great selection of the best hardware and liquids on the market. Just left a great new vape shop. The Puff Emporium staff and owner couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Allan the owner, Sam and Yiley were very patient helping us to try and fix our old vape and helping us get the items we needed for our new vape. Outstanding Customer service by all. Just found out about this place, and their service is excellent. I purchased a juice I was not a fan of and the owner was so kind enough to replace it for me with no hassle I recommend this place to everyone! They also have quite a large selection of glass pieces, truly a one stop shop

Came to the puff emporium an hour after they were supposed to be open but they were closed. The door said the hours and the website said the same hours. They should update their hours.
