The environment was nice, and my massage therapist was excellent ❤️The essential oils right at the front desk were a bit strong, and I would recommend using unscented detergent on the head rest covers. I’m sensitive to smells, so it was a lot, but my therapist was able to get a disposable one, so it worked great. ❤️
I had a tight shoulder from traveling and decided to go last minute. I saw Patrick and asked for a deep tissue massage. Patrick did not disappoint, he focused where i needed most and left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend him ❤️
Yesterday I had my first ever massage at Massage Envy on Blue Diamond. So, first the positives. When I walked in the staff was friendly, inviting, and the environment was clean. Check-in was easy and I got settled in to wait for my appointment. At check-in the receptionist told me it was a bit cooler in the back so she recommended I ask the therapist to turn on the heated bed. No problem. Unfortunately for me, this is where I ran into problems. When I got into the massage room it was freezing. The therapist made sure the heated bed was on and he provided an excellent service, however about halfway through I almost asked to end the massage because of the cold. The heated bed is great but it doesnt do much for the exposed parts. I was shivering and just couldnt really enjoy myself.Ultimately, Patrick provided an excellent service but I cannot take the cold room and wont be going back.
Worst location Ive ever visited. When you go for a massage, youre supposed to feel comfortable and leave feeling better than when you arrived. Thats never been the experience at this location. I always feel like I leave stressed. In my most recent visit, I went in for a deep tissue massage, and boy that was a mistake. The therapist was so heavy ( I would guess at least 350 pounds) and so out of shape that the only thing she could do was lay over top me and press with her forearms and elbows. She was breathing so heavily during it was impossible to relax. Having someone that heavy pressing on your back with all their weight left me feeling miserable for days. This was definitely my last visit.
I purchased a gift card at this location several months ago for a family member. Unfortunately they were unable to use it. I took the gift card with me for an extra appointment I had scheduled for myself. The massage and appointment went fine, however at checkout I was told the gift card had a zero balance. I purchased the card myself and know it wasnt used. So either the person that sold it to me was incompetent, or the person trying to check me out was. Either way I got screwed out of the balance and paid full price for an extra massage I otherwise wouldnt have gone to. I wont ever go back to this location, and would advise anyone to be very careful with there form of payments.
The staff are great. The issue is the companies national scale leadership. As someone who operates on that similar level with large portfolios of business, here is my professional feedback.The staff are usually always great. The issue is consistently trying to actually get an appointment. Its a consistent problem with Massage Envy locations I attempt to visit all over the country. It leaves busy business travelers and others feeling like they happily pay the monthly membership but literally 2 or 3 out of every 10 attempts can I get an appointment. Even calling all 6-7 Vegas locations.
I’ve been a member of this Massage Envy for years. I know the membership plan works and have been loyal to this location until I moved to a different state. Since moving it’s been difficult using the massages I have in my account every month. They’re really great at texting you that you payment went through, but for some reason I never got those texts the past two months and was notified by Rosie that my account would immediately cancel but gave me a heads up at 7am. I did call back and Rosie wasn’t very nice and said she already canceled it without any warning. I did explain that I’ve been a member for so long and that in January I did update my card. No text messages about my card not working and no available massages text messages since and they couldn’t explain to me why. If an account is suspended, it would be great to have notified the member sooner, instead of being so quick to cancel a membership without warning! Exact same thing happened a year ago and I also got rude feedback when I also never got notified.
BEWARE! They like to consistently cancel appointments. I’ve had 3 of my last appointments cancelled on me for various crazy reasons like “their license was expired!” ?? How, was this not know days prior? Very disappointed in the location and it’s staffing and I’d highly suggest booking with other locations in the valley.
My first experience was so relaxing I do feel front desk needs more assistance to assist guests but they are great overall in customer service I had Jordan and she’s great! very sensitive to my needs as far as soreness in my body, I work from home and she knew where to “hit” those spots especially hands and forearms. I recommended to my boyfriend he was happy too and let me say we are picky with who we choose. Thank you 🙏

Girl took me back to get a massage. I was told massage was 60 minutes. She started massage at 10:36 and was like ok I’m done at 11:24. I told her you know you shortened me… she said “oh no I didn’t you can speak to the front desk.” When I spoke to the front desk. They said oh she took you early, 10 minutes for dressing. She had an iPad that counts down. I will not return. I would not recommend. Go to the Asians at least they say 60 minutes then it’s 60 minutes massage.
I got a 90 minute massage by Meg and a 90 minute facial by Taylor. I give these two ladies a 5-star. I would go back to them over and over. But the reason for the 3-star overall is because of the front customer service. After spending 3-hours there, relaxed as ever, I was given the wrong total amount. Then after I corrected them, gave me another amount. Someone came in so I waited to bring up an issue after he went inside.When I made the appointments on Friday morning, the lady I spoke to told me about the special they were having which was $20 gift card promo for every hundred dollars I spend. In addition, I told her I’m not a member and I have not been there in many many years which she confirmed because when I gave her my phone number, she said the same thing. I specifically, and I mean specifically asked if I am able to use the $20 which at this point would be a $40 total because I’m spending over $200 on myself the same day. She said yes and I said, “so my total would be $170?” She agreed. So I booked. She kept saying she was confused but I truly felt she was partially listening to me which is irritating. I repeated myself several times. In the middle of it, the other lady that was helping me stated, “we do have a disclaimer that you cannot use the gift card the same day so…” It was unnecessary. I can’t remember their names but the young lady is super young and seem like she’s Hispanic and the supervisor or whoever made the appointment with me had colored pinkish hair.I was ready to actually sign a membership as I felt Taylor and Meg were AMAZING but it really left a bad taste in my mouth from their customer service. When I originally called it was on a Friday, my appointment wasn’t until the following Monday so if I would’ve been told that I could take advantage of the $40 if I was to purchase a gift card in advance versus using at the same day as my services, I would’ve done so as it’s 2 miles from my house.Again, if you do go here, certainly request for Meg for the massage and Taylor for the facial.
I purchased a membership and found a great massage therapist to see each month. When Covid hit I took a break to be safe, but chose to not freeze my membership in order to support a small business/franchise owner. When I decided to return I was treated like a stranger. I was never able to see my original therapist again and went through a series of disgruntled workers that complained during the massage session. During my final visit my therapist was replaced twice and I was left with a trainee.. the trainee only worked on one side of my back and I left that night so twisted up. When I reached out to the owner there was zero compassion or attempt to understand or fix the situation.. all she did was send the cancellation documentation. When I tried to use up my 20 hours of rollover service that I built up over the membership.. the location made it extremely difficult to make an appointment.TLDR I was a member here for 2 years and received about 4 good massages.
Had to update, as the massage therapist that I was seeing was no longer able to provide the services I was going for. I had to switch therapists and have been experiencing little issues after little issues with this location ever since, until today when my appointment was canceled again! The “manager” his name is Chance was beyond unhelpful and unwilling to make any accommodations on there end to get this resolved, and would not stop trying to talk over me. It was just a super frustrating phone call. Why would I expect anything less though, he doesn’t care one way or the other what happens he has no real investment in this company. You know when you live with chronic pain and the little bits of relief come in the days after your massage, these appointments mean a bit more than just coming in to relax. If at all possible go to a different location this one doesn’t care at all!!!
Im pretty much a spa junkie. I love full body massages, but was always hesitant to try Massage Envy...as I really like a good environment that is spa like. I finally decided to try ME at Blue Diamond, as its probably 5 minutes from my house. Taylor was at the front desk, and she was awesome. She immediately and warmly welcomed me and took me on a tour of the spa. And yes, it did have that spa feel. Rosa did my massage, and she was so kind and caring, I booked her again for my next visit. I joined for a full year, and dont regret it for a second. I look forward to a year of massages! Give this place a try, youll be very pleasantly surprised. I believe you get the calming environment you need and the biggest bang for your buck. Overall, a great value. One tip: buy their gift cards when they offer an hours free massage...then you get a free massage, and then use the gift card for gratuity and further spa treatments!
I have been coming to this Massage Envy for several years. I gifted my husband a massage. Tonight the massage therapist (Tammy) and other employees actually made fun of my husbands name! They didn’t know he could hear them through the door. When he spoke to the supervisor (Alyssa) about the incident she was defensive and unapologetic. It’s unfortunate that the people working at this location and also who manage it are extremely unprofessional. This location has rapidly declined in customer service skills. If you don’t want to be bullied take your business elsewhere.
The staff was awesome. The front desk people were helpful. Teresa, my massage provider, was INCREDIBLE! She delivered a full body massage in an hour. I dont know how much gratuity she normally receives but she deserves more. They provided water before and after with instructions on how to make until the next massage session. I wish they had one here.
My visit was incredible! Karlee and Alissa were both very polite and got me in right when scheduled. Emma gave me an incredible facial! Will be visiting again!
Update to this review:I called tuesday or Wednesday again to the blue diamond location to raise my complain and blue diamond never return any points or anything as the manager the flamingo said that blue diamond manager promised weeks ago. Whoever working that day was alone but she was able to make things right. I thanked her for that.Totally dissapointing as a first time customer! I went to schedule a chemical peel then I had to cancel the last minute due to emergency and the lady on the front desk told me they will refund my credit back. I trusted their words. Next day when my problems were gone, Went to a different branch do my facial and when I went to the front desk they said I had no credits! Their manager on that site is been so nice that she called blue diamond to process my refund and promise to bring it back by points.. 2 weeks forward im trying to book for an appointment none of them was credited. Its not only money that I lost but also it made me embarrassed to the other store. I lost two credits(like 120 to 130). I wouldnt recommend this branch if they cannot be true to their words. Those thing can affect everything even what they were putting on your skin. Beware.
Well, you better get there half a before youre message. Cause they are consultants for area you desire.. by that time youve lost ten minutes or more for massage. Because if youre appointment is at 4:30pm for am half hour they might not get started til 4:40pm and best believe, they stopping at 4:58pm. At thats what happened to me
Love the ladies and gents at this Massage Envy location on Blue Diamond! Their doors are open early for the early bird morning appointments so you can come in from the chilly morning and relax before your appointment. They are always greeting with a smile and making it a personable experience instead of the usual checkout conversations. Punctual with their appointments and very attentive to your needs. I always feel like a new person when I walk out of there, so thank you for the amazing services thus far everyone! 😊😌
The worst massage envy I’ve ever been to. Not only was my massage worthless but so were the staff! It may be worth the price in other states but as a massage envy member I’ve never been treated so poorly! Even after speaking to the manager, Brad Jenkins, that was supposed to refund my account not even management follows through. Don’t waste your time and money find another massage envy or another shop altogether!
So I was looking to book an appointment for a first time massage. I actually was never able to make an appointment and get in due to availability. The receptionist that was helping me on the phone had very poor communication skills there would be times on the phone where she would get completely silent and I would have to keep on saying hello just to make sure that she was still on the phone without telling me that she was going to put me on hold I needed a moment. I would ask about a certain service and for the thought that I had she told me well there’s somebody after you so you cannot get that service. You would think she would ask me if I wanted to schedule it for a different time so I could get the service that I actually wanted. So I proceeded to tell her that I was perfectly fine with it getting a different slot so I can get the service that I want. And then she couldn’t even find somebody to do hot stones on the phone and since I was on the phone with her for more than 30 minutes she would say that there’s an opening and then she would say that there wasn’t so I just got to the point where I just decided not to go through with it for the simple fact that first impressions are everything and because I wasn’t having a really good with the receptionist I decided to cancel. Also as soon as I said that she immediately try to hang up the phone on me. I had to ask her to hold on to make sure that she was going to take my card off of file. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be on the phone or answer any of the questions that I had regarding any services. Which threw me off plus they’re just going mute on the phone and not saying anything to me so I had to keep on saying hello was very strange. I’m not the one to complain and everything like that but I read a whole bunch of amazing reviews on this place and I was honestly really excited to try it. But this just completely changed my whole mind I’m getting a massage here. You would like to feel like they’re welcoming and they want you to come in and have an amazing experience. Because I work in customer service and I deal with people all day and I know how just having a good attitude and making sure that you’re actually interested in providing them the best service. It makes somebody’s experience and it makes people want to come back. Not only for the service that’s provided but for also the customer service.
Overall my experiences with this location are great. Ive never had a problem so Im surprised to see the complaints below of other members. Travis and Gabriele have been very helpful with concerns on my account. I have been a member for almost 2 years now and dont plan on ending it anytime soon...unless they close down, but I dont see that happening ever.The massages themselves are great. I typically see Ivy and Ray and will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone, but beware they are really hard to get in with unless you book ahead of time.
I hate writing bad reviews and not support small business but businesses need to take of their customers. Always no availability, always cancel last minute this is the most recent location to do this (it’s not just this one). I understand there is staffing shortages but that doesn’t stop my credit card from being charged every month. Guess it’s time to cancel and walk away from over 30 massages..
After 4 days of climbing at red rocks I needed a massage to make it through the rest of my adventures. Jojean was available last minute and I received the most healing treatment. Friendly, efficient scheduling and check in.
I have had the monthly massage packge for almost 7 years now. I dont go every month so I typically call up and see when I can get a female therapist for a 2 hr session. I called the other day and was given Lucy (Only works Wed/Thur). She did an incredible job with the deep tissue. I also mentioned since i do intense workouts some stretching along with it would be helpful. She absolutey nailed it and kept checking on me to make sure pressure was still good. I now have found the therapist I will use for my massages going forward. I hope she gets more days to work since it is only 2 days! Thank you Lucy!
I joined this locations membership, and even told them when I joined I would have carryover credits because my schedule does not always allow me time to get massages. I was told I had 5 credits remaining and used one. They told me I could freeze my account, and I didnt catch the fact they dated the freeze expiration form only days from the current date. I called to schedule one of my appointments within that next month and was told my credits had been removed because my freeze date had passed. I had nearly $300 in credits taken away that I PAID FOR. I would never visit this location ever again, or EVER join their membership program. Their business practices are VERY shady. How they could take away hours that you PAID FOR and then have the nerve to try to get you to sign up for another membership program? The gall. Stay away from this location especially.
One of the best massage therapists Ive ever had work on me works here. Receptionists are pretty much the same at every location in Vegas. But the therapists.. no.. not all therapists are created equal. It can take a while before you find the best therapist for you. The best therapists can read a great deal about whats going on with your body when working on you. What you do for a living, if youre hydrating enough, if you exercise, etc etc. When you find one that cares for your health and wants to improve your health with the massage work you need and good advice. Stick with that therapist!
Massage therapists are great! The front office staff are really sweet, but they screwed up our reservation for a couples massage, so we had two individual massages simultaneously. To their credit, they did offer us some free services to make up for it. (Aromatherapy or sugar scrub)
The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a five star is because there is no option to spend some of your session on a massage chair, not table. I have a real problem area with my traps and a chair has been the only way I’ve ever had a massage therapist get in there deep enough to help. Chairs are something every massage studio should have available.
After trying several therapists my wife finally found one that did what she asked them to do; however that therapist left this location. My wife went back and tried another therapist who yet again failed to follow direction and the wife came out more tense then before she went in. At this point she asked for her membership to be canceled as they were failing to provide a satisfactory service. The on duty supervisor refused. My wife came home upset at which point I called. After refusing at first to cancel contract and refusing to provide me with a phone number to speak to clinical Manager or franchise owner the on duty Manager finally agreed to cancel the contract and assured me no more charges would be charged. Today they charged our account again. I attempted to call back 4 times, but it continued to go to voice mail. Stay away from this place!!! They expectyou to pay even if thier services dont meet your expectations!!I did finally get a hold of Manager Travis and he assures me we will get refund and apologized the account was not canceled when I was told it would be.
Called me 15 minutes before my appointment when I was already in the parking lot to say the therapist would not be showing up for the appointment and they would have to cancel. With no offer to make it up, just kept putting it back on the Thearpist. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I make several trips to Las Vegas each year. On each visit I always make it a point to visit Massage Envy on Blue Diamond Boulevard. Each time I visited Ive had a different masseuse; however, never had a bad massage. Always come away very satisfied and very relaxed. Will continue to visit this Massage Envy every time I come to Las Vegas.
So I had a massage but there was a mistake on my account and I was overcharged. The manager, Alysia, was very professional and appologic and not only fixed the problem but offered a complementary massage to make up for the mistake. Excellent customer service.

Well , massage envy places always hits and miss. Ive been a member since 2013 I believe and there are good massage therapist and not really good ones and especially in this place the last one I had Works another place so after giving 11 hour massage, I didnt really get a good massage Im supposed to get relief from the my back ache instead I got more ache from the massage and I would not go to this person. But I dont want to give the name because, massage is a personal thing and maybe someone like it and I dont want to be unfair
I travel alot and visit many Massage Envy locations around the country. This one is a little hidden in a large shopping center but the facility is excellent and up there with the nicest locations Ive visited. Good front desk staff and qualified therapist. I wouldnt hesitate to come back to this location again when Im back in this city.
Great place had Jill as my massager and she did a good job, its usually 95$ but I got intro price for 55$ and unless your a member for a year, its 95$, but if you sign up for membership its 55$ a, month and you will get a massage once a month. So over all not bad place is nice and professional.

Patrick is absolutely. Ive had issues with my left shoulder for years. Patrick has massaged me about 4 times and my knot is practically gone. My body feels anazing and relaxed after massages with him.

I am an out of state member with massage envy, my home location being in Texas. Every time i come into Las Vegas, which is quite frequently for work.. i always visit the Blue Diamond location. It is the most convient location for me and the largest masasge envy in LV. I have been using this location as my travel massage spot for years.. i have watched this location go through many changes. I have always had a positive experience there, the staff is polite and informative and the therapists there know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is visiting the las vegas area.
Well.. cant rate it bcuz i cant try it. The site only loops you. You cant look up anything. When u click BOOK it takes u to locations. When u click your location, choose what u want it sends u to an explanation so u click BOOK, it sends u to locations. U choose locations.. guess what it repeats.Why cant i click on massage, then see the price list, then. Choose that item, then book? So now i have to find somewhere else to go. Smh
Well kept spa. The front area is one of the nicest ones in LV. I had a chemical peel from PCA and it was great. The estetician was very thorough and nice. Front desk staff was nice, just seemed a bit unorganized
Massage service was wonderful (thank you Franky) but the charges were higher than originally reserved over DOUBLED because of a new employee mistake. I departed in worse spirits than before I arrived.
I Have sent an E mail last week & This week & the web site says usually responds within 48 Hours. It has been 48 hours this week & a week & 48 hours last week. There is nothing other then a direct Number & Im looking to talk to a manager, A district manager & or the owner but there are NONE of them numbers listed or a Name. I hate to do it like this But if this get results. Other than that we have been coming to this Message Envy every time we come to Vegas & this Year had a Problem that I would like to talk to upper Management about

Shady business practices cost them both myself and my wife as customers. Sent in cancellation form before payment was due, claimed they never received it even though they confirmed via email reply they did and still charged for the following month. Then to cover the cancellation fee, they kept the remaining credits I had left. Never again.
The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and smells good. Tyler has great customer service and has helped me resolve any issues with professionalism. Id refer them to anyone.
